Tetranuclear Cluster Complexes of the Type [MM′(AuR3)2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(μ4‐PCy)(CO)6] (M,M′ = Mn, Re; R = Ph, Cy, Et): Synthesis, Structure, and Topomerisation The dirhenium complex [Re2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(CO)7(ax‐H2PCy)] ( 1 ) reacts at room temperature in thf solution with each two equivalents of the base DBU and of ClAuPR3 (R = Ph, Cy, Et) in a photochemical reaction process to afford the tetranuclear clusters [Re2(AuPR3)2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(μ4‐PCy)(CO)6] (R = Ph ( 2 ), Cy ( 3 ), Et ( 4 )) in yields of 35–48%. The homologue [Mn2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(CO)7(ax‐H2PCy)] ( 5 ) leads under the same reaction conditions to the corresponding products [Mn2(AuPR3)2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(μ4‐PCy)(CO)6] (R = Ph ( 6 ), Et ( 8 )). Also [MnRe(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(CO)7(ax/eq‐H2PCy)] ( 9 ) reacts under formation of [MnRe(AuPR3)2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(μ4‐PCy)(CO)6] (R = Ph ( 10 ), Et ( 11 )). All new cluster complexes were identified by means of 1H‐NMR, 31P‐NMR and ν(CO)‐IR spectroscopic measurements. 2 , 4 and 10 have also been characterized by single crystal X‐ray structure analyses with crystal parameters: 2 triclinic, space group P 1, a = 12.256(4) Å, b = 12.326(4) Å, c = 24.200(6) Å, α = 83.77(2)°, β = 78.43(2)°, γ = 68.76(2)°, Z = 2; 4 monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 12.851(3) Å, b = 18.369(3) Å, c = 40.966(8) Å, β = 94.22(1)°, Z = 8; 10 triclinic, space group P 1, a = 12.083(1) Å, b = 12.185(2) Å, c = 24.017(6) Å, α = 83.49(29)°, β = 78.54(2)°, γ = 69.15(2)°, Z = 2. The trapezoid arrangement of the metal atoms in 2 and 4 show in the solid structure trans‐positioned an open and a closed Re…Au edge. In solution these edges are equivalent and, on the 31P NMR time scale, represent two fluxional Re–Au bonds in the course of a topomerization process. Corresponding dynamic properties were observed for the dimanganese compounds 6 and 8 but not for the related MnRe clusters 10 and 11 . 2 and 4 are the first examples of cluster compounds with a permanent Re–Au bond valence isomerization.  相似文献

The pale‐rose compound [(μ‐C6H8O4)4/2Co(μ‐H2O)2Co(H2O)4] · 4 H2O was prepared from adipic acid and CoCO3 in aqueous solution. The crystal structure (monoclinic, P21/n (no. 14), a = 8.061(1), b = 15.160(2), c = 9.708(2) Å, β = 90.939(7)°, Z = 2, R = 0.0405, wR2 = 0.0971) consists of adipate bridged supramolecular [(μ‐C6H8O4)4/2Co(μ‐H2O)2Co(H2O)4] layers and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The cobalt atoms Co1 and Co2 are distorted octahedrally coordinated by the O atoms of two bridging trans‐H2O molecules and four bidentate adipate anions (Co1) and by the O atoms of two bridging trans‐H2O molecules and four monodentate H2O molecules (Co2), respectively. Equatorial bonds: d(Co1–O) = 2.048 Å (2 × ), 2.060 Å (2 × ); d(Co2–O) = 2.057 Å (2 × ), 2.072 Å (2 × ). Axial bonds: d(Co1–O) = 2.235 Å (2 × ); d(Co2–O) = 2.156 Å (2 × ).  相似文献

