A new binuclear copper complex, [Cu2L2(pht)2]2·H2O(Hpht = 5,5-diphenylhydantoin, i.e. phenytoin; L = 2-diethylaminoethanol), has been synthesized by the solvothermal method, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 31.918(3), b = 12.9222(15), c = 19.868(2) , β = 98.762(2)o, V = 8098.8(16) 3, Dc = 1.429 Mg/m3, Z = 4, F(000) = 3640, μ = 1.107 mm-1, R = 0.0560 and wR = 0.1276(I 2(I)). Each copper(Ⅱ) in a molecule is coordinated with N and O atoms from ligand L and N atom from ligand Hpht in a tetradentate manner. Moreover, two copper(Ⅱ) centers are bridged by two O atoms of hydroxyl groups from two L ligands to form a slightly distorted binuclear {Cu2O2} diamond configuration. In addition, the interaction of this complex with calf thymus DNA(CT-DNA) was investigated by UV-vis spectrum and viscometry, and the complex may bind to DNA through intercalation.  相似文献

A mixed-valence dinuclear manganese complex, [MnⅡMnⅢL](ClO4)·1/2MeOH, where L is a macrocyclic ligand derived from the cyclocondensation of sodium 2,6-diformyl-4-methylphenolate with N,N-bis(2-aminoethyl)-2-hydroxybenzyl amine, was obtained and its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The orange crystal is a monoclinic system with space group P21/c and lattice parameters a=1.1617(4), b=1.4005(3), c=1.4641(3) nm, β=113.03(2)°, and Z=2. The crystal structure shows that each pendant-arm is bonded in a bidentate fashion to the adjacent metal atom and that both the arms are on the same side of the macrocycle. The two Mn atoms are bridged by two μ2-phenoxy oxygen atoms of the tetra-imine macrocycle, and each Mn atom, locating in a trigonal prismatic coordination environment(N3O3), is six-coordinated by the two imine nitrogen atoms, one tertiary nitrogen atom and a pendant phenol moiety apart from the two oxygen atoms.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [Mg(L)(H2O)2]·H2O] (LH2=L-cysteic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal crystallizes in orthorhombic system, space group P212121, with a=5.962(3), b=11.224(6), c=13.664(7)(A), V=914.3(8) (A)3, Z=4, Mr=245.50, Dc=1.783 g/cm3,μ=0.445 mm-1,flack parameter=0.32(16), F(000)=512, the final R=0.0458 and wR=0.1172 for 1578 observed reflections with I > 2σ(Ⅰ). The Mg(Ⅱ) atom shows an octahedral geometry defined by two carboxyl O atoms from two different L-cysteic acid ligands, one carboxyl O atom and one amino N atom from the adjacent ligand, and two aqua ligands. The Mg(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by L-cysteic acid ligands, leading to a 1D infinite zigzag chain. The title compound has been synthesized by the reaction of sodium α-dithionaphthoatewith CuCl_2 in an alkaline aqueous solution or by the reaction of α-dithionaphthoic acid withCuCl_2 in an organic solvent, The crude product was recrystallized in a mixture of CS_2 andC_2H_5OH. The crystals obtained are red and stable in air. The structure of the title compound is determined by a single-crystal X-ray diffractionanalysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic space group C_(2h)~5- P(2_1/a) with unit cell parameters:a= 16.453(3)A, b=12.651(4)A, c=23.182(7)A, β=100.5(2)°, V=4744.6A~3,Z=4. Thestructure was refined to R=0.06 for 4707 reflections. In the molecule, Cu_4 cluster has a distorted tetrahedral configuration. Surrounding thistetrahydron are four α-perthionaphthoate ligands, coordinated to copper through the sulfuratoms. One of the sulfur atoms in each ligand forms sulfur bridge with copper atoms, while the other is coordinated to only one copper. The three Cu--S bonds formed by thethree sulfur atoms with a given copper atom are approximately coplanar. Each group--C--S_2 with Cu atom on a vertex of the tetetrahedron forms a five-member ring. Thesefive-member rings are also approximately cooplanar. The molecule possesses an approachingS_4 point symmetry. The mechanism for the formation of the title compound involves a redox reaction.which is discussed in this paper.  相似文献

