在TC4合金表面进行了激光熔覆NiCrBSi合金涂层的试验 ,利用SEM和XRD等对熔覆层的微观组织进行了分析 ,测试了熔覆层的显微硬度。结果表明 ,激光工艺参数对熔覆层的组织和硬度有极大的影响 ,随稀释率的增加 ,激光熔覆层中形成了TiB2 和TiC等颗粒增强相 ,熔覆层的硬度明显提高。  相似文献

通过脉冲激光器(Nd-YAG)在AZ91D镁合金基底上熔覆Al+SiC粉体。采用扫描电子显微镜、能量色散谱(EDS)和X-射线衍射测定分析熔覆层的显微组织、化学成分和物相组成。研究表明:Al+SiC涂层主要由SiC,β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)及Mg和Al相组成,激光熔覆层与镁合金基底表现出良好的冶金结合。所有样品都具有树枝状结构,且随着SiC质量分数的增大,树枝状和胞状结构的间隔变得更大。熔覆涂层的表面硬度高于基底,并且随着熔覆层中的SiC质量分数的增加而增大,SiC质量分数为40%的熔覆层具有最大的显微硬度,达到180 HV,然而质量分数为10%的熔覆层硬度为136 HV。销盘滑动磨损试验表明,复合涂层中的SiC颗粒和原位合成的Mg_(17)Al_(12)相显著提高了AZ91D镁合金的耐磨损性,其中,SiC质量分数从10%增加到30%过程中磨损体积损失逐渐减少,SiC质量分数在20%~30%时熔覆层具有最好的耐磨性。  相似文献

通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、极化曲线和磨粒磨损实验分析,研究了不同Cr加入量对TiC-VC增强铁基激光熔覆层耐蚀性和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:熔覆层中物相主要为α-Fe,TiC,VC和TiVC2。随着Cr加入量的增加,伴随有残余奥氏体及Cr3C2的出现,且Cr3C2呈长条状部分聚集、部分单独分布。熔覆层的耐蚀性与耐磨性随Cr加入量的增加呈现先增加后降低的趋势。熔覆粉末中加入适量的Cr元素能显著提高熔覆层的硬度与耐蚀性。当添加质量分数为3.0%的Cr时,熔覆层硬度高达1090HV0.2,且相同磨损条件下熔覆层磨损失重仅约为Q235钢的1/26;当添加质量分数为9.0%的Cr时,所得熔覆层的耐蚀性最好,约为不添加Cr时的3.26倍。  相似文献

为研究模具钢熔覆层的磨损性能,采用铁基粉在40Cr钢表面进行激光熔覆,以激光熔覆层为上试样,GCr15钢珠为下试样,采用HT-500磨损试验机进行摩擦磨损试验,并与40Cr基体的磨损性能相对比。利用表面形貌仪测量磨痕深度和宽度。研究结果表明:载荷小于250 g时,相同载荷下基体的摩擦系数大。载荷小于300 g时,随磨损时间延长,熔覆层、基体的摩擦系数都随着载荷增加而减小。当载荷为300 g时,基体的摩擦系数在0.563~0.589之间变化,平均值为0.576,且随时间逐渐升高,耐磨性变差;熔覆层的磨擦系数在0.431~0.457之间变化,平均摩擦系数为0.444,磨痕深度和宽度分别是0.65 mm和1.096 μm,且随时间逐渐下降,表现了良好的耐磨性能。当载荷增加到500 g时,平均摩擦系数和磨痕深度比300 g时分别增加了75%和47倍,且摩擦系数逐渐升高,磨损性能下降。  相似文献

采用激光熔覆技术在45钢基体上制备了不同CeO2含量的镍基纳米Al2O3复合涂层,对熔覆层进行了微观组织分析和显微硬度测试。结果表明,随着CeO2含量的增加,熔覆层组织由亚共晶向共晶组织转变;加入1.0%CeO2对镍基纳米Al2O3熔覆层的组织起到明显的细化和净化作用,枝晶生长的方向性减弱,组织趋向均匀,熔覆涂层的显微硬度值比未加稀土的涂层提高了60-95HV0.2。  相似文献

Atomic layer deposition of Cr2O3 thin films from CrO2Cl2 and CH3OH on amorphous SiO2 and crystalline Si(1 0 0) and -Al2O3() substrates was investigated, and properties of the films were ascertained. Self-limited growth with a rate of 0.05–0.1 nm/cycle was obtained at substrate temperatures of 330–420 °C. In this temperature range epitaxial eskolaite was formed on the -Al2O3() substrates. The predominant crystallographic orientation in the epitaxial films depended, however, on the growth temperature and film thickness. Sufficiently thick films grown on the SiO2 and Si(1 0 0) substrates contained also the eskolaite phase, but thinner films deposited at 330–375 °C on these substrates were amorphous. The growth rate data of films with different phase composition allowed a conclusion that the crystalline phase grew markedly faster than the amorphous phase did. The amorphous, polycrystalline and epitaxial films had densities of 4.9, 5.1 and 5.1–5.3 g/cm3, respectively.  相似文献

