The title compound, [Cu2(SO4)2(C10H8N2)2(C2H6O2)2(H2O)2]n, contains two crystallographically unique CuII centres, each lying on a twofold axis and having a slightly distorted octahedral environment. One CuII centre is coordinated by two bridging 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy) ligands, two sulfate anions and two aqua ligands. The second is surrounded by two 4,4′‐bipy N atoms and four O atoms, two from bridging sulfate anions and two from ethane‐1,2‐diol ligands. The sulfate anion bridges adjacent CuII centres, leading to the formation of linear ...Cu1–Cu2–Cu1–Cu2... chains. Adjacent chains are further bridged by 4,4′‐bipy ligands, which are also located on the twofold axis, resulting in a two‐dimensional layered polymer. In the crystal structure, extensive O—H...O hydrogen‐bonding interactions between water molecules, ethane‐1,2‐diol molecules and sulfate anions lead to the formation of a three‐dimensional supramolecular network structure.  相似文献

The three‐dimensional (3D) coordination polymer [Zn6(btc)4(4,4′‐bipy)5]n ( 1 ) (btc = 1,2,4‐benzenetricarboxylate; 4,4′‐bipy = 4,4′‐bipyridine) has been prepared hydrothermally. The zinc(II) centers in 1 are bridged by btc ligands to form a trinuclear subunit, which is further linked by 4,4′‐bipy and btc ligands to construct the 3D coordination architecture. The title complex, [CuCl2(C6H6N4S2)], has a flattened tetrahedral coordination. The CuII atom is located on a twofold rotation axis and is coordinated by two N atoms from a chelating 2,2′‐diamino‐4,4′‐bi‐1,3‐thiazole ligand and by two Cl atoms. Intramolecular hydrogen bonding exists between the amino groups of the 2,2′‐diamino‐4,4′‐bi‐1,3‐thiazole ligand and the Cl atoms. The intermolecular separation of 3.425 (1) Å between parallel bithiazole rings suggests there is a π–π interaction between them.  相似文献

Two new ZnII(μ‐4,4′‐bipy) coordination polymers with acetate anions, [Zn(4,4′‐bipy)(AcO)2] ( 1 ) and [Zn2(4,4′‐bipy)(AcO)4] ( 2 ), have been synthesized. The compounds were characterized with elemental analysis, IR‐, 1H NMR‐, 13C NMR spectroscopy and studied by thermal analysis, fluorescence measurements and x‐ray crystallography. The structural studies of compound 1 suggest the structure is a coordination polymer of zinc(II) consisting of linear double chains formed by bridging 4,4′‐bipy ligand and connection of the acetate‐bridged centrosymmetric [Zn2(OAc)2]2+ nodes.  相似文献

In the polymeric title compound, [CuI(C10H8N4)]n, the CuI atom is in a four‐coordinated tetrahedral geometry, formed by two I atoms and two pyridine N atoms from two different 4,4′‐(diazenediyl)dipyridine (4,4′‐azpy) ligands. Two μ2‐I atoms link two CuI atoms to form a planar rhomboid [Cu2I2] cluster located on an inversion centre, where the distance between two CuI atoms is 2.7781 (15) Å and the Cu—I bond lengths are 2.6290 (13) and 2.7495 (15) Å. The bridging 4,4′‐azpy ligands connect the [Cu2I2] clusters into a two‐dimensional (2‐D) double‐layered grid‐like network [parallel to the (10) plane], with a (4,4)‐connected topology. Two 2‐D grid‐like networks interweave each other by long 4,4′‐azpy bridging ligands to form a dense 2‐D double‐layered network. To the best of our knowledge, this interwoven 2‐D→2‐D network is observed for the first time in [Cu2I2]–organic compounds.  相似文献

