Reactions of 2-(2-benzoimidazolyl)acetonitrile and Na N3 with Zn SO4 or Zn Cl2 in the presence of nicotinic acid in the mixture of Et OH/H2 O afforded a mononuclear compound [Zn(L1)2](1) and a 1-D polymer [Zn(L1)Cl]n(2), respectively(L1 = 5-[(benzoimidazolyl)methyl]-1H-tetrazolate). However, in the similar condition except that imidazole was added instead of nicotinic acid, the reaction afforded a 1-D compound [Zn(L1)2]n(3) featuring triply helical chains via the π-π stacking of ligands. They are characterized by elemental analysis and IR, and their structures have been determined by X-ray crystallography. Thermal stability of these compounds was measured by TGA and their luminescent properties were investigated at room temperature.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer, namely [Zn_2(CAPA)(DMA)(H_2O)]_(2n)·n(H_2O)(1,H_4CAPA = 5-(bis(4-carboxybenzyl) amino) isophthalic acid, DMA = N,N-dimethylacetamide) has been synthesized through a solvothermal method and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, infrared spectra, and thermogravimetric analyses. The crystal structure is of monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 8.0585(5), b = 18.9733(10), c = 20.2044(14) ?, β = 101.144(7)o, V = 3030.9(3) ?~3, C_(56)H_(54)Zn_4N_4O_(21), M_r = 1378.58, Z = 2). The compound forms a three-dimensional(3D) supramolecular framework by linking adjacent layers via hydrogen bonds and π···π interactions. It is interesting that the crystal structure is much related to the flexibility and configuration of the ligand. In addition, the thermal stability and luminescence properties for the compound have also been investigated.  相似文献

By using solvothermal method,two novel coordination polymers based on 4-(4-carboxyphen-yl)-1,2,4-triazole(Hcpt) and Zn(Ⅱ) cations,[Zn(cpt)(OH)]_n·n H_2O(FJU-32) and [Zn(cpt)(atrz)]n(FJU-33)(Hatrz = 3-amino-1,2,4-triazolate),were synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses,elemental analyses,FT-IR and powder X-ray diffraction. FJU-32 crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/c with a = 3.7441(3),b = 23.0384(19),c = 11.8562(10) ?,β = 99.069(8)o,V = 1009.91(15) ?3,Dc = 1.898 g/cm3,C_9H_9N_3O_4Zn,Mr = 288.57,F(000) = 916,μ(MoKα) = 2.439 mm~(-1),Z = 4,R = 0.0600 and wR = 0.1306 for 2412 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)),and R = 0.0704 and wR = 0.1349 for all data. FJU-33 crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 12.7483(5),b = 9.9922(3),c = 9.8403(3) ?,β = 100.756(4)°,V = 1231.47(7) ?~3,Dc = 1.816 g/cm~3,C_(11)H_9N_7O_2Zn,Mr = 336.62,F(000) = 680,μ(Cu Kα) = 2.957 mm~(-1),Z = 4,R = 0.0478 and w R = 0.1184 for 2466 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)),and R = 0.0687 and w R = 0.1309 for all data. In FJU-32,Zn(Ⅱ) is coordinated to three μ3-OH groups forming an unprecedented 1D zigzag-like double chain,and the 1D double chains are connected to four neighbouring double chains by the cpt ligands to form an extended 3D porous coordination polymer. In FJU-33,the adjacent [Zn(atrz)] 2D layers are further connected by the cpt ligands via Zn–O coordinated bonds and neighboring interlayer hydrogen-bonding interactions to give rise to an overall 3D pillared layer structure. The neutron triazole group of the cpt ligand has weaker coordination ability than the triazolate anion of atrz ligand. Furthermore,FJU-32 and FJU-33 display high thermal stability up to 300 ℃,and the solid state fluorescence reveals that two new complexes are potential optical materials.  相似文献