The effect of coatings, which are formed with laser cladding and plasma spray welding on 1Cr18Ni9Ti base metal, on wear resistance is studied, A 5-kW transverse flowing CO2 laser is used for cladding Co base alloy powder pre-placed on the substrate. Comparing with the plasma spray coatings, the spoiled rate of products with laser clad layers was lower and the rate of finished products was higher. Their microstructure is extremely fine. They have close texture and small size grain. Their dilution resulting from the compositions of the base metal and thermal effect on base metal are less. The hardness, toughness,and strength of the laser cladding layers are higher. Wear tests show that the laser layers have higher properties of anti-friction, anti-scour and high-temperature sliding strike. The wear resistance of laser clad layers are about one time higher than that of plasma spray welding layer.  相似文献

Cobalt-based alloy coatings with and without nano-Y2O3 particles produced by a 5 kW CO2 laser on Ni-based superalloy were introduced. Solidified microstructure, phase compositions and distribution of nano-particles were investigated by using optical microscope, SEM, TEM and XRD. The results showed that metastable phases, such as γ-Co and Cr23C6 existed in cobalt-based alloy coatings. Another two phases (Y2O3 and ?-Co) were found by adding nano-Y2O3. Without nano-Y2O3, rapid directional solidified microstructure of columnar dendrite appeared. Fine and short dendritic microstructure and columnar to equiaxed transition (CET) occurred by adding nano-Y2O3 particles. With the increase in amount of nano-Y2O3, fully equiaxed crystallization appeared and the formation mechanism was analyzed. The results also showed that the sub-microstructure of the coatings changed from dislocation to stacking fault by adding nano-Y2O3.  相似文献

The paper presents the results of a study on possible application of laser-remelting to repair of narrow and comparatively deep cracks at the surface of highly thermo-mechanically loaded parts made of 12% Ni hot-working maraging tool steel. Laser-remelting of maraging steel is, due to very good weldability and flexibility of the process, very prospective for repair of fatigued surfaces of parts made of this steel at which the presence of surface microcracks may be observed. In addition to the efficiency of crack remelting, the influence of laser-remelting on the heat-affected zone in terms of its microstructure and residual stresses was also studied. The microstructure in the laser-remelted track is cellular/dendritic. In the heat-affected zone surrounding the laser-remelted track, the microstructure varies considerably. A microstructure analysis revealed, in the heat-affected zone, five microstructural zones and sub-zones. Residual stresses measured after laser-remelting are with reference to gradual through-depth changing of the stresses favourable.  相似文献

本文研究在1Cr18Ni9Ti基体上采用激光熔覆和离子喷焊二种工艺形成的涂层对耐磨性的影响。使用5kW横流CO2激光器对预置在基体上的Co基自熔合金粉末进行单道或多道扫描,得到的熔层与等离子焊层对比结果是:激光熔层缺陷率低,成品率高,其结构致密均匀,晶粒细小,成分稀释率更小,对基体热影响小,熔层硬度与强韧性更高。性能试验证明:激光熔层具有更高的抗擦伤磨损和抗冲击滑动高温磨损性能,耐磨性提高了一倍左右。  相似文献

Y2O3 transparent ceramics with different Nd concentration (0.1-7.0at%) were fabricated using ZrO2 as additive. All the samples exhibit high transparency over a broad spectral region. The elements (Y, O and Nd) are uniformly distributed in the ceramic body, and the average grain size increases with Nd content. Based on the absorption spectrum, the Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters are calculated (Ω2=4.364×10−20 cm2, Ω4=3.609×10−20 cm2 and Ω6=2.919×10−20 cm2). The absorption coefficients increase linearly with Nd3+ doping concentration. The absorption cross-section at 804 nm and stimulated emission cross-section at 1078 nm are calculated to be 1.54×10−20 and 7.24×10−20 cm2, respectively. All the emission bands exhibit the highest emission intensities with 1.0at% Nd3+ ion content, while the lifetime decreases dramatically from 321.5 μs (0.1at% Nd) to 17.9 μs (7.0at% Nd). According to the emission spectra and measured lifetime, the optimum doping concentration of Nd3+ ion in Y2O3 transparent ceramic might be around 1.0at%.  相似文献
