Vitis vinifera (grape) contains various compounds with acknowledged phytochemical and pharmacological properties. Among the different parts of the plant, pomace is of particular interest as a winemaking industry by-product. A characterization of the water extract from grape pomace from Montepulciano d’Abruzzo variety (Villamagna doc) was conducted, and the bioactive phenolic compounds were quantified through HPLC-DAD-MS analysis. HypoE22, a hypothalamic cell line, was challenged with an oxidative stimulus and exposed to different concentrations (1 µg/mL−1 mg/mL) of the pomace extract for 24, 48, and 72 h. In the same conditions, cells were exposed to the sole catechin, in a concentration range (5–500 ng/mL) consistent with the catechin level in the extract. Cell proliferation was investigated by MTT assay, dopamine release through HPLC-EC method, PGE2 amount by an ELISA kit, and expressions of neurotrophin brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) by RT-PCR. The extract reverted the cytotoxicity exerted by the oxidative stimulus at all the experimental times in a dose-dependent manner, whereas the catechin was able to revert the oxidative stress-induced depletion of dopamine 48 h and 72 h after the stimulus. The extract and the catechin were also effective in preventing the downregulation of BDNF and the concomitant upregulation of COX-2 gene expression. In accordance, PGE2 release was augmented by the oxidative stress conditions and reverted by the administration of the water extract from grace pomace and catechin, which were equally effective. These results suggest that the neuroprotection induced by the extract could be ascribed, albeit partially, to its catechin content.  相似文献

Prunus mahaleb L. fruit has long been used in the production of traditional liqueurs. The fruit also displayed scavenging and reducing activity, in vitro. The present study focused on unravelling peripheral and central protective effects, antimicrobial but also anti-COVID-19 properties exerted by the water extract of P. mahaleb. Anti-inflammatory effects were studied in isolated mouse colons exposed to lipopolysaccharide. Neuroprotection, measured as a blunting effect on hydrogen-peroxide-induced dopamine turnover, was investigated in hypothalamic HypoE22 cells. Antimicrobial effects were tested against different Gram+ and Gram- bacterial strains. Whereas anti-COVID-19 activity was studied in lung adenocarcinoma H1299 cells, where the gene expression of ACE2 and TMPRSS2 was measured after extract treatment. The bacteriostatic effects induced on Gram+ and Gram- strains, together with the inhibition of COX-2, TNFα, HIF1α, and VEGFA in the colon, suggest the potential of P. mahaleb water extract in contrasting the clinical symptoms related to ulcerative colitis. The inhibition of the hydrogen peroxide-induced DOPAC/DA ratio indicates promising neuroprotective effects. Finally, the downregulation of the gene expression of ACE2 and TMPRSS2 in H1299 cells, suggests the potential to inhibit SARS-CoV-2 virus entry in the human host. Overall, the results support the valorization of the local cultivation of P. mahaleb.  相似文献

Obesity is characterized by elevated infiltration of macrophages into adipose tissue, leading to the development of insulin resistance. The black soybean seed coat is a rich source of anthocyanins with antioxidative and anti-inflammatory activities. This study investigated the effects of black soybean anthocyanin extract (BSAn) on obesity-induced oxidative stress, the inflammatory response, and insulin resistance in a coculture system of hypertrophied 3T3-L1 adipocytes and RAW264 macrophages. Coculture of adipocytes with macrophages increased the production of reactive oxygen species and inflammatory mediators and cytokines (NO, MCP-1, PGE2, TNFα, and IL-6) and the release of free fatty acids but reduced anti-inflammatory adiponectin secretion. BSAn treatment (12.5, 25, 50, and 100 μg/mL) alleviated the coculture-induced changes (p < 0.001) and inhibited coculture-induced activation of JNK and ERK signaling (p < 0.01). BSAn also blocked the migration of RAW264.7 macrophages toward 3T3-L1 adipocytes. In addition, treatment with BSAn increased PPARγ expression and glucose uptake in response to insulin in hypertrophied 3T3-L1 adipocyte and RAW264.7 macrophage coculture (p < 0.01). These results demonstrate that BSAn attenuates inflammatory responses and improves adipocyte metabolic function in the coculture of hypertrophied 3T3-L1 adipocytes and RAW264.7 macrophages, suggesting the effectiveness of BSAn for obesity-induced insulin resistance.  相似文献

