采用共沉淀法制备了掺杂Pd和其它元素的纳米晶α-Fe2O3粉体,并制作了厚膜型CO敏感元件.用XRD、TEM和比表面积测定技术对合成的粉体进行了表征,考察了掺杂元素的种类和含量及焙烧温度对敏感元件的灵敏度的影响.结果表明,掺杂5%Sn4+和1%Pd2+,在450℃焙烧的α-Fe2O3对CO的气敏性最佳.  相似文献

分别采用共沉淀法、浸渍法、紫外辐照法制备了掺杂不同Au含量的α-Fe2O3纳米粉体,并制作了旁热式厚膜型气敏元件.用XRD、TG-DTA和TEM技术对纳米晶的晶型、晶粒大小及形貌进行了表征.考察了掺杂方法、Au含量及焙烧温度对α-Fe2O3气敏性能的影响.结果表明,采用三种方法掺杂适量Au后,都使α-Fe2O3的气敏性有了显著提高,其中采用共沉淀法,在400℃焙烧的Au质量分数为1.5%的α-Fe2O3的气敏性最佳.  相似文献

SnO_2是目前应用最广的一种气敏材料。我们曾经报道掺入La_2O_3,CeO_2,Pr_6O_(11),和Nd_2O_3后可使半导体元件的灵敏度提高,尤以对乙醇、乙醚、丙酮为显著。掺Nd_2O_3元件对乙炔的灵敏度也有提高。本文考察了SnO_2粒度和被测气氛的物化性质对掺Nd_2O_3元件灵敏度的影响。SnO_2采用水解SnCl_4法制备,纯度经光谱分析测定合格,试样用标准筛分目。在SnO_2中加1wt%Nd_2O_3(光谱纯)和适量水及甲基纤维素,混磨15分钟。将制成的悬浊液滴在一对铂  相似文献

本文采用溶胶-凝胶方法,经过550℃、1小时的固相反应,得到粒径为40~45nm,均匀性良好的LaFeO3纳米晶薄膜。将这一成膜技术与集成电路平面工艺相结合,首次研制出了NCF-OSFET气敏元件,它对乙醇具有较高的灵敏度和良好的选择性。  相似文献

用化学共沉淀法制备了α Fe2O3掺杂的In2O3纳米晶微粉,研究了α Fe2O3掺杂对In2O3电导和气敏性能的影响. 结果表明, α Fe2O3和In2O3间可形成有限固溶体In2-xFexO3(0≤x≤0.40); Fe3+对In2O3晶格中In3+格位的部分取代,大大增强了阴阳离子间的结合力,导致材料中氧空位VO×数骤降、 自由电子的浓度变稀和电导下降. n(Fe3+):n(In3+)=5 :5的共沉淀粉于800 ℃下灼烧4 h所得的α Fe2O3掺杂In2O3传感器元件,对45 μmol•L-1 C2H5OH的灵敏度达54.0,为相同浓度干扰气体汽油的8倍多.  相似文献

A nanocomposite (Ho2O3NPs/BNT) was synthesized by decorating holmium(III)oxide nanoparticles (H2O3NPs) on bentonite (BNT) through a realizable sonochemical approach for the electrochemical detection of haloperidol (Hlp). A glassy carbon electrode was modified with this nanocomposite. The Ho2O3NPs/BNT modified electrode outperformed bare and other modified electrodes in terms of electrochemical performance for Hlp detection in a pH 8.0 phosphate buffer. The proposed electrochemical platform showed a wide linear range (0.01 μM–24 μM), low detection limit (2.4 nM), and high sensitivity by square wave voltammetry. In addition, the proposed electrochemical sensor met the clinical criteria in terms of stability, selectivity, and repeatability.  相似文献

Abstract

An amperometric glucose biosensor based on the detection of the reduction of oxygen has been developed by combining an aminated glassy carbon electrode with a polystyrene (PS) membrane containing glucose oxidase (GOD) micelles. The structure of GOD micelles contained in PS membrane was observed by scanning electron microscope. The micelle has a roughly spherical shape, and the enzyme colony is contained inside the micelle. This glucose sensor exhibited good sensitivity with short response time (within 2 min). A good linear relationship was observed in the concentration range of 0.2 mM to 2.6 mM when the applied potential was ? 0.45 V vs. Ag/AgCl.  相似文献

