Some new N‐4‐Fluorobenzoyl phosphoric triamides with formula 4‐F‐C6H4C(O)N(H)P(O)X2, X = NH‐C(CH3)3 ( 1 ), NH‐CH2‐CH=CH2 ( 2 ), NH‐CH2C6H5 ( 3 ), N(CH3)(C6H5) ( 4 ), NH‐CH(CH3)(C6H5) ( 5 ) were synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, IR and Mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The structures of compounds 1 , 3 and 4 were investigated by X‐ray crystallography. The P=O and C=O bonds in these compounds are anti. Compounds 1 and 3 form one dimensional polymeric chain produced by intra‐ and intermolecular ‐P=O···H‐N‐ hydrogen bonds. Compound 4 forms only a centrosymmetric dimer in the crystalline lattice via two equal ‐P=O···H‐N‐ hydrogen bonds. 1H and 13C NMR spectra show two series of signals for the two amine groups in compound 1 . This is also observed for the two α‐methylbenzylamine groups in 5 due to the presence of chiral carbon atom in molecule. 13C NMR spectrum of compound 4 shows that 2J(P,Caliphatic) coupling constant for CH2 group is greater than for CH3 in agreement with our previous study. Mass spectra of compounds 1 ‐ 3 (containing 4‐F‐C6H4C(O)N(H)P(O) moiety) indicate the fragments of amidophosphoric acid and 4‐F‐C6H4CN+ that formed in a pseudo McLafferty rearrangement pathway. Also, the fragments of aliphatic amines have high intensity in mass spectra.  相似文献

The reactivity of tBuLi (pentane) toward the N‐neopentyl‐substituted π‐excess P=CH–N heterocycle 1 depends on the solvent (tetrahydrofuran, diethyl ether, hexane, and toluene) and reaction conditions. Trapping of the resulting organolithium compounds with CO2/ClSiMe3, ClSiMe3, or EtI led to various products indicating CH lithiation ( 1a , b ), normal addition of tBuLi at the P=C bond (E/Z ‐2a , b ), inverse addition of the primary addition product 2Li at the P=C bond of a second molecule 1 , affording 3‐tert‐butyl‐2,2’‐bis(1,3‐benzazaphospholines) 3 , or inverse addition of tBuLi ( 4b,c ). The formation of 3 demonstrates a novel route to asymmetric heterocyclic 1,2‐diphosphine ligands. The structure elucidation of the new compounds is based on their 31P and 13C NMR data with conclusive chemical shifts and P–C coupling constants, that of the isolated PH‐functionalized diphosphine 3 on crystal structure analysis.  相似文献

The reaction of Fe3(CO)12 with O,O′‐dialkyldithiophosphate diethylamine salts (RO)2P{S}SH · Et2NH (R = CH3, CH2CH3) resulted in the formation of trinuclear cluster complex {μ‐SP(OR)2Fe[S2P(OR)2)]S‐μ]}Fe2(CO)6 [R = CH3 ( 1 ), CH2CH3 ( 2 )]. The two complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, FT‐IR, NMR (1H, 31P and 13C) spectroscopy, as well as by X‐ray diffraction analyses. Crystal structures reveal that one P–S bond is cleaved during the reaction, yielding the [2Fe2S] unit together with FePS3(CO)2. The other dialkyldithiophosphate coordinated with iron by S, S chelating model. The trinuclear cluster was observed with the P‐Fe and S–Fe bond formed by the P‐S activation. In addition, the electrochemical properties for complex 2 as an illustration was also studied by cyclic voltammetry in MeCN.  相似文献

