In this paper we study the stability for a class of stochastic bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with reaction-diffusion and mixed delays. The mixed delays considered in this paper are time-varying and distributed delays. Based on a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and the Poincaré inequality as well as stochastic analysis theory, a set of novel sufficient conditions are obtained to guarantee the stochastically exponential stability of the trivial solution or zero solution. The obtained results show that the reaction-diffusion term does contribute to the exponentially stabilization of the considered system. Moreover, two numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of global exponential stability for bidirectional associate memory (BAM) neural networks with time-varying delays and reaction-diffusion terms. By using some inequality techniques, graph theory as well as Lyapunov stability theory, a systematic method of constructing a global Lyapunov function for BAM neural networks with time-varying delays and reaction-diffusion terms is provided. Furthermore, two different kinds of sufficient principles are derived to guarantee the exponential stability of BAM neural networks. Finally, a numerical example is carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of the theoretical results.  相似文献

Due to the heterogeneity of the electromagnetic field in neural networks, the diffusion phenomenon of electrons exists inevitably. In this paper, we investigate pattern formation in a reaction-diffusion neural network with leakage delay. The existence of Hopf bifurcation, as well as the necessary and sufficient conditions for Turing instability, are studied by analyzing the corresponding characteristic equation. Based on the multiple-scale analysis, amplitude equations of the model are derived, which determine the selection and competition of Turing patterns. Numerical simulations are carried out to show the possible patterns and how these patterns evolve. In some cases, the stability performance of Turing patterns is weakened by leakage delay and synaptic transmission delay.  相似文献

This paper deals with the problems of quasi-projective synchronization (QPS) and finite-time synchronization (FTS) for a kind of delayed fractional-order BAM neural networks (DFOBAMNNs). In order to reach the goals of synchronization and more accurately gauge of settling time and error level, several fresh quantized controllers are structured to make the utmost of confined communication resources. Then, based on the finite-time theorem, quantized control strategy, Lyapunov function theory and properties of Mittag–Leffler function as well as inequality analysis techniques, some plentiful criteria are formed to set up a relation between control gains and quantization parameters. In addition, the corresponding error bound of QPS and guages of the settling time on FTS are also given. Finally, a few numerical examples are introduced to validate the effectiveness of the presented control protocols.  相似文献

We consider a global reaction-diffusion population model with infinite distributed delay which includes models of Nicholson's blowflies and hematopoiesis derived by Gurney, Mackey and Glass, respectively. The existence of monotone wavefronts is derived by using the abstract settings of functional differential equations and Schauder fixed point theory.  相似文献

For a class of discrete-time high-order switched neural networks with time-varying delays, the global exponential synchronization (GES) problem and its application in audio encryption are addressed. In this work, the state feedback controllers are designed to ensure the GES of response and drive systems, and the controller gains are directly computed by the network parameters. Then, a numerical example is presented to explain the correctness of the synchronization theory. Moreover, a technique to audio encryption/decryption is proposed, and it is applied to a practical example to verify the applicability of the technique. The advantages of this paper are as follows: (i) GES criterion containing a group of simple matrix inequalities is established without the construction of a Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF), which is not always obvious; (ii) the controller gains are directly represented by the parameters in the network, and then it is easy to apply them to the audio encryption.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with a class of neutral‐type BAM neural networks with distributed leakage delays. By applying the exponential dichotomy of linear differential equations, Lyapunov functional method and contraction mapping principle, we establish some sufficient conditions which ensure the existence and exponential stability of almost periodic solutions for such BAM neural networks. An example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical findings. The results obtained in this article are completely new and complement the previously known studies. In this paper, we deal with a class of BAM neural networks with distributed leakage delays on time scales. Some sufficient conditions which ensure the existence and exponential stability of almost periodic solutions for such class of BAM neural networks are obtained by applying the exponential dichotomy of linear differential equations, Lapunov functional method and contraction mapping principle. An example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical predictions. The obtained results in this paper are completely new and complement the previously known publications.  相似文献

Many works on hybrid projective synchronization (or simply ‘HPS’ for short) of nonlinear real dynamic systems have been performed, while the HPS of chaotic complex systems and its application have not been extensively studied. In this paper, the HPS of complex Duffing–Holmes oscillators with known and unknown parameters is separately investigated via nonlinear control. The adaptive control methods and explicit expressions are derived for controllers and parameters estimation law, which are respectively used to achieve HPS. These expressions on controllers are tested numerically, which are in excellent agreement with theory analysis. The proposed synchronization scheme is applied to image encryption with exclusive or (or simply ‘XOR’ for short). The related security analysis shows the high security of the encryption scheme. Concerning the complex Duffing–Holmes oscillator, we also discuss its chaotic properties via the maximum Lyapunov exponent. Copyright © 2017 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this paper, the asymptotic property of a class of neutral-type BAM neural networks with time-varying and infinite distributed delays is discussed. By developing a new integral inequality and applying the properties of nonnegative matrix, some sufficient conditions for the Lagrange stability and the existence of the global attracting set of the considering model are obtained. Meanwhile, the estimation of the global attractive set is also given out. The results derived here generalize and improve the earlier publications. Finally, two numerical examples are given and analyzed to demonstrate our results.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the existence and global exponential stability of periodic solution for a class of impulsive Cohen-Grossberg-type BAM neural networks with continuously distributed delays. Some sufficient conditions ensuring the existence and global exponential stability of periodic solution are derived by constructing a suitable Lyapunov function and a new differential inequality. The proposed method can also be applied to study the impulsive Cohen-Grossberg-type BAM neural networks with finite distributed delays. The results in this paper extend and improve the earlier publications. Finally, two examples with numerical simulations are given to demonstrate the obtained results.  相似文献

