Concentrated aqueous solutions of strontium chloride and barium chloride, respectively, allow on addition of the potassium salt of tetrathiosquarate, K2C4S4·H2O, the isolation of the earth alkaline salts SrC4S4·4 H2O ( 1 ) and Ba4K2(C4S4)5·16 H2O ( 2 ), both as dark red crystals. The crystal structure determinations ( 1 : orthorhombic, Pnma, a = 8.149(1), b = 12.907(2), c = 10.790(2) Å, Z = 4; 2 : orthorhombic, Pbca, a = 15.875(3), b = 21.325(5), c = 16.119(1) Å, Z = 4) show the presence of C4S42− ions with only slightly distorted D4h symmetry having average C–C and C–S bond lengths of 1.41Å and 1.681Å for 1 and 1.450Å and 1.657Å for 2 . The structure of 1 contains concatenated edge‐sharing Sr(H2O)6S2 polyhedra. The Sr2+ ions are in eight‐fold coordination with Sr–O distances of 2.50–2.72Å and Sr–S distances of 3.21Å, (C4S4)2− acts as a chelating ligand towards Sr2+. The structure is closely related to the previously reported Ca2+ containing analogue, which is of lower symmetry belonging to the monoclinic crystal system. A supergroup‐subgroup relation between the space groups of both structures is present. The structure of 2 is made up of Ba2+ and K+ ions in eight and nine‐fold coordination by H2O molecules and (C4S4)2− ions which act as chelating ligands towards one cation and bridging between two cations. The coordination polyhedra of the cations are connected by common edges and corners in two dimensions to layers which are connected by tetrathiosquarate ions to a three‐dimensional network. The infrared and Raman spectra show bands typical for the molecular building units of the two compounds.  相似文献

The new hexathiodiphosphate(IV) hydrates K4[P2S6] · 4 H2O ( 1 ), Rb4[P2S6] · 6 H2O ( 2 ), and Cs4[P2S6] · 6 H2O ( 3 ) were synthesized by soft chemistry reactions from aqueous solutions of Na4[P2S6] · 6 H2O and the corresponding heavy alkali‐metal hydroxides. Their crystal structures were determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. K4[P2S6] · 4 H2O ( 1 ) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P 21/n with a = 803.7(1), b = 1129.2(1), c = 896.6(1) pm, β = 94.09(1)°, Z = 2. Rb4[P2S6] · 6 H2O ( 2 ) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P 21/c with a = 909.4(2), b = 1276.6(2), c = 914.9(2) pm, β = 114.34(2)°, Z = 2. Cs4[P2S6] · 6 H2O ( 3 ) crystallizes in the triclinic space group with a = 742.9(2), b = 929.8(2), c = 936.8(2) pm, α = 95.65(2), β = 112.87(2), γ = 112.77(2)°, Z = 1. The structures are built up by discrete [P2S6]4? anions in staggered conformation, the corresponding alkali‐metal cations and water molecules. O ··· S and O ··· O hydrogen bonds between the [P2S6]4? anions and the water molecules consolidate the structures into a three‐dimensional network. The different water‐content compositions result by the corresponding alkali‐metal coordination polyhedra and by the prefered number of water molecules in their coordination sphere, respectively. The FT‐Raman and FT‐IR/FIR spectra of the title compounds have been recorded and interpreted, especially with respect to the [P2S6]4? group. The thermogravimetric analysis showed that K4[P2S6] · 4 H2O converted to K4[P2S6] as it was heated at 100 °C.  相似文献

Bis(tetramethylammonium) dodecahydrododecaborate, [(CH3)4N]2[B12H12], and bis(tetramethylammonium) dodecahydrododecaborate acetonitrile, [(CH3)4N]2[B12H12] · CH3CN, were synthesized and characterized via Infrared, 1H and 11B NMR spectroscopy. [(CH3)4N]2[B12H12] crystallizes isopunctual to the alkali metal dodecaborates. The crystal structure of [(CH3)4N]2[B12H12] · CH3CN was determined from single crystal data and refined in the orthorhombic crystal system (Pcmn, no. 62, a = 898.68(8), b = 1312.85(9) c = 1994.5(1) pm, R(|F| , 4σ) = 5.9%, wR(F2) = 18.3%). Here, the geometry of the dodecaborate anion is that of an almost ideal icosahedron, less distorted than most other dodecaborates known. By low‐temperature Guinier‐Simon diffractometry phase transitions were detected for [(CH3)4N]2[B12H12] and [(CH3)4N]2[B12H12] · CH3CN at –70 and –15 °C, respectively.  相似文献