Five mono‐nuclear silver (I) complexes with 6,7‐dicyanodipyridoquinoxaline ligand, namely {[Ag(DPEphos)(dicnq)]NO3}2 · CH3OH ( 1 ), [Ag(DPEphos)(dicnq)]BF4 · CH3OH ( 2 ), [Ag(XANTphos)(dicnq)]CF3SO3 ( 3 ), {[Ag(XANTphos)(dicnq)]NO3}2 ( 4 ), and [Ag(XANTphos)(dicnq)]ClO4 · CH2Cl2 ( 5 ) {DPEphos = bis[2‐(diphenylphosphanyl)phenyl]ether, dicnq = 6,7‐dicyanodipyridoquinoxaline, XANTphos = 9,9‐dimethyl‐4,5‐bis(diphenylphosphanyl)xanthene} were characterized by X‐ray diffraction, IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR, fluorescence spectra, and terahertz time‐domain spectra (THz‐TDS). In the five complexes the AgI, which is coordinated by two kinds of chelating ligands, adopts four‐coordinate modes to generate mono‐nuclear structures. The C–H ··· π interactions lead to formation of a 1D infinite chain for complexes 2 and 3 . The crystal packing of complexes 1 and 5 reveal that they form 3D supermolecular network by several pairs of C–H ··· π interactions. The emissions of these complexes are attributed to ligands‐centered [π–π*] transition based on both of the P‐donor and N‐donor ligands.  相似文献

The condensation reactions of tetrachloro mono ( 1 and 2 ) and bisferrocenyl spirocyclotriphosphazenes ( 3 – 5 ) with morpholine in tetrahydrofuran gave the partly morpholino‐substituted ferrocenylphosphazenes. When the reactions were carried out with equal amounts of 1 – 5 and morpholine, the mono‐substituted ferrocenylphosphazenes ( 1a, 3a–5a ) formed as the major product. While the reactions were made with 1 equiv of 1–5 and 2 equiv of morpholine, the corresponding geminal–phosphazenes ( 1b–5b ) were isolated. In addition, the condensation reactions of 1 equiv of 1–5 and 3 equiv of morpholine resulted in the formation of di‐( 1b–5b ), tri‐( 2c–5c ), and tetra‐substituted phosphazenes. The tri‐substituted compounds were isolated as major products. Some new phosphazenes have stereogenic P center(s). The stereogenic properties of 1a and 2c were investigated using 31P nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy in the presence of the chiral solvating agent; (S)‐(+)‐2,2,2‐trifluoro‐1‐(9′‐anthryl)ethanol. The structures of all the phosphazenes were characterized by one‐dimensional 1H, 13C, and 31P NMR, and two‐dimensional heteronuclear single quantum coherence spectral data. The salient spectral properties of the phosphazenes were presented.  相似文献

Some new phosphoramidates were synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The structures of CF3C(O)N(H)P(O)[N(CH3)(CH2C6H5)]2 ( 1 ) and 4‐NO2‐C6H4N(H)P(O)[4‐CH3‐NC5H9]2 ( 6 ) were confirmed by X‐ray single crystal determination. Compound 1 forms a centrosymmetric dimer and compound 6 forms a polymeric zigzag chain, both via ‐N‐H…O=P‐ intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Also, weak C‐H…F and C‐H…O hydrogen bonds were observed in compounds 1 and 6 , respectively. 13C NMR spectra were used for study of 2J(P,C) and 3J(P,C) coupling constants that were showed in the molecules containing N(C2H5)2 and N(C2H5)(CH2C6H5) moieties, 2J(P,C)>3J(P,C). A contrast result was obtained for the compounds involving a five‐membered ring aliphatic amine group, NC4H8. 2J(P,C) for N(C2H5)2 moiety and in NC4H8 are nearly the same, but 3J(P, C) values are larger than those in molecules with a pyrrolidinyl ring. This comparison was done for compounds with six and seven‐membered ring amine groups. In compounds with formula XP(O)[N(CH2R)(CH2C6H5)]2, 2J(P,CH2)benzylic>2J(P,CH2)aliphatic, in an agreement with our previous study.  相似文献

