利用阴阳离子表面活性剂复配技术,在克拉玛依油田实际油水体系中获得了超低界面张力.通过添加非离子保护剂的第三组分,阴阳离子表面活性剂混合体系在克拉玛依油田回注水体系中的溶解度大大提高.确定了相关体系能够获得超低界面张力的表面活性剂的浓度和混合的比例范围,在克拉玛依油田的多个实际油水体系中获得了具有较大复配比例和较低表面活性剂浓度的实际配方,其中部分体系油水界面张力可接近10-4mN·m-1.同时,这类阴阳离子表面活性剂混合体系具有很好的抗吸附能力,在石英砂吸附72 h后体系依然呈现优良的超低界面张力. 相似文献

用旋转滴法测定了正负离子混合表面活性剂形成的双水相界面张力, 研究了双水相界面张力与表面活性剂的分子结构、正负离子表面活性剂的摩尔比、总浓度、外加无机盐及温度的关系. 结果表明, 双水相界面张力在一定正、负离子表面活性剂的摩尔比时属于超低界面张力范围. 观察到三种界面张力曲线类型, 第一类为摩尔比1:1 的两边的两条曲线, 界面张力随过剩表面活性剂组分的比例增加而降低; 第二类为一条跨过摩尔比1:1的马鞍型曲线; 第三类为位于摩尔比1:1的一边的一条马鞍型曲线. 界面张力曲线的类型主要取决于表面活性剂的分子结构, 包括亲水基类型、疏水链长度及对称性. 相似文献

采用动态激光光散射及环境扫描电镜研究了羧甲基纤维素系列高分子表面活性剂与大庆原油形成超低界面张力的机理.结果表明,CMC系列高分子表面活性剂具有与低分子量表面活性剂相比拟的表/界面活性,其水溶液的表面张力可达2835mN/m,界面张力达到10-110mN/m.碱的加入可显著降低高分子表面活性剂与原油的界面张力,在适当条件下界面张力达到超低值(10-3mN/m),可望作为三次采油的驱油剂.等效烷烃模型研究表明,用碱与原油酸性组分的作用来解释碱能使界面张力下降至超低值的传统观点是不完善的,加入碱能使高分子表面活性剂胶束解缔,胶束数量增多,胶束粒径减小,单分子自由链增加,有利于高分子表面活性剂向界面迁移和排布,这是高分子表面活性剂和碱复配体系与原油界面张力下降至超低值的主要原因. 相似文献

通过阴阳离子表面活性剂复配,在实际油水体系中获得了超低界面张力.通过在阴离子表面活性剂分子结构中加入乙氧基(EO)链段,以及采用阴阳离子加非离子型表面活性剂的三组分策略,有效解决了混合表面活性剂在水溶液中溶解度问题.进而研究了阳离子表面活性剂结构、非离子表面活性剂结构、三者组分配比、表面活性剂总浓度等因素对油水界面张力的影响,从而在胜利油田多个实际油水体系中获得了较大比例范围和较低浓度区域的油水超低界面张力,部分体系甚至达到了10-4 mN·m-1.由于阴阳离子表面活性剂间强烈的静电吸引作用,相关体系具有很好的抗吸附能力.经过石英砂48 h吸附后,体系仍然具有很好的超低界面张力. 相似文献

一种亲水-亲油复合固相萃取填料的制备及其在食品安全检测中的应用 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
合成了一种以二乙烯苯和N-乙烯吡咯烷酮为单体的高分子聚合物固相萃取填料(DVB-NVP),以6种不同极性的化合物为模型化合物,结合高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对该填料进行了系统的评价,并与传统的C18填料及商品化同类型填料做对比;对填料进行了磺酸化修饰(DVB-NVP-SO3H),并将合成的填料应用于复杂基质中化合物的分析。结果表明:该填料对不同极性化合物的回收率在95.55%~101.08%之间,优于商品化C18填料,与商品化同类型填料相当。DVB-NVP对于白酒中邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的分析回收率分别为102.55%、102.99%、102.11%,相对标准偏差分别为2.11%、1.69%、0.79%; DVB-NVP-SO3H用于对猪肉中的可乐定和赛庚啶进行分析,回收率分别为89.23%和91.42%,相对标准偏差分别为8.21%和8.86%,符合生物样品分析要求。所合成的填料具有普适性,并具有较高的回收率,应用前景广泛。 相似文献

Interfacial tensions (IFT) of five alkylbenzene sulfonate Gemini surfactants Ia, Ib, Ic, Id, and Ie at different oils/water systems were measured by a spinning drop interfacial tensiometer. And critical micelle concentration (CMC), the interfacial tension at CMC (γCMC), maximum interfacial excess concentration (Γ max) and the surface area per molecule (Amin) were calculated. The results indicated that the CMC values determined with interfacial tension method were lower than those determined with surface tension method. And γCMC for Ie is larger than that for Ia, Ib, Ic, and Id. In addition, the effects of temperature and hydrophobic chains on dynamic IFT were also studied. With the increment of temperature, dynamic IFT is easier to reach a stable value. However, with the increment of hydrophobic chains, dynamic IFT is more difficult to reach a stable value. Each Gemini surfactant produces a minimum IFT when measured against a different n-alkane. 相似文献