A methanol solution of 4,4‘-bipyridine reacts with Cu2A4(H2O)2 to yield coordination polymers of general formula: [Cu2A4(bipy)]n [A: CH2=C(Me)CO2^- (1), CH2=CHCO2^- (2); bipy: 4,4‘-bipyridine]. They were characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra and thermal analyses. The X-ray structure analyses of 1 show a one-dimensional chain structure where the binuclear structural units Cu2[CH2=C(Me)CO2]4 are bridged by 4,4‘-bipyridine molecules. Furthermore, the binuclear units between adjacent layers can form micropores. The temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibility of 1 indicates that the strong antiferromagnetic interaction exists between copper(Ⅱ) atoms in the binuclear units.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C9H10NO3)2(NO3)2(C10H8N2)(H2O)2]n, contains CuII atoms and l ‐tyrosinate (l ‐tyr) and 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy) ligands in a 2:2:1 ratio. Each Cu atom is coordinated by one amino N atom and two carboxylate O atoms from two l ‐tyr ligands, one N atom from a 4,4′‐bipy ligand, a monodentate nitrate ion and a water molecule in an elongated octahedral geometry. Adjacent Cu atoms are bridged by the bidentate carboxylate groups into a chain. These chains are further linked by the bridging 4,4′‐bipy ligands, forming an undulated chiral two‐dimensional sheet. O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds connect the sheets in the [100] direction. This study offers useful information for the engineering of chiral coordination polymers with amino acids and 4,4′‐bipy ligands by considering the ratios of the metal ion and organic components.  相似文献

Two special manganese complexes [Mn(II)(acac?)2(4,4′‐bipy)]n (bipy=4,4′‐bipyridine) (complex 1 ) and [Mn(III)(acac?)3]·4CO(NH2)2 (acacH=acetylacetone) (complex 2 ) were synthesized in the same strategy by solvothermal method. Single crystal X‐ray diffraction revealed the complex 1 consists of one‐dimensional infinite coordination chain, with the manganese centers bridged by 4,4′‐bipy. And free carbamides of complex 2 connect with each other through the hydrogen bonds to form a 14‐membered carbamide ring and a zig‐zag plane. Both enantiomers of Mn(III)(acac?)3 exist in the structure, forming a racemate. Furthermore, these enantiomers and those zig‐zag planes are linked with hydrogen bonds to form an unique spatial network.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [NiCu(CN)4(C10H8N2)(H2O)2]n or [{Cu(H2O)2}(μ‐C10H8N2)(μ‐CN)2{Ni(CN)2}]n, was shown to be a metal–organic cyanide‐bridged framework, composed essentially of –Cu–4,4′‐bpy–Cu–4,4′‐bpy–Cu– chains (4,4′‐bpy is 4,4′‐bipyridine) linked by [Ni(CN)4]2− anions. Both metal atoms sit on special positions; the CuII atom occupies an inversion center, while the NiII atom of the cyanometallate sits on a twofold axis. The 4,4′‐bpy ligand is also situated about a center of symmetry, located at the center of the bridging C—C bond. The scientific impact of this structure lies in the unique manner in which the framework is built up. The arrangement of the –Cu–4,4′‐bpy–Cu–4,4′‐bpy–Cu– chains, which are mutually perpendicular and non‐intersecting, creates large channels running parallel to the c axis. Within these channels, the [Ni(CN)4]2− anions coordinate to successive CuII atoms, forming zigzag –Cu—N[triple‐bond]C—Ni—C[triple‐bond]N—Cu– chains. In this manner, a three‐dimensional framework structure is constructed. To the authors' knowledge, this arrangement has not been observed in any of the many copper(II)–4,4′‐bipyridine framework complexes synthesized to date. The coordination environment of the CuII atom is completed by two water molecules. The framework is further strengthened by O—H...N hydrogen bonds involving the water molecules and the symmetry‐equivalent nonbridging cyanide N atoms.  相似文献

Attempts to crystal engineer metallosupramolecularcomplexes from Cu(phen)2+ building blocks and the prototypical, rod‐like, exo‐bidentate ligand 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy) by layering techniques are described. Reactions of Cu(phen)2+ (phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline) with 4,4′‐bipy in the presence of NO3 counterions yielded two distinct, discrete, dinuclear, Ci symmetric, dumbbell‐typecomplexes, [{Cu(NO3)2(phen)}2(4,4′‐bipy)] ( 1 ) and [{Cu(NO3)(phen)(H2O)}2(4,4′‐bipy)](NO3)2 ( 2 ), depending upon the mixture of solvents used for crystallization. In compound 1 , a mono‐ and a bidentate nitrato group coordinate to Cu2+, whereas in 2 the monodentate nitrato groups are replaced by aqua ligands, which introduce additional hydrogen‐bond donor functionality to the molecule. The crystal structure of 1 was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray analysis at 296 and 110 K. Upon cooling, a disorder‐order transition occurs, with retention of the space group symmetry. The crystal structure of 2 at room temperature was reported previously [Z.‐X. Du, J.‐X. Li, Acta Cryst. 2007 , E63, m2282]. We have redetermined the crystal structure of 2 at 100 K. A phase transition is not observed for 2 , but the low temperature single‐crystal structure determination is of significantly higher precision than the room temperature study. Both 1 and 2 are obtained phase‐pure, as proven by powder X‐ray diffraction of the bulk materials. Crystals of [Cu(phen)(CF3SO3)2(4,4′‐bipy) · 0.5H2O]n ( 3 ), a one‐dimensional coordination polymer, were obtained from [Cu(CF3SO3)2(phen)(H2O)2] and 4,4′‐bipy. In 3 , Cu(phen)2+ corner units are joined by 4,4′‐bipy via the two vacant cis sites to form polymeric zig‐zag chains, which are tightly packed in the crystal. Compounds 1 – 3 were further studied by infrared spectroscopy.  相似文献

