回顾了结构钢损伤模型的发展史,提出了一种新的本构模型-结构钢弹塑性各向异性损伤本构模型,该模型采用混合强化准则,考虑Bauschinger效应,屈服平台、硬化(软化)效应及损伤和损伤演化影响。算例分析结果表明本文模型能够客观地反映结构钢在循环荷载作用下的工作性能、适用于进行钢结构及构件在循环荷载作用下弹塑性反应分析。  相似文献

Based on the definitions of hardening, softening and ideal plastic behavior of elastic-plastic materials in the true stress tensor space, the phenomena of simple shear oscillation are shown to be relative to the oscillatory occurrence of hardening and softening behavior of elastic-plastic materials, namely the oscillation of hardening behavior, by analyzing a simple model of rigid-plastic materials with kinematical hardening under simple shear deformation. To make the models of elastic-plastic materials realistic, must be satisfied the following conditions: for any constitutive model, its response stresses to any continuous plastic deformation must be non-oscillatory, and there is no oscillation of hardening behavior during the plastic deformation.  相似文献

In this note we consider the definition of anisotropy with regard to the response of bodies described by implicit constitutive relations. The class of response relations under considerations in this work is implicit relations between the history of the stress, the history of the density, and the history of the deformation gradient. It is shown that the work of Noll [4] defining the anisotropy of bodies in terms of symmetry groups for Simple Materials can be very easily extended to define the anisotropy in terms of symmetry groups for materials whose response is described by relations between the histories of the stresses and the deformation gradient. While symmetry groups are defined, the more arduous task of developing representation theorems for bodies defined through implicit response relations is an important open task.  相似文献

脉搏波本构关系决定着脉搏波的传播特征。如何通过实验研究来确定脉搏波本构关系,以及如何通过这些方法从现有文献数据来获得脉搏波本构关系,是当前研究的核心之一。本文中探索了3个可行途径:(1)由实测脉搏波波速对压力的关系C(p)进行反分析(无创法);(2)直接对脉搏波p-V本构关系进行实测(有创法);(3)由一系列实测脉搏波波形进行Lagrange反分析(无创法)。采用上述方法,根据现有文献数据,发现由C(p)关系的Rogers-Huang简化式可推得指数型p(V)本构关系;由MK-Hughes式可推得对数型p(V)本构关系。脉搏波传播特性随非线性本构参数发生显著变化。按中医体质分类观点,相应的脉搏波本构关系原则上也有不同类型,因人而定。在这个意义上,脉搏波的Lagrange反分析具有广阔发展前景,但它对正确选择测点和提高测量敏感性和精度等方面提出了更高要求。

构造了标量形式的无耦合条件下双子系统静动态统一本构模型.推导出第1和第2子系统中加载应变速率临界值ε·c1和ε·c2,当应变速率ε·分别低于和高于某个临界值时,相应子系统中的不可逆行为分别是与时间无关的和与时间相关的.由于当ε·跨越ε·c1和ε·c2时,内变量的求解公式发生变化,所以动态强度随ε·变化的规律发生变化.经与铝的实验结果比较确认,本构模型能够描述材料的多种静动态力学行为.  相似文献

引入了同步性的概念。按照是否同步对所有的内变量进行分组,得到了整个系统的子系统结构。证明了子系统间无耦合时各子系统内部一致性条件成立的判别准则,从而得到了可以统一描述子系统内部的时间相关、时间无关不可逆行为的内变量演化方程和加卸载准则。本构关系既适用于静态加载,也适用于动态加载。经典塑性本构关系、多屈服面本构关系及过应力型粘塑性本构关系只是本文的特例。  相似文献

Based on irreversible thermodynamics, the criterion for judging the satisfaction of consistency conditions in rate-dependent constitutive relationship is deduced by introducing four basic hypotheses. Formulas for solving internal variables are given. It makes the rate-dependent model applicable no matter whether the consistency conditions can be satisfied or not. A constitutive relation to describe pseudo-elastic deformation in shape memory alloys is presented in this paper. It is capable of describing deformation behaviour of polycrystalline materials under triaxial stress state as well as of monocrystalline materials under one-dimensional condition. Total strain rate is supposed to be composed of elastic strain rate and transformation strain rate. Deformation behaviour of Cu−Zn−Sn alloy and Ti−ni alloy is simulated by use of the proposed constitutive relation. it is shown that simulated results are in a good agreement with experimental data. Recently there has been interest in studying a new class of elastic materials, which is described by implicit constitutive relations. Under some basic assumption for elasticity constants, the system of governing equations of motion for this elastic material is strictly hyperbolic but without the convexity property. In this paper, all wave patterns for the nonclassic nonlinearly elastic materials under Riemann data are established completely by separating the phase plane into twelve disjoint regions and by using a nonnegative dissipation rate assumption and the maximally dissipative kinetics at any stress discontinuity. Depending on the initial data, a variety of wave patterns can arise, and in particular there exist composite waves composed of a rarefaction wave and a shock wave. The solutions for a physically realizable case are presented in detail, which may be used to test whether the material belongs to the class of classical elastic bodies or the one wherein the stretch is expressed as a function of the stress.  相似文献