Heterobinuclear Complexes: Synthesis and X‐ray Crystal Structures of [RuRh(μ‐CO)(CO)4(μ‐PtBu2)(tBu2PH)], [RuRh(μ‐CO)(CO)3(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐Ph2PCH2PPh2)], and [CoRh(CO)4(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(tBu2PH)] [Ru3Rh(CO)73‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)2(tBu2PH)(μ‐Cl)2] ( 2 ) yields by cluster degradation under CO pressure as main product the heterobinuclear complex [RuRh(μ‐CO)(CO)4(μ‐PtBu2)(tBu2PH)] ( 4 ). The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pcab with a = 15.6802(15), b = 28.953(3), c = 11.8419(19) Å and V = 5376.2(11) Å3. The reaction of 4 with dppm (Ph2PCH2PPh2) in THF at room temperature affords in good yields [RuRh(μ‐CO)(CO)3(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐dppm)] ( 7 ). 7 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with a = 9.7503(19), b = 13.399(3), c = 15.823(3) Å and V = 1854.6 Å3. Moreover single crystals of [CoRh(CO)4(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(tBu2PH)] ( 9 ) could be obtained and the single‐crystal X‐ray structure analysis revealed that 9 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/a with a = 11.611(2), b = 13.333(2), c = 18.186(3) Å and V = 2693.0(8) Å3.  相似文献

Reactions of phenanthroline (phen) and Er(NO3)3 · 5 H2O or Lu(NO3)3 · H2O in CH3OH/H2O yield [Ln2(phen)4(H2O)4(OH)2](NO3)4(phen)2 with Ln = Er ( 1 ), Lu ( 2 ). Both isostructural complex compounds crystallize in the triclinic space group P 1 (no. 2) with the cell dimensions: a = 11.257(2) Å, b = 11.467(2) Å, c = 14.069(2) Å, α = 93.93(2)°, β = 98.18(1)°, γ = 108.14(1)°, V = 1696.0(6) Å3, Z = 1 for ( 1 ) and a = 11.251(1) Å, b = 11.476(1) Å, c = 14.019(1) Å, α = 93.83(1)°, β = 98.27(1)°, γ = 108.27(1)°, V = 1689.0(3) Å3, Z = 1 for ( 2 ). The crystal structures consist of the hydroxo bridged dinuclear [Ln2(phen)4(H2O)4(OH)2]4+ complex cations, hydrogen bonded NO3 anions and π‐π stacking (phen)2 dimers. The rare earth metal atoms are coordinated by four N atoms of two phen ligands and four O atoms of two H2O molecules and two μ‐OH groups to complete tetragonal antiprisms. Via two common μ‐OH groups, two neighboring tetragonal antiprisms are condensed to a centrosymmetric dinuclear [Ln2(phen)4(H2O)4(OH)2]4+ complex cation. Based on π‐π stacking interactions and hydrogen bonding, the complex cations and (phen)2 dimers form 2 D layers parallel to (1 0 1), between which the hydrogen bonded NO3 anions are sandwiched. The structures can be simplified into a distorted CsCl structure when {[Ln2(phen)4(H2O)4(OH)2](NO3)4} and (phen)2 are viewed as building units.  相似文献

Tridentate Schiff bases (H2L1 or H2L2) were derived from condensation of acetylacetone and 2-aminophenol or 2-aminobenzoic acid. Binuclear square pyramidal complexes of the type [M2(L1)2]?·?nH2O (M?=?Fe–Cl, n?=?0; M?=?VO, n?=?1) were accessed from interaction of H2L1 with anhydrous FeCl3 and VOSO4?·?5H2O, respectively. A similar reaction with H2L2, however, produced mononuclear complexes [ML2(H2O) x ]?·?nH2O (M=Fe–Cl, x?=?0, n?=?0; M=VO, x?=?1, n?=?1). The compounds were characterized using elemental analysis, FT-IR, UV-Vis, and NMR (for ligand only), and mass spectroscopies and solution electrical conductivity studies. Magnetic susceptibility measurements suggest antiferromagnetic exchange in binuclear Fe(III) and VO(IV) complexes. Thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA) provided unambiguous evidence for the presence of coordinated as well as lattice water in [VOL2(H2O)]?·?H2O. Cyclic voltammetric studies showed well-defined redox processes corresponding to Fe(III)/Fe(II) and VO(V)/VO(IV). In vitro antimicrobial activities of the compounds were investigated against Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeroginosa, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, and Proteus vulgaris. H2L1 and its binuclear complexes exhibited pronounced activity against all the microorganisms tested.  相似文献