The complexes of adriamycin–d‐(TGATCA)2 and 4′‐epiadriamycin–d‐(CGATCG)2 are studied by one‐ and two‐dimensional 31P nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) at 500 MHz in the temperature range 275–328 K and as a function of drug to DNA ratio (0.0–2.0). The binding of drug to DNA is clearly evident in 31P? 31P exchange NOESY spectra that shows two sets of resonances in slow chemical exchange. The phosphate resonances at the intercalating steps, T1pG2/C1pG2 and C5pA6/C5pG6, shift downfield up to 1.7 ppm and that at the adjacent step shift downfield up to 0.7 ppm, whereas the central phosphate A3pT4 is relatively unaffected. The variations of chemical shift with drug to DNA ratio and temperature as well as linewidths are different in each of the two complexes. These observations reflect change in population of BI/BII conformation, stretching of backbone torsional angle ζ, and distortions in O? P? O bond angles that occur on binding of drug to DNA. To the best of our knowledge, there are no solution studies on 4′‐epiadriamycin, a better tolerated drug, and binding of daunomycin or its analogue to d‐(TGATCA)2 hexamer sequence. The studies report the use of 31P NMR as a tool to differentiate various complexes. The specific differences may well be the reasons that are responsible for different antitumor action of these drugs due to different binding ability and distortions in DNA. A representative series of diphosphine monophosphonium salts [1‐Ph2P(C10H6)‐8‐PRPh2]+X ( 2 b : R = H, X = CF3SO3; 4 : R = Me, X = CF3SO3; 5 : R = C6H5CH2 = Bn, X = Br) has been prepared by treatment of 1,8‐bis(diphenylphosphino)naphthalene (dppn, 1 ) with stoichiometric amounts of HSO3CF3 or CH3SO3CF3 in CH2Cl2 at +20 °C and with C6H5CH2Br in toluene at +80 °C. Their X‐ray crystal structures show that there is no evidence for dative P → P+ interactions. Instead, steric repulsion deflects the substituent groups to opposite faces of the naphthalene plane [splay angles: +11.4° ( 2 b ), +13.6° ( 4 ); +16.7° ( 5 )]. In solution 2 b , 4 , and 5 were dynamic according to 31P, 13C, and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The fluxionality of 2 b involves rapid intramolecular proton exchange between the two phosphorus atoms, which slows down at low temperature, whereas the dynamic behaviour of 4 and 5 is interpreted in terms of hindered rotation of the bulky RPh2P+ groups (R = Me or Bn) about the P–C(naphthyl) bond. Treatment of 1,8‐bis(diphenylphosphoryl)naphthalene (dppnO2, 6 ) with HSO3CF3 gave the protonated bis(phosphine oxide), as the triflate salt, dppnO2H+ CF3SO3 ( 7 ). The X‐ray structure analysis of 7 revealed a highly strained molecule (P1…P2 365.5 pm) in which the P=O bonds point to the same face of the naphthalene plane to accommodate the proton. All isolated compounds were characterised by a combination of 31P, 1H, and 13C NMR spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy ( 7 ), mass spectrometry and elemental analysis.  相似文献

