紫杉烷二萜研究IV

从红豆杉(taxus chinensis)枝叶中分到五个微量紫杉烷类二萜, 其中四个为新二萜, 分别为: 1β, 5α, 13α-trihydroxy-9α,10β-diacetate-2α-benzoatetaxa-4(20), 11-diene(1), 1β,13α-dihydroxy-9α,10β-diacetate-2α-benzoate-5α-cinnamatetaxa-4(20), 11-diene(2), 1β,5α-dihydroxy-9α,10β,13α-triacetate-2α-benzoatetaxa-4(20), 11-diene(3)和1β,2α,5α,9α,10β,13α-hexahydroxytaxa-4(20), 11-diene(4), 另外一个为已知二萜19-hydroxybaccatin III(5)。

Biotransformation of 14－Deacetoxy－13－oxo sinenxan A by Ginkgo Cell Cultures

14-Deacetoxy-13-oxo sinenxan A (1) was converted to 9α-hydroxy-13-oxo-2α, 5α,10β-triacetoxy-4(20),ll-taxadiene (2) and 10β-hydroxy-13-oxo-2α,5α,9α-triacetoxy- 4(20), ll-taxadiene (3) by Ginkgo cell suspension cultures in 45% and 15% yields, respectively.     

A Taxatetraene from Microbial Transformation of Sinenxan A

Sinenxan A [2α, 5α, 10β, 14β-tetraacetoxytaxa-4(20), ll-diene, 1] was biotransformed by a filamentous fungus, Aspergillus niger JCM 5546, and an unusual taxatetraene [2α,5α-acetoxytaxa-4(20), 10(11), 12(18), 13(14)-tetraene, 2], together with two known products,10β-deacetyl sinenxan A (3) and 10β, 14β-dideacetyl sinenxan A (4) were produced.     

小花金挖耳地上部分萜类成分研究

本文首次报道对小花金挖耳地上部分化学成分的研究工作,采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、中压柱色谱和薄层制备色谱方法进行分离纯化,从中分离得到8个化合物:(1R,2S,4S,5R)-2,5-二羟基-p-薄荷烷(1),(1S,2S,4R,5S)-2,5-二羟基-p-薄荷烷(2),(3R,4R,6S)-3,6-二羟基-p-1-薄荷烯(3),5αH-桉烷-4(15),11(13)-二烯-12,8β-内酯(4),5α-羟基-桉烷-4(15),11(13)-二烯-12,8β-内酯(5),2α-羟基-5αH-桉烷-4(15),11(13)-二烯-12,8β-内酯(6),4β-羟基-1α,10βH-伪愈创木烷-11(13)-烯-12,8α-内酯(7),4-羰基-1α,10βH-伪愈创木烷-11(13)-烯-12,8α-内酯(8),利用波谱数据和理化性质鉴定了它们的结构.化合物1-3首次从天名精属植物中分离得到.     

Two new guaianolide-type sesquiterpenoids from Kadsura interior

Two new guaianolide-type sesquiterpenoids,4β,9β-dihydroxy-1α,5α-H-guaia-6,10(14)-dien(1) and 4β,9β,10α-trihydroxy-1α,5α-H-guaia-6-en(2),along with four known sesquiterpenoids(3a,3b,4 and 5),were isolated from Kadsura interior.Their structures and configurations were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 2D-NMR and HR-MS techniques.Compounds 3a and 3b were obtained as a pair of enantiomers,and their structure and absolute configuration were established from their extensive NMR spectra and by single-crystal X-ray analysis.     

A New Abeotaxane Diterpenoid from the Seeds of Taxus mairei

Phytochemical investigation on the methanolic extracts of the Taxus mairei seeds resulted in the isolation of a new abeotaxane diterpenoid. The structure was characterized as 2α, 5α, 13α-trihydroxy-7β, 10β-diacetoxy-2(3→20)abeotaxa-4(20), 11- dien-9     

南蛇藤倍半萜成分研究

从南蛇藤(Celastrus angulatus)的种子中分得三个新的倍半萜化合物(1～3)。它们的结构经紫外、红外、质谱及二维核磁谱确定为1β-乙酰氧基-8α-苯甲酰氧基-9β, 13-二(β-吡啶甲酰氧基)-β-二氢沉香呋喃(1)-1β, 2β-二羟基-6α-乙酰氧基-8β, 9β-二苯甲酰氧基-β-二氢沉香呋喃(2)和1β, 2β, 8β, 9β-四苯甲酰氧基-6α-乙酰氧基-β-二氢沉香呋喃(3)。     