Activation of Carbon Disulfide on Triruthenium Clusters: Synthesis and X‐Ray Crystal Structure Analysis of [Ru3(CO)5(μ‐H)2(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐Ph2PCH2PPh2){μ‐η2‐PCy2C(S)}(μ3‐S)] and [Ru3(CO)5(CS)(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐PCy2)23‐S)] [Ru3(CO)6(μ‐H)2(μ‐PCy2)2(μ‐dppm)] ( 1 ) (dppm = Ph2PCH2PPh2) reacts under mild conditions with CS2 and yields by oxidative decarbonylation and insertion of CS into one phosphido bridge the opened 50 VE‐cluster [Ru3(CO)5(μ‐H)2(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐dppm){μ‐η2‐PCy2C(S)}(μ3‐S)] ( 2 ) with only two M–M bonds. The compound 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with a = 19.093(3), b = 12.2883(12), c = 20.098(3) Å; α = 84.65(3), β = 77.21(3), γ = 81.87(3)° and V = 2790.7(11) Å3. The reaction of [Ru3(CO)7(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐PCy2)2] ( 3 ) with CS2 in refluxing toluene affords the 50 VE‐cluster [Ru3(CO)5(CS)(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐PCy2)23‐S)] ( 4 ). The compound cristallizes in the monoclinic space group P 21/a with a = 19.093(3), b = 12.2883(12), c = 20.098(3) Å; β = 104.223(16)° and V = 4570.9(10) Å3. Although in the solid state structure one elongated Ru–Ru bond has been found the complex 4 can be considered by means of the 31P‐NMR data as an electron‐rich metal cluster.  相似文献

Investigation of the Hydrolytic Build‐up of Iron(III)‐Oxo‐Aggregates The synthesis and structures of five new iron/hpdta complexes [{FeIII4(μ‐O)(μ‐OH)(hpdta)2(H2O)4}2FeII(H2O)4]·21H2O ( 2 ), (pipH2)2[Fe2(hpdta)2]·8H2O ( 4 ), (NH4)4[Fe6(μ‐O)(μ‐OH)5(hpdta)3]·20.5H2O ( 5 ), (pipH2)1.5[Fe4(μ‐O)(μ‐OH)3(hpdta)2]·6H2O ( 7 ), [{Fe6(μ3‐O)2(μ‐OH)2(hpdta)2(H4hpdta)2}2]·py·50H2O ( 9 ) are described and the formation of these is discussed in the context of other previously published hpdta‐complexes (H5hpdta = 2‐Hydroxypropane‐1, 3‐diamine‐N, N, N′, N′‐tetraacetic acid). Terminal water ligands are important for the successive build‐up of higher nuclearity oxy/hydroxy bridged aggregates as well as for the activation of substrates such as DMA and CO2. The formation of the compounds under hydrolytic conditions formally results from condensation reactions. The magnetic behaviour can be quantified analogously up to the hexanuclear aggregate 5 . The iron(III) atoms in 1 ‐ 7 are antiferromagnetically coupled giving rise to S = 0 spin ground states. In the dodecanuclear iron(III) aggregate 9 we observe the encapsulation of inorganic ionic fragments by dimeric{M2hpdta}‐units as we recently reported for AlIII/hpdta‐system.  相似文献

Compounds 1 and 2 crystallize in triclinic system, space group , with a = 12.5458(7) Å, b = 13.4486(8) Å, c = 21.2406(12) Å, α = 99.7020(10)°, β = 94.2320(10)°, γ = 95.0890(10)°, V = 3504.2(3) Å3 and Z = 2 for 1 , and a = 10.7871(6) Å, b = 10.9016(6) Å, c = 12.7897(7) Å, α = 96.8500(10)°, β = 110.0850(10)°, γ = 103.5800(10)°, V = 1339.74(13) Å3 and Z = 1 for 2 . Compound 1 contains a [Cu2(phen)4(μ‐Cl)]3+ cation in which two similar [Cu(phen)2] units are bridged by one chlorine atom. Compound 2 contains one‐dimensional straight chain of Keggin polyoxoanions [PMoV2MoVI10O39]n3? and two linear cationic chains of [CuI(bpy)]nn+. The molecular packing shows a two‐dimensional network, which is formed by the cross of the linear Keggin anions and Cu‐bpy cations.  相似文献