The polymers with functionalized alkoxy groups and with narrow molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn < 1.12) are obtained from the living polymerization of 2‐alkoxy‐1‐methylenecyclopropanes using π‐allylpalladium complex, [(PhC3H4)Pd(μ‐Cl)]2, as the initiator. The polymers with oligoethylene glycol groups in the alkoxy substituent are soluble in water, and hydroboration of the C?C double bond and ensuing addition of the OH groups to C?N bond of alkyl isocyanate produce the polymers with urethane pendant groups. The reaction decreases solubility of the polymer in water significantly. Di‐ and triblock copolymers of the 2‐alkoxy‐1‐methylenecyclopropanes are prepared by consecutive addition of the two or three 2‐alkoxy‐1‐methylenecyclopropane monomers to the Pd initiator. The polymers which contain both hydrophobic butoxy or tert‐butoxy group and hydrophilic oligoethylene glycol group dissolve in water and/or organic solvents, depending on the substituents. The 1H NMR spectrum of poly( 1a ‐b‐ 1h ) (? (CH2C(?CH2)CHOBu)n? (CH2C(?CH2)CH(OCH2CH2)3OMe)m? ) in D2O solution exhibits peaks because of the butoxy and ?CH2 hydrogen in decreased intensity, indicating that the polymer forms micelle particles containing the hydrophilic segments in their external parts. Aqueous solution of the polymer with a small amount of DPH (DPH = 1,6‐diphenyl‐1,3,5‐hexatriene) shows the absorbance due to DPH at concentration of the polymer higher than 5.82 × 10?5 g mL?1. Other block copolymers such as poly( 1b ‐b‐ 1h ) and poly( 1a ‐b‐ 1g ) also form the micelles that contain DPH in their core. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Although the understanding of intermolecular interactions, such as hydrogen bonding, is relatively well‐developed, many additional weak interactions work both in tandem and competitively to stabilize a given crystal structure. Due to a wide array of potential applications, a substantial effort has been invested in understanding the halogen bond. Here, we explore the utility of multinuclear (13C, 14/15N, 19F, and 127I) solid‐state magnetic resonance experiments in characterizing the electronic and structural changes which take place upon the formation of five halogen‐bonded co‐crystalline product materials. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction (XRD) structures of three novel co‐crystals which exhibit a 1:1 stoichiometry between decamethonium diiodide (i.e., [(CH3)3N+(CH2)10N+(CH3)3][2 I?]) and different para‐dihalogen‐substituted benzene moieties (i.e., p‐C6X2Y4, X=Br, I; Y=H, F) are presented. 13C and 15N NMR experiments carried out on these and related systems validate sample purity, but also serve as indirect probes of the formation of a halogen bond in the co‐crystal complexes in the solid state. Long‐range changes in the electronic environment, which manifest through changes in the electric field gradient (EFG) tensor, are quantitatively measured using 14N NMR spectroscopy, with a systematic decrease in the 14N quadrupolar coupling constant (CQ) observed upon halogen bond formation. Attempts at 127I solid‐state NMR spectroscopy experiments are presented and variable‐temperature 19F NMR experiments are used to distinguish between dynamic and static disorder in selected product materials, which could not be conclusively established using solely XRD. Quantum chemical calculations using the gauge‐including projector augmented‐wave (GIPAW) or relativistic zeroth‐order regular approximation (ZORA) density functional theory (DFT) approaches complement the experimental NMR measurements and provide theoretical corroboration for the changes in NMR parameters observed upon the formation of a halogen bond.  相似文献

A palladium‐catalyzed selective C H bond trifluoroethylation of aryl iodides has been explored. The reaction allows for the efficient synthesis of a variety of ortho‐trifluoroethyl‐substituted styrenes. Preliminary mechanistic studies indicate that the reaction might involve a key PdIV intermediate, which is generated through the rate‐determining oxidative addition of CF3CH2I to a palladacycle; the bulky nature of CF3CH2I influences the reactivity. Reductive elimination from the PdIV complex then leads to the formation of the aryl–CH2CF3 bond.  相似文献