A novel ergosterol conjunction-type alkaloid, hericirine (1), was isolated from the dried fruiting bodies of Hericium erinaceum. The overall framework of 1 was isolated, and combined with hericerin and ergosterol. Its structure was elucidated based on spectroscopic analysis using 1D and 2D NMR, IR and HRESIMS techniques. We found that hericirine significantly inhibited protein expression of iNOS and COX-2 and reduced NO, PGE2, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β production in RAW264.7 cells exposed to LPS.  相似文献

The synthesis of NiO/NiCo2O4 nanoparticles by an eco-friendly, fast, simple and cost-effective approach employing Urtica extract is reported in this study. The NiO/NiCo2O4 nanocomposite were characterized using VSM, FTIR, XRD, and SEM techniques. Moreover, to construct a modified carbon paste electrode, NiO/NiCo2O4 were employed and this sensor was used for dopamine (DA) detection. Using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) techniques, the electrochemical behavior of dopamine at the NiO/NiCo2O4/CPE was investigated. Analysis of dopamine, with a limit of detection (LOD) equal to 0.04 μM, in the concentration range of 0.1–100.0 μM, was facilitated by NiO/NiCo2O4/CPE. Moreover, the satisfactory selectivity for DA determination in the presence of uric acid (UA) and ascorbic acid (AA), was obtained. The suggested new sensor displayed a good reproducibility, sensitivity, and stability for determination of DA in drug and biological samples.  相似文献

In response to the urgent need to control Coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19), this study aims to explore potential anti-SARS-CoV-2 agents from natural sources. Moreover, cytokine immunological responses to the viral infection could lead to acute respiratory distress which is considered a critical and life-threatening complication associated with the infection. Therefore, the anti-viral and anti-inflammatory agents can be key to the management of patients with COVID-19. Four bioactive compounds, namely ferulic acid 1, rutin 2, gallic acid 3, and chlorogenic acid 4 were isolated from the leaves of Pimenta dioica (L.) Merr (ethyl acetate extract) and identified using spectroscopic evidence. Furthermore, molecular docking and dynamics simulations were performed for the isolated and identified compounds (1–4) against SARS-CoV-2 main protease (Mpro) as a proposed mechanism of action. Furthermore, all compounds were tested for their half-maximal cytotoxicity (CC50) and SARS-CoV-2 inhibitory concentrations (IC50). Additionally, lung toxicity was induced in rats by mercuric chloride and the effects of treatment with P. dioca aqueous extract, ferulic acid 1, rutin 2, gallic acid 3, and chlorogenic acid 4 were recorded through measuring TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-10, G-CSF, and genetic expression of miRNA 21-3P and miRNA-155 levels to assess their anti-inflammatory effects essential for COVID-19 patients. Interestingly, rutin 2, gallic acid 3, and chlorogenic acid 4 showed remarkable anti-SARS-CoV-2 activities with IC50 values of 31 µg/mL, 108 μg/mL, and 360 µg/mL, respectively. Moreover, the anti-inflammatory effects were found to be better in ferulic acid 1 and rutin 2 treatments. Our results could be promising for more advanced preclinical and clinical studies especially on rutin 2 either alone or in combination with other isolates for COVID-19 management.  相似文献

Although some eicosanoids serve as potent natural ligands to activate peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPARγ), the ability of adipocytes to produce eicosanoids and regulate PPARγ remains unclear. Here, adipogenic 3T3-L1 cells were employed to determine the gene expression of isoforms of biosynthetic enzymes in the arachidonate cyclooxygenase (COX) pathway and the synthesis of prostaglandins (PGs). The expression of COX-2 was induced transiently in a biphasic manner upon the triggering of the differentiation and maturation phases while COX-1 was constitutive. The exclusive expression of lipocalin-type PGD synthase occurred and gradually increased during the maturation process along with the stable expression of PPARγ. Moreover, we confirmed the formation of PGD2 from arachidonic acid by the mature adipocytes, suggesting conversion into PGJ2 derivatives. Even though cytosolic and membrane-associated subtypes of PGE synthase were expressed at relatively constant levels, the ability of preadipocytes to produce PGE2 was greater than that of mature adipocytes in the cell response. The treatment of the mature adipocytes with exogenous PGD2, 15-deoxy-Δ12,14-PGJ2 and PGE2, in the presence of aspirin, enhanced the adipogenesis. These findings imply the specific roles of prostanoids produced by the mature adipocytes in the maintenance of terminal differentiation through an autocrine control mechanism.  相似文献