μ‐Oxido‐bis[(hexaethyldimethyl‐2,2′‐bidipyrrinato)iron(III)] ( 1 ) crystallizes as a mixed dichloromethane/water solvate as black plates in the triclinic system, space group P\bar{1} , with a = 14.536(3), b = 16.194(3), c = 25.883(5) Å, α = 98.89(3)°, β = 91.28(3)°, γ = 90.56(3)°, and Z = 2. In the crystal structure two distinct solvates 1· CH2Cl2 and 1· H2O are present in equal ratio. In both cases the solvent is found in direct vicinity of the Fe–O–Fe subunit and is located within a binding pocket formed by the two helically distorted tetrapyrroles. Whereas the dichloromethane molecule is oriented within this pocket as a dipole with the positive end pointing towards the oxygen atom of the Fe–O–Fe subunit, the water molecule forms a hydrogen bond with this site, supported by additional weak interactions with adjacent N‐donor atoms.  相似文献

Reactions of 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate, Na2C4H4O4 · 6 H2O and MnSO4 · H2O in CH3OH/H2O yielded a mixture of [Mn2(H2O)4(phen)2(C4H4O4)2] · 2 H2O ( 1 ) and [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2][Mn(phen)2(C4H4O4)](C4H4O4) · 7 H2O ( 2 ). The crystal structure of 1 (P1 (no. 2), a = 8.257(1) Å, b = 8.395(1) Å, c = 12.879(2) Å, α = 95.33(1)°, β = 104.56(1)°, γ = 106.76(1)°, V = 814.1(2) Å3, Z = 1) consists of the dinuclear [Mn2(H2O)4(phen)2(C4H4O4)2] molecules and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The centrosymmetric dinuclear molecules, in which the Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and four O atoms from two H2O molecules and two bis‐monodentate succinato ligands, are assembled via π‐π stacking interactions into 2 D supramolecular layers parallel to (101) (d(Mn–O) = 2.123–2.265 Å, d(Mn–N) = 2.307 Å). The crystal structure of 2 (P1 (no. 2), a = 14.289(2) Å, b = 15.182(2) Å, c = 15.913(2) Å, α = 67.108(7)°, β = 87.27(1)°, γ = 68.216(8)°, V = 2934.2(7) Å3, Z = 2) is composed of the [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ cations, [Mn(phen)2(C4H4O4)] complex molecules, (C4H4O4)2– anions, and H2O molecules. The (C4H4O4)2– anions and H2O molecules form 3 D hydrogen bonded network and the cations and complex molecules in the tunnels along [001] and [011], respectively, are assembled via the π‐π stacking interactions into 1 D supramolecular chains. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and two water O atoms or two carboxyl O atoms (d(Mn–O) = 2.088–2.129 Å, d(Mn–N) = 2.277–2.355 Å). Interestingly, the succinato ligands in the complex molecules assume gauche conformation bidentately to chelate the Mn atoms into seven‐membered rings.  相似文献

Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction measurements have been carried out on [Nd(dmf)4(H2O)3(μ‐CN)Fe(CN)5]?H2O ( 1 ; dmf=dimethylformamide), [Nd(dmf)4(H2O)3(μ‐CN)Co(CN)5]?H2O ( 2 ), [La(dmf)4(H2O)3(μ‐CN)Fe(CN)5]?H2O ( 3 ), [Gd(dmf)4(H2O)3(μ‐CN)Fe(CN)5]?H2O ( 4 ), and [Y(dmf)4(H2O)3(μ‐CN)Fe(CN)5]?H2O ( 5 ), at 15(2) K with and without UV illumination of the crystals. Significant changes in unit‐cell parameters were observed for all the iron‐containing complexes, whereas 2 showed no response to UV illumination. Photoexcited crystal structures have been determined for 1 , 3 , and 4 based on refinements of two‐conformer models, and excited‐state occupancies of 78.6(1), 84(6), and 86.6(7) % were reached, respectively. Significant bond‐length changes were observed for the Fe–ligand bonds (up to 0.19 Å), the cyano bonds (up to 0.09 Å), and the lanthanide–ligand bonds (up to 0.10 Å). Ab initio theoretical calculations were carried out for the experimental ground‐state geometry of 1 to understand the electronic structure changes upon UV illumination. The calculations suggest that UV illumination gives a charge transfer from the cyano groups on the iron atom to the lanthanide ion moiety, {Nd(dmf)4(H2O)3}, with a distance of approximately 6 Å from the iron atom. The charge transfer is accompanied by a reorganization of the spin state on the {Fe(CN)6} complex, and a change in geometry that produces a metastable charge‐transfer state with an increased number of unpaired electrons, thus accounting for the observed photomagnetic effect.  相似文献