D,L ‐3‐Methylglycolide (MG) was successfully polymerized with bimetallic (Al/Zn) μ‐oxo alkoxide as an initiator in toluene at 90 °C. The effect of the initiator concentration and monomer conversion on the molecular weight was studied. It is shown that the polymerization of MG follows a living process. A kinetic study indicated that the polymerization approximates the first order in the monomer, and no induction period was observed. 1H NMR spectroscopy showed that the ring‐opening polymerization proceeds through a coordination–insertion mechanism with selective cleavage of the acyl–oxygen bond of the monomer. On the basis of 1H NMR and 13C NMR analyses, the selective cleavage of the acyl–oxygen bond of the monomer mainly occurs at the least hindered carbonyl groups (P1 = 0.84, P2 = 0.16). Therefore, the main chain of poly(D,L ‐lactic acid‐co‐glycolic acid) (50/50 molar ratio) obtained from the homopolymerization of MG was primarily composed of alternating lactyl and glycolyl units. The diblock copolymers poly(ϵ‐caprolactone)‐b‐poly(D,L ‐lactic acid‐alt‐glycolic acid) and poly(L ‐lactide)‐b‐poly(D,L ‐lactic acid‐alt‐glycolic acid) were successfully synthesized by the sequential living polymerization of related lactones (ϵ‐caprolactone or L ‐lactide). 13C NMR spectra of diblock copolymers clearly show their pure diblock structures. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. In the 13C NMR spectra of methylglyoxal bisdimethylhydrazone, the 13C‐5 signal is shifted to higher frequencies, while the 13C‐6 signal is shifted to lower frequencies on going from the EE to ZE isomer following the trend found previously. Surprisingly, the 1H‐6 chemical shift and 1J(C‐6,H‐6) coupling constant are noticeably larger in the ZE isomer than in the EE isomer, although the configuration around the –CH═N– bond does not change. This paradox can be rationalized by the C–H?N intramolecular hydrogen bond in the ZE isomer, which is found from the quantum‐chemical calculations including Bader's quantum theory of atoms in molecules analysis. This hydrogen bond results in the increase of δ(1H‐6) and 1J(C‐6,H‐6) parameters. The effect of the C–H?N hydrogen bond on the 1H shielding and one‐bond 13C–1H coupling complicates the configurational assignment of the considered compound because of these spectral parameters. The 1H, 13C and 15N chemical shifts of the 2‐ and 8‐(CH3)2N groups attached to the –C(CH3)═N– and –CH═N– moieties, respectively, reveal pronounced difference. The ab initio calculations show that the 8‐(CH3)2N group conjugate effectively with the π‐framework, and the 2‐(CH3)2N group twisted out from the plane of the backbone and loses conjugation. As a result, the degree of charge transfer from the N‐2– and N‐8– nitrogen lone pairs to the π‐framework varies, which affects the 1H, 13C and 15N shieldings. A series of aminodiphenylphosphanes 1 [Ph2P‐N(H)tBu ( a ), ‐NEt2 ( b ), ‐NiPr2 ( c )], 2 [Ph2P‐NHPh ( a ), ‐NH‐2‐pyridine ( b ), ‐NH‐3‐pyridine ( c ), ‐NH‐4‐pyridine ( d ), NH‐pyrimidine ( e ), NH‐2,6‐Me2‐C6H3 ( f ), NH‐3‐Me‐2‐pyridine ( g )], 3 [Ph2P‐N(Me)Ph ( a ), ‐NPh2 ( b )], and N‐pyrrolyldiphenylphosphane 4 (Ph2P‐NC4H4) was prepared and studied by NMR (1H, 13C, 31P, 15N NMR) spectroscopy. The isotope‐induced chemical shifts 1Δ14/15N(31P) were determined at natural abundance of 15N by using HEED INEPT experiments. A dependence of 1Δ14/15N(31P) on the substituents at nitrogen was found (alkyl < H < aryl; increasingly negative values). The magnitude and sign of the coupling constants 1J(31P,15N) (positive sign) are dominated by the presence of the lone pair of electrons at the phosphorus atom. The X‐ray structural analysis of 2b is reported, showing the presence of dimers owing to intermolecular hydrogen bridges in the solid state. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. As an aid for structure elucidation of new steviol glycosides, reversed‐phase C18 high‐performance liquid chromatography method was developed with several previously characterized diterpene glycosides, to identify known and detect novel aglycone‐C13 oligosaccharide moieties and indirectly identify C‐19 interlinkages. Elution order of several diterpene glycosides and their aglycone‐C13 oligosaccharide substituted with different sugar arrangements were also summarized. Comparison of the retention time of a product obtained after alkaline hydrolysis with the aglycone‐C‐13 portions of known compounds reported herein allowed us to deduce the exact positions of the sugars in the C‐13 oligosaccharide portion. The elution position of several steviol glycosides with an ent‐kaurene skeleton was helpful to describe an identification key. Two previously uncharacterized diterpene glycosides together with two known compounds were isolated from a commercial Stevia rebaudiana leaf extract. One was found to be 13‐[(2‐O‐β‐d ‐xylopyranosyl3‐O‐β‐d ‐glucopyranosyl‐β‐d ‐glucopyranosyl)oxy]ent‐kaur‐16‐en‐19‐oic acid‐(2‐O‐β‐d ‐glucopyranosyl‐β‐d ‐glucopyranosyl) ester (rebaudioside V), whereas the other was determined to be 13‐[(2‐O‐β‐d ‐xylopyranosyl3‐O‐β‐d ‐glucopyranosyl‐β‐d‐ glucopyranosyl)oxy]ent‐kaur‐16‐en‐19‐oic acid‐(2‐O‐α‐l ‐rhamnopyranosyl‐3‐O‐β‐d ‐glucopyranosyl‐β‐d ‐glucopyranosyl) ester (rebaudioside W). Previously reported compounds were isolated in gram quantities and identified as rebaudioside J and rebaudioside H. In addition, a C‐19 sugar‐free derivative was also prepared from rebaudioside H to afford rebaudioside H1. Chemical structures were partially determined by the high‐performance liquid chromatography method and unambiguously characterized by using one‐dimensional and two‐dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance experiments.  相似文献