Reported here is the design of an electrochemical sensor for dopamine (DA) based on a screen print carbon electrode modified with a sulphonated polyether ether ketone-iron (III) oxide composite (SPCE-Fe3O4/SPEEK). L. serica leaf extract was used in the synthesis of iron (III) oxide nanoparticles (Fe3O4NPs). Successful synthesis of Fe3O4NP was confirmed through characterization using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), ultraviolet–visible light (UV–VIS), X-ray diffractometer (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Cyclic voltammetry (CV) was used to investigate the electrochemical behaviour of Fe3O4/SPEEK in 0.1 M of phosphate buffer solution (PBS) containing 5 mM of potassium ferricyanide (III) solution (K3[Fe(CN)6]). An increase in peak current was observed at the nanocomposite modified electrode SPCE-Fe3O4/SPEEK) but not SPCE and SPCE-Fe3O4, which could be ascribed to the presence of SPEEK. CV and square wave voltammetry (SWV) were employed in the electroxidation of dopamine (0.1 mM DA). The detection limit (LoD) of 7.1 μM and 0.005 μA/μM sensitivity was obtained for DA at the SPCE-Fe3O4/SPEEK electrode with concentrations ranging from 5–50 μM. LOD competes well with other electrodes reported in the literature. The developed sensor demonstrated good practical applicability for DA in a DA injection with good resultant recovery percentages and RSDs values.  相似文献

A fluorescent and colorimetric dual-mode “light-on” assay for the detection of dopamine (DA) was developed based on Fe3+-H2O2-OPD system. In general, Fe3+ could catalyze the H2O2-mediated oxidation of colorless and nonfluorescent o-phenylenediamine (OPD), and the resultant 2,3-diaminophenazine (DAP) exhibits a visible yellow color and yellow fluorescence. However, the reaction rate is extremely slow. By comparison, the introduction of DA can trigger a typical Fenton reaction that generates hydroxyl radical (?OH) continuously, thus increasing the conversion rate of OPD to DAP. Correspondingly, both color and fluorescence of the sensing system are enhanced obviously. On the basis of this fact, a sensor with dual readout for the detection of DA was established via measuring the fluorescent and colorimetric signals of the Fe3+-H2O2-OPD system. The linear ranges were 0.05–20 mM and 0.10–18 mM, and the detection limits were calculated to be 15 and 65 nM (S/N = 3) for fluorescent and colorimetric detection, respectively. The proposed dual-readout method features with simplicity, high sensitivity, visualization and good accuracy. Moreover, the method has been successfully applied to the detection of DA in human urine with satisfactory results.  相似文献

The pineal gland is a neuroendocrine organ that plays an important role in anti-inflammation through the hormone melatonin. The anti-inflammatory effects of melatonin and its derivatives have been reported in both in vitro and in vivo models. Our previous study reported the potent antioxidant and neuroprotective activities of bromobenzoylamide substituted melatonin. In silico analysis successfully predicted that melatonin bromobenzoylamid derivatives were protected from metabolism by CYP2A1, which is a key enzyme of the melatonin metabolism process. Therefore, the anti-inflammatory activities of melatonin and its bromobenzoylamide derivatives BBM and EBM were investigated in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages and croton oil-induced ear edema in mice. The experiments showed that BBM and EBM significantly reduced production of the inflammatory mediators interleukin-6 (IL-6), prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), and nitric oxide (NO) in a dose-dependent manner, but only slightly affected TNF-α in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages. This suggests that modifying melatonin at either the N1-position or the N-acetyl side chain affected production of NO, PGE2 and IL-6 in in vitro model. In the croton oil-induced mouse ear edema model, BBM, significantly decreased ear edema thickness at 2–4 h. It leads to conclude that bromobenzoylamide derivatives of melatonin may be one of the potential candidates for a new type of anti-inflammatory agent.  相似文献

