报道了2μm被动调Q的Ho∶YAG激光器,该激光器采用Tm~(3+)光纤激光器作为泵浦源,使用多层石墨烯作为可饱和吸收体。在连续波激光输出模式下,当泵浦功率为4.2 W时,获得了750 mW激光输出,输出激光中心波长为2.09μm,斜率效率为29.6%。在连续波激光器谐振腔中插入多层石墨烯可饱和吸收体并调整谐振腔,获得了脉冲激光输出。当泵浦功率为4.2 W时,获得最小脉冲宽度3.1μs、重复频率66.6 kHz的脉冲激光输出,其最大平均输出功率为170 mW,斜率效率为12.6%,光束质量因子M_x~2=1.15,M_y~2=1.12。  相似文献

概述了2μm激光器的发展状况及应用背景, 通过对2 μm激光两种实现方式的比较,最终采用了可调谐方式间接获得2 μm激光的方案.以1.06 μm激光为泵浦源,采用二极管泵浦腔内OPO的方案能有效提高泵浦峰值功率密度,有利于实现高重复频率2 μm激光输出.利用KTP晶体在特定切割角度下实现波长简并输出,合理设计OPO腔,可以有效提高2 μm激光的输出效率.同时进行了激光输出实验,实现了功率11.2 W的2 μm波长激光输出.  相似文献

本文报道了连续波Nd:YAG激光器泵浦掺铬镁橄榄石(Cr4+:forsterite)晶体获得了连续波可调谐运转,该激光器采用Nd:YAG激光器的1.06μm谱线泵浦Φ5×9mm的Cr4+:forsterite晶体.在吸收泵浦功率为8.7W时,得到1.05W的连续波输出.当在腔内放置色散元件后,其调谐范围是1186nm~1306nm,同时详细研究了输出功率随温度和输出镜透过率的变化特性.  相似文献

以波长为975 nm的半导体激光器作为泵浦源,周期性地脉冲泵浦一个包含Yb掺杂光纤和光纤光栅对的Yb光纤激光器,实现了基于增益调制技术的全光纤化高功率Yb光纤激光器的稳定脉冲输出.在50 kHz重频下,采用20 W的泵浦功率和2.4 μs的泵浦脉冲宽度,获得了1 060 nm波长脉冲宽度仅100 ns的稳定脉冲激光输出,单脉冲激光能量约为20 μJ.以此作为脉冲激光种子进行功率放大,获得了性能稳定的全光纤结构高功率脉冲激光输出,放大后单脉冲能量超过200 μJ,激光放大器斜率效率达到60%.  相似文献

本文研究了在连续泵浦和脉冲泵浦两种情况下, 大模面积(LMA)掺Yb3+双包层光纤激光器的输出特性. 采用连续泵浦, 在最大泵浦功率为10.4 W时, 得到了平均功率4.6 W、中心波长1.09 μm的准连续激光输出. 采用脉冲泵浦, 得到了脉宽小于50 ns、峰值功率为5.3 kW、重复频率为5 kHz、单脉冲能量为0.26 mJ的稳定的调Q脉冲输出.  相似文献

报道了一种侧面泵浦Nd∶YAG、声光调Q、LBO晶体腔外倍频和三倍频的355 nm准连续波紫外激光器.采用结构简单、紧凑的平-凹腔设计,在152 W的泵浦功率下,重复频率5 kHz时,获得平均功率1.62 W的355 nm TEM00模激光输出,三倍频的转换效率为25%;重复频率1 kHz时,获得平均功率518 mW、单脉冲能量518 μJ、脉宽17 ns、峰值功率高达30 kW的紫外激光输出.  相似文献

为实现高效率、高功率中波红外激光输出,研制基于MgO:PPLN晶体的中波红外光参量振荡器(OPO),泵浦源为基于主振荡功率放大(MOPA)结构的线偏振掺Yb光纤激光器(YDFL)。实验结果表明:YDFL可实现最高79.1 W的1064.1 nm脉冲线偏振激光输出;在YDFL泵浦下,通过优化输出镜曲率半径和泵浦光束腰直径,该OPO实现最高9.15 W的3.754 μm脉冲激光输出,光光转换效率为11.57%,重复频率为300 kHz,脉冲宽度约为110 ns。  相似文献

We demonstrate a fourfold increase of the output energy of the gain-switched mid-IR Fe:ZnSe laser. Iron doping of the ZnSe polycrystalline samples was realized using a postgrowth thermal-diffusion method from the metal film. Gain-switched Er:Cr:YSGG (2.8 μm) laser pumped Fe:ZnSe lasing was studied in a Fabry-Perot cavity over a 236-300 K temperature range. The maximum output energy reached 4.7 mJ at 4.3 μm and 3.6 mJ at 4.37 μm at 236 K and 300 K and was limited only by available pump energy. The laser threshold was about 8 mJ and was practically unchanged over the studied temperature range. The laser slope efficiencies, measured with respect to the input pump energy, decreased from 19% to 16% with an increase of temperature from 236 to 300 K. The output radiation featured a Gaussian spatial profile with M(2) = 2.6.  相似文献

