The title compound, 1‐cyclohexylmethyl‐1‐de(1‐methylpropyl)ascidiacyclamide N,N‐dimethylacetamide dihydrate, C39H56N8O6S2·C4H9NO·2H2O, a cyclohexylalanine‐incorporated ascidiacyclamide analogue ([Cha]ASC), shows a square form similar to natural ASC. On the other hand, CD (circular dichroism) spectra showed [Cha]ASC to have a folded structure in solution, making it the second known analogue to show a discrepancy between its crystal and solution structures. Moreover, the cytotoxicity of [Cha]ASC (ED50 = 5.6 µg ml−1) was approximately two times stronger than that of natural ASC or a related phenylalanine‐incorporated analogue, viz. cyclo(‐Phe–Oxz–d ‐Val–Thz–Ile–Oxz–d ‐Val–Thz‐) ([Phe]ASC), and was confirmed to be associated with the square form. However, [Phe]ASC was previously shown to be folded in the crystal structure, which suggests that the difference between the aromatic and aliphatic rings affects the molecular folding of the ASC molecule.  相似文献

A new tetranuclear CuII–HgII–HgII–CuII complex, [Cu2Hg2Cl4(C18H18N2O2)2], has been prepared by means of a copper complex found in the literature. The molecular structure of this complex was determined by X‐ray diffraction and the Cu–Hg–Hg–Cu chain was seen to be non‐linear. The change in magnetic susceptibility with temperature was recorded for this complex and observed to abide by the Curie–Weiss law. The coordination around the HgII ions is square pyramidal. The Cu?Hg bridging distance is 3.5269 (7) Å.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C9H8BrClNO2)2], is a square‐planar complex. The potentially tridentate dibasic 2‐bromo‐4‐chloro‐6‐{[(2‐hydroxyethyl)imino]methyl}phenolate ligand coordinates in a trans‐bis fashion to the CuII centre via the imine N and phenolate O atoms. The CuII atom lies on the centre of inversion of the molecule. The potentially coordinating hydroxyethyl group remains protonated and uncoordinated, taking part in intermolecular hydrogen bonds with vicinal groups, leading to the formation of a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond network with sheets parallel to the (10) plane. Substituent effects on the crystal packing and coordination modes of the ligand are discussed.  相似文献

The preparation and X‐ray and spectroscopic studies of the title copper(II) complex, [Cu(C12H8N3O2)(CN)(H2O)], are reported. The CuII cation is five‐coordinated, forming a distorted square‐planar pyramid with an Addison τ parameter of 0.14. The UV–vis spectrum shows a dd transition of the CuII centre at 638 nm, and the electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectrum confirms that the CuII cation has an axial symmetry coordination and that the unpaired electrons occupy the dx2y2 orbital. Cyclic voltammetric studies show two irreversible oxidation and reduction peaks.  相似文献

The coordination mode of the dimethylmalonate ligand in the two title CuII complexes, {[Cu(C5H3O4)(H2O)]·H2O}n, (I), and [Cu(C5H3O4)(H2O)]n, (II), is the same, with chelated six‐membered, bis‐monodentate and bridging bonding modes. However, the coordination environment of the CuII atoms, the connectivity of their metal–organic frameworks and their hydrogen‐bonding interactions are different. Complex (I) has a perfect square‐pyramidal CuII environment with the aqua ligand in the apical position, and only one type of square grid consisting of CuII atoms linked via carboxylate bridges to three dimethylmalonate ligands, with weak hydrogen‐bond interactions within and between its two‐dimensional layers. Complex (II) has a coordination geometry that is closer to square pyramidal than trigonal bipyramidal for its CuII atoms with the aqua ligand now in the basal plane. Its two‐dimensional layer structure comprises two alternating grids, which involve two and four different dimethylmalonate anions, respectively. There are strong hydrogen bonds only within its layers.  相似文献

Three coordination polymers, namely {[Cu(5‐nipa)(L22)](H2O)2}n ( 1 ), [Zn(5‐nipa)(L22)(H2O)]n ( 2 ), and {[Cd2(5‐nipa)2(L22)(H2O)3](H2O)3.6}n ( 3 ), were prepared under similar synthetic method based on 1,2‐(2‐pyridyl)‐1,2,4‐triazole (L22) and ancillary ligand 5‐nitro‐isophthalic acid (5‐H2nipa) with CuII, ZnII, and CdII perchlorate, respectively. All the complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD) patterns. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction indicates that complexes 1 and 2 show similar 1D chain structures, whereas complex 3 exhibits the 2D coordination network with hcb topology. The central metal atoms show distinct coordination arrangements ranging from distorted square‐pyramid for CuII in 1 , octahedron for ZnII in 2 , to pentagonal‐bipyramid for CdII in 3 . The L22 ligand adopts the same (η32) coordination fashion in complexes 1 – 3 , while the carboxyl groups of co‐ligand 5‐nipa2– adopt monodentate fashion in 1 and 2 and bidentate chelating mode in 3 . These results indicate that the choice of metal ions exerts a significant influence on governing the target complexes. Furthermore, thermal stabilities of complexes 1 – 3 and photoluminescent properties of 2 and 3 were also studied in the solid state.  相似文献

