本文首次报道对小花金挖耳地上部分化学成分的研究工作,采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、中压柱色谱和薄层制备色谱方法进行分离纯化,从中分离得到8个化合物:(1R,2S,4S,5R)-2,5-二羟基-p-薄荷烷(1),(1S,2S,4R,5S)-2,5-二羟基-p-薄荷烷(2),(3R,4R,6S)-3,6-二羟基-p-1-薄荷烯(3),5αH-桉烷-4(15),11(13)-二烯-12,8β-内酯(4),5α-羟基-桉烷-4(15),11(13)-二烯-12,8β-内酯(5),2α-羟基-5αH-桉烷-4(15),11(13)-二烯-12,8β-内酯(6),4β-羟基-1α,10βH-伪愈创木烷-11(13)-烯-12,8α-内酯(7),4-羰基-1α,10βH-伪愈创木烷-11(13)-烯-12,8α-内酯(8),利用波谱数据和理化性质鉴定了它们的结构.化合物1-3首次从天名精属植物中分离得到. 相似文献

Two new guaianolide-type sesquiterpenoids,4β,9β-dihydroxy-1α,5α-H-guaia-6,10(14)-dien(1) and 4β,9β,10α-trihydroxy-1α,5α-H-guaia-6-en(2),along with four known sesquiterpenoids(3a,3b,4 and 5),were isolated from Kadsura interior.Their structures and configurations were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 2D-NMR and HR-MS techniques.Compounds 3a and 3b were obtained as a pair of enantiomers,and their structure and absolute configuration were established from their extensive NMR spectra and by single-crystal X-ray analysis. 相似文献

采用液相色谱-多级离子阱质谱法(LC-MSn)法,检测大鼠生物样本中的甲基原薯蓣皂苷(MPD)及其代谢产物,以推测MPD在大鼠体内的代谢途径。对大鼠静脉注射给予40 mg/kg的MPD,并收集尿液、血浆、胆汁和粪便等样本,经固相萃取(SPE)净化提取后,采用Phenomenex Gemini C18色谱柱,以甲醇(B)-水(A)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min。采用正负离子检测。在生物样本中共检测到14个代谢产物。通过与对照品的色谱行为和多级质谱特征相比对,鉴定了其中6个代谢产物,分别为Protodioscin(M3),26-O-β-D-Glucopyrannosyl-(25R)-furan-5-ene-3β,22α,26-trihydroxy-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2 or 4)-β-D–glucopyranoside(M5),MPD(M0),Pseudoprotodioscin(M7),26-O-β-D-Glucopyrannosyl(25R)-furan-5-ene-3β,26-dihydroxy-22-methoxy-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranoside(M9),26-O-β-D-Glucopyrannosyl(25R)-furan-5-ene-3β,26-dihydroxy-22-methoxy-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(M10)和Dioscin(M11)。根据已有对照品的质谱裂解规律,用LC-MSn法推测了另外5个代谢物。其中Protodioscin(PD)和Dioscin是两个主要的代谢产物,其对应的生成途径是MPD在大鼠体内的主要代谢途径。代谢反应总体以一相代谢为主,主要是水解脱糖,同时检出2个二相代谢产物;代谢物结构变化主要发生在糖上,母核均无明显变化。 相似文献

从植物千里光中分得四个新艾里莫芬烷型倍半萜,经仔细的波谱分析和单晶X射线衍射,研究它们的结构分别为为:7β,11-环氧-9α,10α-环氧-8-羰基艾里莫芬烷(1),8-11-过氧-9α,10α-环氧-6-烯-8β-羟基艾里莫芬烷(2),7(11)-烯-9α,10α-环氧-8-羰基艾里莫芬烷(3),6-烯-9α,10α-环氧-11-羟基-8-羰基艾里莫芬烷(4)。活性筛选实验表明化合物1具有促进癌细胞生长作用,化合物2和3具有较好的抗癌活性。 相似文献