南蛇藤倍半萜成分研究

从南蛇藤(Celastrus gemmatus)的根皮中分得两个新的倍半萜化合物(1和2), 经高场核磁和高分辨质谱分析, 推定1为1β, 6α, 8β-三乙酰氧基-2β, 12-二异丁酰氧基-9α-(β-呋喃甲酰氧基)-4α-羟基-β-二氢沉各呋喃, 2为1β, 8α-二乙酰氧基-2β,12-二异丁酰氧基-9β-苯甲酰氧基-4α, 6α-二羟基β-二氢沉香呋喃。     

海星动物化学成份的研究-罗氏海盘车中的皂苷元

报导了从罗氏海盘车中分离得到二个甾体皂苷元;20(R)-5α-孕甾-9(11)-烯-3β,6α,20-三醇和5α-孕甾-9(11)-烯-3β,6α-二醇-20-酮,并测定了它们的结构.     

Two new 24-hydroxylated asterosaponins from Culcita novaeguineae

Two new 24-hydroxylated asterosaponins,sodium(20R,24S)-6α-O-(4-O-sodiumsulfato-β-D-quinovopyranosyl)-5α-cholest-9(11)-en-3β,24-diol 3-sulfate(1) and sodium(20R,24S)-6α-O-[3-O-methyl-β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-5α-cholest-9(11)-en-3β,24-diol 3-sulfate(2),were isolated from the starfish Culcita novaeguineae.Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectral analysis and chemical evidences.     

川桂皮中具有免疫调节活性的甾体和苯丙素类化学成分

对川桂Cinnamomum wilsonii皮的化学成分进行了研究,从中分离并鉴定出1个新的甾体类化合物,(3S,22R,24R)-stigmast-5-ene-3β,22α-diol(1),和10个已知化合物,stigmast-5-ene-3β,7α,22α-triol(2),24-ethylcholest-5-ene-3β,4β,22α-triol(3),stigmast-5-ene-3β,7α-diol(4),β-谷甾醇(5),β-胡萝卜苷(6),(1R,2R)-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1,2,3-propanetriol(7),(1S,2S)-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1,2,3-propanetriol(8),丁子香酚(9),甲氧基丁子香酚(10)和methyl(E)-ferulate(11).通过波谱分析和Cu靶单晶X射线衍射方法确定了新化合物1的结构及其绝对构型.测试了化合物1～11的体外免疫调节活性,1,5和6能显著抑制刀豆A诱导的小鼠T细胞增殖,6和9能显著抑制脂多糖诱导的小鼠B细胞增殖.     

Three Novel Eremophilanolides from Ligularia virgaurea spp. oligocephala

From the alcoholic extract of the whole plant of Ligularia virgaurea spp. oligocephala, three novel eremophilane sesquiterpene lactones, 6α, 10α-dihydroxy- 1-oxoeremophila-7(11), 8(9)-dien-8, 12-olide, 613, 10α-dihydroxy-1-oxoeremophila-7 (ll), 8 (9)-dien-8, 12-olide and 10α-hydroxy-1-oxoeremophila-7(l 1), 8(9)-dien-8, 12-olide were isolated. Their structures were elucidated by various spectroscopic methods including intensive 2D NMR techniques (COSY,HMQC, HMBC and ^1H-^1H NOESY) and HR-MS.     

Three New Diterpenoids from Euphorbia wallichii

Three new abietane diterpene lactones, 3α-hydroxyjolkinolide A (1), ent-8α, 14β-dihydroxy-13(15)-ene-16(12α)-abietanolide (2) and ent-8α,14α-dihydroxy-13(15)-ene-16(12α)-abietanolide (3) as well as a known abietane diterpene jolkinolide A (4) were isolated from the roots of Euphorbia wallichii. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis.     

Sesquiterpenoids from Chloranthus spicatus （Thunb.） Makino

Two new sesquiterpenoids, namely 1β,4β-dihydroxy-5 α,8β（H）-eudesm-7（11）Z-en-8,12-olide （1） and 1β,4α-dihydroxy-5α,8β（H）-eudesm-7（11）Z-en-8,12-olide （2）, along with six known ones, homalomenol A （3）, oplodiol （4）, 5α,7α（H）-6,8-cycloeudesma-1β,4β-diol （5）, oplopanone （6）, 4β,10α-dihydroxyaromadendrane （7） and spathulenol （8）, were isolated from the aerial part of Chloranthus spicatus （Thunb.） Makino, and their structures were established by spectroscopic methods.     

