Helical Coordination Polymer with a 3-Fold Interpenetration Structure Based on 5-(Hydroxymethyl)isophthalic Acid

5-(Hydroxymethyl) isophthalic acid(H_2HIA) as a novel organic ligand was prepared from 3,5-bis(methoxycarbonyl)benzoic acid by a two-step method. And then, a 3D helical coordination polymer with a 3-fold interpenetration structure, namely [Zn1/2(HIA)1/2(DPEE)1/2]n(1), was hydrothermally synthesized at 160 ℃, using H2 HIA ligands to assemble with DPEE ligands and Zn2+ ions. Complex 1 crystalizes in orthorhombic system, space group Pnna, with a = 8.2118(5), b = 17.1698(7), c =14.9922(7) ?, V = 2113.82(18) ?~3, μ = 1.194 mm-1, Z = 4 and S = 0.967. Moreover, some physical characteristics of complex 1, such as powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD), thermogravimetry analyses(TGA) and photoluminescent properties, were also investigated.     

一维链状锰配位聚合物的合成、晶体结构与性能研究

本文合成了1个新的一维链状锰的配位聚合物{[Mn(HL)(phen)(H2O)2].1.5H2O}n,(H3L=2-羟基-5-羧基苯磺酸),并且进行了元素分析、红外、热重、荧光、紫外、粉末XRD及单晶X射线衍射等表征及研究。标题化合物属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,a=0.840 57(17)nm,b=1.757 5(4)nm,c=2.873 4(6)nm,β=92.54(3)°,V=4.240 7(16)nm 3,Z=4,R=0.027 0。每个Mn(Ⅱ)离子与邻菲咯啉配体的2个N原子、磺酸配体中的1个磺酸基O原子和羧基O原子以及2个配位水分子配位,展示出扭曲的八面体几何构型。2个相邻的Mn(Ⅱ)八面体单元通过1个磺酸基氧原子和1个羧基氧原子连接形成一维链状结构,该一维链进一步通过氢键作用构筑成三维网状结构。     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Novel 1D Magnesium(II) Coordination Polymer Constructed by L-Cysteic Acid

A novel coordination polymer [Mg(L)(H2O)2]·H2O] (LH2 = L-cysteic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal crystallizes in orthorhombic system, space group P212121, with a = 5.962(3), b = 11.224(6), c = 13.664(7) , V = 914.3(8) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 245.50, Dc = 1.783 g/cm3, μ = 0.445 mm–1, flack parameter = 0.32(16), F(000) = 512, the final R = 0.0458 and wR = 0.1172 for 1578 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The Mg(II) atom shows an octahedral geometry defined by two carboxyl O atoms from two different L-cysteic acid ligands, one carboxyl O atom and one amino N atom from the adjacent ligand, and two aqua ligands. The Mg(II) atoms are bridged by L-cysteic acid ligands, leading to a 1D infinite zigzag chain. In the structure there are extensive hydrogen bonds, through which the complex completes its 3D framework structure.     

由异烟酰胺基间苯二甲酸根构筑的混核钴铕配位聚合物的合成、晶体结构及荧光性质

由水热法合成了一个混核金属配位聚合物{[CoEu₂(INAIP)₄(H₂O)₆]·2.5H₂O}_n(1)(INAIP^2-=异烟酰胺基间苯二甲酸根),并对其进行了元素分析、IR及X-射线衍射法表征。晶体结构研究表明：配合物1属于三斜晶系,P1 空间群。配合物1是由配体异烟酰胺基间苯二甲酸连接而成的二维双层状结构,该二维层通过氢键拓展为三维超分子结构。配合物1的荧光测试研究表明它具有典型的稀土铕离子红色荧光。

利用5-磺基间苯二甲酸单钠盐（NaH₂L）和La(NO₃)₃在水热条件下成功合成了一种新型配位聚合物[La(L)(H₂O)₃]_n·nH₂O（1, CCDC: 1422966）,其结构和性质经IR, X-射线单晶衍射,元素分析,热重分析和FL表征。结果表明：La³⁺为九配位,呈三帽三棱柱配位构型。化合物1基于La³⁺和L^3-配体的两种拓扑非等价节点,呈现出五连接3D柱层状金属有机骨架结构,Schlafli符号为(4⁵, 6⁵)。化合物¹的荧光发射峰位于410 nm,归属于配体到金属的电荷转移。

