The total synthesis of(±)-8-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)-2-phenyl-2,3-dihydrochromen-4-one and(±)-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-8-(3- methylbut-2-enyl)-2,3-dihydrochromen-4-one was first achieved through C-prenylation,protection of phenolic hydroxyl group, aldol condensation,cyclization and deprotection starting from cheap benzaldehyde,4-hydroxybenzaldehyde and 2-hydroxyacetophenone, with total yield of 20 and 16.3%.All structures of new compounds were confirmed by IR,~1H NMR and MS.  相似文献

A new synthetic strategy for the synthesis of novel 3-(3-(3-methyl-4-nitroisoxazol-5-yl)-2-phenyl-1-(5,7-diaryl-7H-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-3-yl)propyl)-5,7-diaryl-7H-thiazolo[3,2-a] pyrimidines(7a-i) analogues is described.Reaction of 3-(2(3-methyl-4-nitroisoxazole-5-yl)-1-phenylethyl)pentane-2,4-dione(3) with two moles of thiourea in presence of iodine and CuO afforded 4-(1-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-3-(3-methyl-4-nitroisoxazol-5-yl)-2-aryl propyl-thiazol-2-amine(5).Compound 5 on reaction with two moles of chalcone(6) furnished novel 3-(3-(3-methyl-4-nitroisoxazol-5-yl)-2-phenyl-1-(5,7-diaryl-7H-thiazolo[3,2a]pyrimidin-3-yl)propyl)-5,7-diaryl-7H-thiazolo[3,2-a] pyrimidines(7a-i).  相似文献

<正>The synthesis of a new series of 3-(5-substituted benzimidazol-2-yl)-5-arylisoxazolines(6a-h) was achieved in excellent yields by the condensation of 1-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)-3-(substituted phenyl)prop-2-en-1-ones(5a-h) with hydroxylamine at room temperature.These 1-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)-3-(substituted phenyl)prop-2-en-1-ones(5a-h) were obtained by the condensation of 2-acetyl benzimidazoles(4a-d) with different aromatic aldehydes,which in turn were obtained by the oxidation of 2-(α-hydroxy) ethyl benzimidazoles(3a-d) prepared by the reaction of o-phenylenediamines(1a-d) withα-hydroxy propionic acid 2. The synthesized compounds were characterized by their IR,~1H NMR and MS analyses.These compounds were screened for their antibacterial and antifungal activity by standard methods and found some of them active.  相似文献

The redox properties of four series of more than one handred acids and salts of rare earth heteropoly compounds, such as LnHSiMoi2O40, In (PMo11 O39)211-, Ln (PW11 O39)211-, Ln (AsW11 O39)211-, Ln(GeW11O39)213-, Ln(BW11O39)215-, Ln(GaW11O39)216-, Ln(P2Mo17O61)217-, Ln (As2W17O61)217-, Ln2P2Mo18O62and Ln2HP2Mo17VO62(Ln=La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, etc. ) which have Keggin, Daw-son and their derivative structures, were studied by means of potentiometric titration, polarography and cy-clovoltammetry. The mechanisms of the redox reactions were supposed-and the orders of redox ability of the heteropoly compounds were concluded. The periodic changes in reduction potentials of Ln(PMo11O39)211-and Ln(P2Mo17O61)2217- with Ln atomic numbers, and the correlation between E1/2 of Ln(XMo11O39)2(?)-(X =P, Ge, Si) and nq2(n is the main quantum number of the central atoms and q is their charges) were found.  相似文献

The stereoselective syntheses of (Z)-methyl 3-perfluoroalkyl-4-(3-carboethoxy-2-furanyl)-3-butenoates 5a-c were investigated. The reaction of (3-carboethoxy-2-fu-ranyl)-methyltriphenylphosphonium bromide 1 with methyl 2-perfluoroalkynoates 2a-c in the presence of K2CO3 at room temperature gives two adducts, (E)-methyl 3-per-fluoroalkyl-4-( 3-carboethoxy-2-furanyl )-2-triphenylphosphoranylidene-3-butenoates 3a-c and (E)-methyl 3-perfluoroalkyl-4-(3-carboethoxy-2-furanyl)-4-triphenylphos-phoranylidene-2-butenoates 4a-c. (Z)-Methyl 3-perfluoroalkyl-4-(3-carboethoxy-2-furanyl)-3-butenoates 5a-c can be synthesized stereoselectively with high yields when an aqueous DMF solution of 3c, 4c or a mixture of 3a-b and 4a-b was heated at 140℃ for 8 h.  相似文献

Propyl O-(α-L-rhamncpyranosyl)-(1→3)-[2,4-di-O-(2s-methylbutyryl)-α-L-rham-nopyranosyl]-(1→2)-(3-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(1→2)-β-D-fucopyranoside (1), the tetrasac-charide moiety of Tricolorin A, was synthesized in total 23 steps with a longest linear sequence of 10 steps, and overall yield of 3.7% from D-Glucose. The isomerization of the dioxolane-type berzyli-dene in the presence of NIS/AgOTf was observed. Tetrasaccharide 1 exhibited no activity against the cultured P388 cell as Tricolorin A did.  相似文献

