Fermi resonance on surface polaritons appears when a band of two-particle states of some optical surface phonons lies in the range of the surface polariton frequency variation. It is shown that in this case the dispersion law for surface polaritons has a number of peculiarities, which may well be observable experimentally.  相似文献

A strong Fermi resonance interaction between two Σ-type levels ν2 and 2ν3 of DCCF together with the corresponding resonance between the levels ν2 + ν3 and 3ν3 has been observed. The rotational structure of the bands has been investigated in both the diads which are situated around 2100 and 3100 cm?1. The molecular constants involved have been derived.  相似文献

We investigate theoretically fermionic superfluidity induced by Feshbach resonance in the orbital p-wave channel and determine the general phase diagram. In contrast with superfluid (3)He, due to the dipole interaction, the pairing is extremely anisotropic. When this dipole interaction is relatively strong, the pairing has symmetry k(z). When it is relatively weak, it is of symmetry k(z) + ibetak(y) (up to a rotation about z;, here beta < 1). A phase transition between these two states can occur under a change in the magnetic field or the density of the gas.  相似文献

The usual Kondo effect is associated with the formation of a many-body ground state that contains a quantum-mechanical entanglement between a (localized) fermion and the free fermions. We show, however, that also a bosonic form of the Kondo effect can occur in degenerate atomic Fermi gases near a Feshbach resonance, if the energy of the diatomic molecular level associated with the Feshbach resonance approaches twice the Fermi energy of the atoms.  相似文献

We propose a coherent framework allowing one to treat many-body effects in dense ultracold Fermi gases in the presence of a Feshbach resonance. We show that the simple effect of Pauli exclusion induces a strong modification of the basic scattering properties. In particular, this washes out the Feshbach resonance and provides a natural explanation for recent experimental findings.  相似文献

Acoustic analog of monolayer graphene has been designed by using silicone rubber spheres of honeycomb lattices embedded in water. The dispersion of the structure has been studied theoretically using the rigorous multiple-scattering method. The energy spectra with the Dirac point have been verified and zigzag edge states have been found in ribbons of the structure, which are analogous to the electronic ones in graphene nanoribbons. The guided modes along the zigzag edge excited by a point source have been numerically demonstrated. The open cavity and “Z” type edge waveguide with 60° corners have also been realized by using such edge states.  相似文献

Using a previously described transmission method, cyclotron resonance of electrons on the lens of the Fermi surface of molybdenum was observed. The resonance signals were recorded in Azbel-Kaner configuration with the magnetic field B parallel to the (110) plane of a monocrystal of thickness d = 0.15 mm.The effective mass of the electrons was determined as m>1 = (0.183 ± 0.002)m0; m1 = (0.261 ± 0.008)m0 and m1 = (0.29 ± 0.02)m0 for B at angles of 0°; 3°; and 7.4° with respect to the crystallographical 〈110〉 direction. For these orientations of B and applying the method of cyclotron resonance cut-off observation, the dimensions of the electron lens were determined.  相似文献

We demonstrate the stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) of a binary solution of toluene and m-xylene at different volume concentrations in liquid-core optical fiber (LCOF). The results show that SRS of three vibration modes of 1002 cm−1,2920 cm−1 and 3058 cm−1 bands are simultaneously generated at some volume concentrations. The 2920 cm−1 band and the 3058 cm−1 band are generated at one time, the SRS thresholds of the first-order Stokes of the 2920 cm−1 and 3058 cm−1 bands are lower compared with the second-order Stokes threshold of the 1002 cm−1 band and the main peak of the 2920 cm−1 and 3058 cm−1 bands changes from the 2920 cm−1 band to the 3058 cm−1 band as the volume concentrations are changed. We assume that these phenomena are attributed to the intermolecular Fermi resonance. Raman scattering cross section (RSCS) theory is used to explain this assumption.  相似文献

In this Letter we study both ground state properties and the superfluid transition temperature of a spin-1/2 Fermi gas across a Feshbach resonance with a synthetic spin-orbit coupling, using the mean-field theory and the exact solution of two-body problem. We show that a strong spin-orbit coupling can significantly enhance the pairing gap for negative scattering length a(s), due to increased density of state at Fermi surface. Strong spin-orbit coupling can also significantly enhance the superfluid transition temperature Tc to a sizable fraction of Fermi temperature when a(s) ≤ 0, while it suppresses Tc slightly for positive a(s). The interaction energy and pair size at resonance are also discussed.  相似文献

We predict a direct and observable signature of the superfluid phase in a quantum Fermi gas, in a temperature regime already accessible in current experiments. The ESR-signal of DPPH was recorded by detecting the modulation of the absorbed microwave power with a gas-coupled microphone. This photo-acoustic detection scheme is compared with conventional ESR-detection. Fermi共振现象在光谱分析中的谱线认证、归属有重要应用,然而,它蕴含的丰富物理规律、内容及研究方法亟待开发和研究.本文提出了一种改变溶液折射率研究Fermi共振的方法,该方法以Onsager电介质极化理论为依据,利用分子在溶液中的Raman散射强度(散射系数)随溶液折射率的变化来研究Fermi共振规律.该方法不仅能给出Fermi共振各参数间及与溶液折射率之间的关系,而且发现了Fermi共振双峰的非对称移动、倍频的基频也受Fermi共振调谐等现象.为全面认识Fermi共振规律提供了一种研究方法.  相似文献
