Zusammenfassung Die Kristallstruktur von Pb3GeAl10O20 und der dazu isotypen Verbindung Pb3SiAl10O20 wird bestimmt (R=0,16). Die Gitterparameter der monoklinen, pseudorhombischen Zelle (Raumgruppe I2/m–C 2h 3 ;Z=2) sind:a=14,39;b=11,44;c=5,004 Å und =90,0 für Pb3GeAl10O20 und:a=14,34;b=11,39;c=4,96 und =90,0 für Pb3SiAl10O20. Das Gerüst besteht aus AlO4-Tetraedern und AlO6-Oktaedern, wobei Germanium und Aluminium statistisch über die Plätze 2b, 4h, 8j und 8j verteilt sind. Die Bleiatome sitzen in Kanälen parallel zu [001] in 2a und 4i. Die verschiedene Umgebung der Pb-Atome auf den beiden Plätzen wird diskutiert.
The crystal structure of Pb3GeAl10O20 (Pb3SiAl10O20)
The crystal structure of Pb3GeAl10O20 and Pb3SiAl10O20, an isotypic compound, has been determined (R=0.16). The lattice parameters were found to be:a=14.39 Å;b=11.44 Å;c=5.004 Å, and =90.0 for Pb3GeAl10O20 and:a=14.34 Å;b=11.39 Å;c=4.96 Å and =90.0 for Pb3SiAl10O20;Z=2, space group I2/m–C3 2h. The network consists of AlO4 tetrahedra and AlO6 octahedra; germanium atoms are randomly distributed at the positions of the Al-atoms 2b, 4h, 8j, and 8j. The lead atoms occupy the positions 2a and 4i within channels in the network parallel to [001]. The different environment of the two kinds of lead atoms will be discussed.

RbNaCaTh(Si8O20), which crystallizes in the turkestanite structural type, was synthesized by a solid-phase reaction for the first time. The crystal structure of this compound was refined by the Rietveld method (space group P4/mcc). The temperature dependence of the unit cell parameters was studied using high-temperature X-ray diffraction analysis, and the thermal expansion coefficients of this compound were determined.  相似文献

Two novel U6+ compounds, Sr5(UO2)20(UO6)2O16(OH)6(H2O)6 (SrFm) and Cs(UO2)9U3O16(OH)5 (CsFm), have been synthesized by mild hydrothermal reactions. The structures of SrFm (orthorhombic, C2221, a = 11.668(1), b = 21.065 (3), c = 13.273 A, V = 3532.5(1) A3, Z = 2) and CsFm (trigonal, R3c, a = 11.395(2), c = 43.722(7) A, V = 4916.7(1) A3, Z = 6) are rare examples of uranyl compounds that contain cation-cation interactions where an O atom of one uranyl ion is directly linked to another uranyl ion. Both structures are complex frameworks. SrFm contains sheets of polyhedra that are linked through cation-cation interactions with uranyl ions located between the sheets. CsFm possesses an unusually complex framework of vertex- and edge-sharing U6+ polyhedra that incorporates cation-cation interactions.  相似文献

We have used multinuclear NMR and IR spectroscopy to study the interaction of a number of metal cations with monovacant heteropolyanion [P(2)W(20)O(7)(0)(H(2)O)(2)](10)(-) (P(2)W(20)) in aqueous solutions starting from its K salt. We have also prepared and studied P(2)W(20) in an Na-only medium. The observed differences in the NMR spectra of NaP(2)W(20)and KP(2)W(20)solutions and the importance of K(+) and Na(+) for the formation of P(2)W(20) suggest that this polyanion exists only as a complex with the alkaline cations. When both cations were simultaneously present in solution, we observed the broadening of the NMR signals of P(2)W(20)due to the Na-K exchange. Li(+) does not replace K(+) or Na(+) in such complexes, and in an Li-only medium P(2)W(20) does not form. Of all the M(n)(+) cations studied (Pd(2+), Bi(3+), Sn(4+), Zr(4+), Ce(4+), Ti(4+), V(5+), and Mo(6+)) only Bi(3+), Sn(4+), and Ce(4+) form complexes with P(2)W(20) in strongly acidic solutions. The (183)W and (119)Sn NMR data suggest that Sn(4+) forms in solution two mutually interconvertable P(2)W(20)Sn complexes of the composition P(2)W(20)O(70)(H(2)O)(3)SnOH(7)(-) and (P(2)W(20)O(70)(H(2)O)(3)Sn)(2)O(14)(-) while Bi(3+) forms one complex of the proposed composition P(2)W(20)O(70)(H(2)O)(2)Bi.(7)(-) We obtained complexes with Bi and Sn as free heteropoly acids and studied their thermostability in the solid state.  相似文献

