系统地研究了掺铑的BaTiO3单晶在老化后的场致应变性能.研究发现,晶体的场致应变随老化时间的增加而增大,在老化27天后,在300V/mm的电场下,其双向场致应变可达1.11%;在较小的测试频率下(0.01Hz)也可得到0.95%的可逆的巨大的单向场致应变,在低频范围内,晶体的单向场致应变随测试频率增大而减小;研究晶体老化后的电滞回线,发现其形状类似于蜂腰磁滞回线.实验结果表明,对BaTiO3单晶掺杂铑元素可以大大改善其电致伸缩性能,可能产生新的在超大应变及非线性驱动器中的应用. 相似文献

利用脉冲激光沉积法成功制备了BaTiO3/p-Si异质结, 该异质结在80–300 K 显示出了良好的整流特性和光诱导特性. 开启电压随着温度的升高而逐渐降低. 利用不同频率的光子辐照样品, 观察到明显的光电导效应. 且随着照射光子能量的增大, 结电流也相应变大, 光诱导效应越明显. BaTiO3薄膜电阻-温度(R-T) 曲线显示氧缺陷条件下BaTiO3薄膜具有良好的半导体特性.

对本征场的计算方法作了新的分析,提出了新的计算方案,根据这方案编写了程序,并应用这一程序对掺Cr3+铝铵矾单晶变角的EPR谱作了解析,得到了更加可靠更为准确的自旋-Hamilton参数;D=0.04845cm-1,gx=gy=1.9761,g2=1.9752.用上述参数,对各个离子不同角度下的广义本征场计算的共振磁场与实验数据拟合很好.充分说明采用此法处理EPR的优越性. 相似文献

Domain switching behaviors of BaTiO3 single crystal in humidity conditions were studied by polarized light microscopy (PLM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The results showed that the low humidity has no effect on both a-b domain configuration and a-c domain configuration under sustained load. However, the high humidity can promote a domain switching to c domain under sustained load. The difference of energy reduction induced by H2O molecules between c domains and a(b) domains leads to this phenomenon. 相似文献

采用水热法制得表面包裹有十二烷基苯磺酸(DBS)和硬脂酸(St)的BaTiO3纳米粒子,平均粒径均为60nm左右.拉曼光谱检测结果表明,样品的确为表面包裹有表面活性剂(DBS或St)的BaTiO3纳米粒子集合体.与未包裹的相比,各光学声子模对应的拉曼振动模式峰均发生了蓝移.还发现不同的包裹体,所导致的蓝移值也不同.从纳米粒子的表面结构及包裹层的压力出发对此现象进行了定性解释和讨论.

Multiwalled carbon nanotubes and BaTiO3 composite films have been prepared by
pulsed-laser deposition technique at room temperature and high temperature of
600℃, separately. The structures of the composite films are investigated by
using scanning electron microscopy and x-ray diffraction. The optical behaviours of
the samples produced at different temperatures are compared with Raman spectroscopy,
and UV-visible absorption. And the observation by Z-scan technique reveals that
the composite films have a larger optical nonlinearity, and the samples prepared at
high temperatures have better transmittance and opposite sign imaginary part of

Determination of elastic, piezoelectric, and dielectric constants of an R:BaTiO3 single crystal by Brillouin scattering 下载免费PDF全文
From the sound velocity measured using the Brillouin scattering technique, the elastic, piezoelectric, and dielectric constants of a high-quality monodomain tetragonal Rh:BaTiO3 single crystal are determined at room temperature. The elastic constants are in fairly good agreement with those of the BaTiO3 single crystal, measured previously by Brillouin scattering and the low-frequency equivalent circuit methods. However, their electromeehanical properties are significantly different. Based on the sound propagation equations and these results, the directional dependence of the compressional modulus and the shear modulus of Rh:BaTiO3 in the (010) plane is investigated. Some properties of sound propagation and electromechanical coupling in the crystal are discussed. 相似文献

研究了多种Rh:BaTiO3和Ce:BaTiO3晶体样品的受激背向光折变散射自抽运相位共轭特性和响应时间特性.结果表明,入射光与晶体a面或b面法线的夹角较大时,自抽运相位共轭光有更高的反射率、更快响应时间.利用前向二波耦合特性和相向二波耦合特性对实验现象给予合理的解释.实验结果表明,多数Ce:BaTiO3晶体比Rh:BaTiO3晶体的共轭光反射率高.

Ultraviolet laser-induced photovoltaic effects in miscut ferroelectric LiNbO3 single crystals 下载免费PDF全文
This paper investigates the photovoltaic properties of miscut LiNbO 3 single crystal with different thicknesses under irradiation of a 248 nm ultraviolet laser pulse with 20 ns duration without an applied bias.Nanosecond photovoltaic response is observed and faster rise time is obtained in thinner samples.In accord with the 248 nm laser duration,the full width at half maximum of the photovoltaic signals keeps a constant of ~ 20 ns.With decrease of the crystal thickness,the photovoltaic sensitivity was improved rapidly at first and then decreased,and the maximum photovoltage occurred at 0.38 mm-thick single crystal.The present results demonstrate that decreasing the LiNbO3 single crystal thickness can obtain faster response time and improve the photovoltaic sensitivity. 相似文献

在不同频率和偏置电场下测量了BaTiO3晶体从三方相到正交相再到四方相相变过程中的介电温谱.基于BaTiO3晶体在电场作用下的偶极子偏转假设和介电特性实验结果,提出BaTiO3各结构相在电场作用下的偶极子偏转路径可以由其相邻相的介电常数随温度的变化特性表现出来.推断出各结构相的偶极子偏转路径,以及偏置电场对偶极子偏转路径的影响.
