Ultrafast pump-optical probe spectroscopy was used to analyze carriers dynamics behavior in La0.7Sr0.3MnO3/YBa2Cu3O7 ? δ/La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 heterostructure. Our results show the pump signal ΔR/R for higher laser power (such as 21 and 41 mW), below T c , first goes positive, then crosses zero and goes negative, before relaxing back to equilibrium over a time scale of a few ten picoseconds. We extract the characteristic relaxation time of the different process by fitting the data at these powers with a three-exponential decay. For higher laser power, the long characteristic relaxation time are obtained, which implies the competition between FM order and SC order in the La0.7Sr0.3MnO3/YBa2Cu3O7 ? δ/La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 heterostructure. 相似文献

We have prepared a series of bulk polycrystalline samples with the nominal compositions (YBa2Cu3O7)1?x(Nd0.7Sr0.3MnO3)x (x = 0–1) by a conventional solid-state reaction method using the larger difference in sintering temperature of the two constituent oxides and a well conceived sintering sequence. XRD patterns show that the samples are composites consisting of YBa2Cu3O7 and Nd0.7Sr0.3MnO3 particles with average grain size of ~65 nm. For x ? 0.55, with increasing x, the zero-resistance superconducting transition temperature, TC0, measured at zero magnetic field decreases and the normal state resistivity increases rapidly. The TC0 for the sample with x ~ 0.48 is estimated to be 0 K. The M–H hysteresis loops indicate the coexistence of ferromagnetism and superconductivity in the samples. The depression of TC0 can be attributed to the proximity effect between ferromagnetism and superconductivity. 相似文献

An experimental study is reported on the temperature dependences of the magnetic susceptibility, electrical resistivity, magnetoresistance, thermo-and magnetothermopower, and on the Hall effect of the polycrystalline lanthanum manganites La0.67?x R x Sr0.33MnO3 (x=0 and 0.07, R=Eu, Gd) within the 77-to 430-K temperature range. Replacement of a small amount of lanthanum by europium or gadolinium was found to result in a considerable decrease in the resistivity and in a change in the pattern of its temperature dependence. The temperature dependence of both the ordinary and anomalous Hall coefficients near the Curie temperature is shown to be determined by the change in the number of carriers in delocalized states. A method is proposed for separation of the hole and electronic contributions to thermopower in the ferromagnetic region. The conduction mechanisms are discussed in terms of the concept of mobility edge motion. 相似文献

Multilayered structures of LaxSr1-xMnO3 (LSMO), LaxCa1-xMnO3 (LCMO) and YBa2Cu3O7- (YBCO) were grown by laser ablation deposition (LAD) on SrTiO3(100) substrates. The interaction between superconductivity and magnetism was investigated by varying the thickness of the YBCO layers while the thicknesses of the LSMO and LCMO layers were kept constant. Complete suppression of superconductivity was found for YBCO layers below three unit cells. X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy were used to investigate epitaxial growth, interface quality and structural disorder. The composition and the roughness of the films were characterised by energy-dispersive X-ray analysis and atomic force microscopy, respectively. The results are discussed in terms of optimisation of LAD parameters and establishment of its limits. Issues such as interdiffusion, roughness and particulate-contamination reduction as well as utilisation of the eclipse technique are addressed. PACS 79.20.Ds; 74.78.Fk; 84.71.Ba 相似文献

The superconductivity and magnetoresistance (MR) of epitaxial bilayers consisting of YBa2Cu3O7?δ (YBCO) and La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 (LSMO) are investigated with respect to the proximity and spin polarization effects. In the region of the mixed vortex state near the onset temperature of the superconducting transition, the diffusion of the spin-polarized quasiparticles from the LSMO to the YBCO is evidenced by their distinct magnetotransport behaviors, which are characterized by two superconducting transitions. It is revealed that the second transition is strongly dependent on the applied magnetic field, demonstrating an abnormal pair-breaking effect. This effect, together with the reduced MR, is believed to arise from an increase in the spin injection efficiency induced by the suppressed interfacial spin scattering, disclosing a new perspective for understanding the magnetotransport phenomena in proximity-coupled superconductor/ferromagnet (S/F) hybrids. 相似文献

Dielectric and piezoelectric properties of (1?x)Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3?xBa0.7Ca0.3TiO3 (BST?xBCT) (x=0.2–0.9) perovskite ceramics have been investigated. BCT has fully incorporated into BST lattice, forming a complete perovskite solid solution, whose lattice constant χ decreases almost linearly with increase in x from 0.2 to 0.4, while showing an anomalous expansion at 0.4<x≤0.6. This, together with the deviation of tetragonal–orthorhombic phase transition temperature (TO–T) from the linear relation TO–T (K)=?103.7x+239.3 at x=0.5, suggests that a small amount of Ca2+ has substituted for Ti4+. Curie temperature TC increases linearly with increase in x from 0.2 to 0.9, which is mainly contributed to the increase of the Ba/Sr ratio. The calculated degree of relaxation (γ) is in the range of 1.41–1.53, indicating that the BST–xBCT ceramics are ferroelectric materials with diffuse phase transition. Strain and piezoelectric constant (d33) decrease with increasing x, whereas planar electromechanical coefficient (kp) reaches a maximum (17.0%) at x=0.6. 相似文献