A sensitive,stability-indicating gradient reverse phase ultra performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the quantitative estimation of nebivolol impurities in active pharmaceutical ingredient(API)and pharmaceutical formulation.Efficient chromatographic separation was achieved on an Acquity BEH C18 column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)with mobile phase of a gradient mixture.The flow rate of the mobile phase was 0.18 mL/min with column temperature of 30℃and detection wavelength of 281 nm.The relative response factor values of(R*)-2-(benzylamino)-1-((S*)-6-fluorochroman-2-yl)ethanol((R*S*)NBV-1),(R)-1-((R)-6-fluorochroman-2-yl)-2-((S)-2-((S)-6-fluoro-chroman-2-yl)-2-hydroxyethylamino)ethanol((RRSS)NBV-3),1-(chroman-2-yl)-2-(2-(6-fluorochroman-2-yl)-2-hydroxy ethyl amino)ethanol(monodesfluoro impurity),(S)-1-((R)-6-fluorochroman-2-yl)-2-((R)-2((S)-6-fluoro-chroman-2-yl)-2-hydroxyethylamino)ethanol hydrochloride((RSRS)NBV-3)and(R*)-1-((S*)-6-fluorochroman-2-yl)-2-((S*)-2-((S*)-6-fluoro-chroman-2-yl)-2-hydroxyethylamino)ethanol((R*S*S*S*)NBV-2)were 0.65,0.91,0.68,0.92 and 0.91 respectively.Nebivolol formulation sample was subjected to the stress conditions of acid,base,oxidative,hydrolytic,thermal,humidity and photolytic degradation.Nebivolol was found to degrade significantly under peroxide stress condition.The degradation products were well resolved from nebivolol and its impurities.The peak purity test results confirmed that the nebivolol peak was homogenous and pure in all stress samples and the mass balance was found to be more than 98%,thus proving the stability-indicating power of the method.The developed method was validated according to International Conference on Hormonization(ICH)guidelines with respect to specificity,linearity,limits of detection and quantification,accuracy,precision and robustness.  相似文献

To search for novel 2-arylpyrroles with unique biological activities,a series of novel 2-arylpyrrole derivatives were designed and synthesized,and their structures were characterized by 1 H and 13 C NMR spectroscopy,MS spectrometry,and elemental analysis.Their insecticidal activities against Lepidopteran pests (e.g.Mythimna separata) and acaricidal activities against mites (e.g.Tetranychus urticae) were evaluated.The results of bioassays indicate that some of these title compounds exhibited excellent insecticidal and acaricidal activities.For example,4-bromo-1-((chloromethoxy)methyl)-2-(4-chloro phenyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyrrole-3-carbonitrile (6a),4-bromo-2-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-((2-fluoroethoxy)-methyl)-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyrrole-3-carbonitrile (6d) showed insecticidal activity against Mythimna separata and 4-bromo-2-(4-chlorophenyl)1-((isopropoxymethoxy)methyl)-5-(trifluoro methyl)pyrrole-3-carbonitrile (7d) showed acaricidal activity against Tetranychus urticae.They were more effective than Chlorfenapyr,which has been the only commercialized member of a new class of chemicals of 2-arylpyrroles.  相似文献

A new and facile method for the preparation of 2‐substituted 2,3‐dihydro‐3,3‐dimethyl‐1H‐isoindol‐1‐ones 3 and 3,3‐disubstituted (E)‐1‐(arylimino)‐1,3‐dihydroisobenzofurans 6 has been developed. Thus, treatment of N‐alkyl(or aryl)‐2‐(1‐methylethen‐1‐yl)benzamides 2 with concentrated hydriodic acid (HI) in MeCN at room temperature afforded 3 . Similar treatment of N‐aryl‐2‐(1‐phenylethen‐1‐yl)benzamide 5 with concentrated HI at 0° afforded 6 .  相似文献

4‐Arylisocoumarins (=4‐aryl‐1H‐2‐benzopyran‐1‐ones) 6 were prepared from 2‐(1‐aryl‐2‐methoxyethenyl)‐1‐bromobenzenes 1 . Successive treatment of these bromo styrenes with BuLi and 1‐formylpiperidine gave a mixture of (E)‐ and (Z)‐2‐(1‐aryl‐2‐methoxyethenyl)benzaldehydes 2 . Hydrolysis of (Z)‐isomers with conc. HBr, followed by pyridinium chlorochromate (PCC) oxidation of the resulting 1H‐2‐benzopyran‐1‐ol derivatives 4 (and 5 ), afforded the desired products.  相似文献