Studies on the synthesis and design of coordination polymers(CPs) with flexible ligands are of great interest owing to their dynamic structures and promising applications. The title coordination polymers, {[Cd·(HTTTA)·(phen)]·2H_2 O}n(1) and [Cd·(HTTTA)·(phen)]n(2)(H3 TTTA = 2,2',2'-[1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-triyltris(thio)] tris-acetic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, powder XRD and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 consists of one CdII ion, one HTTTA2-ligand and one phen co-ligand. The Cd(Ⅱ) metal clusters were bridged by the tridentate HTTTA2-ligands into infinite 1D chains, which are further connected into the 3D architecture by abundant hydrogen bonds. In 2, three carboxyl groups of HTTTA2-ligand show different coordination directions because of the C–S–C flexible bond angle, which leads to different 1D chains of 2. The strong π-π stacking interaction and four C–H···O hydrogen bonds connect the 1D chains into a 3D framework. The solid-state photoluminescence and catalytic properties were studied as well.  相似文献

Three coordination polymers based on the V-shaped 4,4'-dicarboxybiphenyl sulfone (H2sdba) ligands, [Zn3(μ-OH)2(sdba)2]n·2nH2O 1, [Zn2(sdba)2(4,4'-bipy)]n·2nH2O 2 and [Zn3(sdba)3(py)2]n·n(py)·nH2O 3 (4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipydine), were hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. Complex 1 features the 2D planes constructed by the sdba ligands linking infinite Zn-O-C SBUs. The 4,4'-bipy ligands in 2 bridge the Zn^II-sdba chains into interpenetrated 2D planes. The 3D network of α-Po topology in 3 is built from tri-nuclear Zn3 units with a [Zn3(OOC)6] structure. The intense blue and yellow luminescence was observed in complexes 1~3 which may result from ligand-to-metal charge transfer (LMCT).  相似文献

Two new cadmium(Ⅱ) and zinc(Ⅱ) coordination polymers, {[Cd(btre)0.5-(mip)(H_2O)_2]·H_2O}n(1) and [Zn(btre)(mip)]n(2), were synthesized at room temperature condition and characterized by IR spectra, elemental analyses, single-crystal and powder X-ray diffractions(btre = 1,2-bis(1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)ethane, H2 mip = 5-methyl-1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid). Complex 1 belongs to the triclinic system, P1 space group, with a = 8.9830(6), b = 10.0579(6), c = 10.2479(9) ?, α = 98.837(6), β = 115.975(8), γ = 106.370(6)°, V = 756.30(11) ?~3 and Z = 2; complex 2 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a = 7.0332(3), b = 14.9947(7), c = 15.9689(7) ?, β = 97.1170(10)°, V = 1671.12(13) ?~3 and Z = 4. Compounds 1 and 2 based on the same N/O-donor ligands show different structures. The one-dimensional chains of 1 are further linked by hydrogen bonding and π-π interactions to yield a three-dimensional supramolecular structure. The two-dimensional(6,3) networks of 2 are further extended into a 3D framework via π-π interactions. Thermal stabilities and luminescence of 1 and 2 were investigated.  相似文献

Three complexes obtained by the reaction of Pr(Ⅲ) or Nd(Ⅲ) salts with 5-methyl-2-pyrazinecarboxylic acid(Hmpca) are structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Complex [Pr(mpca-)3(H2O)2]2·6H2O(1) is composed of dinuclear Pr(Ⅲ) units with two metal centers bridged by two anionic mpca-ligands in a κ3O,O':O' bridging mode.Complexes [Pr(mpca-)3]n(2) and [Nd(mpca-)3]n(3) are isostructures,and they consist of polymeric chains based on Ln(Ⅲ) and mpca-ligands.Each pair of adjacent metal centers is linked by three mpca-molecules in a κ3N,O:O bridging mode.  相似文献

Coordination polymers are a novel class of crystalline materials, which have attracted a huge amount of interest in recent decades. We selected an organic ligand 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid(H_3 BTC) to assemble with Mn(Ⅱ) ions to construct a novel Mn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer crystal material(namely complex 1). The resultant sample was successfully synthesized under the solvothermal reaction. Complex 1 possesses a three-dimensional(3D) framework based on two different Mn(Ⅱ) clusters: [Mn_4(COO)_8] and [Mn_2(COO_4)]. Furthermore, the resultant sample can be characterized in detail by powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD), Fourier-transform infrared spectra(FT-IR), thermal gravimetric analyses(TGA), elemental analysis(C, H and N) and luminescence.  相似文献

