A new phenylpropanoid and two new diterpenes were isolated from the leaves of the plant Mikania laevigata Shultz Bip. ex Baker. The structures of these compounds were established by 1D- and 2D-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopic techniques and mass spectrometry data. Taraxerol, lupeol, coumarin, syringaldehyde, trans-melilotoside, cis-melilotoside, adenosine, patuletin 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, kaempferol 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, quercetin 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, methyl 3,5-di-O-caffeoyl quinate, and 3,3′,5-trihydroxy-4′,6,7-trimethoxyflavone were isolated too. In addition, the compounds dihydrocoumarin, spathulenol, caryophyllene oxide, kaurenoic acid, beyerenoic acid, and lupeol acetate were identified by GC-MS.  相似文献

Three new triterpenoidal glucosides, justiciosides E, F and G, were isolated from the aerial portion of Justicia betonica. Their structures were established through chemical and spectroscopic analyses, and showed an unusual A-nor-B-homo oleanan-12-ene skeleton type for the aglycone moiety as A-nor-B-homo-oleanan-10,12-diene-3β,11α,28-triol 28-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-glucopyranoside, A-nor-B-homo-oleanan-10,12-diene-3β,11α,28-triol 28-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-glucopyranoside, and 11α-methoxy-A-nor-B-homo-oleanan-10,12-diene-3β,11α,28-triol 28-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-glucopyranoside, respectively.  相似文献

Four novel eremophilane-type sesquiterpene lactones, 6β,10α-dihydroxy-1-oxoeremophila-7(11),8(9)-dien-12,8-olide (1), 6β-acetyl-2-oxoeremophila-1(10),7(11), 8(9)-trien-12,8-olide (2), 6β,8β-diacetyl-2-oxoeremophila-1(10),7(11)-dien-12,8-olide (3), dimeric eremophilane ligulolide B (5), and known sesquiterpenoid, 6β,8α-diacetyleremophila-1(10),7(11)-dien-12,8-olide (4), were isolated from an extract of the whole plant of Ligularia virgaurea spp. oligocephala. The structure of 1 was confirmed by NMR spectra and single crystal X-ray crystallography investigation, as well as 2, 3, and 5 were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 1D and 2D NMR spectra. A discussion of biogenesis of 5 was described. Cytotoxicities of compound 1 were measured in vitro against selected cancer cells human promyelocytic leukemia (HL-60), human ovarian (HO-8910) and human lung epithehial (A-549).  相似文献

A series of 5-fluoroalkylated 1H-1,2,3-triazoles were synthesized in good yield by the regiospecific 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of (Z)-ethyl 3-fluoroalkyl-3-pyrrolidino-acrylates with aryl or benzyl azides. In the cases of benzyl azides, addition of Na2CO3 was crucial for a high yield of the triazoles. Tetrakis(dimethylamino)ethylene (TDAE) promoted reaction of bromodifluoro-methylated triazole with aldehydes affording a new class of β,β-difluoro-β-triazolyl alcohol derivatives, which were lactonized with catalytic amount of p-toluenesulfonic acid in toluene at 80-90°C to give a series of novel bicyclic gem-difluorinated 1H-pyrano[3,4-d][1,2,3]-triazol-4-one compounds in good yield.  相似文献

Two new diterpenoids, 6β-(2-methylbut-2(Z)-enoyl)-3α,4α,15,16-bis-epoxy-8β,10βH-ent-cleroda-13(16),14-dien-20,12-olide and 10β-hydroxy-6-oxo-3α,4α,15,16-bis-epoxy-8βH-cleroda-13(16),14-dien-20,12-olide, together with the known β-amyrin, spinasterol, 5,7-dihydroxy-3,8,3′,4′-tetramethoxyflavone and 5,7-dihydroxy-3,8,3′,4′,5′-pentamethoxyflavone have been isolated from the aerial parts of Microglossa angolensis Oliv. et Hiern (Compositae). The structures of two saponins, thyonosides A and B, isolated from the holothurian Thyone aurea collected in Namibia, were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR (1H, 13C, 1H-1H COSY, 1H-1H J-resolved, TOCSY, HMQC, HMBC and NOESY). The two compounds have the same aglycon but different oligosaccharidic chains. Thyonoside A has a 3-O-methyl-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-6-O-sodium sulphate-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)-4-O-sodium sulphate-β-d-xylopyranosyl chain, and thyonoside B a 3-O-methyl-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)-4-O-sodium sulphate-β-d-xylopyranosyl chain. The holostane-type aglycon features an endocyclic double bond at position 7-8, a double bond at position 25-26 and a β-acetoxy group at C16.  相似文献