Oily skin from overactive sebaceous glands affects self-confidence and personality. There is report of an association between steroid 5-alpha reductase gene (SRD5A) expression and facial sebum production. There is no study of the effect of Asparagus racemosus Willd. root extract on the regulation of SRD5A mRNA expression and anti-sebum efficacy. This study extracted A. racemosus using the supercritical carbon dioxide fluid technique with ethanol and investigated its biological compounds and activities. The A. racemosus root extract had a high content of polyphenolic compounds, including quercetin, naringenin, and p-coumaric acid, and DPPH scavenging activity comparable to that of the standard L-ascorbic acid. A. racemosus root extract showed not only a significant reduction in SRD5A1 and SRD5A2 mRNA expression by about 45.45% and 90.86%, respectively, but also a reduction in the in vivo anti-sebum efficacy in male volunteers, with significantly superior percentage changes in facial sebum production and a reduction in the percentages of pore area after 15 and 30 days of treatment. It can be concluded that A. racemosus root extract with a high content of polyphenol compounds, great antioxidant effects, promising downregulation of SRD5A1 and SRD5A2, and predominant facial sebum reduction and pore-minimizing efficacy could be a candidate for an anti-sebum and pore-minimizing active ingredient to serve in functional cosmetic applications.  相似文献

Despite considerable progress on the study of the effect of standardized extract of Gingko biloba (EGb) on memory processes, our understanding of its role in the persistence of long-term memory (LTM) and the molecular mechanism underlying its effect, particularly episodic-like memory, is limited. We here investigated the effects of EGb on the long-term retention of recognition memory and its persistence and BDNF expression levels in the dorsal hippocampal formation (DHF). Adult male Wistar rats (n = 10/group) were handled for 10 min/5 day. On day 6, the animals were treated with vehicle or 0.4 mg/kg diazepam (control groups) or with EGb (250, 500 or 100 mg/kg) 30 min before the training session (TR1), in which the animals were exposed to two sample objects. On day 7, all rats underwent a second training session (TR2) as described in the TR1 but without drug treatment. Object recognition memory (ORM) was evaluated on day 8 (retention test, T1) and day 9 (persistence test, T2). At the end of T1or T2, animals were decapitated, and DHF samples were frozen at −80 °C for analyses of the differential expression of BDNF by Western blotting. EGb-treated groups spent more time exploring the novel object in T2 and showed the highest recognition index (RI) values during the T1 and T2, which was associated with upregulation of BDNF expression in the DHF in a dose-and session-dependent manner. Our data reveal, for the first time, that EGb treatment before acquisition of ORM promotes persistence of LTM by BDNF differential expression.  相似文献

We report an exhaustive conformational and electronic study on dopamine (DA) interacting with the D2 dopamine receptor (D2DR). For the first time, the complete surface of the conformational potential energy of the complex DA/D2DR is reported. Such a surface was obtained through the use of QM/MM calculations. A detailed study of the molecular interactions that stabilize and destabilize the different molecular complexes was carried out using two techniques: Quantum Theory of Atoms in Molecules computations and nuclear magnetic shielding constants calculations. A comparative study of the behavior of DA in the gas phase, aqueous solution, and in the active site of D2DR has allowed us to evaluate the degree of deformation suffered by the ligand and, therefore, analyze how rustic are the lock-key model and the induced fit theory in this case. Our results allow us to propose one of the conformations obtained as the “biologically relevant” conformation of DA when it is interacting with the D2DR.  相似文献

A simple and reliable method for simultaneous electrochemical determination of ascorbic acid (AA) and dopamine (DA) is presented in this work. It was based on the use of the cationic surfactant cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) that enables the separation of the oxidation peaks potential of AA and DA. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) as well as pulse differential voltammetry (PDV) were used in order to verify the voltammetric behaviour in micellar media. In the cationic surfactant CPC, a remarkable electrostatic interaction is established with negatively charged AA, as a consequence, the oxidation peak potential shifted toward less positive potential and the peak current increased. On the other hand, the positively charged DA is repelled from the electrode surface and the oxidation peak potential shifts toward more positive potential in comparison to the bare electrode. Therefore, the common overlapped oxidation peaks of AA and DA can be circumventing by using CPC. Parameter that affects the Epa and Ipa such as CPC concentration and pH were studied. Under optimised conditions, the method presented a linear response to AA and DA in the concentration range from 5 to 75 μmol L−1 and 10 to 100 μmol L−1, respectively. The proposed method was successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of AA and DA in dopamine hydrochloride injection (DHI) samples spiked with AA.  相似文献