Two cobalt coordination polymers with the same 2D structure have been hydrothermally synthesized based on two bifunctional ligands with tetrazole and phosphonate(phosphonic acid) groups,namely,diethyl 4-(2H-1,2,3,4-tetrazol-5-yl) benzylphosphonate(C_2H_5-L1) and 4-(2H-1,2,3,4-tetrazol-5-yl)benzylphosphonic acid(H_2L2). The structures of the two complexes are characterized by elemental analysis,IR,TGA and X-ray single-crystal/powder diffraction. The pink block crystals of complex [Co(L1)(H_2O)]·H_2O(1) belong to the monoclinic system,space group C2/m with a = 20.8390(11),b = 7.2695(3),c = 10.0156(6) ?,β = 109.773(7)o,V = 1427.80(13) ?~3,Z = 4,D_c = 1.680 mg/cm~(-3),M_r = 361.16,F(000) = 740,R = 0.0316 and wR = 0.0826 for 1702 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). The purple block crystals of complex [Co(L2)(H_2O)]·2H_2O(2) also belong to the monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a = 25.5382(16),b = 7.3844(3),c = 15.1925(11) ?,β = 124.238(9)o,V = 2368.6(2) ?~3,Z = 8,D_c = 1.969 mg/cm~(-3),M_r = 351.12,F(000) = 1432,R = 0.0475,wR = 0.1617 for 2088 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). Both the nitrogen atoms of tetrazole group and oxygen atoms of phosphonate(phosphonic acid) groups in the ligands coordinated with the metal cobalt. A new complex with formula [Cd(3-pbpmb)_2 I_2]_n 1(3-pbpmb = 1,4-bis(pyridine-3-ylmethoxy)benzene), has been solvothermally synthesized and characterized. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 8.2905(17), b = 16.078(3), c = 13.213(3) ?, β = 99.44(3)°, Mr = 950.86, V = 1737.3(6) ?~3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.818 g/cm~3, F(000) = 924, m = 2.450 mm~(-1), the final R = 0.0198 and w R = 0.0467 for 3053 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). The Cd(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated by four N atoms of four 3-pbpmb ligands and two iodine ions to furnish a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The Cd(Ⅱ) ion and its own symmetry-related ions are bridged by N atoms from two 3-pbpmb ligands to generate a "zigzag" 1-D chain coordination polymer. These 1D chains are further connected into a three-dimensional(3D) framework by C–H×××pinteractions and intermolecular C–H×××I hydrogen bond. Interestingly, 1 displays efficient sorption of molecular iodine gas(up to 111 wt%), but invalid sorption of molecular water gas.  相似文献

A copper(Ⅰ)-iodide coordination polymer, namely {[Cu3 I3(Tipa)2]·3(DMF)}n(1), was synthesized from tetrahedral Cu4 I4(py)4 precursor and tris(4-(~1H-imidazol-1-yl)phenyl) amine)(Tipa) ligand in N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF) and methanol, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Its crystal crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P2/c with a = 12.849(4), b = 12.034(3), c = 24.619(7) ?, β = 104.681(4)°, Mr = 1604.52, V = 3682.4(18) ?3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.447 g/cm3, μ = 2.163 mm-1, S = 0.975, F(000) = 1580, the final R = 0.0835 and wR = 0.2354 for 6471 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). In compound 1, the Cu4 I4(py)4 was in-situ changed into another neutral CuI unit. Interestingly, two CuI units and two imidazole rings of the tipa ligands form a macrocyclic loop, which are further linked by another CuI unit and the third imidazole ring of the tipa ligands to produce a 1 D loop-containing chain. Solvent molecules were filled in the pore of the loop, which prevents the interpenetration of each other. The packing of these 1 D chains generates a 1 D channel along the a-axis, which is filled by disordered DMF molecules. In addition, compound 1 exhibits high thermal stability and strong photoluminescence at room temperature.  相似文献