A novel two-dimensional lead(II) coordination polymer 1, [C11H7Cl2NO3Pb]n, has been prepared by solvothermal reaction of new bridging ligand(5-chloro-quinolin-8-yloxy)acetic acid(HL) with PbCl2, and its structure was characterized by IR, elemental analysis, TG-DTA and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 16.7603(7), b = 8.6907(4), c = 8.4745(3), β = 101.1110(11)°, C11H7Cl2NO3 Pb, Mr = 479.27, V = 1211.25(9)3, Z = 4, Dc = 2.628 g/cm3, F(000) = 880, μ = 14.367 mm-1, R = 0.0173 and wR = 0.0508. The asymmetric unit contains one lead(II) cation, one(5-chloro-quinolin-8-yloxy)acetate(L) ligand and a chloride ion. The PbII center is hepta-coordinated in a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. The coordination sphere of the Pb atom is completed by two oxygen atoms and one nitrogen atom of the same L ligand, two bridging chloride ions and two bridging oxygen atoms of two adjacent L ligands. Two PbII centers are linked by the two L ligands to form a C2-symmetric dimer unit with a planar [Pb2O2] ring. Each dimer unit acts as a secondary building unit(SBU) and links adjacent four dimer units by the chloride atoms and oxygen atoms of carboxylate groups of L, forming a two-dimensional array. Such two-dimensional layers are packed through intermolecular C–H···Cl hydrogen bonds into a three-dimensional supramolecular structure. When the dimer unit is viewed as a 4-connected node, 1 is simplified as a 4-nodal 2-D network with square lattices of the diagonal lengths to be 6.079(1). The fluorescence emission peak of complex 1 appears near 407 nm.  相似文献

Each pair of Mo atoms is further bridged by an S_2~(2-) radical, in which one S atom is essentially situated on the triangular plane formed by these three Mo atoms and the other one is situated on the side of the plane opposite to the μ_3-O atom. Besides, each Mo atom is coordinated to two S atoms belonging to an [S_2P(OEt)_2]~-radical so as to complete a nearly pen  相似文献

<正>A novel dinuclear zinc(Ⅱ)complex[Zn_2L(μ-OAc)](PF_6)_2(CH_3OH)has been synthesized from a new symmetrical compartmental ligand HL in which the pendant arms, bearing pyridyl groups, are bridged by 1,3-diaminopropan-2-ol.X-ray crystal structure shows that the two zinc atoms reside within the adjacent ligand compartments and are bridged by the endogenous alkoxo-O from ligand and one exogenous carboxylate from acetate with a syn-syn mode. The coordination geometry of two zinc atoms is a distorted trigonal bipyramid with the pyridyl-N atoms and bridging alkoxo-O atom providing the equatorial donor set.Such coordination geometry observed in this complex is similar to that found in the dinuclear unit of phospholipase C.  相似文献

The novel dinuclear copper complex [Cu2(H2O)2(DMF)2(L)2](1, H2 L = 5-phenyl-2H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic acid, DMF = N,N-dimethyl-formamide) has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The compound crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 9.591, b = 10.508, c = 15.515 ?, β = 75.11°, V = 1446.2 ?3, Z = 2, Mr = 683.62, Dc = 1.570 g/cm3, μ = 1.531 mm-1, F(000) = 700, the final R = 0.0404 and w R = 0.1130 for 5327 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). In each unit of the complex, two Cu2+ ions coordinated with two triazole ligands to form a dimeric [5,6,5] tricyclic structure. The central Cu atom is five-coordinated, and each copper atom shows a square pyramidal geometry. The crystal structure is stabilized by the inversion-related O–H···O hydrogen bond and C–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions to form a layer structure. Fluorescent spectra show an obvious quenching of fluorescence compared with free 1,2,3-triazole ligand. The results of agarose gel electrophoresis indicate that this complex can cleave the plasmid supercoiled DNA within shorter time in the 50-folds excess of ascorbate under physiological conditions, providing a new example in the research for artificial metal nucleic acid enzyme.  相似文献