The dynamic interfacial tensions (IFTs) of two novel zwitterionic surfactants with different hydrophobic groups, alkyl sulfobetaine (ASB), and xylyl substituted alkyl sulfobetaine (XSB), against kerosene, crude oil, and model oils containing crude oil fractions, such as resins, asphaltenes, saturates, aromatics, and acidic fractions, have been investigated by a spinning drop interfacial tensiometer. The experimental results show that XSB solutions show higher interfacial activity than ASB against kerosene because of the larger size of the hydrophobic part of the XSB molecule. The petroleum acids have high interfacial activity and can adsorb onto the interface. For ASB solutions, the synergism mixed adsorption of betaine and acid molecules lowers IFT values. On the one hand, the partly displacement of XSB molecules by petroleum acid at the interface results in the increase of IFTs. Therefore, resins, aromatics, and acidic fractions show strong effects on IFTs of betaine solutions. On the other hand, asphaltenes and saturates have little effect on interfacial properties. Moreover, the hydrophilic part of the betaine molecule at the interface may vary its orientation from vertical to flat with aging time. Therefore, the dynamic IFT curves of ASB solutions against model oils show “V” shape for resins, aromatics, and acidic fractions. 相似文献

本文研究了阳离子氟表面活性剂CF3CF2CF2O(CF(CF3)CF2O)2CF(CF3)CONH(CH2)3N+(C2H5)2CH3I-(简写FC-4 )的动态表面性质,利用Krüss K12和MBP动态表面张力仪分别测定了该体系的平衡表面张力和动态表面张力。由平衡表面张力测定结果得到了临界胶束浓度和表面吸附量。利用渐进的Ward and Tordai方程对动态数据进行了分析。结果表明:在吸附的最初阶段符合扩散控制模型,而在吸附的后期,证明了吸附势垒的存在,表明在吸附后期属于混合动力学模型。计算得出25 ℃时,该体系势垒约在25到35 kJ/mol. 由于氟表面活性剂分子间作用力小,表面压是导致吸附势垒的主要原因。 相似文献

In order to study the synergism between alkybenzene sulfonate and alkybenzene sulfonate, five di-n-alkylbenzene sulfonates were used and the interfacial tensions of single sulfonates and their binary mixtures against a series of alkane homologues were measured. The effects of hydrophilic-lipophilic abilities of sulfonates and mixing ratio on synergism were discussed. It is revealed that the synergistic mechanism derives from the amelioration of the hydrophilic-lipophilic ability of the surfactant system, and the method to achieve synergism is adding the hydrophilic alkybenzene sulfonate to the lipophilic alkylbenzene sulfonate, and ultralow interfacial tensions can be obtained in proper mixing ratios. As high polar components of crude oil, asphaltenes play a significant role in reducing oil-water interfacial tension(IFT). In this paper, the effects of asphaltenes on reducing IFT in the presence of surfactant were compared, and the mechanism of asphaltenes reducing the IFT was studied by the dynamic interfacial tension(DIFT) equation. Whether asphaltenes were added to the oil or 2,5-dimethyl-4-(4-dodecyl) benzene sodium sulfonate(p-S14-4) was added to the water phase, either of all results in the IFT reducing and the IFT is related to the coverage and the mass of asphaltenes adsorption at the interface. In the presence of asphaltenes, the adsorption of the active substances to the interface is not entirely dependent on diffusion, and the process can be divided into three regions. Region I: the IFT rapidly reducing, this process is controlled by diffusion of surfactant; Region II: the IFT reducing slowly, resulted from the lower diffusion rate that is limited due to the aggregates formed by the interaction of asphaltene-asphaltene; Region III: the interaction of asphaltene-asphaltene is broken by the interaction of surfactant-asphaltene. The asphaltene aggregates are reduced and adsorbed rapidly at the interface. Furthermore, the results reveal that the asphaltenes concentration affects the coverage rate and adsorption at the interface. 相似文献

In this article, the effect of molecular weight on the interfacial tension and interfacial dilational viscoelasticity of polystyrene sulfonate/surfactant adsorption films at the water-octane interface have been studied by spinning drop method and oscillating barriers method respectively. The experimental results show that different interfacial behaviors can be observed in different type of polyelectrolyte/surfactant systems. PSS/cationic surfactant CTAB systems show the classical behavior of oppositely charged polyelectrolyte/surfactant systems and can be well explained by electrostatic interaction. Molecular weight of PSS plays a crucial role in the nature of adsorption film. The complex formed by CTAB and higher molecular weight PSS, which has larger dimension and stronger interaction, results in higher dilational modulus at lower surfactant bulk concentration. In the case of PSS/anionic surfactant SDS systems, the co-adsorption of PSS at interface through hydrophobic interaction with alkyl chain of SDS leads to the increase of interfacial tension and the decrease of dilational modulus at lower surfactant bulk concentration. For PSS/nonionic surfactant T × 100 systems, PSS may form a sublayer contiguous to the aqueous phase, which has little effect on interfacial tension but slightly decreases dilational modulus. 相似文献

The synthesis of novel CO2 philic surfactant using maleic anhydride and dipropylene tertiary butyl alcohol is reported. The synthesis involved the esterification of maleic anhydride to produce bis(2-(2-(tert-butoxy)propoxy)propyl) maleate and subsequent sulfonation of the esterified product. Para toluene sulfonic acid was employed as catalyst for the esterification reaction. The esterification reaction was optimized for the maximum yield of 98% of bis(2-(2-(tert-butoxy)propoxy)propyl) maleate. The esterification reaction kinetics employing heterogeneous catalyst were also studied. Although this is a bimolecular reaction, a first order reaction kinetics with respect to acid has been observed. The activation energy was found to be 58.71 kJ/mol. The diester was followed by the sulfonation process and a yield of 85% of surfactant was achieved. The synthesized surfactant successfully lowered down the IFT between CO2/brine to 1.93 mN/m. This surfactant has a great potential to be used for CO2-EOR applications. 相似文献