The title compund, [Cu2(OH)2(C22H25N3)2](ClO4)2, is a copper(II) dimer, with two [CuL]2+ units [L is bis(6‐methyl‐2‐pyridylmethyl)(2‐phenylethyl)amine] bridged by hydroxide groups to define the {[CuL](μ‐OH)2[CuL]}2+ cation. Charge balance is provided by perchlorate counter‐anions. The cation has a crystallographic inversion centre halfway between the CuII ions, which are separated by 3.0161 (8) Å. The central core of the cation is an almost regular Cu2O2 parallelogram of sides 1.931 (2) and 1.935 (2) Å, with a Cu—O—Cu angle of 102.55 (11)°. The coordination geometry around each CuII centre can be best described as a square‐based pyramid, with three N atoms from L ligands and two hydroxide O atoms completing the coordination environment. Each cationic unit is hydrogen bonded to two perchlorate anions by means of hydroxide–perchlorate O—H...O interactions.  相似文献

In the two title copper(II) complexes, [CuL(C5H7O2)]n, (I), and [CuL′(C5H7O2)], (II), respectively, where HL is 4‐hydroxy‐3‐methoxybenzaldehyde picoloylhydrazone, C14H12N3O3, and HL′ is 4‐methoxybenzaldehyde picoloylhydrazone, C14H12N3O2, the CuII ions display a highly Jahn–Teller‐distorted octahedral and a square‐planar coordination geometry, respectively. In complex (I), two neighbouring CuII atoms are bridged by L and acetylacetonate, alternately, giving rise to a one‐dimensional chain of CuN2O4 octahedra interconnected by these two ligands along the a axis. In addition, the hydroxy H atom of the vanillin group connects to the carboxyl O atom of the adjacent chain via an O—H...O hydrogen bond, giving rise to a three‐dimensional supramolecular assembly. Complex (II) displays a discrete structure.  相似文献

In the title dinuclear acetate‐bridged complex, [Cu2(C2H3O2)3(NCS)(C10H9N3)2], the two Cu atoms are five‐coordinated, with a basal plane consisting of two N atoms of a di‐2‐pyridylamine (dpyam) ligand and two O atoms of two different acetate ligands. The axial positions of these Cu atoms are coordinated to N and O atoms from thiocyanate and acetate molecules, respectively, leading to a distorted square‐pyramidal geometry with τ values of 0.30 and 0.22. Both CuII ions are linked by an acetate group in the equatorial–equatorial positions and have synanti bridging configurations. Hydrogen‐bond interactions between the amine H atom and the coordinated and uncoordinated O atoms of the acetate anions generate an infinite one‐dimensional chain.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu2(C19H24N2O4)2(H2O)2]·2H2O, the asymmetric unit consists of one half of the bis{μ‐6,6′‐dimethoxy‐2,2′‐[propane‐1,2‐diylbis(iminomethylene)]diphenolato}bis[aquacopper(II)] complex and two water molecules. Two CuII centres are bridged through a pair of phenolate groups, resulting in a complex with a centrosymmetric structure, with the centre of inversion at the middle of the Cu2O2 plane. The Cu atoms are in a slightly distorted square‐pyramidal coordination environment (τ = 0.07). The average equatorial Cu—O bond length and the axial Cu—O bond length are 1.928 (3) and 2.486 (3) Å, respectively. The Cu—O(water) bond length is 2.865 (4) Å, so the compound could be described as having a weakly coordinating water molecule at each CuII ion and two solvent water molecules per dimetallic unit. The Cu...Cu distance and Cu—O—Cu angle are 3.0901 (10) Å and 87.56 (10)°, respectively. The molecules are linked into a sheet by O—H...O and C—H...O hydrogen bonds parallel to the [001] plane.  相似文献