The Two Surface Monte Carlo (TSMC) technique reduces computational cost by using a computationally cheap biasing potential, which guides the molecular system to explore the potential energy surface of interest. It was shown earlier that the Effective Fragment Potential (EFP) can be a good choice for this biasing potential (Bandyopadhyay, J Chem Phys 122:091102, 2005) when the potential energy surface of interest is quantum mechanical. This may help in expanding the applicability of TSMC, since finding a good biasing potential is a major challenge. In the present work, the viability of TSMC method in finding stationary points of large molecular system is investigated using EFP as the biasing potential and RHF theory as the potential of interest. TSMC is applied to find the stationary points of water clusters of size 15 and 20. A semi-automated method starting from random geometries, without using any chemical intuition, found several stationary points. The simulated annealing method was used to refine the structures obtained from TSMC. Among the several low-energy structures obtained for 15 water cluster, one minimum, about 1 kcal/mol higher than the global minimum, was found. However, for 20 water cluster, no structure very close to the global minimum was obtained. Several strategies, learned from the experience of the present work, are discussed for improving the TSMC method, including the acceptance between the two energy surfaces. Contribution to the Mark S. The novel title polyvanadate(V), poly[[octa‐μ‐aqua‐dodecaaqua‐μ4‐octacosaoxidodecavanadato‐hexasodium] tetrahydrate], [Na6(H2O)20(V10O28)·4H2O]n, contains [V10O28]6− anions which lie about inversion centres and have approximate 2/m symmetry and which are linked to [Na3(H2O)10]3+ cations through two terminal and two μ2‐bridging O atoms. The structure contains three inequivalent Na+ cations, two of which form [Na2(H2O)8]n chains, which are linked via NaO6 octahedra involving the third Na+ ion, thus forming a three‐dimensional framework.  相似文献

The PM3 quantum-mechanical method is able to model the magic water clusters (H2O)20 and (H2O)21H+. Results indicate that the H3O+ ion is tightly bound within the (H2O)20 cluster by multiple hydrogen bonds, causing deformation to the symmetric (H2O)20 pentagonal dodecahedron structure. We present a comprehensive study of the partially reduced polyoxomolybdate [H3-Mo57V6(NO)6O183(H2O)18]21-encapsulated in a shell of dimethyldioctadecylammonium (DODA) surfacmolecules. Treatment of an aqueous solution of (NH4)21[H3Mo57V6-(NO)6O183(H2O)18] . 65H2O (1a) with a trichloromethane solution of the surfactant leads to instant transfer of the encapsulated complex anion into the organic phase. Results from vibrational spectroscopy. analytical ultracentrifugation, small-angle X-ray scattering, transmission electron microscopy, elemental analysis, and Langmuir compression isotherms are consistent with a single polyoxometalate core encapsulated within a shell of 20 DODA molecules. The molar mass of the supramolecular assembly is 20249 gmol(-1) and the diameter is 3.5 nm. A material with the empirical formula (DODA)20(NH4)[H3-Mo57V6NO)6O183(H2O)18] (2) was isolated as a dark violet solid, which readily dissolves in organic solvents. Slow evaporation of solutions of 2 on solid substrates forces the hydrophobic particles to aggregate into a cubic lattice. Annealing these so-formed films at elevated temperature causes de-wetting with terrace formation similar to liquid crystals and block copolymers. Compound 2 forms a stable Langmuir monolayer at the air-water interface; Langmuir-Blodgett multilayers are readily prepared by repeated transfer of monolayers on solid substrates. The films were characterized by optical ellipsometry, Brewster angle microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and X-ray reflectance.  相似文献

Clusters based on the mixed-valence gigantic inorganic ring [Mo154O462H14(H2O)70]14- ({Mo154}-ring) and dimethyldioctadecylammonium (DODA) were combined to form novel molecular assemblies of an inorganic-organic hybrid molecular system as Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) and cast films. (DODA)20[Mo154O462H8(H2O)70] (2) was prepared by cation exchange and was characterized by a combination of thermogravimetry, IR, UV-vis-NIR, 1H NMR, and XRD measurements. The salt 2 was soluble in common organic solvents, and the chemical stability of {Mo154}-ring encapsulated by DODA cationic surfactants in CHCl3 was found to be higher than that of the "native" sodium salt of the {Mo154}-ring in H2O. Uniform spherical vesicle-like molecular assemblies of (DODA)20[Mo154O462H8(H2O)70] were observed in dilute THF, whose average diameter of 95 nm and a normalized variance of 5.7% were confirmed by a X-ray small-angle scattering. Deposition of 2 as a cast film showed circular domains with a typical diameter of approximately 100 nm, indicating possible similarities between solution and surface-deposited structures. The resulting LB films of salt 2 were transferred from an acidic buffer subphase with pH = 1.5 onto mica, giving a two-dimensional film surface with a unity transfer ratio. Further, the electronic absorption spectra of the LB multilayer were consistent with the classic type II mixed-valence MoV/MoVI electronic state well know for molybdenum blue {Mo154}-ring systems, and it appears that on the surface the plane of the {Mo154}-ring is approximately parallel to the substrate surface, as indicated by polarized electronic spectra, while the alkyl chains of DODA were relatively normal to the substrate surface. Therefore, the layer between the {Mo154}-rings and DODA cations was alternately stacked along the direction of film propagation. Finally, it was found that the surface morphology of the cast and LB films was determined by the molecular assembly of (DODA)20[Mo154O462H8(H2O)70] in solution and the air-water interface, respectively.  相似文献