Half doped mixed valence manganite system La0.5Ca0.45?xSrxBa0.05MnO3 (with x=0.1, 0.2, and 0.3) synthesized through a low temperature nitrate route is systematically investigated in this paper. The electronic transport and magnetic properties are analyzed and compared apart from the study of unit cell structure and composition. The system is found to crystallize only in orthorhombic structure (Pnma) and the electronic phase transitions are observed to be of second order. The charge and orbital ordering have been observed to coexist with ferromagnetism in x=0.1 compound. Application of small polaron and variable range hopping models to resistivity data of the system corresponding to high temperature range shows increasing mobility of eg electrons with x, with the later model describing the electronic transport very closely than the former. The temperature dependent magnetization of the compounds shows monotonic increase of paramagnetic to ferromagnetic transition (TC) with x. Ferromagnetism is exhibited for the complete temperature range down from respective TC in contrast to antiferromagnetism usually exhibited by half-doped compounds in the low temperature range. The plots of magnetization versus magnetic field reveal a transition from soft to hard magnetic character for all the compounds as the temperature is lowered. 相似文献

Abstract Abstract Infrared spectra of La2?xSrxCuO4 and YBa2Cu3O7?δ are discussed, specially with respect to the disappearance of the high-frequency (~650 cm) band of the superconducting compositions at 300K. Some of the bands persist at 300K eventhough the materials are fairly conducting. YBa2Cu3O7?δ does not show evidence in the far IR spectrum for the presence of an optical gap. 相似文献

2. The temperature dependence of magnetization of all samples obeys the Bloch T
3/2 law. The values of the spin wave constant at low temperature B increase with the increase of x and the Curie temperature decreases. It is concluded that the substitution of Ca by Na+ ions causes a decrease in total exchange integral Aof the samples.

The magnetic and magnetotransport properties of a series of (La1−xTbx)2/3Ca1/3MnO3 oxides have been investigated. Substitutions ranging from x=0.0 to 0.4 have been used. In the largest 〈rA〉 region, only ferromagnetism is observed. As 〈rA〉 decreases, there is a transition from ferromagnetic to spin-glass order. As 〈rA〉 decreases further, the ferromagnetism will completely disappear and a direct transition from superparamagnetic to spin-glass order will occur on cooling. 相似文献

With Nd3+ doping and Ca2+, Sr2+ modulating in the sol–gel technique, a series of polycrystalline perovskite samples La0.7?xNdx(Ca,Sr)0.3MnO3 (x = 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25) was prepared, their maximum magnetic entropy changes were tuned to room temperature (ΔSH = ?1.47 J/kg K at 298 k for La0.45Nd0.25(Ca,Sr)0.3MnO3), an enhancement of the maximum magnetic entropy change (ΔSH = ?1.89 J/kg K at 315 k) and its refrigerant capacity (about 45.3 J/kg) had also been obtained under 9 kOe magnetic field variation for La0.55Nd0.15(Ca,Sr)0.3MnO3 contrast to La0.7(Ca,Sr)0.3MnO3. 相似文献

A complete solid solution range exists between the systems YBa2Cu3O7−δ and (Pb,Cu)Sr2(Ca,Y)Cu2O7−δ has been found with general stoichiometry (Pb0.75xCu1−0.75x)(Sr2xBa2−2x)(Ca0.5xY1−0.5x)Cu2O7−δ. Energy dispersive spectrometry and X-ray diffraction identified that a true solid solution exists. Superlattice structures observed by electron diffraction across the solid solution range have a modulation range have a modulation periods along a* which can be varied by altering both the compositional parameter x and the overall oxygen content. The existence of these superlattices infers that the solid solution is non-random and therefore thermodynamically non-ideal. The superconducting transition temperatures, Tc, across the solid solution range are also strongly dependent on the composition, x, but no direct relationship with the modulation period has been established. From these studies it may be concluded that the solid solution between known superconductors is possible, although involving some partial ordering of the lattice, but ordering of cations in the rock-salt to charge reservoir layer is not a significant factor in determining the superconducting properities, which depend more closely on the overall composition and hence on the ability of the charge reservoir layer to transfer charge to the superconducting layers. 相似文献

Superconductivity of the compounds of LaMCuO system with K2NiF4 type structure has been studied. For the sintered compounds with MBa, Sr and Ca, the highest onset transition temperatures, Tci, estimated from resistivity measurement are about 36.9K, 43.0K and 23.5K, respectively and the highest temperatures where the resistivity vanishes, Tcf, are about 27.8K, 34.0K and 15.5K, respectively. Almost complete Meissner effect has been confirmed by low frequency ac susceptibility measurement. Crystals of the compounds with MBa and Sr have been prepared. As the result of the preliminary experiment for a crystal with Ba, it is found that Tcf of the crystal is higher than any one of the sintered specimens with MBa, while the Tci of the crystal is nearly the same as the highest one of the sintered specimens. 相似文献

我们用传统的固相反应法制备了(La0.7Ca0.3MnO3)1-x(MgAl2O4)x复合样品.通过XRD分析发现在此系列复合样品中La0.7Ca0.3MnO3和MgAl2O4两相共存;电阻率温度关系分析表明MgAl2O4的引入没有改变母体相在温度TP1处本征的金属-绝缘体转变峰,但使复合样品在较低温度TP2处出现另外一个电阻率峰值.有趣的是,随着MgAl2O4掺量的增加,在低掺量时,TP2向低温偏移很快;但在高掺量时,TP2向低温偏移较慢. 相似文献

通过对正交单相 YBa_(2-x)M_xCu_3O_(7-δ)(M=Ca,x=0.05,0.1,0.25;M=Sr,x=0.1,1.0)样品的晶格参数、超导电性、氧含量以及 Hall 系数的测量,发现随着替代元素含量的增加,体系氧含量基本不变,正交化程度减弱,四方化程度增强,Cu-O 面上的载流子浓度减少,超导中点转变温度(T_c)呈下降的趋势.分析表明,四方化程度增强与局域结构扭曲密切相关;Cu-O 面上的载流子浓度对高 T_c 的超导电性影响很大. 相似文献