Single crystals of guanylurea (1–carbamoylguanidinium) sulphate hydrate (C 2/c, a = 30.353(6), b = 6.6162(13), c = 21.204(4) Å, β = 99.37(3)°, V = 4201.4(14) Å3, T = 200 K) were obtained from a neutral aqueous solution containing guanylurea sulphate. By analogy with previously reported simple molecular guanylurea salts, the title compound builds up an array of mutually linked chains of cations and anions, with the crystal packing being largely controlled by an extensive hydrogen bonding network.  相似文献

In the course of investigations relating to magnesia oxysulfate cement the basic magnesium salt hydrate 3Mg(OH)2 · MgSO4 · 8H2O (3–1–8 phase) was found as a metastable phase in the system Mg(OH)2‐MgSO4‐H2O at room temperature (the 5–1–2 phase is the stable phase) and was characterized by thermal analysis, Raman spectroscopy, and X‐ray powder diffraction. The complex crystal structure of the 3–1–8 phase was determined from high resolution laboratory X‐ray powder diffraction data [space group C2/c, Z = 4, a = 7.8956(1) Å, b = 9.8302(2) Å, c = 20.1769(2) Å, β = 96.2147(16)°, and V = 1556.84(4) Å3]. In the crystal structure of the 3–1–8 phase, parallel double chains of edge‐linked distorted Mg(OH2)2(OH)4 octahedra run along [–110] and [110] direction forming a pattern of crossed rods. Isolated SO4 tetrahedra and interstitial water molecules separate the stacks of parallel double chains.  相似文献

The calcium salts Ca2P2O6 · 2H2O ( 1 ) and [Ca(H2O)3(H2P2O6)] · 0.5(C12H24O6) · H2O ( 2 ) were prepared and structurally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca and compound 2 in the monoclinic space group P21/n. The crystal structure of compound 1 consists of chains of edge‐sharing [CaO7] polyhedra linked by hypodiphosphate(IV) anions to form a three‐dimensional network. The crystal structure of compound 2 consists of alternated layers of crown ether and water molecules and respective ionic units. Within the layers of ionic units the Ca2+ cations are octahedrally coordinated by three monodentate dihydrogenhypodiphosphate(IV) anions and three water molecules. The IR/Raman spectra of the title compounds were recorded and interpreted, especially with respect to the [P2O6]4– and [H2P2O6]2– groups. The phase purity of 2 was verified by powder diffraction measurements.  相似文献

Starting from the acid the salts Li6[P12S12N14] · 26 H2O and (NH4)6[P12S12N14] · 10 H2O were synthesized. According to X‐ray single‐crystal structure analyses the compounds are built up by isosteric P–N cages [P12S12N[3]8N[2]6]6–. Each of them is made up of twelve P3N3 rings, which exclusively exhibit the boat conformation. The cages have the idealized symmetry 2/m3; P12S12N8(NH)6 · 14 H2O: P1, a = 1119.11(7), b = 1123.61(7), c = 1125.80(6) pm, α = 80.186(4), β = 60.391(4), γ = 60.605(4)°, Z = 1; Li6[P12S12N14] · 26 H2O: Fm3, a = 1797.4(1) pm, Z = 4; (NH4)6[P12S12N14] · 10 H2O: P63, a = 1153.2(1), c = 2035.6(2) pm, Z = 2; K6[P12S12N14] · 8 H2O: R3c, a = 1142.37(5), c = 6009.6(3) pm, Z = 6. In the crystal the cages of the acid are crosslinked via hydrate molecules by hydrogen bonds. The cations in the salts show a high‐mobility and are located between the cages.  相似文献

Crystal Structure of Sodium Dihydrogencyamelurate Tetrahydrate Na[H2(C6N7)O3] · 4 H2O Sodium dihydrogencyamelurate‐tetrahydrate Na[H2(C6N7)O3]·4 H2O was obtained by neutralisation of an aqueous solution, previously prepared by hydrolysis of the polymer melon with sodium hydroxide. The crystal structure was solved by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction ( a = 6.6345(13), b = 8.7107(17), c = 11.632(2) Å, α = 68.96(3), β = 87.57(3), γ = 68.24(3)°, V = 579.5(2) Å3, Z = 2, R1 = 0.0535, 2095 observed reflections, 230 parameters). Both hydrogen atoms of the dihydrogencyamelurate anion are directly bound to nitrogen atoms of the cyameluric nucleus, thus proving the preference of the keto‐tautomere in salts of cyameluric acid in the solid‐state. The compound forms a layer‐like structure with an extensive hydrogen bonding network.  相似文献