Prostaglandins are a group of important cell-signaling molecules involved in the regulation of ovarian maturation, oocyte development, egg laying and associated behaviors in invertebrates. However, the presence of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), the key enzymes for PGE2 biosynthesis and its interference by drugs were not investigated previously in the ovary of ticks. The present study was undertaken to assess the modulation of the PGE2-mediated pathway in the eclosion blocking effect of flumethrin and terpenoid subfraction isolated from Artemisia nilagirica in Rhipicephalus annulatus ticks. The acaricidal activities and chemical profiling of the terpenoid subfraction were performed. The localization of the cyclooxygenase1 (COX1) and prostaglandin E synthase (PGES) enzymes and the quantification of PGE2 in the ovaries of the ticks treated with methanol (control), flumethrin and terpenoid subfraction were also undertaken. In addition, the vitellogenin concentration in hemolymph was also assayed. Both flumethrin and the terpenoid subfraction of A. nilagirica elicited a concentration-dependent inhibition of fecundity and blocking of hatching of the eggs. The COX1 could not be detected in the ovaries of treated and control ticks, while there was no significant difference observed in the concentration of vitellogenin (Vg) in them. The presence of PGES in the oocytes of control ticks was confirmed while the immunoreactivities against PGES were absent in the vitellogenic oocytes of ticks treated with flumethrin and terpenoid subfraction. The levels of PGE2 were below the detection limit in the ovaries of the flumethrin-treated ticks, while it was significantly lower in the ovaries of the terpenoid subfraction-treated ticks. Hence, the prostaglandin E synthase and PGE2 were identified as very important mediators for the signaling pathway for ovarian maturation and oviposition in ticks. In addition, the key enzyme for prostaglandin biosynthesis, PGES and the receptors for PGE2 can be exploited as potential drug targets for tick control. The detection of PGES by immunohistochemistry and quantification of PGE2 by LC-MSMS can be employed as valuable tools for screening newer compounds for their eclosion blocking acaricidal effects.  相似文献

A fluorescence assay is described for the fluorometric determination of dopamine (DA). It based on the use of silica-coated CdTe quantum dots (QD@SiO2). These were fabricated through a hydrothermal process. When DA is added to a solution of the QD@SiO2 and then oxidized by oxygen under catalytic action of tyrosinase to form dopamine quinone, the fluorescence of QD@SiO2 (acquired at excitation/emission wavelengths of 310/525 nm) decreases due to an electron transfer quenching processes. The assay has a linear calibration plot in the 0.05 to 30 μM DA concentration range and a 12.5 nM detection limit (at an S/N ratio of 3). The method was applied to the determination of DA in spiked human serum samples.
Graphical abstract Schematic presentation of a fluorometric dopamine (DA) assay by using silica-coated CdTe QDs (QD@SiO2). DA is oxidized by oxygen under catalytic action of tyrosinase to form dopamine quinone, and this causes the quenching of fluorescence of QD@SiO2 at excitation/emission wavelengths of 310/525 nm.

From UV?Cvis spectrophotometry and cyclic voltammetry it is demonstrated the interaction of dopamine, DA, and ascorbic acid, AA, with ??-cyclodextrin, ??CD, in aqueous media at pH 3.0. The formation constants of the respective inclusion complexes were also determined. The spectrophotometry data fed into the data processing software SQUAD, allowed calculation of the said constants for the AA?C??CD complex (H2AA?C??CD) giving a value of 3236 M?1, while for the dopamine complex DA?C??CD (H3DA+??CD) this was 5888 M?1. From these results, the theoretical absorption spectra were generated which fitted quite well the experimental ones, thus indicating clearly that the constants are reliable. Moreover, from the cyclic voltammetry data, the stated constants were also calculated whereby that of the H2AA?C??CD gave a value of 3981 M?1 while for the dopamine complex DA?C??CD (H3DA+??CD) it was 4898 M?1. It is noteworthy to say that these values were similar to those found through spectrophotometry.  相似文献

