Coordination products of mono- and dimethyl-urea were synthesised with salts of copper, manganese, cobalt, nickel, and zink and their infrared spectra were obtained. By comparison with the pure ligands spectra it was established that the coordination with metals is accomplished through the carbonyl group oxygen.  相似文献

The platinum complex cisplatin is in worldwide use since 1978 as anticancer agent. Disadvantages of the cisplatin therapy are both drug resistance and severe side effects. To avoid these drawbacks several strategies have been developed in tumor research. Patients treated with second‐generation platinum complexes experience already less severe side effects. Organometallic and coordination complexes with different metals can be used to target DNA as well as overexpressed proteins and enzymes in cancer cells. In contrast, delivery systems for anticancer drugs target cancer cells, while being selectively accumulated in tumor tissue.  相似文献

Metal Complexes of N-substituted 3-Imino-isoindolinones The condensation of 3-imino-isoindolinone 4 and benzimidazoles or benzthiazoles containing activated methyl-, methylen- or aminogroups ( 5 resp. 6 ), yields the iso-indolinone-ligands 1 and 2. Metal ions such as Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+ and Zn2+ form (1:2)-complexes with these ligands of very high chemical and photochemical stabilities. The magnetic properties of these complexes indicate that the geometry around the central atoms is distorted tetrahedral. A X-ray diffraction study of one of the Co(II)-complexes confirms these findings.  相似文献

Coordination Compounds with an 1-Oxo-1,2-diphosphacyclopentanone 1-Oxo-1,2-diphosphacyclopentanone ( 2 ) is a ligand with three different sites for typical coordination. Metal Complexes of Naphthyl‐substituted Thiourea Derivatives The thiourea derivative N, N‐diethyl‐N′‐2‐naphthoylthiourea ( 1 ) and three N‐(dialkylaminothiocarbonyl)‐N′‐(1‐naphthyl)‐arylamidines ( 2 ‐ 4 ) have been synthesized and CuII‐, NiII‐ and PdII‐complexes of them have been prepared. According to the X‐ray structure analyses 1 with CuII and NiII under deprotonation forms neutral bis‐chelates of nearly square‐planar coordination with a cis arrangement of the O and S ligator atoms. Using their N and S atoms in 1, 3 position as ligators, 2 ‐ 4 in deprotonated form coordinate to CuII and PdII as neutral bis‐chelates, in the case of CuII with a distorted tetrahedral coordination. PdII is coordinated square planar and has, probably due to the spatial influence of the 1‐naphthyl groups, a trans arrangement of the N and S ligator atoms.  相似文献