Two nitrilotriacetate cobalt complexes {[CoK2(NTA)(Hmta)(H2O)3]NO3}n ( 1 ) and [{Co(4,4′‐bpy)2(H2O)4}{Co2(NTA)2(4,4′‐bpy)(H2O)2}] ( 2 ) (NTA = nitrilotriacetate anion, Hmta = hexamethylenetetramine and 4,4′‐bpy = 4,4′‐bipyridine) were prepared and characterized by IR, elemental analysis and single crystal X‐ray diffraction study. The influence of the neutral ancillary ligands on the formation of the complexes with different structures in the Co‐NTA system was discussed. The coordination of NTA and Hmta to Co2+ ions only resulted in the formation of mononuclear [Co(NTA)(Hmta)]? ions which are further connected by K+ ions and water molecules to form a three‐dimensional network. The use of 4,4′‐bpy as ancillary ligand in 2 led to the formation of separate mononuclear [Co(4,4′‐bpy)2(H2O)4]2+ and dinuclear [Co2(NTA)2(4,4′‐bpy)(H2O)2]2? which are further connected by hydrogen bonds to form a supramolecular three‐dimensional network. In these cases it seems to suggest that the addition of neutral ancillary ligand into the Co‐NTA system leads to the formation of lower dimensional structures when the contribution of alkali ions to the structural dimensionality is neglected.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of an aqueous solution of Cu(CH3COO)2·H2O, 1,2,4,5‐benzenetetracarboxylic acid and 4,4′‐bipyridine gave rise to the interesting title three‐dimensional polymer {[Cu6(btec)3(4,4′‐bpy)3(H2O)2]·2H2O}n (btec is 1,2,4,5‐benzenetetracarboxylate, C10H2O84−, and 4,4′‐bpy is 4,4′‐bipyridine, C10H8N2), in which each btec ligand links six copper(II) cations into a lamellar [Cu6(btec)3(H2O)2]n subpolymer framework. There are two distinct diamine units and two distinct carboxylate units, with one of each lying across an inversion centre.  相似文献

A novel cadmium(II) coordination polymer, poly[[[bis(4,4′‐bipyridine)cadmium(II)]‐μ3‐4,4′‐dicarboxybiphenyl‐3,3′‐dicarboxylato] 0.35‐hydrate], {[Cd(C16H8O8)(C10H8N2)2]·0.35H2O}n, was obtained by reaction of Cd(CH3COO)2·3H2O, 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bpy) and biphenyl‐3,3′,4,4′‐tetracarboxylic acid (H4L) under hydrothermal conditions. Each CdII atom lies at the centre of a distorted octahedron, coordinated by four O atoms from three H2L2− ligands and N atoms from two monodentate 4,4′‐bpy ligands. Each H2L2− ligand coordinates to three CdII atoms through two carboxylate groups, one acting as a bridging bidentate ligand and the other in a chelating bidentate fashion. Two Cd atoms, two H2L2− anions and four 4,4′‐bpy ligands form a ring dimer node, which links into an extended broad zonal one‐dimensional chain along the c axis.  相似文献

The reaction of Cu(NO3)2·3H2O with 2,4′‐oxybis(benzoic acid) and 4,4′‐bipyridine under hydrothermal conditions produced a new mixed‐ligand two‐dimensional copper(II) coordination polymer, namely poly[[(μ‐4,4′‐bipyridine‐κ2N ,N ′)[μ‐2,4′‐oxybis(benzoato)‐κ4O 2,O 2′:O 4,O 4′]copper(II)] monohydrate], {[Cu(C14H8O5)(C10H8N2)]·H2O}n , which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The X‐ray diffraction crystal structure analysis reveals that the CuII ions are connected to form a two‐dimensional wave‐like network through 4,4′‐bipyridine and 2,4′‐oxybis(benzoate) ligands. The two‐dimensional layers are expanded into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure through intermolecular O—H…O and C—H…O hydrogen bonds. Furthermore, magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that the complex shows weak antiferromagnetic interactions between adjacent CuII ions.  相似文献