Subtle modifications of N‐donor ligands can result in complexes with very different compositions and architectures. In the complex catena‐poly[[bis{1‐[(1H‐benzotriazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐1H‐imidazole‐κN 3}copper(II)]‐μ‐benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ3O 1,O 1′:O 3], {[Cu(C8H4O4)(C10H9N5)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n , each CuII ion is six‐coordinated by two N atoms from two crystallographically independent 1‐[(1H‐benzotriazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐1H‐imidazole (bmi) ligands, by three O atoms from two symmetry‐related benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate (bdic2−) ligands and by one water molecule, leading to a distorted CuN2O4 octahedral coordination environment. The CuII ions are connected by bridging bdic2− anions to generate a one‐dimensional chain. The bmi ligands coordinate to the CuII ions in monodentate modes and are pendant on opposite sides of the main chain. In the crystal, the chains are linked by O—H…O and O—H…N hydrogen bonds, as well as by π–π interactions, into a three‐dimensional network. A thermogravimetric analysis was carried out and the fluorescence behaviour of the complex was also investigated.  相似文献

The title compound, [CuBr(C6H7NO)2]Br·H2O, is an ionic mononuclear complex in which the [CuBr(C6H7NO)2]+ cation possesses distorted square‐pyramidal geometry. The CuII centre is coordinated by two neutral 2‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)methanol (2‐pyMeOH) ligands and a terminal bromide ligand. The 2‐pyMeOH ligands are coordinated in a bidentate chelating manner through the pyridine N and hydroxy O atoms, forming a five‐membered chelate ring with the CuII centre. The planes of the pyridine rings are twisted by 58.71 (14)° with respect to each other. The charge is balanced by a noncoordinating bromide anion which, together with a solvent water molecule, links the components through hydrogen bonds into infinite chains propagating along the a axis. The mononuclear cations appear to associate in pairs through weak interactions between the metal atom of one cation and the halogen atom of an adjacent cation.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu(C19H26N3O)2], is the first reported complex of the alkylpyrazolone‐derived ligand 1‐n‐hexyl‐3‐methyl‐4‐[1‐(phenylimino)propyl]‐1H‐pyrazol‐5(4H)‐one. The most notable feature is the imine–enol character presented by the ligand due to coordination, in spite of its enamine–ketone structure in the free state. The ligand chelates through N and O atoms, resulting in a square‐planar coordination around the CuII atom, which lies on an inversion centre.  相似文献

Coordination polymers are a thriving class of functional solid‐state materials and there have been noticeable efforts and progress toward designing periodic functional structures with desired geometrical attributes and chemical properties for targeted applications. Self‐assembly of metal ions and organic ligands is one of the most efficient and widely utilized methods for the construction of CPs under hydro(solvo)thermal conditions. 2‐(Pyridin‐3‐yl)‐1H‐imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylate (HPIDC2−) has been proven to be an excellent multidentate ligand due to its multiple deprotonation and coordination modes. Crystals of poly[aquabis[μ3‐5‐carboxy‐2‐(pyridin‐3‐yl)‐1H‐imidazole‐4‐carboxylato‐κ5N1,O5:N3,O4:N2]copper(II)dicopper(I)], [CuIICuI2(C10H5N3O4)2(H2O)]n, (I), were obtained from 2‐(pyridin‐3‐yl)‐1H‐imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylic acid (H3PIDC) and copper(II) chloride under hydrothermal conditions. The asymmetric unit consists of one independent CuII ion, two CuI ions, two HPIDC2− ligands and one coordinated water molecule. The CuII centre displays a square‐pyramidal geometry (CuN2O3), with two N,O‐chelating HPIDC2− ligands occupying the basal plane in a trans geometry and one O atom from a coordinated water molecule in the axial position. The CuI atoms adopt three‐coordinated Y‐shaped coordinations. In each [CuN2O] unit, deprotonated HPIDC2− acts as an N,O‐chelating ligand, and a symmetry‐equivalent HPIDC2− ligand acts as an N‐atom donor via the pyridine group. The HPIDC2− ligands in the polymer serve as T‐shaped 3‐connectors and adopt a μ3‐κ2N,O2N′,O′:κN′′‐coordination mode, linking one CuII and two CuI cations. The Cu cations are arranged in one‐dimensional –Cu1–Cu2–Cu3– chains along the [001] direction. Further crosslinking of these chains by HPIDC2− ligands along the b axis in a –Cu2–HPIDC2−–Cu3–HPIDC2−–Cu1– sequence results in a two‐dimensional polymer in the (100) plane. The resulting (2,3)‐connected net has a (123)2(12)3 topology. Powder X‐ray diffraction confirmed the phase purity for (I), and susceptibilty measurements indicated a very weak ferromagnetic behaviour. A thermogravimetric analysis shows the loss of the apical aqua ligand before decomposition of the title compound.  相似文献