Separate studies have been published on the stability of fuzzy cellular neural networks with time delay in the leakage term and synchronization issue of coupled chaotic neural networks with stochastic perturbation and reaction-diffusion effects. However, there have not been studies that integrate the two fields. Motivated by the achievements from both fields, this paper considers the exponential synchronization problem of coupled chaotic fuzzy cellular neural networks with stochastic noise perturbation, time delay in the leakage term and reaction-diffusion effects using linear feedback control. Lyapunov stability theory combining with stochastic analysis approaches are employed to derive sufficient criteria ensuring the coupled chaotic fuzzy neural networks to be exponentially synchronized. This paper also presents an illustrative example and uses simulated results of this example to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

In this paper, a two‐neuron network with both discrete and distributed delays is considered. With the corresponding characteristic equation analyzed, the local stability of the trivial equilibrium is investigated. With the discrete time delay taken as a bifurcation parameter, the existence of Hopf bifurcation is established. Moreover, formulae for determining the direction of Hopf bifurcation and the stability of bifurcating periodic solutions are derived. Finally, numerical simulations are carried out to illustrate the main results and further to exhibit that there is a characteristic sequence of bifurcations leading to a chaotic dynamics, which implies that the system admits rich and complex dynamics. In this article, by a nonstandard finite-difference method we obtain the general time delayed feedback control numerical discrete scheme for a delayed neural network model. Firstly, the local stability of the equilibria point is discussed according to the Neimark–Sacker bifurcation theory. Then, from the point of view of control, for any step-size, a general time delayed feedback control numerical algorithm is introduced to delay the onset of the Neimark–Sacker bifurcation at a desired point by choosing appropriate control parameters. This controller can deal with the general system that the natural equilibrium cannot be given by analytic expression. Finally, numerical examples are provided to illustrate the theoretical results. The results show that the time delayed feedback numerical scheme is better than a polynomial function time delayed feedback method.  相似文献

In this paper, exponential synchronization for hybrid multi-weighted complex networks is studied via aperiodically intermittent control. Different from previous work, both Markov jump and reaction-diffusion effects are simultaneously considered into multi-weighted complex networks. By employing network split technique, graph theory, and Lyapunov method, several synchronization criteria are derived. These criteria show the effects of multiple weights, Markov jump, and reaction-diffusion on exponential synchronization. Furthermore, an application to Cohen–Grossberg neural networks is conducted, and the corresponding synchronization criterion is given. Finally, some numerical simulations are presented to show the effectiveness of the obtained theoretical results.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate exponential stability for stochastic BAM networks with mixed delays. The mixed delays include discrete and distributed time-delays. The purpose of this paper is to establish some criteria to ensure the delayed stochastic BAM neural networks are exponential stable in the mean square. A sufficient condition is established by consructing suitable Lyapunov functionals. The condition is expressed in terms of the feasibility to a couple LMIs. Therefore, the exponential stability of the stochastic BAM networks with discrete and distributed delays can be easily checked by using the numerically efficient Matlab LMI toobox. A simple example is given to demonstrate the usefulness of the derived LMI-based stability conditions.  相似文献

This article deals with the problem of synchronization of fractional‐order memristor‐based BAM neural networks (FMBNNs) with time‐delay. We investigate the sufficient conditions for adaptive synchronization of FMBNNs with fractional‐order 0 < α < 1. The analysis is based on suitable Lyapunov functional, differential inclusions theory, and master‐slave synchronization setup. We extend the analysis to provide some useful criteria to ensure the finite‐time synchronization of FMBNNs with fractional‐order 1 < α < 2, using Mittag‐Leffler functions, Laplace transform, and linear feedback control techniques. Numerical simulations with two numerical examples are given to validate our theoretical results. Presence of time‐delay and fractional‐order in the model shows interesting dynamics. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 412–426, 2016  相似文献

This paper is concerned with interval general bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with proportional delays. Using appropriate nonlinear variable transformations, the interval general BAM neural networks with proportional delays can be equivalently transformed into the interval general BAM neural networks with constant delays. The sufficient condition for the existence and uniqueness of equilibrium point of the model is established by applying Brouwer's fixed point theorem. By constructing suitable delay differential inequalities, some sufficient conditions for the global exponential stability of the model are obtained. Two examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained results. This paper ends with a brief conclusion. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this article, we present several results on global exponential stability of a fractional‐order cellular neural network with impulses and with time‐varying and distributed delay. By using the Lyapunov‐like function methods in conjunction with the Razumikhin techniques, we derive sufficient condition for the exponential stability with an exponential convergence rate. The obtained outcomes of our present investigation significantly extend and generalize the corresponding results existing in the current literature. Finally, we give 2 illustrative examples to demonstrate the theoretical findings.  相似文献
