A novel Schiff base complex with π-conjugated system, [Ni(L1)2(py)2] 1 (L1 =(E)-N′-(2,4-dichlorobenzylidene)-2-oxidobenzohydraizide), was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray determination. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 12.8286(10), b = 16.3573(13), c = 19.0206(14) A, β = 108.2920(10)°, V = 3789.6(5)A^3, Z = 4, Mr = 833.17, Dc = 1.460 g/cm^3,/t = 0.843 mm^-1, F(000) = 1704, the final R = 0.0537 and wR = 0.0640 for 3836 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). In the molecular structure of 1, the Ni^Ⅱ atoms are six-coordinated by two N and two O atoms from two Schiff base ligands (LI) and two N atoms from two pyridine solvent molecules to form a distorted octahedral geometry. The cytotoxic activities of complex 1 have been experimentally studied against a human HeLa cell in vitro.  相似文献

A new dinuclear copper complex, [Cu(C9H11N3)Cl2]2(C18H22Cl4Cu2N6), has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray structure determination. It crystallizes in the triclinic P1^- space group with a = 7.526(3), b = 9.473(4), c = 9.535(3)A, α = 117.214(10), β = 108.251(9), γ = 91.560(6)°, V = 562.3(4)A^3, Z = 1, Mr = 591.30, F(000) = 298, Dc = 1.746 g/cm^3, μ(MoKα) = 2.385 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0577 and wR = 0.1248 for 2188 unique reflections with 1629 observed ones (Ⅰ〉 2σ(Ⅰ)). In the title complex, each copper(Ⅱ) atom is located at the center of a distorted trigonal bipyramid of five coordination atoms (two nitrogen and three chlorine atoms). Two copper(Ⅱ) atoms were bridged by two chlorine anions (Cl(2) and Cl(2a)) to form a Cu(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ) binuclear entity with the distance between two copper(Ⅱ) atoms of 3.398 (A).  相似文献

A new three-dimensional supramolecule composed of copper-Schiff base complex, [Cu(naphdien)]Cl·H2O, where naphdien is Schiff base of 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde and diethylenetriamine, has been synthesized and determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with a = 7.3490(15), b = 7.0847(16), c = 30.845(3)A, β= 95.33(3)°, V = 1599.0(5)A3, Z = 4, C15 H20ClCuN3O2, Mr = 373.33, De = 1.551 g/cm3, μ = 1.543 mm^-1, F(000) = 772, R = 0.0536 and wR = 0.0927 for 2788 unique reflections with 1659 observed ones (I 〉2σ(I)). In the crystal structure, mononuclear units [Cu(naphdien)]Cl·H2O are linked into a two-dimensional framework via strong hydrogen bonds, and extended into a three-dimensional supramolecular structure through π-π stacking interactions.  相似文献

In the ethanol solvent, a nickel(Ⅱ) complex Ni(C12H10N2O2S)2 upon reaction of 2'-(2-thienylidene)-hydroxybenzoylhydrazide with nickel acetate was synthesized, and its structure was characterized by IR, UV, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 22.052(3), b = 5.9681(6), c = 18.522(2) (A), β = 110.679(4)° , V = 2280.6(4) (A)3, Z = 4, Mr = 551.27, μ = 1.606 mm-1, Dc = 1.075 g/cm3, F(000) = 1136 and Rint = 0.0556. The nickel(Ⅱ) atom in the compound is four-coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from amide and two oxygen atoms from keto group. The biological activities have been measured, show- ing the compound exhibits better anti-bacterial activity than the ligand.  相似文献

A new mononuclear [Zn(H-1L)2] (L = 1H-indole-3-ethylene-salicylaldimine) was synthesized through the reaction of Zn(Ac)2, salicylaldehyde and tryptamine in hot ethanol solution and characterized by X-ray crystal structure analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 15.014(2), b = 10.857(1), c = 17.489(1)A,β = 95.49(1)°, V = 2837.8(5) A^3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.386 g/cm^3, μ = 0.904 mm-1, F(000) = 1232, the final R = 0.0463 and wR = 0.0890 for 4990 independent reflections. In the complex, the Zn2+ ion presents a distorted N2O2 tetrahedral coordination involving two H-1L ligands.  相似文献