Allium species are well known plants distributed throughout the world, and they contain various bioactive components with different biological activities including anti-cancer effects. In this study, we investigated the inhibitory effect of Allium senescens L. (A.S.) extract on cell survival and IL-2-mediated inflammation in human T cell acute lymphocytic leukemia (T-ALL) Jurkat cells. Our results showed that A.S. extract induced caspase-dependent apoptosis of Jurkat cells with no significant cytotoxicity in the normal peripheral blood mononuclear cells. A.S. extract induced ROS generation through the activation of MAPK p38 phosphorylation. It also inhibited IL-2 mRNA expression and NF-κB signaling mediated by phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate, and phytohemagglutinin. Combined treatment with A.S. extract and axitinib/dovitinib exerted enhanced inhibitory effects on T-ALL cell growth and IL-2 production. These results provide novel information on the potential use of A.S. extract as a therapeutic herbal agent for the treatment and prevention of T-ALL.  相似文献

The present study reports a cost-effective, environmentally friendly method to increase the bioavailability and bio-efficacy of B. rufescens stem bark extract in the biological system via functional modification as B. rufescens stem bark nanoparticles (BR-TO2-NPs). The biosynthesis of BR- -NPs was confirmed by UV-visible (UV-vis) and Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and X-ray diffraction analyses. The shifts in FT-IR stretching vibrations of carboxylic and nitro groups (1615 cm−1), the O–H of phenolics or carboxylic acids (3405 cm−1), alkanes, and alkyne groups (2925 and 2224 cm−1) of the plant extract and lattice (455) indicated successful biosynthesis of BR- -NPs. Compared with the stem bark extract, 40 ng/dL dose of BR- -NPs led to a reduction in adipogenesis and an increase in mitochondrial biogenesis-related gene expressions, adiponectin-R1, PPARγC1α, UCP-1, and PRDM16, in maturing-adipocytes. This confirmed the intracellular uptake, bioavailability, and bio-efficiency of BR-TiO2-NPs. The lipid-lowering capacity of BR-TiO2-NPs effectively inhibited the metabolic inflammation-related gene markers, IL-6, TNF-α, LTB4-R, and Nf-κb. Further, BR-TiO2-NPs stimulating mitochondrial thermogenesis capacity was proven by the significantly enhanced CREB-1 and AMPK protein levels in adipocytes. In conclusion, BR-TiO2-NPs effectively inhibited lipid accumulation and proinflammatory adipokine levels in maturing adipocytes; it may help to overcome obesity-associated comorbidities.  相似文献

Poly(2-amino-5-(4-pyridinyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole) (PAPT) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was fabricated and used for the simultaneous determinations of dopamine (DA), uric acid (UA) and nitrite (NO2 ?) in 0.1 mol?L?1 phosphate buffer solution (PBS, pH 5.0) by using cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) techniques. The results showed that the PAPT modified GCE (PAPT/GCE) not only exhibited electrocatalytic activities towards the oxidation of DA, UA and NO2 ? but also could resolve the overlapped voltammetric signals of DA, UA and NO2 ? at bare GCE into three strong and well-defined oxidation peaks with enhanced current responses. The peak potential separations are 130 mV for DA–UA and 380 mV for UA–NO2 ? using DPV, which are large enough for the simultaneous determinations of DA, UA and NO2 ?. Under the optimal conditions, the anodic peak currents were correspondent linearly to the concentrations of DA, UA and NO2 ? in the ranges of 0.95–380 μmol?L?1, 2.0–1,000 μmol?L?1 and 2.0–1,200 μmol?L?1 for DA, UA and NO2 ?, respectively. The correlation coefficients were 0.9989, 0.9970 and 0.9968, and the detection limits were 0.2, 0.35 and 0.6 μmol?L?1 for DA, UA and NO2 ?, respectively. In 0.1 mol?L?1 PBS pH 5.0, the PAPT film exhibited good electrochemical activity, showing a surface-controlled electrode process with the apparent heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant (k s) of 25.9 s?1 and the charge–transfer coefficient (α) of 0.49, and thus displayed the features of an electrocatalyst. Due to its high sensitivity, good selectivity and stability, the modified electrode had been successfully applied to the determination of analytes in serum and urine samples.  相似文献
