The cardenolide glycosides glucocorotoxigenin, scorpioside, and coronillobioside and a new compound which has been called glucocoroglaucigenin have been isolated from the seeds ofCoronilla glauca L. for the first time. The new glycoside has the structure of 3β-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-14,19-dihydroxy-5α-card-20(22)-enolide. This glycoside has also been isolated from the seeds ofC. scorpioides.  相似文献

Summary The cardenolides of six species ofErysimum and ofSyrenia siliculosa have been studied. The cardiac glycosides erysimin and erysimoside have been found inE. altaicum, E. marschallianum, E. nuratensae, andS. siliculosa. Twenty-six new acylated-oxypregnane glycosides were obtained along with three known cardenolide glycosides from the roots of Asclepias curassavica (Asclepiadaceae). The new compounds were confirmed to contain 12-O-benzoylsarcostin, 12-O-benzoyldeacylmetaplexigenin, kidjolanin, and 12-O-benzoyltayloron, and one new acylated-oxypregnane, 12-O-(E)-cinnamoyltayloron, as their aglycones, using both spectroscopic and chemical methods.  相似文献

Cardiac glycosides and pregnanes from the roots and the stems of Adenium obesum Roem. et Schult. were investigated. Among 30 cardiac glycosides including 15 known glycosides and 15 new combinations of the known aglycones and sugars, the structures of 11 glycosides were elucidated. Oleandrigenin beta-gentiobiosyl-beta-D-thevetoside was the main glycoside. Neridienone A and 16,17-dihydroneridienone A, common pregnanes in Apocynaceae, were also isolated.  相似文献

Reversed-phase preparative HPLC analyses of the methanol extract of the aerial parts of Stachys lavandulifolia afforded a new phenylethanoid glycoside, 4,3',4'-trimethoxy-lavandulifolioside A, named lavandulifolioside B, together with three other known phenylethanoid glycosides, lavandulifolioside A, verbascoside and leucosceptoside A, and an iridoid glycoside 5-O-β-allopyranosyloxy-aucubin (5-O-β-allopyranosyl-monomelittoside). While the structures of the known compounds, except the iridoid glycoside, were established by direct comparison of their spectroscopic data with respective literature data, lavandulifolioside B and 5-O-β-allopyranosyloxy-aucubin were identified comprehensively by extensive 1D and 2D NMR analyses. The distribution of the isolated compounds within the genus Stachys has been discussed.  相似文献

Two new steroid glycosides, named trikamsterosides A and B, and a new sesquiterpenoid glycoside named trikamsesuquiside A were isolated from the underground parts of Trillium kamtschaticum PALL. along with 18 known compounds comprising 12 steroids, one sesquiterpenoid glycoside, one phenylpropanoid, one flavonoid glycoside, and three phenylpropanoid sucrose esters. Their chemical structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic data and chemical evidence. Among them, one phenylpropanoid sucrose ester showed almost the same radical-scavenging effect on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl as that of alpha-tocopherol.  相似文献

A new cytotoxic cardenolide glycoside, 3beta-O-(2'-O-acetyl-alpha-L-thevetosyl)-14beta-hydroxy-7-en-5beta-card-20(22)-enolide, (7,8-dehydrocerberin), together with five known cardenolides, 17beta-neriifolin, deacetyltanghinin, tanghinin, cerberin and 2'-O-acetyl-cerleaside A were isolated from the seeds of Cerbera manghas L. Their structures were elucidated by 1D- and 2D-NMR techniques as well as UV, IR and mass spectral data. 7,8-Dehydrocerberin, deacetyltanghinin and tanghinin exhibited cytotoxic activities against oral human epidermoid carcinoma (KB), human breast cancer cell (BC) and human small cells lung cancer (NCI-H187).  相似文献

From the whole plants and the roots of Gueldenstaedtia multiflora, which has been used in traditional Chinese medicine, five new oleanane glycosides and one lupane glycoside were isolated together with eight known oleanane glycosides and a medicarpin derivative.