Three palladium (II) complexes with the isonitrosobenzoylacetoneimine (HIBI) ligand, Pd (p‐CH3C6H4IBI)2 (1), Pd (C6H5IBI)2 (2) and Pd2Cl2 (C6H5CH2IBI)2 · CHCl3 (3), were prepared and characterized by IR, Raman and X‐ray diffraction studies. The geometries around the palladium atoms in the complexes 1 and 2 are distorted trans‐PdN4 square planes, and the Schiff base ligands RIBI? are coordinated through their oximo‐nitrogen atoms and imino‐nitrogen atoms. The week Pd…H? C agostic interactions [Pd…H = 0.2764 nm] complete the hexacoordinate environment around palladium in the complex 1. The octahedral deformation of the classical square planar environment of the Pd atom is due to the week Pd…O (1b) interactions [Pd? O (1b) = 0.3157 (9) nm] in the complex 2. The complex 3 is a first example of binuclear complex with isonitrosoketoimine ligands, in which one of oximo groups is coordinated through oximo‐nitrogen and oximo‐oxygen atoms.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of the copper (II) complex [Cu2(OOCCH = C(CH3)Fc)3(phen)2]CIO4 · 2H2O (1) are reported. The structure of the complex was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group Pc, with Z =2, a = 1.2799(4) nm, b =0.9969 (4) nm, c = 2.5228 nm, and β = 91.576 (1) °. The cationic part of 1 indicates a penametallic core in which three 3‐ferrocenyl‐2‐crotonic acid salt (FCA) groups act as (O, O') bridging ligands between two copper (II) ions with a square‐pyramidal environment. Cyclic voltammetric experiments in acetonitrile have been performed mainly to examine the Fe(II) → Fe(III) one‐electron oxidation in FCA and its complex. The variable‐temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements revealed very weak intramolecular anti‐ferromagnetic coupling. Fitting parameters are 2J = ‐0.2 cm?1, g = 2.114, and θ = 0K.  相似文献

Chlorodibenzyltin (IV) complex with dithiomorpholinocarbamate ligand was synthesized by the reaction of dibenzyltin dichloride with dithiomorpholinocarbamate in 1:1 stoichiometry. The complex was characterized by elementary analysis, UV, BR and 1H NMR spectra. The crystal structure was determined by X‐ray single crystal diffraction study. The crystallographic data are as follows: triclinic, space group P1 , a = 0.8723 (2) ran, b = 1.099 (2) nm, c = 1.1036 (3) nm, α = 86.498 (4)°, β = 89.697 (5)°, γ = 82.807 (5)°, Z = 2, V = 1.0479 (4) nm3, Dc= 1.580 g/cm?3, μ = 1.553 mm?1, F (000) = 500, R1 = 0.0442, wR2 = 0.0974. The crystal consists of discrete molecules containing five‐coordinate tin atoms in a distorted tigonal bipyramidal configuration. The molecules are packed in the unit cell in one‐dimensional chain structure through a weak interaction between the chlorine atom and sulfur atom, the sulfur atom and one of the sulfurs of an adjacent molecule.  相似文献

A new nickel(Ⅱ) complex, C34H38N8NiO4, has been prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 11.715(5), b = 12.328(5), c =11.113(5)A, β= 92.589(5)°, Z = 2, Dc = 1.411 g/cm^3,μ = 0.658 mml, the final R = 0.0427 and wR = 0.1099 for 2229 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The complex is a centrosymmetric plane in which nickel(Ⅱ) is coordinated in a regular octahedron to the ligand phenytoin through the nitrogen atoms of ethylenediamine, imine and amine. The complex was valued for its antimicrobial activity against bacterial strands using the agar diffusion method, and found to be active against the four test bacterial organisms. Preliminary screening for antimicrobial activities showed that the title complex is quite active against standard strains of Salmonella species, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus pumilus and Eschierichia coli.  相似文献