Two mixed ligand ZnII complexes [Zn(phen)L2/2](H2L) ( 1 ) and [(phen)2Zn(μ‐L)Zn(phen)2]L 11H2O ( 2 ) with H2L = suc‐cinic acid were prepared and crystallographically characterized. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c (no. 15) with a = 13.618(1) Å, b = 9.585(1) Å, c = 15.165(1) Å, β = 96.780(6)°, V = 1965.6(3)Å3, Z = 4 and complex 2 in the triclinic space group P 1¯ (no. 2) with a = 12.989(2)Å, b = 14.464(2)Å, c = 18.025(3)Å, α = 90.01(1)°, β = 109.69(1)°, γ = 112.32(1)°, V = 2917.4(8) Å3, Z = 2. 1 consists of succinic acid molecules and 1D zigzag [Zn(phen)(C4H4O4)2/2] polymeric chains, in which the tetrahedrally coordinated Zn atoms are bridged by bis ‐ monodentate succinato ligands. Succinic acid molecules play an important role in supramolecular assemblies of the polymeric chains into 2D layers as well as in the stacking of 2D layers. 2 is composed of [(phen)2Zn(μ‐L)Zn(phen)2]2+ complex cations, succinate anions and hydrogen bonded water molecules. Within the divalent cations, Zn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of two phen ligands and two O atoms of one bis‐chelating succinato ligand. Through the intermolecular π—π stacking interactions, the complex cations form positively charged 2D layers, between which the noncoordinating succinate anions and water molecules are sandwiched.  相似文献

ReV‐Phthalocyaninates and ReV‐Tetraphenylporphyrinates: Synthesis, Properties, and Crystal Structure Hexa‐coordinated ReV phthalocyaninates (pc) and ReV tetraphenylporphyrinates (tpp) of the type [Re(O)(X)p] (p: pc, tpp) with X = OCH3, ReO4, Cl/pc, F/pc, OH/tpp, [{Re(O)p}2(μ‐O)] and (cat)trans[Re(O)2p] (cat: nBu4N, Et4N/tpp) have been isolated and characterised by their UV‐Vis‐NIR, IR and resonance Raman (RR) spectra. In the RR spectra, the intensity of the (Re=O) and (Re–X) stretching vibrations (ν(Re=O/–X)) in [Re(O)(X)p] and [{Re(O)p}2(μ‐O)] is selectively enhanced with excitation in coincidence with O → Re–CT between ca 19000 and 22000 cm–1. In accordance to selection rules, data of ν(Re=O/–X) compare well with those of the complementary IR spectra. Because of the trans influence ν(Re=O) depends on the axial ligand X, ranging from 940 to 1010 cm–1. The crystallographic characterization of [Re(O)(ReO4)tpp] · CHCl3 ( 1 ), [{Re(O)tpp}2(μ‐O)] · py ( 2 ), (nBu4N)trans[Re(O)2tpp] ( 3 ), and (Et4N)trans[Re(O)2tpp] · 2 H2O ( 4 ) is described. The tpp centered Re atom is in a distorted octahedron of four N atoms of the porphyrinate and two axial O atoms in a mutual trans position. Average Re–N distances are 2.062 Å in 1 , 2.086 Å in 2 , 2.089 Å in 3 , and 2.082/2.086 Å in 4 . The Re–O distance of the terminal rhenyl group varies from 1.64(1) Å ( 1 ), 1.73(1)/1.70(1) Å ( 2 ) to 1.80(1) Å ( 4 ), that of the monodentate rhenate(VII) from 1.70(1) to 1.75(1) Å. The Re–O distances in the bridge of the linear O=Re–O–Re=O skeleton in 2 are 1.95(1)/1.89(1) Å. In 1 , with a bent O=Re–O^ ReO3 moiety (∢(Re–O^ReO3) = 143(1)°) and a mostly ionic coordinated rhenate(VII), these distances differ significantly (2.20(1) Å vs 1.75(1) Å). The porphyrinate in 1 is saucer‐shaped with a distal rhenate(VII), and the tpp centered Re atom is displaced by 0.31 Å out of the (N)4 plane towards the rhenyl‐O atom. The distorted porphyrinates in 2 are rotated by 30.4(4)°, and the Re atoms are 0.1 Å out of their (N)4 planes towards the terminal O atoms. In 3 and 4 the porphyrinates are almost planar with the Re atom in their centre.  相似文献