A new unusual kauranoid diterpene glycoside, named amygdaloside, was isolated from the nuts of almond (Prunus amygdalus). The two major steroidal saponins from the roots of Asparagus racemosus were isolated by RP-HPLC and their structure determined by extensive NMR studies. Their structures did not match those reported previously for shatavarins I and IV and were found to be 3-O-{[β-d-glucopyranosyl(1→2)][α-l-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4)]-β-d-glucopyranosyl}-26-O-(β-d-glucopyranosyl)-(25S)-5β-furostan-3β,22α,26-triol and 3-O-{[β-d-glucopyranosyl(1→2)][α-l-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4)]-β-d-glucopyranosyl}-(25S)-5β-spirostan-3β-ol.  相似文献

Bioassay-guided fractionation of the ethanol extract of the roots and rhizomes of Veratrum taliense yielded two new and thirteen known steroidal alkaloids. The structures of the two new compounds, neoverataline A and B, were established by extensive spectroscopic analyses to be 3,4-secocevane-4,9-olid-14,15,16,20-tetra-ol-3-oic acid and 3,4-secocevane-4,9-olid-7,14,15,16,20-penta-ol-3-oic acid, respectively, and are a novel carbon skelton. All of the fifteen alkaloids were subjected to in vitro antifungal assays, which showed that the verazine- (veramitaline, stenophylline B, stenophylline B-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, veramiline-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside) and jerveratrum-type (jervine, jervine-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside) alkaloids exhibited strong antifungal activities against the phytopathogenic fungus Phytophthora capisis with MICs of 160, 120, 160, 80, 80 and 120 μg·L−1, respectively. Furthermore, the verazine-type alkaloids stenophylline B, stenophylline B 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside and veramiline 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside were shown to also inhibit the growth of another fungal phytopathogen Rhizoctonia cerealis with MICs of 160, 120 and 120 μg mL−1. The MICs of triadimefon (an antifungal agrochemical used herein as a positive control) against P. capisis and R. cerealis were 120 and 80 μg mL−1, respectively. A preliminary structure-activity relationship regarding these alkaloids has been formulated.  相似文献

Two novel pyrroloquinoline ribosides, N-1-β-D-ribofuranosyldamirone C (1), and N-1-β-D-ribofuranosylmakaluvamine I (2) were isolated from a new species of South African latrunculid sponge, Strongylodesma aliwaliensis. Standard spectroscopic techniques were used to determine the structures of 1 and 2. Molecular modeling studies and NOESY data of 1 and 2, in combination with chiral GC analysis of their derivatized acid hydrolysis products, established the β-D-configuration of the ribofuranose moieties.  相似文献

A new naturally occurring pseudo-guaianolide type sesquiterpene lactone named pulicazine along with ent-11β,15β-dihydroxykaur-16-en-19-oic acid is isolated from the Tunisian Pulicaria laciniata (Coss.et Kral.) The reaction between differently N-substituted benzaldimines and (2R)-Schöllkopf's bislactim ether was studied: the azaenolate addition to imines followed by hydrolysis of the resulting adducts gave syn-(2S,3R) and anti-(2S,3S)-methyl 2,3-diamino-3-phenylpropanoate derivatives in good yields. The configurations of the newly formed stereocenters of α,β-diamino acids were assigned on the basis of the 1H NMR analysis and by comparison with known products. The diastereoisomeric ratios were explained taking into account the effect of the substituent present on the imine nitrogen on the transition state stability. This method represents a new approach for stereoselective synthesis of α,β-diamino acids.  相似文献