Dicarboxylate Groups as Ligands and Anions in Aquamagnesium Complexes: Crystal Structures of [Mg (C4H2O4)(H2O)4] · H2O and [Mg(H2O)6](C4HO4)2 · 2H2O ((C4H2O4)2— = Fumarate; (C4HO4) = Hydrogenacetylenedicarboxylate) Crystals of tetraaqua(fumarato)magnesium‐hydrate ( 1 ) and hexaaquamagnesium‐bis(hydrogenacetylenedicarboxylate)‐dihydrate ( 2 ) were prepared by reacting MgCl2 with sodium fumarate and acetylenedicarboxylic acid, respectively. In 1 cis‐Mg(H2O)4 units are bridged by α, Ö‐bonded fumarate groups. The resulting zig zag chains exhibit the maximum symmetry compatible with space group symmetry C2/c. 2 consists of layers of voluminous [Mg(H2O)6]2+ cations alternating with layers of C4HO4 anions. The nearly planar anions are held together by parallel stacking and by short hydrogen bonds. Both structures contain efficient H bridging systems. 1 : Space group C2/c, Z = 4, lattice constants at 20 °C: a = 5.298(1), b = 13.178(2), c = 13.374(2)Å; ß = 94.79(2)°, R1 = 0.024. 2 : Space group P1, Z = 1, lattice constants at 20 °C: a = 5.985(1), b = 6.515(1), c = 11.129(1)Å; α = 105.24(2), ß = 91.87(3), γ = 90.92(1)°, R1 = 0.034.  相似文献

Colourless block‐shaped crystals of [(NH4)2(2.2.2‐cryptand)2][P2S8] ( 1 ) and [(NH4)2(18‐crown‐6)2][P2S8]·H2O ( 2 ) could be obtained by the reaction of an aqueous solution of ammonium hexathiohypodiphosphate, (NH4)4P2S6·2 H2O, with sulfur and 2.2.2‐cryptand or 18‐crown‐6. The crystal structures of both compounds have been determined by single‐crystal X‐Ray diffraction analysis. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 2032.7(2), b = 1243.6(2), c = 2244.6(2) pm, β = 98.64(1)°, and Z = 8, whereas compound 2 crystallizes also monoclinic in the space group P21/c with a = 2121.3(2), b = 865.5(1), c = 2345.4(2) pm, β = 91.96(1)°, and Z = 4. It could be established that the title compounds contain a new type of six‐membered [1,2‐P2S4] ring with P – P bond and three S – S linkages. The tetrahedral environment of each phosphorus is completed by a (formally) single and double bonded sulfur atom attached externally to the [1,2‐P2S4] ring. These terminal PS2 units are mesomerically stabilized according to their P – S distances. FT‐IR and FT‐Raman spectra of the title compounds are recorded and interpreted.  相似文献

Chemical and Cyclovoltammetric Investigation of the Redoxreactions of the Decahalodecaborates closo ‐[B10X10]2– and hypercloso ‐[B10X10]· – (X = Cl, Br)1). Crystal Structure Analysis of Cs2[B10Br10] · 2 H2O The oxidation of the decachloro‐closo‐decaborates(2–) Cs2[B10Cl10] or [Me4N]2[B10Cl10] with Tl(CF3COO)3 leads to the corresponding radical monoanion hypercloso‐[B10Cl10] · –, which was characterized by ESR and UV/Vis spectroscopy. [B10Cl10] · – does not dimerize like [B10H10] · – but it is reduced by acetonitrile to the dianion [B10Cl10]2–. Cs2[B10Cl10] reacts with stronger oxidation agents like CoF3 (in dichloromethane) or XeF2 (in perfluorhexane), respectively, to yield B9Cl9 and, in traces, B8Cl8. In opposite to this, the decabromoderivative Cs2[B10Br10] does not show any reaction with Tl(CF3COO)3 in acetonitrile or with CoF3 in CH2Cl2. The oxidation of the dianions [B10X10]2– (X = Cl, Br) was studied by electroanalytical methods (cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry, chronocoulometry). Formal potentials were determined for the two steps of the reaction, which do not seem to be affected by structural rearrangements. The crystal structure of Cs2[B10Br10] · 2 H2O was analyzed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Cs2[B10Br10] · 2 H2O crystallizes monoclinic (space group I2/a, (no. 15), Z = 8, a = 1361.54(9) pm, b = 1215.89(5) pm, c = 3108.4(2) pm, α = 90°, β = 97.916(8)°, γ = 90°). The closo‐cluster B10Br102– has a bicapped square antiprismatic structure with idealized D4d symmetry.  相似文献