The Ni atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand, three water O atoms and one carboxyl O atom from one monodentate glutarato ligand (d(Ni–N) = 2.086, 2.090 Å; d(Ni–O) = 2.064–2.079 Å). Through the π‐π stacking interactions and intermolecular hydrogen bonds, the dimers are assembled to form 2 D layers parallel to (0 1 1). The crystal structure of 2 (P21/n (no. 14), a = 7.574 Å, b = 11.938 Å, c = 18.817 Å, β = 98.48°, V = 1682.8 Å3, Z = 4) contains [Ni(H2O)2(phen)(C5H6O4)2/2] supramolecular chains extending along [010]. The Ni atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand, two water O atoms and two carboxyl O atoms from different bis‐monodentate glutarato ligands with d(Ni–N) = 2.082, 2.105 Å and d(Ni–O) = 2.059–2.087 Å. The supramolecular chains are assembled into a 3 D network by π‐π stacking interactions and interchain hydrogen bonds. Two manganese(II) bipyridine carboxylate complexes, [(bipy)2MnII(μ‐C2H5CO2)2MnII(bipy)2}2](ClO4)2 ( 1 ), and [MnII(ClCH2CO2)(H2O)(bipy)2]ClO4 · H2O ( 2 ) were prepared. 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with a = 8.604(3), b = 12.062(3), c = 13.471(3) Å, α = 112.47(2), β = 93.86(2), γ = 92.87(3)°, V = 1211.1(6) Å3 and Z = 1. In the dimeric, cationic complex with a crystallographic center of symmetry two 2,2′‐bipyridine molecules chelate each manganese atom. These two metal fragments are then bridged by two propionato groups in a syn‐anti conformation. The Mn…Mn distance is 4.653 Å. 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 9.042(1), b = 13.891(1), c = 21.022(3) Å, β = 102.00(1)°, V = 2569.3(5) Å3 and Z = 4. 2  is a monomeric cationic complex in which two bipyridine ligands chelate the manganese atom in a cis fashion. A chloroacetato and an aqua ligand complete the six‐coordination. Only in 2 is the intermolecular packing controlled by weak π‐stacking besides C–H…π contacts between the bipyridine ligands.  相似文献

Slow evaporation of solutions of Sc and Eu nitrates with macrocyclic cavitand cucurbit[6]uril gives crystals of isostructural complexes [Sc(NO3)(H2O)4(C36H36N24O12)](NO3)2 ? 8.5H2O (space group Pna21, a = 32.0065(18) Å, b = 14.7904(8) Å, c = 11.5774(6) Å, V = 5480.6(5) Å3, Z = 4) and [Eu(NO3)(H2O)4(C36H36N24O12)](NO3)2 ? 6.75H2O (space group Pna21, a = 31.9525(17) Å, b = 14.7203(8) Å, c = 11.8592(6) Å, V = 5578.0(5) Å3, Z = 4). The metal to ligand ratio in these complexes is 1 : 1; the complexes are obtained at 0.025–0.1 mol/l concentrations of the metals in solutions. With higher lanthanide concentrations (0.7–1 mol/l), the 2 : 1 complex with cucurbit[6]uril is formed of the composition [{ Gd(NO3)(H2O)5}2(C36H36N24O12)](NO3)4 ? 6.5H2O (space group \(P\bar 1\), a = 13.3972(6) Å, b = 14.4994(5) Å, c = 18.3290(8) Å, α = 73.5610(10)°, β = 87.2590(10)°, γ = 87.5540(10)°, V = 3409.4(2) Å3, Z = 2) and isotypical complex [{Gd(NO3)(H2O)5}2{(C5H5N) ? Carboxylatoiron(III) porphyrins have been synthesised by the action of carboxylic acids on the [(por)Fe]2O dimers. 1H NMR and ESR data of the isolated products are in accordance with pentacoordinate high spin 5/2 ferric complexes, the iron atom being displaced out of the plane of the porphyrin ligand. IR spectra show ν(CO) and ν(CO) bands separated by 356–409 cm?1. The magnitude of this separation suggests coordination between the metal centre and the carboxylate group via one oxygen atom. Magnetic susceptibility measurements from 5 to 120 K lead to the value of μ = 5.88 B.M.. The X-ray structure of acetato (5, 10, 15, 20-tetra p-tolyporphyrinato) iron(III) confirms the above deductions. (tp MePP) Fe(CO2CH3). 0.5 CH3COOH crystallises in the I2/c space group with unit cell parameters a = 24.464(8), b = 9.332(3), c = 37.174(4) Å, β = 90.49(2)°, V = 8485 Å3, Dc = 1.27 g · cm?3 and Z = 8. The crystal structure was refined to a conventional R(F) = 0.0584 and Rw(F) = 0.0653 for 5132 unique reflections with F0 > 3σ(F0). The iron atom is pentacoordinated by the four nitrogen atoms and one oxygen atom of the acetate group. It lies at 0.520(1) Å out of the porphinato plane and 0.485(1) Å out of the four nitrogen plane. The FeO bond length is 1.898(4) Å.  相似文献