Miniaturized solid‐state ion sensors based on field‐effect transistors on silicon can take advantage of the capabilities of microelectronics and microsystems technology for the integration of combined functionalities. Optimized solid‐state chemical sensors usually require specific materials and fabrication processes. However, if standard fabrication processes can be used, integrated chemical sensor systems can be developed in a shorter time and in a cost effective way. We show that, for applications in which a long operating time is not required, such as in disposable biomedical sensors, good integrated sensor systems can be fabricated with standard materials and processes. Specific examples are presented, such as multisensor systems, sensors with integrated signal‐processing circuits and sensors with particle manipulation electrodes.  相似文献

A novel enzyme‐free glucose sensor was proposed by preparation of nanorods decorated nanopore arrays (NRs/NPAs) on 316L stainless steel simply by electrochemical treatments. The NRs/NPAs sensor displays two linear ranges towards glucose determination, one range from 1 μM to 1.2 mM with a sensitivity of 202.2 μA ? cm?2 ? mM?1, another range from 1.2 mM to 7.7 mM with a sensitivity of 59.18 μA?cm?2 ? mM?1. The detection limit is 0.5 μM. The NRs/NPAs electrode exhibits excellent stability, good selectivity and reproducibility, rendering it suitable for glucose monitoring.  相似文献

以离子液体氯化1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑([AMIM]Cl)为溶剂,采用双螺杆挤出机溶解并纺制了较高质量分数的纤维素纤维,测定了纤维素纤维的结构与性能以及纤维中[AMIMCl]残余质量分数,观察了纤维的微观形貌。结果表明:双螺杆挤出机能溶解并纺制较高质量分数的纤维素纤维,可达30%,纤维素纤维晶型由浆粕的Ⅰ型转变为Ⅱ型,纤维结晶度小于纤维素浆粕。成形过程中,纤维中的离子液体难于完全除去,导致纤维素纤维分解温度下降。实验范围内,纤维素质量分数为20%时,纤维断裂强度最高,为0.51cN/dtex。  相似文献

Two types of nanomaterials with different morphologies are described in this article: nanoporous metals and titanate nanowires. Both materials are fabricated by a dealloying method. In the former case, the catalytic properties of nanoporous gold and palladium are exemplified by many chemical transformations. The reactions proceed without any support, stabilizer, or ligands. The catalyst can be easily recovered by a simple separation process and reused many times without significant loss of catalytic activity. In the latter case, the dealloying of Ti–Al alloy is described as a new fabrication method for producing ultrafine titanate nanowires. This method does not require high‐temperature conditions, which is advantageous for the construction of fine structures. The key to this process is achieving a fine dispersion of intermetallic TiAl3 nanocrystals in the Al matrix in the mother alloy. The resulting nanowires exhibit remarkable Sr2+ ion‐exchange properties.  相似文献

以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和金属硝酸盐为原料,采用改进的静电纺丝法制备了直径均匀、表面光滑、定向排列的Co0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4/PVP纳米纤维前驱体,经热处理后得到定向排列的铁氧体纳米纤维.对前驱体纤维的热分解过程及Co0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4(CZFO)的结构、物相及形貌进行了表征.结果表明,在空气中经550~950℃热处理3 h后均得到纯相、结晶良好的尖晶石型钴锌铁氧体;在2000 r/min转速下收集的复合纤维形貌最佳,直径约300 nm;经750℃热处理后纤维直径约为70 nm,室温下测得饱和磁化强度为66.1 A.m2/kg,矫顽力达到最大值6.6 A/m,表明钴锌尖晶石型铁氧体单畴临界尺寸约为44 nm.与CoFe2O4相比,CZFO的饱和磁化强度升高,矫顽力下降,并且CZFO的纤维与粉末的磁特性有明显的区别.  相似文献

In this paper, highly ordered anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template with hexagonal close-packed arrays was successfully fabricated through a two-step anodization process. Ag nanowire arrays with high aspect ratio were prepared using cyclic voltammetry within the confined nanochannels of AAO template. In addition, standing Ag nanowire arrays free-support of templates were also fabricated successfully by cyclic voltammetry method. The micrographs and crystal structures of Ag nanowires were studied by field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). FESEM observation showed that the Ag nanowire arrays with high aspect ratio lie orderly on the surface of the substrate. The diameter of the Ag nanowire is about 60 nm and the length up to 30 μm or more. While the controlled nanowire arrays exhibit highly ordered structure in large area and the standing Ag nanowire in the array has the length of 1 μm and good orientation. XRD results illustrated that the Ag nanowires in the arrays deposited by cyclic voltammetry method have a face centered cubic structure and are preferentially oriented in the (220) direction.  相似文献