We demonstrate a tunable, narrow linewidth, linearly polarized and gain-switched Cr2+:ZnSe laser pumped by a Tm, Ho:YVO4 laser at 10 kHz pulse repetition frequency. By setting a quartz birefringent filter with a Brewster angle in the cavity, the linearly polarized Cr2+:ZnSe laser can be continuously tuned from 2.45 to 2.50 μm, and the output power was almost not changed. In addition, the linewidth was compressed to about 5 nm. At the incident pump power to the crystal of 14 W, the maximum output power of 2.84 W was obtained, corresponding to a slope efficiency of 20.4%.  相似文献

报道了波长为792 nm激光二极管端面抽运Tm,Ho:YLF连续激光器的双稳输出特性.激光晶体温度为283 K时,双稳区的宽度为100 mW,跃变点输出功率的跃变量为15 mW.实验上还研究了晶体温度对2 μm激光双稳特性的影响,当晶体温度从283 K升高到298 K时,双稳区的宽度由100 mW减小到60 mW,跃变点输出功率的跃变量由15 mW下降到6 mW.通过分析可知,Tm,Ho:YLF连续激光器的双稳输出是由能量转递上转换、激发态吸收以及激光下能级对2 μm输出激光再吸收共同作用的结果. 关键词: 端面抽运 Tm Ho:YLF晶体 连续输出 光学双稳  相似文献

Lasing of Fe:ZnSe is demonstrated, for the first time to the authors' knowledge, for temperatures ranging from 15 to 180 K. The output wavelength of the Fe:ZnSe laser was observed to tune with temperature from 3.98mum at 15 K to 4.54mum at 180 K. With an Er:YAG laser operating at 2.698mum as the pump source, a maximum energy per pulse of 12muJ at 130 K was produced. Laser slope efficiencies of 3.2% at 19 K and 8.2% at 150 K were determined for an output coupling of 0.6%. A laser emission linewidth of 0.007mum at 3.98mum was measured at 15 K. Absorption and emission spectra and emission lifetimes for Fe:ZnSe are also discussed.  相似文献

We obtained, what is to our knowledge, record tuning from an intracavity-pumped gain-switched Cr2+:ZnSe laser. In the experiments, a polycrystalline Cr2+:ZnSe sample with an absorption of about 43% at 1570 nm was used to minimize reabsorption losses at the lasing wavelengths below 2000 nm. By placing the gain medium inside the cavity of a pulsed KTP optical parametric oscillator (OPO) operating at 1570 nm, smooth, continuous tuning was achieved in the 1880-3100 nm range with four different sets of cavity optics. As high as 145 mW of average laser output power was obtained at 2365 nm with 1.2 W of intracavity OPO power.  相似文献

The temperature and concentration quenching of the luminescence of Cr2+ ions in Cr:ZnSe crystals is experimentally investigated and the radiative lifetime of the upper lasing level is determined. The values of the cross sections of absorption from the ground state of Cr2+ ions in Cr:ZnSe crystals are refined. It is shown that the absorption from the excited state of Cr2+ ions is negligible near 1.5 μm. Lasing in Cr:ZnSe single crystals is implemented with an efficiency of 31% and an output power of 186 mW using laser diode pumping at a wavelength of 1.77 μm.  相似文献

Efficient continuous-wave laser operation of Cr2+:ZnSe was demonstrated with an output power of 1400 mW at an absorbed pump power of 1900 mW from a Tm:YAG laser. Under continuous-wave diode pumping at 1.54 μm an output power of 15 mW was obtained from a Cr+2:ZnSe laser. Excited state absorption is shown to be negligible in the pump and laser spectral region. ZnSe crystals doped with Fe2+ ions are produced with the diffusion method under the conditions for thermodynamic equilibrium of solid ZnSe, solid Fe, and vapors (SZnSe-SFe-V). The transmittance of the samples is varied from 7 to 50% (in the absence of the antireflection coating) for a wavelength of about 3 μm. It is demonstrated that the transmittance of the ZnSe:Fe2+ crystals increases with an increase in the energy density of the high-power laser radiation with a wavelength of 2.92 μm. An equation that describes the propagation of the resonant radiation in a medium with saturable absorption at an arbitrary ratio of the radiation pulse duration to the relaxation time of the medium is introduced for the analysis of the experimental dependence of the transmittance on the energy density.  相似文献