Hydrothermal Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Luminescence Property of a 2D Manganese(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer

Solvothermal reactions of MnCl_2·4H_2O with(pyridin-2-yl)methyl 4-(2-(4-((pyridin-2-yl)methoxy)phenyl)diazenyl)benzoate(L1) via an in situ ligand transformation reaction produced a new coordination polymer, {[Mn_(2.5)Cl_3L_2(H_2O)]·H_2O}_n(1, where HL = 4-(2-(4-((pyridin-2-yl)methoxy)phenyl)diazenyl)benzoic acid). The L1 ligand was decomposed in situ to L~- which was coordinated with Mn(Ⅱ) to form compound 1 in the solvothermal synthesis process. Complex 1 was characterized by IR spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Compound 1 possesses a 2D network. In addition, stability and photoluminescent property of 1 were also investigated.

Hydrothermal Synthesis,Structure and Properties of a 3D Pillar-layered Metal-organic Framework Based on Amino-arenedisulfonate Ligand

One novel metal-organic framework(MOF), [Ba(L)(H_2O)_(1.5)]_n(1, H_2L =aniline-2,5-disulfonic acid), has been synthesized by hydrothermal method. Each barium atom is eleven-coordinated into a distorted monocapped pentagonal antiprismatic arrangement. Compound 1 shows an interesting 3 D pillar-layered structure constructed from 2 D inorganic layers[Ba(SO_3)_2(H_2O)_(1.5)]_(n) and organic pillars of phenyl moieties of L2-linkages. The inorganic layers are supported by the organic pillars, generating a novel 3 D open framework structure with {3, 4~6, 5~5, 6~5,7~4}2{3}{5} topology. The result of fluorescence measurement can reveal that the decayed emission band centered at 492 nm may be caused by the interactions of the ligands and the metal ions.Compound 1 exhibits selective toward the adsorption of CO_2 over N_2 at 273 K.

一个新颖三维配位聚合物Pb(1，4-napdc)(DMF)的合成、结构及热稳定性研究

A novel 3D metal-organic coordination polymer Pb(1,4-napdc)(DMF) (1,4-napdc=naphthalene-1,4-dicarboxylate) was synthesized at room temperature using slow vapor diffusion method to grow single crystal that has been analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic with space group P2₁2₁2₁. The unit cell parameters are as fellows: a=0.701 3(2) nm, b=1.407 6(3) nm, c=1.521 5(4) nm, V=1.501 8(6) nm³ and Z=4. In the crystal structure of Pb(1,4-napdc)(DMF), the square grids constructed with paddle-wheel units of Pb(Ⅱ) and 1,4-napdc links stack over each other to generate infinite 3D network, which has square apertures (1.158×1.158 nm²) along the crystallographic a-axis. The thermal stability of compound was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis. CCDC: 293617.     

Synthesis, Crystal Structure, and Luminescent Properties of a Cadmium(II) Coordination Polymer Based on Glutaric Acid and Triazole

A new coordination polymer, [Cd₇(μ ₃-O)₂(glut)₂(Hglut)₂(trz)₄]_n (1) (H₂glut = glutaric acid and Htrz = 1,2,4-triazole), has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions, and further characterized by elemental analysis, IR, thermogravimetric analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 features a fairly complicated three-dimensional (3D) (3,3,6,10)-connected framework constructed from two-dimensional (2D) infinite [Cd₇(μ ₃-O)₂(glut)₄(Hglut)₂]_n layers and [Cd(trz)₄]^2? units. Moreover, the thermal stability and photoluminescent properties of 1 were also investigated.     