The title compound [La(phen)2(H2O)2(NO3)2](NO3) · 2(phen)(H2O) with phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline was prepared by the stoichiometric reaction of La(NO3)3 · 6 H2O and 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate in a CH3OH–H2O solution. The crystal structure (triclinic, P 1 (no. 2), a = 11.052(2), b = 13.420(2), c = 16.300(2) Å, α = 78.12(1)°, β = 88.77(1)°, γ = 83.03(1)°, Z = 2, R = 0.0488, wR2 = 0.1028) consists of [La(phen)2(H2O)2(NO3)2]2+ complex cations, NO3 anions, phen and H2O molecules. The La atom is 10‐fold coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and six O atoms of two H2O molecules and two bidentate chelating NO32– ligands with d(La–O) = 2.522–2.640 Å and d(La–N) = 2.689–2.738 Å. The intermolecular π‐π stacking interactions play an essential role in the formation of two different 2 D layers parallel to (001), which are formed by complex cations and uncoordinating phen molecules, respectively. The uncoordinated NO3 anions and H2O molecules are sandwiched between the cationic and phen layers.  相似文献

The blue copper complex compounds [Cu(phen)2(C6H8O4)] · 4.5 H2O ( 1 ) and [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)] · 4 H2O ( 2 ) were synthesized from CuCl2, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) and adipic acid in CH3OH/H2O solutions. [Cu(phen)2‐ (C6H8O4)] complexes and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules form the crystal structure of ( 1 ) (P1 (no. 2), a = 10.086(2) Å, b = 11.470(2) Å, c = 16.523(3) Å, α = 99.80(1)°, β = 115.13(1)°, γ = 115.13(1)°, V = 1617.5(5) Å3, Z = 2). The Cu atoms are square‐pyramidally coordinated by four N atoms of the phen ligands and one O atom of the adipate anion (d(Cu–O) = 1.989 Å, d(Cu–N) = 2.032–2.040 Å, axial d(Cu–N) = 2.235 Å). π‐π stacking interactions between phen ligands are responsible for the formation of supramolecular assemblies of [Cu(phen)2(C6H8O4)] complex molecules into 1 D chains along [111]. The crystal structure of ( 2 ) shows polymeric [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)2/2] chains (P1 (no. 2), a = 7.013(1) Å, b = 10.376(1) Å, c = 11.372(3) Å, α = 73.64(1)°, β = 78.15(2)°, γ = 81.44(1)°, V = 773.5(2) Å3, Z = 1). The Cu atoms are fivefold coordinated by two Cl atoms, two N atoms of phen ligands and one O atom of the adipate anion, forming [CuCl2N2O] square pyramids with an axial Cl atom (d(Cu–O) = 1.958 Å, d(Cu–N) = 2.017–2.033 Å, d(Cu–Cl) = 2.281 Å; axial d(Cu–Cl) = 2.724 Å). Two square pyramids are condensed via the common Cl–Cl edge to centrosymmetric [Cu2Cl2N4O2] dimers, which are connected via the adipate anions to form the [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)2/2] chains. The supramolecular 3 D network results from π‐π stacking interactions between the chains. H2O molecules are located in tunnels.  相似文献