The title complex, [Cu4(C11H10N3O4)2(C6H6N4S2)2](C6H2N3O7)2, consists of a circular tetracopper(II) cation with an embedded inversion centre and two uncoordinated picrate (2,4,6‐trinitrophenolate) anions. The CuII cations at the inner sites of N‐(2‐aminoethyl)‐N′‐(2‐carboxylatophenyl)oxamidate(3−) (oxbe) have square‐planar environments and those at the outer sites are in square‐pyramidal geometries. The separations of pairs of CuII cations bridged by cis‐oxamide and carboxylate groups are 5.2217 (5) and 5.2871 (5) Å, respectively. The tetracopper(II) cations and picrate anions are connected by N—H...O hydrogen bonds into a two‐dimensional network parallel to the (010) plane, and these two‐dimensional networks are assembled by two types of π–π stacking interactions into a three‐dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

The bimetallic title complex, [CuFe(CN)5(C12H30N6O2)(NO)] or [Cu(L)Fe(CN)5(NO)] [where L is 1,8‐bis(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐1,3,6,8,10,13‐hexaazacyclotetradecane], has a one‐dimensional zigzag polymeric –Cu(L)–NC–Fe(NO)(CN)3–CN–Cu(L)– chain, in which the CuII and FeII centres are linked by two CN groups. In the complex, the CuII ion is coordinated by four N atoms from the L ligand [Cu—N(L) = 1.999 (2)–2.016 (2) Å] and two cyanide N atoms [Cu—N = 2.383 (2) and 2.902 (3) Å], and has an elongated octahedral geometry. The FeII centre is in a distorted octahedral environment, with Fe—N(nitroso) = 1.656 (2) Å and Fe—C(CN) = 1.938 (3)–1.948 (3) Å. The one‐dimensional zigzag chains are linked to form a three‐dimensional network via N—H⋯N and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the title complex, {[Cu(C6H5O3)Cl(H2O)]·H2O}n, the CuII atom has a deformed square‐pyramidal coordination geometry formed by two O atoms of the maltolate ligand, two bridging Cl atoms and the coordinated water O atom. The Cu atoms are bridged by Cl atoms to form a polymeric chain. The deprotonated hydroxyl and ketone O atoms of the maltolate ligand form a five‐membered chelate ring with the Cu atom. Stacking interactions and hydrogen bonds exist in the crystal.  相似文献

In the title compound, [Cu(C6F5COO)2(C4H4N2)]n, (I), the asymmetric unit contains one CuII cation, two anionic pentafluorobenzoate ligands and one pyrazine ligand. Each CuII centre is five‐coordinated by three O atoms from three independent pentafluorobenzoate anions, as well as by two N atoms from two pyrazine ligands, giving rise to an approximately square‐pyramidal coordination geometry. Adjacent CuII cations are bridged by a pyrazine ligand and two pentafluorobenzoate anions to give a two‐dimensional layer. The layers are stacked to generate a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture via strong intermolecular C—H...F—C interactions, as indicated by the F...H distance of 2.38 Å.  相似文献

The two title complexes, [Zn2(C13H9Cl2N2O)2(C2H3O2)2], (I), and [Cu2(C13H9Cl2N2O)2(NCS)2], (II), are dinuclear Schiff base compounds. Both molecules are located on crystallographic centres of inversion. In (I), the ZnII atom is five‐coordinated in a trigonal–bipyramidal coordination, with one imine N atom of one Schiff base and two acetate O atoms defining the basal plane, and one O atom and one pyridine N atom of the Schiff base occupying the axial positions, while in (II), the CuII atom is five‐coordinated in a square‐pyramidal coordination, with one O and two N atoms of one Schiff base and one terminal N atom of a bridging thiocyanate ligand defining the basal plane, and one terminal S atom of another bridging thiocyanate ligand occupying the apical position. The different bridging ligands lead to the different coordinations of the complexes.  相似文献

The CuII ion in the title complex, [Cu(C5H10NO3)2] or [Cu(He‐ala)2] [He‐ala = N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐β‐alaninate], resides at the inversion centre of a square bipyramid comprised of two facially arranged tridentate He‐ala ligands. Each He‐ala ligand binds to a CuII ion by forming one six‐membered β‐alaninate chelate ring in a twist conformation and one five‐membered ethanolamine ring in an envelope conformation, with Cu—N = 2.017 (2) Å, Cu—OCOO = 1.968 (1) Å and Cu—OOH = 2.473 (2) Å. The [Cu(He‐ala)2] molecules are involved in a network of O—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to the (10) plane. The layers are connected into a three‐dimensional structure by van der Waals interactions, so that the molecular centres form pseudo‐face‐centered close packing.  相似文献
