A new cafferic ester, (+)-2-(1-hydroxyl-4-oxocyclohexyl) ethyl caffeate, was isolated from the 80% ethanol extract of the whole plants of Incarvillea mairei var. granditlora (Wehrhahn) Grierson. The structure of the compound was established by spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

Three new hasubanan alkaloids, hernsubanines A–C ( 1 – 3 , resp.), were isolated from the whole plants of Stephania hernandifolia. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physical and spectroscopic data. In in vitro tests for cytotoxic activity against two human cancer cell lines, A 549 and K 562, compound 1 did not exhibit any cytotoxicity.  相似文献

Five new C19 diterpene alkaloids, leucanthumsines A ( 1 ), B ( 2 ), C ( 3 ), D ( 4 ), and E ( 5 ), were isolated from the Chinese medicinal herb Aconitum sungpanense var. leucanthum, together with the known C19 diterpene alkaloids pseudaconine, neoline, 1‐O‐methyldelphisine, crassicaudine, chasmanine, talatisamine, indaconitine, ezochansmanine, and leueantine D. The structures of these new alkaloids were elucidated by HR‐MS and advanced NMR methods, including 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR (DEPT), 1H,1H‐COSY, HMQC, and HMBC experiments.  相似文献

Three new macrocyclic β‐dihydroagarofuran‐type sesquiterpene pyridine alkaloids, fortuneines A ( 1 ), B ( 2 ), and C ( 3 ), together with the four known alkaloids wilfornine E ( 4 ), aquifoliunine E‐I ( 5 ), euoverrine B ( 6 ), and euojaponine I ( 7 ), were isolated from the aerial parts of Euonymus fortunei. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including HR‐ESI‐MS, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, DEPT, 1H,1H‐COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and ROESY. This is the first isolation of the above sesquiterpene pyridine alkaloids from this plant, except for compound 6 .  相似文献

A phytochemical study of the CHCl3 extract of the dried unripe fruits of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss. ) Benth. (Rutaceae) resulted in the isolation of three new alkaloids, evollionines A–C ( 1 – 3 , resp.), together with two known compounds, evodianinine and wuzhuyumide I. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of detailed spectroscopic evidence and confirmed in the case of compound 1 by single‐crystal X‐ray analysis.  相似文献

Three new C19‐diterpenoid alkaloids, named aconitramines A ( 1 ), B ( 2 ), and C ( 3 ), were isolated from Aconitum transsectum. By UV, IR, 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, and MS analyses, their structures were elucidated as 18‐methoxyvilmoraconitine, 18‐demethoxydolichotine A, and 18‐demethoxydolichotine B. Compound 1 is the second known C19‐diterpenoid alkaloid with a three‐membered ring formed by C(8), C(9), and C(10).  相似文献

Three new guaipyridine sesquiterpene alkaloids, rupestine A, B, C ( 1 – 3 , resp.), and the new nor‐sesquiterpne alkaloid rupestine D ( 4 ) were obtained from the flowers of Artemisia rupestris L. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of sepectroscopic data and by comparison with those of the related compounds reported in the literature.