Flexible insect wings deform passively under the periodic loading during napping flight. The wing flexibility is considered as one of the specific mechanisms on improving insect flight performance. The constitutive relation of the insect wing material plays a key role on the wing deformation, but has not been clearly understood yet. A viscoelastic constitutive relation model was established based on the stress relaxation experiment of a dragonfly wing (in vitro). This model was examined by the finite element analysis of the dynamic deformation response for a model insect wing under the action of the periodical inertial force in flapping. It is revealed that the viscoelastic constitutive relation is rational to characterize the biomaterial property of insect wings in contrast to the elastic one. The amplitude and form of the passive viscoelastic deformation of the wing is evidently dependent on the viscous parameters in the constitutive relation.  相似文献

In this study, a new unified creep constitutive relation and a modified energy-based fatigue model have been established respectively to describe the creep flow and predict the fatigue life of Sn−Pb solders. It is found that the relation successfully elucidates the creep mechanism related to current constitutive relations. The model can be used to describe the temperature and frequency dependent low cycle fatigue behavior of the solder. The relation and the model are further employed in part II to develop the numerical simulation approach for the long-term reliability assessment of the plastic ball grid array (BGA) assembly. Based on a modified Darcy's law, Stokes’ first problem was investigated for a second grade fluid in a porous half-space with a heated flat plate. Exact solutions of the velocity and temperature fields were obtained using Fourier sine transforms. In contrast to the classical Stokes’ first problem, there is a steady-state solution for the second grade fluid in the porous half-space, which is a damping exponential function with respect to the distance from the flat plate. The well-known solutions for Newtonian fluids in non-porous or porous half-space appear in limiting cases of our solutions.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to model and simulate the displacement of radioactive elements in a saturated heterogeneous porous medium. New schemes are proposed to solve accurately the convection–diffusion–reaction equations including nonlinear terms in the time derivative. Numerical tests show the stability and robustness of these schemes through strong heterogeneities of the medium. Finally the COUPLEX 1 benchmark concerning the far field simulation of a polluted flow by a leak of a nuclear waste disposal is performed and compared with the results available in the literature. We study scalar diffusion, both from Eulerian and Lagrangian perspectives, advected by two dimensional flows. Emphasis is devoted to the problem of scalar diffusion under a synthetic turbulent flow. We present numerical and analytical results for the turbulent diffusion coefficient either from the influence of the turbulent synthetic field and a periodic array of eddies. Upscaling in Subsurface Transport Using Cluster Statistics of Percolation   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Transport/flow problems in soils have been treated in random resistor network representations (RRNs). Two lines of argument can be used to justify such a representation. Solute transport at the pore-space level may probably be treated using a system of linear, first-order differential equations describing inter-pore probability fluxes. This equation is equivalent to a random impedance network representation. Alternatively, Darcys law with spatially variable hydraulic conductivity is equivalent to an RRN. Darcys law for the hydraulic conductivity is applicable at sufficiently low pressure head in saturated soils, but only for steady-state flow in unsaturated soils. The result given here will have two contributions, one of which is universal to any linear conductance problem, i.e., requires only the applicability of Darcys (or Ohms) law. The second contribution depends on the actual distribution of linear conductances appropriate. Although nonlinear effects in RRNs (including changes in resistance values resulting from current, analogous to changes in matric potential resulting from flow) have been treated within the framework of percolation theory, the theoretical development lags the corresponding development of the linear theory, which is, in principle, on a solid foundation. In practice, calculations of the nonlinear conductivity in relatively (compared with soils) well characterized solid-state systems such as amorphous or impure semiconductors, do not agree with each other or with experiment. In semiconductors, however, experiments do at least appear consistent with each other.In the limit of infinite system size the transport properties of a sufficiently inhomogeneous medium are best calculated through application of critical rate analysis with the system resistivity related to the critical (percolating) resistance value, Rc. Here well-known cluster statistics of percolation theory are used to derive the variability, W (R,x) in the smallest maximal resistance, R of a path spanning a volume x3 as well as to find the dependence of the mean value of the conductivity, (x). The functional form of the cluster statistics is a product of a power of cluster size, and a scaling function, either exponential or Gaussian, but which, in either case, cuts off cluster sizes at a finite value for any maximal resistance other than Rc. Either form leads to a maximum in W (R,x) at R=Rc. When the exponential form of the cluster statistics is used, and when individual resistors are exponential functions of random variables (as in stochastic treatments of the unsaturated zone by the McLaughlin group [see Graham and MacLaughlin (1991), or the series of papers by Yeh et al. (1985, 1995), etc.], or as is known for hopping conduction in condensed matter physics), then W (R,x) has a power law decay in R/Rc (or Rc/R, the power being an increasing function of x. If the statistics of the individual resistors are given by power law functions of random variables (as in Poiseiulles Law), then an exponential decay in R for W (R,x) is obtained with decay constant an increasing function of x. Use, instead, of the Gaussian cluster statistics alters the case of power law decay in R to an approximate power, with the value of the power a function of both R and x.  相似文献