Coordination Chemistry of P‐rich Phosphanes and Silylphosphanes. XVII [1] [Co(g5‐Me5C5)(g3tBu2PPCH–CH3)] from [Co(g5‐Me5C5)(g2‐C2H4)2] and tBu2P–P=P(Me)tBu2 [Co(η5‐Me5C5)(η3tBu2PPCH–CH3)] 1 is formed in the reaction of [Co(η5‐Me5C5)(η2‐C2H4)2] 2 with tBu2P–P 4 (generated from tBu2P–P=P(Me)tBu2 3 ) by elimination of one C2H4 ligand and coupling of the phosphinophosphinidene with the second one. The structure of 1 is proven by 31P, 13C, 1H NMR spectra and the X‐ray structure analysis. Within the ligand tBu2P1P2C1H–CH3 in 1 , the angle P1–P2–C1 amounts to 90°. The Co, P1, P2, C1 atoms in 1 look like a „butterfly”︁. The reaction of 2 with a mixture of tBu2P–P=P(Me)tBu2 3 and tBu–C?P 5 yields [Co(η5‐Me5C5){η4‐(tBuCP)2}] 6 and 1 . While 6 is spontaneously formed, 1 appears only after complete consumption of 5 .  相似文献

4‐Fluorinated levoglucosans were synthesised to test if OH???F H‐bonds are feasible even when the O???F distance is increased. The fluorinated 1,6‐anhydro‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoses were synthesised from 1,6 : 3,4‐dianhydro‐β‐D ‐galactopyranose ( 8 ). Treatment of 8 with KHF2 and KF gave 43% of 4‐deoxy‐4‐fluorolevoglucosan ( 9 ), which was transformed into the 3‐O‐protected derivatives 13 by silylation and 15 by silylation, acetylation, and desilylation. 4‐Deoxy‐4‐methyllevoglucosan ( 19 ) and 4‐deoxylevoglucosan ( 21 ) were prepared as reference compounds that can only form a bivalent H‐bond from HO? C(2) to O? C(5). They were synthesised from the iPr3Si‐protected derivative of 8 . Intramolecular bifurcated H‐bonds from HO? C(2) to F? C(4) and O? C(5) of the 4‐fluorinated levoglucosans in CDCl3 solution are evidenced by the 1H‐NMR scalar couplings h1J(F,OH) and 3J(H,OH). The OH???F H‐bond over an O???F distance of ca. 3.0 Å is thus formed in apolar solvents, at least when favoured by the simultaneous formation of an OH???O H‐bond.  相似文献

The synthesis of a novel series of twelve 4‐(trihalomethyl)dipyrimidin‐2‐ylamines, from the cyclo‐condensation reaction of 4‐(trichloromethyl)‐2‐guanidinopyrimidine, with β‐alkoxyvinyl trihalomethyl ketones, of general formula: X3C‐C(O)‐C(R2)=C(R1)‐OR, where: X = F, Cl; R = Me, Et, ‐(CH2)2‐, ‐(CH2)3‐; R1 = H, Me; R2 = H, Me, ‐(CH2)2‐, ‐(CH2)3‐, is reported. The reactions were carried out in acetonitrile under reflux for 16 hours, leading to the dipyrimidin‐2‐ylamines in 65‐90% yield. Depending on the substituents of the vinyl ketone, tetrahydropyrimidines or aromatic pyrimidine rings were obtained from the cyclization reaction. When X = Cl, elimination of the trichloromethyl group was observed during the cyclization step. The structure of 4‐(trihalomethyl)dipyrimidin‐2‐ylamines was studied in detail by 1H‐, 13C‐ and 2D‐nmr spectroscopy.  相似文献