An efficient one‐pot synthesis of 3‐[(4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐3‐yl)carbonyl]‐2H‐chromen‐2‐one (=3‐[(4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrol‐3yl)carbonyl]‐2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) derivatives 4 by a four‐component reaction of a salicylaldehyde 1 , 4‐hydroxy‐6‐methyl‐2H‐pyran‐2‐one, a benzylamine 2 , and a diaroylacetylene (=1,4‐diarylbut‐2‐yne‐1,4‐dione) 3 in EtOH is reported. This new protocol has the advantages of high yields (Table), and convenient operation. The structures of these coumarin (=2H‐1‐benzopyran‐2‐one) derivatives, which are important compounds in organic chemistry, were confirmed spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS) and by elemental analyses. A plausible mechanism for this reaction is proposed (Scheme 2).  相似文献

Irradiation (350 nm) of the newly synthesized 3‐(alk‐1‐ynyl)cyclohept‐2‐en‐1‐ones 1 and 2 leads to the selective formation of tricyclic head‐to‐head dimers. In the presence of 2,3‐dimethylbuta‐1,3‐diene, the (monocyclic) enone 1 affords trans‐fused 7‐alkynyl‐bicyclo[5.2.0]nonan‐2‐ones as major photoproducts, whereas photocycloaddition of benzocyclohept‐5‐en‐7‐one 2 to the same diene gives preferentially the eight‐membered cyclic allene 16 via ‘end‐to‐end’ cyclization of the intermediate allyl‐propargyl biradical 22 . 2‐(1‐Aryl‐2‐methoxyethenyl)benzaldehydes 2 , obtained by successive treatment of 1‐(1‐aryl‐2‐methoxyethenyl)‐2‐bromobenzenes 1 with BuLi and 1‐formylpiperidine, were transformed to the corresponding phenylhydrazones 3 on treatment with PhNHNH2. While on reacting 1 with 2‐guanidinebenzimidazole (GBI) ( 3 ) the products are 3‐(1H‐benzoimidazol‐2‐yl)‐4‐chloro‐3H‐naphtho[1,2‐d]imidazole‐2,5‐dione ( 7 ) and 3‐[3‐(1H‐benzoimidazol‐2‐yl)‐ureido]‐1,4‐dioxo‐1,4‐dihydronaphthalene‐2‐carboxylic acid dimethylamide ( 8 ).  相似文献

The three‐component reaction of (R)‐ or (S)‐1‐phenylethylamine ( 6 ), formaldehyde, and an α‐(hydroxyimino) ketone 5 , i.e., 3‐(hydroxyimino)butan‐2‐one ( 5a ) or 2‐(hydroxyimino)‐1,2‐diphenylethanone ( 5b ), yields the corresponding enantiomerically pure 1‐(1‐phenylethyl)‐1H‐imidazole 3‐oxide 7 in high yield (Schemes 2 and 3). The reactions are carried out either in MeOH or in AcOH. Smooth transformations of the N‐oxides into optically active 1‐(1‐phenylethyl)‐1H‐imidazoles 10 and 2,3‐dihydro‐1‐(1‐phenylethyl)‐1H‐imidazole‐2‐thiones 11 are achieved by treatment of 7 with Raney‐Ni and 2,2,4,4‐tetramethyl‐3‐thioxocyclobutanone ( 12 ), respectively (Scheme 4).  相似文献

The photoinduced reaction of a mixture of (Z)‐α‐cyano‐β‐bromomethylcinnamide (1) and (E)‐α‐cyano‐β‐bromomethylcinnamide (2) with 1‐benzyl‐1, 4‐dihydronicotinamide produces a mixture of the (E)‐ and (Z)‐ isomers of α‐cyano‐β‐methylcinnamide (3 and 4). Using spin‐trapping technique for monitoring reactive intermediate, it is shown that the reaction proceeds via electron transfer‐debromination‐H abstraction mechanism. The thermal reaction of the same substrate with BNAH at 60°C in the dark gives three products: the (E)‐ and (Z)‐isomers of α‐cyano‐β‐methylcinnamide and a dehydrodimeric product; 2, 7‐dicyano‐3, 6‐diphenylocta‐2, 4, 6‐trien‐1, 8‐dioic amide (7). Based on product analysis, scavenger experiment and cyclic voltammetry, an electron transfer‐debromination‐disproportionation mechanism is proposed.  相似文献

The newly synthesized 2‐(alk‐3‐en‐1‐ynyl)cyclohex‐2‐enones 4 undergo photodimerization (chemo‐ and regio‐)selectively at the exocyclic C?C bond to give diastereoisomeric mixtures of 1,2‐dialkynyl‐1,2‐dimethylcyclobutanes. On irradiation of 4 in the presence of 2‐chloroacrylonitrile, cyclobutane formation occurs again (chemo‐ and regio‐)selectively at the exocyclic C?C bond to afford diastereoisomeric mixtures of 2‐alkynyl‐1‐chloro‐2‐methylcyclobutanecarbonitriles. Similarly, compounds 4 undergo photoaddition to 2,3‐dimethylbuta‐1,3‐diene exclusively at the exocyclic C?C bond to afford mixtures of [2+2] and [4+2] cycloadducts.  相似文献