Phytochemical study of the aerial parts of Euphorbia pannonica led to the isolation of two new tigliane diterpenes, 4,12-dideoxy(4β)phorbol-20-benzoate-13-isobutyrate (1) and 4,12-dideoxy(4β)phorbol-20-benzoate-13-isovalerianate (2). The structures and relative stereochemistry were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses, including 1D and 2D NMR experiments (1H NMR, JMOD, COSY, NOESY, HSQC and HMBC).  相似文献

Chemical investigation of the Red Sea soft coral Sarcophyton auritum led to the isolation and structure elucidation of two new diterpene cembranoids; 2-epi-sarcophine (2) and (1R,2E,4S,6E,8R,11R,12R)-2,6-cembradiene-4,8,11,12-tetrol (4), as well as two known diterpene cembranoids, reported for the first time from this species, namely sarcophine (1) and (+)-7α,8β-dihydroxydeepoxysarcophine (3). Structure elucidation was achieved using spectroscopic techniques, including 1D and 2D NMR and HRMS. The isolated cembranoids were found to display high cytotoxicity against HepG2 (liver cancer cell line) and MCF-7 (breast cancer cell line).  相似文献

The chemical investigation of Heliotropium transalpinum var. transalpinum Vell. (Boraginaceae) led to the isolation of transalpinecine (1), a novel pyrrolizidine alkaloid, in addition to known alkaloids subulacine (1β-2β-epoxy-1α-hydroxymethyl-8α-pyrrolizidine) (2), and 1α-2α-epoxy-1β-hydroxymethyl-8α-pyrrolizidine (3). Poly[(R)-3-hydroxybutyrate-co-4-hydroxybutyrate] (P(3HB-co-4HB)) films were prepared by uniaxial cold-drawing from an amorphous preform at a temperature below, but close to the glass transition temperature. Molecular and highly-ordered structures and physical properties of cold-drawn films were investigated by tensile testing, wide-angle X-ray diffraction and small-angle X-ray scattering. Enzymatic degradation of P(3HB-co-4HB) films was performed using an extracellular polyhydroxybutyrate depolymerase purified from Ralstonia pickettii T1. Tensile strength, elongation to break and Young’s modulus of P(3HB-co-4HB) with cold-drawn ratio 1200% reached 290 MPa, 58% and 2.8 GPa, respectively. X-ray fibre diagrams of cold-drawn P(3HB-co-4HB) films showed a strong reflection on the equatorial line, indicating a planar zigzag conformation (β-form) together with 21 helix conformation (α-form). The β-form seems to contribute to the high tensile strength, and a new mechanism of generation of the β-form is proposed. The enzymatic degradation rate increased with increasing draw ratio, and increased greatly with increasing 4HB content.  相似文献

A pair of new atropisomers, (M)- and (P)-cupressuflavone 4′-O-β-d-glucoside, were isolated from Juniperus communis var. depressa, and their absolute structures and axial configurations were determined using 2D NMR and circular dichroism. Four new polyhydroxylated sterols are isolated from Marine sponge Callyspongia fibrosa collected from the Gulf of Mannar, western Bay of Bengal (India). The structural assignment is based on 1H and 13C NMR spectra. All sterols are based on the known 24S-24-methyl cholesterol 1 which is also isolated, and contain 3β,6β-dihydroxy system and 25-O-acetate as common features (except in the case of sterol 6 that has a Δ25 in the place of 25-OAc). Additional OH substitution is also present at 5α in 4a and at 8β in 5. A further 12β-OH is present in 6 and 7. The hydroxylation pattern is so far known only in coral sterols but is without a precedent in sponge sterols. The major steroid 4a showed antimalarial activity against Plasmodium falciparum on the chloroquine-resistant stain better than on the chloroquine-sensitive strain.  相似文献