The mononuclear compounds [Cu(OAc)(bipy)2]Cl·4H2O·1/2MeOH( 1 ) and [Co(OH2)2(phen)2](OAc)2·6H2O( 2 ) were unexpectedly obtained as single crystals from mother liquors left following isolation of the expected products of the reactions, in ethanol of Cu(OAc)2, benzylic acid and 2, 2'‐bipyridine (for 1 ) and Co(OAc)2, D, L‐mandelic acid and 1, 10‐phenanthroline (for 2 ). The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and electronic spectroscopy and magnetic measurements at room temperature and their structures were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. In 1 , the pentacoordinated copper atom has a basically square pyramidal coordination polyhedron, while in 2 the cobalt atom has a distorted octahedral environment. In both cases, the complexes are linked by hydrogen bonds and aromatic‐aromatic interactions.  相似文献

Two sulfato CuII complexes [Cu2(bpy)2(H2O)(OH)2(SO4)]· 4H2O ( 1 ) and [Cu(bpy)(H2O)2]SO4 ( 2 ) were synthesized and structurally characterized by single crystal X—ray diffraction. Complex 1 consists of the asymmetric dinuclear [Cu2(bpy)2(H2O)(OH)2(SO4)] complex molecules and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. Within the dinuclear molecules, the Cu atoms are in square pyramidal geometries, where the equatorial sites are occupied by two N atoms of one bpy ligand and two O atoms of different μ2—OH groups and the apical position by one aqua ligand or one sulfato group. Through intermolecular O—H···O and C—H···O hydrogen bonds and intermolecular π—π stacking interactions, the dinuclear complex molecules are assembled into layers, between which the hydrogen bonded H2O molecules are located. The Cu atoms in 2 are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one bpy ligand and four O atoms of two H2O molecules and two sulfato groups with the sulfato O atoms at the trans positions and are bridged by sulfato groups into 1[Cu(bpy)(H2O)2(SO4)2/2] chains. Through the interchain π—π stacking interactions and interchain C—H···O hydrogen bonds, the resulting chains are assembled into bi—chains, which are further interlinked into layers by O—H···O hydrogen bonds between adjacent bichains.  相似文献

The MgZrF6 · n H2O (n = 5, 2 and 0) compounds were studied by the methods of X‐ray diffraction and 19F, MAS 19F, and 1H NMR spectroscopy. At room temperature, the compound MgZrF6 · 5H2O has a monoclinic C‐centered unit cell and is composed of isolated chains of edge‐sharing ZrF8 dodecahedra reinforced with MgF2(H2O)4 octahedra and uncoordinated H2O molecules and characterized by a disordered system of hydrogen bonds. In the temperature range 259 to 255 K, a reversible monoclinic ? two‐domain triclinic phase transition is observed. The phase transition is accompanied with ordering of hydrogen atoms positions and the system of hydrogen bonds. The structure of MgZrF6 · 2H2O comprises a three‐dimensional framework consisting of chains of edge‐sharing ZrF8 dodecahedra linked to each other through MgF4(H2O)2 octahedra. The compound MgZrF6 belongs to the NaSbF6 type and is built from regular ZrF6 and MgF6 octahedra linked into a three‐dimensional framework through linear Zr–F–Mg bridges. The peaks in 19F MAS spectra were attributed to the fluorine structural positions. The motions of structural water molecules were studied by variable‐temperature 1H NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Supramolecular aspects on Te(OH)6 as substitute for crystal‐water in adenine hydrate complexes and the first disodium ditellurate(VI) are reported. The co‐crystallate [Te(OH)6 · 2 adenine · 4 H2O] ( 1 ) has been prepared in 41% yield from the 1 : 1 mixing of Te(OH)6 with the nitrogenous base adenine. The adduct of infinite stacks of adenine molecules, Te(OH)6 and water not only proves that Te(OH)6 mimicks the role of water in the related hydrate adenine · 3 H2O but also shows that the inclusion of Te(OH)6 raises the number of HO–H and N–HO contacts and therefore increases the distance between the adenine rings to 3.31 Å in 1 in comparison to that in adenine trihydrate (3.22 Å). Additionally, the disodium ditellurate(VI) aggregate {[Te2(O)2(OH)6(ONa)2]2 [NaOH · 12.5 H2O]} ( 2 ) resulted from the reaction of 1 with 2 molar equivalents of aqueous NaOH. Dinuclear 2 represents the first X‐ray diffraction characterized example of a sodium tellurate(VI) constructed from [Te2O4(OH)6]2– dianions.  相似文献

The structure is composed of MO6 octahedra and (PO2NH)44— anions. The P4N4 rings of the (PO2NH)44— anions exhibit a slightly distorted chair conformation, which is supported by IR data and has been described by torsion angles, Displacement Asymmetry Parameters and Puckering Parameters. Via M2+ ions and hydrogen bonds, the tetrametaphosphimate anions are connected forming layers perpendicular to [100]. These layers are connected by hydrogen bonds.  相似文献