The title complex, {[Cu2(C14H16N3O4)(C6H6N4S2)]NO3·0.6H2O}n, is a one‐dimensional copper(II) coordination polymer bridged by cis‐oxamide and carboxylate groups. The asymmetric unit is composed of a dinuclear copper(II) cation, [Cu2(dmapob)(dabt)]+ {dmapob is N‐(2‐carboxylatophenyl)‐N′‐[3‐(dimethylamino)propyl]oxamidate and dabt is 2,2′‐diamino‐4,4′‐bithiazole}, one nitrate anion and one partially occupied site for a solvent water molecule. The two CuII ions are located in square‐planar and square‐pyramidal coordination environments, respectively. The separations of the Cu atoms bridged by oxamide and carboxylate groups are 5.2053 (3) and 5.0971 (4) Å, respectively. The complex chains are linked by classical hydrogen bonds to form a layer and then assembled by π–π stacking interactions into a three‐dimensional network. The influence of the terminal ligand on the structure of the complex is discussed.  相似文献

In the title compound, catena‐poly[[[N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxamide]chloridozinc(II)]‐μ‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxylato‐[[N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxamide]chloridozinc(II)]‐μ‐[N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxamide]], [Zn2(C14H8O4)Cl2(C26H22N4O2)3]n, the ZnII centre is four‐coordinate and approximately tetrahedral, bonding to one carboxylate O atom from a bidentate bridging dianionic [1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxylate ligand, to two pyridine N atoms from two N,N′‐bis(pyridin‐3‐ylmethyl)‐[1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxamide ligands and to one chloride ligand. The pyridyl ligands exhibit bidentate bridging and monodentate terminal coordination modes. The bidentate bridging pyridyl ligand and the bridging [1,1′‐biphenyl]‐4,4′‐dicarboxylate ligand both lie on special positions, with inversion centres at the mid‐points of their central C—C bonds. These bridging groups link the ZnII centres into a one‐dimensional tape structure that propagates along the crystallographic b direction. The tapes are interlinked into a two‐dimensional layer in the ab plane through N—H...O hydrogen bonds between the monodentate ligands. In addition, the thermal stability and solid‐state photoluminescence properties of the title compound are reported.  相似文献

The title dicadmium compound, [Cd2(C10H8N2)5(H2O)6](C7H6NO2)2(ClO4)2·2H2O, is located around an inversion centre. Each CdII centre is coordinated by three N atoms from three different 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands and three O atoms from three coordinating water molecules in a distorted octahedral coordination environment. In the dicadmium cation unit, one 4,4′‐bipyridine (4,4′‐bipy) molecule acts as a bidentate bridging ligand between two Cd metal ions, while the other four 4,4′‐bipy molecules act only as monodentate terminal ligands, resulting in a rare `H‐type' [Cd2(C10H8N2)5(H2O)6] host unit. These host units are connected to each other viaπ–π stacking interactions, giving rise to a three‐dimensional supramolecular grid network with large cavities. The 3‐aminobenzoate anions, perchlorate anions and water molecules are encapsulated in the cavities by numerous hydrogen‐bonding interactions. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first example of a coordination compound based on both 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands together with discrete 3‐aminobenzoate anions.  相似文献

A metal–organic framework with a novel topology, poly[sesqui(μ2‐4,4′‐bipyridine)bis(dimethylformamide)bis(μ4‐4,4′,4′′‐nitrilotribenzoato)trizinc(II)], [Zn3(C21H12NO6)2(C10H8N2)1.5(C3H7NO)2]n, was obtained by the solvothermal method using 4,4′,4′′‐nitrilotribenzoic acid and 4,4′‐bipyridine (bipy). The structure, determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis, possesses three kinds of crystallographically independent ZnII cations, as well as binuclear Zn2(COO)4(bipy)2 paddle‐wheel clusters, and can be reduced to a novel topology of a (3,3,6)‐connected 3‐nodal net, with the Schläfli symbol {5.62}4{52.6}4{58.87} according to the topological analysis.  相似文献
