High‐resolution separation systems are essential for the analysis of complex mixtures in a wide variety of application areas. To increase resolution, multidimensional chromatographic techniques have been one key solution. Supercritical fluid chromatography provides a unique opportunity in these multidimensional separations based on its potential for high solvent compatibility, rapid duty cycles, and orthogonality to other separation modes. This review focuses on two‐dimensional chromatography methods from the past decade that use supercritical fluid chromatography because of these advantages. Valving schemes and modulation strategies used to interface supercritical fluid chromatography with other liquid chromatography and gas chromatography techniques are described. Particular applications of multidimensional separations using supercritical fluid chromatography for the analysis of oils and chiral separations of pharmaceutical compounds are highlighted. Limitations of and a potential trajectory for supercritical fluid chromatography in this field are also discussed. 相似文献

综述了离子色谱法(IC)分析金属离子的研究进展,对目前应用于分析金属离子的阳离子交换IC、阴离子交换IC和螯合离子色谱进行了评述。阳离子交换IC是IC分析金属离子的主要形式,固定相为强酸(磺酸)型阳离子交换剂和弱酸(羧酸)型阳离子交换剂,结合适当的检测方法,阳离子交换IC可以测定碱金属、碱土金属、过渡金属、稀土离子、铵离子及低相对分子质量的有机胺类分子等。阴离子交换IC可以分析碱土金属、过渡金属、稀土离子等,对金属离子的分析具有更好的选择性,并可以实现金属离子和无机阴离子的同时测定。螯合离子色谱可以对复杂基体中的痕量金属离子进行测定。引用文献125篇。 相似文献

Ultra high performance liquid chromatography and supercritical fluid chromatography techniques are favored because of their high efficiency and fast analysis speed. Although many sample preparation techniques have been coupled with common liquid chromatography online, the online coupling of sample preparation with the two popular chromatography techniques have gained increasing attention owing to the increasing requirements of efficiency and sensitivity. In this review, we have discussed and summarized the recent advances of the online coupling of sample preparation with ultra high performance liquid chromatography and supercritical fluid chromatography techniques. The main sample preparation techniques that have been coupled with ultra high performance liquid chromatography online are solid‐phase extraction and in‐tube solid‐phase microextraction, while solid‐phase extraction and supercritical fluid extraction are the main techniques that have been coupled with supercritical fluid chromatography online. Especially, the strategies for online coupling of sample preparation with chromatography techniques were summarized. Typical applications and growing trends of the online coupling techniques were also discussed in detail. With the increasing demands of improving the efficiency, throughput, and analytical capability toward complex samples of the analysis methods, online coupling of sample preparation with chromatography techniques will acquire further development. 相似文献

In this article, we review stationary phase-assisted sample prefractionation in proteomic analysis in 2019–2022 period. Applications are grouped according to the mode of retention used in the prefractionation step prior to the final analysis by low-pH reversed-phase liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Online or offline instrumental configurations are also commented on, with a highlight on novel online platforms. From the articles reviewed in this period, the order of popularity of chromatographic modes for sample fractionation is affinity chromatography > size exclusion chromatography > hydrophilic interaction chromatography > high-pH reversed-phase liquid chromatography > ion exchange chromatography. 相似文献

The characterization of biotherapeutics represents a major analytical challenge. This review discusses the current state‐of‐the‐art in analytical technologies to profile biopharma products under native conditions, i.e., the protein three dimensional conformation is maintained during liquid chromatographic analysis. Native liquid‐chromatographic modes that are discussed include aqueous size‐exclusion chromatography, hydrophobic interaction chromatography, and ion‐exchange chromatography. Infusion conditions and the possibilities and limitations to hyphenate native liquid chromatography to mass spectrometry are discussed. Design of experiment (DoE) techniques have been widely used in the field of chromatographic parameters optimization as a valuable tool. A systematic literature review of the available DoE techniques applied to the development of a chromatographic analysis method is presented in this paper. First, the most common available designs and the implementation steps of DoE are comprehensively introduced. Then the studies in recent 10 years for the application of DoE techniques in various chromatographic techniques are discussed, such as capillary electrophoresis, liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, thin-layer chromatography, and high-speed countercurrent chromatography. Current problems and future outlooks are finally given to provide a certain inspiration of research in the application of DoE techniques to the different chromatographic techniques field. This review contributes to a better understanding of the DoE techniques for the efficient optimization of chromatographic analysis conditions, especially for the analysis of complex systems, such as multicomponent drugs and natural products. 相似文献