镝与二甘醇酸的配位聚合物的水热合成、晶体结构及荧光性质

DyCl₃·6H₂O与二甘醇酸(H₂dga)在水热条件下反应得到配位聚合物{[Dy₂(dga)₃(H₂O)₄]·2H₂O}_n，用X-射线衍射单晶结构分析方法确定了其晶体结构。该配合物的晶体属于正交晶系，C222₁空间群。在配合物中，Dy³⁺离子存在两种类型的配位环境。九配位的Dy1离子与3个二甘醇酸根的6个羧基氧原子和3个醚氧原子配位，其配位多面体可描述为一个扭曲的单帽四方反棱柱;八配位的Dy2离子周围的8个配位氧原子形成一个扭曲的四方反棱柱配位多面体，其中4个氧原子来自4个二甘醇酸根，另外4个氧原子由4个配位水分子提供。二甘醇酸配体的2个羧基和其醚氧原子同时与Dy³⁺离子配位而形成2D网状结构。 该配合物在室温下的固体荧光光谱显示了中心Dy³⁺离子的特征荧光，位于483 nm和574 nm的发射峰分别对应于Dy³⁺离子的 ⁴F_9/2 → ⁶H_15/2和 ⁴F_9/2 → ⁶H_13/2跃迁。     

1,1,1,1-(间羟基苯甲酸-氧甲基)甲烷构筑的一维链状铜配合物的合成与晶体结构

设计合成了半刚性四足配体H4L(H4L=1,1,1,1-(间羟基苯甲酸-氧甲基)甲烷),在溶剂热条件下合成了其Cu(Ⅱ)配位聚合物[Cu(H2L)(Py)2]n(Py=吡啶),并进行了常规表征,用单晶X射线衍射测定了配合物的晶体结构。结果表明此配合物属单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,a=1.943 0(7)nm,b=0.926 4(3)nm,c=2.784 9(9)nm,β=96.763(3)°,V=4.978(3)nm3,Z=4,F(000)=1 724。配合物中的金属铜离子与2个相邻1,1,1,1-(间羟基苯甲酸-羟甲基)甲烷上的羧基及2个吡啶四配位而堆积成一维链状配位聚合物,配体中另外两臂未参与有效配位。Platon计算表明每个晶胞的溶剂可及体积约为1.397 nm3(扣除表面原子的范德华半径),占晶胞体积的28.1%,TGA分析表明该框架在236.9℃前保持稳定。     

Synthesis and Structure of a 3D Manganese Coordination Polymer with 1,3-Bis（benzimidazol-1-ylmethyl）-2,4,6-trimethylbenzene and 1,5-Naphthalenedisulfonate

The organic-inorganic hybrid polymer [Mn(mbbimb)2(1,5-nds)]n 1 has been synthesized using 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonate (1,5-nds) and 1,3-bis(benzimidazol-1-ylmethyl)- 2,4, 6-trimethylbenzene (mbbimb) with Mn(OAC)2·4H2O in solvothermal reaction. The X-ray crystal structure analysis indicates that 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 21.3546(17), b = 11.8841(7), c = 22.1588(16) , β = 108.058(3)°, C60H54MnN8O6S2, Mr = 1102.17, Ζ = 4, V = 5346.5(7) 3, Dc = 1.369 g/cm3, μ = 0.386 mm-1, F(000) = 2300, S = 1.091, R = 0.0634 and wR = 0.1559 for 4641 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). The Mn center is six-coordinated to furnish a distorted octahedral geometry, and the overall framework is a 6-con- nected 3D net.     

新型手性金属-有机配位聚合物的合成、结构与性质

在水热条件下, 分别用过渡金属离子Zn(Ⅱ)和Co(Ⅱ)与混合手性羧酸和含氮配体反应, 合成了2个手性金属-有机配位聚合物[M(D-cam)(H₂mbdpz)]_n[M=Zn(1), Co(2); D-H₂cam=D-(+)-樟脑酸; H₂mbdpz=4,4'-亚甲基二(3,5-二甲基吡唑)]. 通过单晶X射线衍射、粉末X射线衍射、元素分析、热重分析及荧光分析对其结构、组成和性质进行了表征. 单晶结构分析表明, 配合物1和2是异质同晶的手性三维开放骨架结构, 具有单节点三连接的ThSi₂型网络拓扑结构.     

三维银配位聚合物[Ag3(IN)2(CF3COO)]的水热合成与晶体结构

本文在水热条件下, 通过4-氰基吡啶发生原位水解得到异烟酸, 将其与AgCF3CO2作用合成了新型银配位聚合物, 并通过元素分析和X射线单晶衍射分析等手段对其结构进行了表征.