南鹤虱中两个新的倍半萜类化合物（英文）

从中药南鹤虱(Fructus carotae)中分离纯化得到7个倍半萜类化合物,分别鉴定为7-ethoxy-4(15)-oppositen-1β-ol(1),11-乙酰氧基-8β-当归酰氧基-15-甲氧基-4α,5α-环氧愈创木烷-3-酮(2),11-乙酰氧基-8β-丙酰氧基-4-愈创木烯-3-酮(3),1-oxo-5α,7αH-eudesma-3-en-15-al(4),1β-hydroxy-4(15),7-eudesmadiene(5),1β-hydroxy-4(15),5E,10(14)-germacratriene(6),1β-hydroxy-4(15),5-eudesmadiene(7).其中化合物1和2为新的化合物,新化合物的结构进一步通过HR-ESIMS,1D NMR和2D NMR等光谱技术确定.     

甲基原薯蓣皂苷静脉注射给予大鼠后体内代谢物的LC-MS~n分析

采用液相色谱-多级离子阱质谱法(LC-MSn)法,检测大鼠生物样本中的甲基原薯蓣皂苷(MPD)及其代谢产物,以推测MPD在大鼠体内的代谢途径。对大鼠静脉注射给予40 mg/kg的MPD,并收集尿液、血浆、胆汁和粪便等样本,经固相萃取(SPE)净化提取后,采用Phenomenex Gemini C18色谱柱,以甲醇(B)-水(A)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min。采用正负离子检测。在生物样本中共检测到14个代谢产物。通过与对照品的色谱行为和多级质谱特征相比对,鉴定了其中6个代谢产物,分别为Protodioscin(M3),26-O-β-D-Glucopyrannosyl-(25R)-furan-5-ene-3β,22α,26-trihydroxy-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2 or 4)-β-D–glucopyranoside(M5),MPD(M0),Pseudoprotodioscin(M7),26-O-β-D-Glucopyrannosyl(25R)-furan-5-ene-3β,26-dihydroxy-22-methoxy-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranoside(M9),26-O-β-D-Glucopyrannosyl(25R)-furan-5-ene-3β,26-dihydroxy-22-methoxy-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(M10)和Dioscin(M11)。根据已有对照品的质谱裂解规律,用LC-MSn法推测了另外5个代谢物。其中Protodioscin(PD)和Dioscin是两个主要的代谢产物,其对应的生成途径是MPD在大鼠体内的主要代谢途径。代谢反应总体以一相代谢为主,主要是水解脱糖,同时检出2个二相代谢产物;代谢物结构变化主要发生在糖上,母核均无明显变化。     

A New Cytotoxic Sterol Produced by an Endophytic Fungus from Castaniopsisfissa at the South China Sea Coast

A new sterol,ergosta-8(9),22-diene-3,5,6,7-tetraol(3β,5α,6β,7α,22E)(A) together withthree known sterols:3β,5α,6β-trihydroxyergosta-7,22-diene(B),3β-hydroxy-5α,8α- epidioxyergosta-6,22-diene (C) and ergosterol (D) were isolated from the mycelia of an unidentified endophytic fungus separated from Castaniopsis fissa (chestnut tree).Compound A exhibited potent selective cytotoxicity against Bel-7402,NCI4460 and L-02 cell lines with IC50 values 8.445,5.03,13.621μg/mL,respectively.     

千里光中四个新倍半萜的结构

从植物千里光中分得四个新艾里莫芬烷型倍半萜,经仔细的波谱分析和单晶X射线衍射,研究它们的结构分别为为：7β,11-环氧-9α,10α-环氧-8-羰基艾里莫芬烷(1),8-11-过氧-9α,10α-环氧-6-烯-8β-羟基艾里莫芬烷(2),7(11)-烯-9α,10α-环氧-8-羰基艾里莫芬烷(3),6-烯-9α,10α-环氧-11-羟基-8-羰基艾里莫芬烷(4)。活性筛选实验表明化合物1具有促进癌细胞生长作用,化合物2和3具有较好的抗癌活性。     

Sesquiterpene Lactone Glycosides from Carpesium macrocephalum

Two new sesquiterpene lactone glycosides were isolated from the seeds of Carpesium meacrocephalum. Their structures were elucidated as 2α-O-β-D-glucopyranosy-5α,11αH-eudesma-4(15)-en-12,8β-olide and 2α-O-β-D-glucopyranosy-5αH-eudesma-4(15),11(13)-dien-12,8β-olide by spectral methods (HRMS,1D and 2D NMR).