The title compound bis(1-(4-(dimethylamino)benzylidene)-4-phenylthiosemicar-bazato)-palladium(Ⅱ)(PdL2) was obtained by reacting 1-(4-(dimethylamino)benzylidene)-4-phenyl-thiosemicarbazide with dichlorobis(benzonitrile)palladium(Ⅱ) in methanol, and its structure was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of PdL2 was obtained in dimethyl-formamide(DMF) solvent with solvent molecules involved in the cell and crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2 with a = 18.485(15),b = 7.090(5),c = 17.595(11) ,β = 121.21(3)o,V = 1972(2) 3,Z = 2,Mr = 847.40,Dc = 1.427 g/cm3,μ = 0.624 mm-1,F(000) = 880,R = 0.0607 and wR = 0.1358.The Pd atom adopts a distorted square planar coordination geometry with two Pd-N and two Pd-S bonds. The ligand loses a proton from its tautomeric thiol form and coordinates to the Pd atom via mercapto sulfur and the imine nitrogen atom, which binds to palladium as bidentate N,S-donors forming five-membered chelate rings. The complex formed hydrogen bonding interaction with solvent DMF molecules from the hydrogen of phenylamine to the oxygen of DMF and several intramolecular hydrogen bonds.Pd(Ⅱ) perturbed ligand π-π* transition and metal-to-ligand charge transfer(MLCT) transition are observed in its electronic absorption spectra. The complex exhibits intraligand 1π-π*(IL) state and MLCT state dual fluorescent emissions in organic solvent at room temperature.  相似文献

A novel ligand N-ethyl-1,10-phenanthroline-2-methanamine and its Ni(Ⅱ) complex have been synthesized. The crystal structure of the complex has been determined by X-ray diffraction method. The Ni(Ⅱ) is five-coordinated by three nitrogen atoms from the ligand and two Cl- anions in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal environment: the N(2), Cl(1) and Cl(2) in equatorial plane; the N(1) and N(3) in axial positions. The UV-spectra and IR-spectra of the ligand and its Ni(Ⅱ) complex were recorded and discussed. The thermodynamic properties of the ligand with various bivalent metals were studied by potentiometric titrations and the order of the stability constants is in agreement with the Irving-Williams order in coordination chemistry. Three azide bridged complexes, namely, [Mn_2L_2(N_3)_4(H_2O)_2](1), [Co_2L_2(N_3)_4]·(H_2O)_3(2) and [Ni_2L_2(N_3)_3(H_2O)]N_3·(H_2O)_4(3)(L = 2-morpholine-4-yl-4,6-di-pyrazol-1-yl-1,3,5-triazine), were synthesized by the reaction of L ligand, sodium azide with Mn(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ) chlorides. The copper(Ⅱ) chloride combined with thiocyanate and L ligand to form a mononuclear complex [CuL(CH_3OH)(SCN)(NCS)](4). Complexes 1~4 were characterized by IR, elemental analysis and X-ray crystallographic analysis. It was worth noting that two Mn(Ⅱ) atoms were connected by the end-to-end mode in 1, while Co(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ) atoms were connected by the end-on mode in 2 and 3. In complex 4, the central copper atom was coordinated with a sulfur atom and a nitrogen atom of the two thiocyanate ligands, respectively. Hydrogen bonds, π-π stacking interactions, thermogravimetric analysis and fluorescence properties of 1~4 were studied.  相似文献

A Trihydrated complex of benzimidazole copper(Ⅱ) sulfate [(C7H6N2)4CuSO4]·3H2O was synthesized and structurally characterized. The crystal structure of this compound is built up of six solvated water molecules and two dissimilar copper ions identified as Cu1 and Cu2. The coordination geometry of copper(Ⅱ) is a slightly distorted square pyramid. The four equivalent tertiary nitrogen atoms of the benzimidazole ligand form an equatorial plane, while the oxygen atoms of sulfato occupy the axial site. In the solid state, the title compound forms a three dimensional network structure via hydrogen bonds. The benzimidazole, sulfato ion and H2O moieties are connected by the intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The (EPR) spectrum shows axial symmetry with g⊥=2.039 and g∥=2.285. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibility shows that there is a weak antiferromagnetic interaction between the neighboring copper(Ⅱ) ions.  相似文献