Nanoparticles of nine phosphazenes with general formula 4‐CH3C6H4S(O)2N=PX3 [X = Cl ( A ), NC4H8 ( 1 ), NC6H12 ( 2 ), NC4H8N–C(O)OC2H5 ( 3 ), NC4H8N–C(O)OC6H5 ( 4 ), NC4H8O ( 5 ), NHCH2–C4H7O ( 6 ), N(CH3)(C6H11) ( 7 ), NHCH2–C6H5 ( 8 ), and 2‐NH‐NC5H4 ( 9 )] were synthesized using ultrasonic method and characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, FT‐IR, fluorescence, as well as UV/Vis spectroscopy and additionally with XRD, FE‐SEM, N2 sorption, and elemental analysis. The 31P NMR spectra of compounds 1 – 9 reveal the most up field shift δ(31P) for 9 at –11.45 ppm reflecting the most electron donation of 2‐aminopyridinyl rings through resonance to the phosphorus atom. The 1H, 13C NMR spectra of 7 exhibit two sets of signals for the hydrogen and carbon atoms of its two isomers present in the solution state in 1:4 ratio. The FE‐SEM micrographs illustrate that the nanoparticles of compounds 1 – 9 have spherical morphology and a size of 27–42 nm. From the XRD patterns, the crystal sizes were estimated to about 24–86 nm. The highest bandgap was measured for 3 (3.81 eV) whereas the smallest was measured for 8 (3.50 eV). The structures of two polymorphs of compound 5 ( 5 , 5′ ) were determined by X‐ray crystallography at 120 K. Both of these polymorphs are triclinic with P1 space group but 5 has a doubled unit cell volume and two symmetrically independent molecules ( 5a and 5b ). In structures 5a and 5′ , the phosphorus and all endocyclic atoms of two morpholinyl rings display disorder, whereas the molecule 5b does not show disorder. The strong intermolecular O–H ··· O hydrogen bonds plus weak intermolecular C–H ··· O and C–H ··· N interactions create three‐dimensional polymers in the crystalline networks of 5 and 5′ . The DFT computations illustrate that molecule 5b is more stable than 5a by –1.1062 and –0.9779 kcal · mol–1 at B3LYP and B3PW91 levels, respectively. The NBO calculations presented sp3d hybridization for phosphorus and sulfur atoms and sp2, sp3 hybrids for the nitrogen and oxygen atoms.  相似文献

Two modified DNA 14‐mers have been prepared, containing either a 2‐deoxy‐D ‐erythrose‐derived adenosine analogue carrying a C(8)−CH2O group (deA*), or a 2‐deoxy‐D ‐erythrose‐derived uridine analogue, possessing a C(6)−CH2O group (deU*). These nucleosides are linked via a phosphinato group between O−C(3′) (deA* and deU*) and O−C(5′) of one neighbouring nucleotide, and between C(8)−CH2O (deA*), or C(6)−CH2O (deU*) and O−C(3′) of the second neighbour. N6‐Benzoyl‐9‐(β‐D ‐erythrofuranosyl)adenine ( 3 ) and 1‐(β‐D ‐erythrofuranosyl)uracil ( 4 ) were prepared from D ‐glucose, deoxygenated at C(2′), and converted into the required phosphoramidites 1 and 2 . The modified tetradecamers 31 and 32 were prepared by solid‐phase synthesis. Pairing studies show a decrease in the melting temperature of 7 to 8 degrees for the duplexes 31 ⋅ 30 and 32 ⋅ 29 , as compared to the unmodified DNA duplex 29 ⋅ 30 . A comparison with the pairing properties of tetradecamers similarly incorporating deoxyribose‐ instead of the deoxyerythrose‐derived nucleotides evidences that the CH2OH substituent at C(4′) has no significant effect on the pairing.  相似文献