While compound 2 crystallizes in monoclinic C2/c space group,with a = 15.6003(14),b = 11.9152(11),c = 26.633(3) ?,β = 94.320(2)°,V = 4936.5(8) ?~3,Z = 4,M_r = 1115.67,Dc = 1.496 Mg/m~3,μ = 1.043 mm~(-1),F(000) = 2272,the final R = 0.0499 and w R = 0.1342 for 2659 observed reflections with I 2σ(I) and shows a classical 3D cds topological network with point symbol of {65.8}. Two novel clusters [Mn~Ⅲ_3(μ_3-O)(phendox)3]X·13H_2O(X = Cl(1), Br(2]) have been obtained from the solvothermal reactions of 1,10-phenanthroline-2,9-dicarbaldehyde dioxime(H_2phendox) with MnCl_2·4H_2O or anhydrous MnBr_2, and their structures were characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, XRD, TGA, MS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in trigonal, space group P3_1/c. X-ray analysis reveals that the neighbouring [Mn_3(μ_3-O)(phendox)_3]+ cores are linked by C–H···Cl hydrogen bonds and form an infinite supramolecular chain along the c-axis. Neighbouring chains are packed with each other by off-set p-p interactions of the aromatic rings on phenox2-. A 3D supramolecular architecture in a honeycomb topology is formed with 1D hexagonal channel in the dimensions of 13? × 13? along the c-axis. The gas adsorption studies show that compound 1·13H_2O is stable upon the removal of guest molecules and the desolvated compound absorbed considerable amount of CO_2.  相似文献

A new Zn(II) coordination polymer [Zn3(BTC)2(4,4'-bpy)(CO)2]n(1, H3 BTC =1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, 4,4'-bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine) has been prepared through urothermal reaction of zinc nitrate hexahydrate with 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid and 4,4'-bipyridine, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, TGA and powder XRD, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 10.262(3), b = 18.838(5), c =15.083(4) A, β = 99.203(4)o, V = 2878.3(14) A3, C30H14Zn3N2O14, Mr = 822.54, Z = 4, Dc = 1.898g/cm3, μ = 2.561 mm-1, F(000) = 1640, R = 0.0363 and w R = 0.0932 for 2828 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis shows that the asymmetric unit of the title compound contains two crystallographically unique Zn(II) atoms which are connected by BTC3- ligands and 4,4'-bpy coligands to form a 3D framework with 1D channels. The solid luminescence of ligand and the title complex was also studied at room temperature.  相似文献

Two new low-dimensional Mn(Ⅱ) coordination compounds of Mn(H_2pimdc)_2(phen)(compound 1) and [Mn(Hpimdc)(phen)]n·nH_2O(compound 2) were synthesized, where H_3pimdc is a 2-propyl-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid and phen is 1,10-phenanthroline. Both compounds were thoroughly analyzed by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, element analysis, IR spectra, PXRD and thermal analysis. X-ray single-crystal diffraction analyses indicate that the phen ligands terminate metal ions on two sides to prevent the linkage between the neighboring metal ions into a higher dimensional structure in compounds 1 and 2. Compound 1 is constructed from mononuclear molecules which form the 1D helical supramolecular chain by N–H···O hydrogen bonds. In compound 2, Hpimdc is a tetradentate bridging ligand, which binds Mn(Ⅱ) ions to generate a single-stranded right helical chain parallel to the b axis. These 1D chains are additionally coupled by H-bonds as well as π···π stacking interactions, which formed a 3D supramolecular structure. Additionally, compound 2 demonstrated temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibility and negative value of θ(equal to –9.09 K), which is indicative of weak antiferromagnetic interactions between Mn(Ⅱ) ions.  相似文献

The result shows that complexes 1 and 2 crystallize in orthorhombic system, space group Pna21 with a = 16.3602(13), b = 10.1465(8), c = 21.8803(17) ?, V = 3632.1(5) ?3, Z = 4, D3 c = 1.525 g/cm, F(000) = 1728, R = 0.0292 and wR = 0.0668 for 6646 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)) for complex 1 and a = 16.409(3), b = 10.1625(17), c = 21.918(4) ?, V = 3654.9(11) ?3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.752 g/cm~3, F(000) = 1936, R = 0.0309 and wR = 0.0600 for 6809 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)) for complex 2. Two new Cu(II) coordination polymers, [Cu2(tbph)2(btb)2]n(1) and {[Cu2(tbph)2-(bth)2]·H2O}n(2),(H2tbph = 4-tert-butyl-phthalic acid, btb = 1,4-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1- yl)butane, bth = 1,6-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)hexane), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Complex 1 has a 2D sql layer. Complex 2 shows a(3,4)-connected 2D sheet with a(4.64.8)(4.82) topology. The thermal behavior of the two corresponding complexes has briefly been investigated.  相似文献
