A thin PVA/FeCl3 composite fiber was prepared by using sol-gel processing and electrospinning techniques. A nanofiber of α-Fe2O3 with the diameter of 50-150 nm was obtained via high temperature calcination of the PVA/FeCl3 composite fiber. The material was characterized by infra-red (IR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction(XRD), and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that the fiber after the calcination at 700℃ was a pure α-Fe2O3 nanofiber.  相似文献

A defect-free SAPO-44 zeolite membrane firmly anchored the porous α-Al2O3 plate substrate was successfully synthesized. The separating results showed that the H2/N2 and H2/CO permselectivities were higher than those of the corresponding Knudsen diffusion and the substrate, attaining 5.78 and 7.15 respectively.  相似文献

A continuous and dense NaA zeolite membrane was synthesized by microwave heating method while employing a multi-step seeding LTA zeolite with the average size of 120 rim. The gas H2/N2 mixture separating results indicated that the mixture selectivity increased with increasing of synthesis times. In addition, selectivity of the three-step synthesis was higher than the value(3.74) expected from Kundsen diffusion.  相似文献

A series of Mo-impregnated Hβ samples, with MoO3 loading in Hβ zeolite in the mass fraction range of 0. 5%-6.0%, were studied by means of XRD and IR in order to characterize their structures. Mo/Hβ sampies‘ crystallinity almost linearly decreases with increasing the amount of MoO3 loaded, The IR spectra and XRD patterns suggest that the progressive destabilization of the Hβ zeolite structure is caused by increasing Mo loading in (MoO3 Hβ zeolite). During the calcination, Al2(MoO4)3 formed from the dealumination of Hβ zeolite, causes the substantially partial breakdown of the zeolite framework when the Mo loading in MoO3 Hβ is relatively high.  相似文献

NanocrystaUine MoS2 with hollow spherical morphology has been prepared by the hydrothermal method. The products are characterized by means of X-ray powder diffraction,transmission electron microscopy and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. The experimental results give the evidence that the sample is consists of hollow spheres 400~600nm in diameter, and there is much whisker on the surface of MoS2 hollow sphere.  相似文献

采用多次合成的方法,在微波加热15min下合成出较为致密的A型分子筛膜。经过四次合成的分子筛膜上H2/N2和H2/CO的理想分离系数分别为4.33和4.64,高于努森扩散值(分别为3.74和3.74),表明膜是连续致密的。  相似文献

The paper presented novel synthesis of NaA zeolite membrane with good performance using microwave heating. The method involved two steps, prior seeding 120 nm of LTA crystals on substrate and then employing a secondary hydrothermal synthesis. Effects of seeding times, synthesis time and synthesis times were investigated in this work. The quality evaluation of membranes respectively used single component gases (HE and N2) and H2/N2 (equivalent volume) mixture. The ideal H2,/N2 selectivity increased from 1.90 of the substrate to 6.37 of the three-stage synthesized membrane, which was distinctly higher than the corresponding Knudsen diffusion selectivity of 3.74. However, the real H2/N2 selectivity of the three-stage synthesis was much lower than the corresponding ideal selectivity and close to the corresponding Knudsen diffusion selectivity of 3.74.  相似文献

 在大孔α-Al2O3陶瓷管载体上,采用亚微米级晶种涂层法在澄清溶液体系中二次生长成膜,制备了NaA沸石膜. 采用TEM,SEM和XRD等手段对晶种、陶瓷载体及沸石膜的结构、晶体形貌和成膜情况进行了表征. 结果表明,合成晶种的晶粒呈立方体,颗粒小(约150 nm)而均匀,无杂晶,可作为晶种在载体上进行预涂. 载体的孔径大而不均匀,表面粗糙不平整,直接成膜则表面仅有较少的沸石晶粒沉积,不能连续成膜. 经亚微米级晶种涂层后,载体表面形成了一层均匀、光滑的晶种层(厚度为2~3 μm); 水热晶化成膜后,膜表面晶粒相互交织生长完好,无晶间隙,所得膜致密,连续,规整,清晰,无裂缺. 该法是一种制备沸石膜的好方法.  相似文献

采用喷涂法在多孔α-Al2O3载体上制备了NaA分子筛膜(M),其结构和形貌经SEM和XRD表征。对M的渗透蒸发性能进行了研究,结果表明:喷涂时间和晶种浓度是影响M渗透蒸发性能的关键因素。在喷涂时间为30 s,晶种浓度为1 wt%的最佳条件下制备的M,在348 K时对90 wt%乙醇的渗透通量为2.64kg·m-2·h-1,分离因子>10 000。  相似文献

在自制的片状多孔陶瓷载体上,通过多次原位水热晶化合成出NaA型分子筛膜,通过扫描电子显微镜观测,发现在某些区域,小颗粒的NaA型分子筛以非常紧密的形式畸晶孪生在一起,其致密度远好于由分子筛晶粒松散无规律堆积而形成的膜排列经类膜生长形式可能是获得取致密无缺陷型分子筛膜的一种途径,单组分及双组分气体渗透测试结果表明,在所合成的分子筛膜上,晶粒间隙孔可能是主要的膜扩散通道,可凝聚气体异丁烷因发生毛细管凝  相似文献

The preparation of composite charge-mosaic membrane included spinning of hollow fiber as the supporting membrane, preparing a selective layer on the inside surface of the fiber by interracial polymerization. The charge-mosaic membranes show a high salt permeability while retaining sucrose. 采用界面聚合法制备聚醚砜(PES)中空纤维复合纳滤(NF)膜,讨论了制备条件对PES中空纤维复合NF膜性能的影响。实验结果表明,聚合反应时间、均苯三甲酰氯浓度、哌嗪浓度和酸吸收剂三乙胺浓度对复合NF膜性能有显著影响,同时二次反应能够提高复合NF膜的截留率,对2g/L的Na2SO4截留率可达到99.2%。  相似文献
