Hydrothermal reactions of 5-(tetrazol-5-yl) isophthalic acid with cadmium nitrate/praseodymium nitrate led to two complexes of [Cd_3(TZI)_2(H2_O)_(11)]_n(1) and [Pr(TZI)(H_2O)_5]_n(2). Their structures and properties were determined by X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, fluorescence spectrum, thermal gravimetric analyses and elemental analysis. Complex 1 belongs to monoclinic system, I2/c space group, with a = 12.8688(3), b = 18.0925(3), c = 14.5190(3) ?, β = 116.054(3)°, V =3036.92(13) ?~3, Z = 4; complex 2 crystallizes in triclinic, space group P 1, with a = 7.9690(5), b =9.7665(8), c = 10.4353(9) ?, α = 116.709(9), β = 107.461(6), γ = 95.671(6)°, V = 665.54(9) ?3 and Z =2. Complex 1 is a 3D planar structure. Complex 2 is a one-dimensional double chain configuration and extends into a 3D network by hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions.  相似文献

Two compounds have been obtained by the reaction of metal(Cu(II)), 4,4?-bis(imidazol-l-yl)diphenyl thioether(BIDPT) with two carboxylic acids, 4,4?-oxydibenzoic acid(H_2oba) and phthalic acid(H_2pht). The crystal structures of the resulting compounds, namely {[Cu(BIDPT)(oba)]·H2O}n(1) and {Cu(BIDPT)(pht)}n(2), have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Compound 1 is of orthorhombic system, space group Pbcn with a = 27.8310(3), b = 10.7791(1), c = 19.3913(2) ?, V = 5817.0(3) ?3 and Mr = 656.15. Compound 2 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 18.2678(2), b = 11.0259(1), c = 22.906(2) ?, β = 97.727(2)o, V = 4571.8(8) ?3 and Mr = 545.04. Structural analyses reveal that compounds 1 and 2 respectively exhibit two-dimensional(2D) wavy and corrugated layer structures. Through intermolecular hydrogen bonding, compound 1 is assembled into a 3D supramolecular structure. The thermal stability and ultraviolet spectroscopy properties of the two compounds are also investigated.  相似文献

The interaction of metal ions(Hg~(2+),Pb~(2+),Co~(2+),Mn~(2+)) with polypyridyl quinoxaline ligand 2,3,6,7,10,ll-hexakis(2-pyridyl)dipyrazino[2,3-f:20,30-h]quinoxaline(HPDQ) was investigated,and four new complexes have been synthesized and characterized.Complex 1 exhibits a 0dimensional dual-core structure,2 is a one-dimensional chain structure based on a dual-core Pb unit,while 3 and 4 show a 0 dimensional single-core structural unit.Complex 1 is of monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a = 19.211(4),b = 23.896(5),c = 12.698(3) ?,β= 120.11(3)°,V= 5043.0(17)?~3,Z = 4,S = 1.053,F(000) = 2976,R~a = 0.0637 and wR~b = 0.1068(I 2σ(I)).Complex 2 adopts triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 10.370(2),b = 12.195(2),c = 21.033(4) ?,α = 80.87(3),β= 81.22(3),γ = 82.38(3)°,V= 2579.3(8) ?~3,Z = 2,S = 1.099,F(000) = 1328,R~a = 0.0609 and wR~b =0.1365(I 2σ(I)).Complex 3 is of monoclinic system,space group Cllc with a = 14.166(3),b =16.621(3),c = 20.248(4) ?,β = 92.18(3)°,V= 4764.0(16) ?~3,Z = 4,S = 1.005,F(000) = 2108,R~a =0.0589 and wR~b = 0.1332(I 2σ(I)).Complex 4 belongs to the monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a = 14.404(3),b = 16.626(3),c = 20.346(4) ?,β = 92.43(3)°,V= 4868.2(17) ?~3,Z = 4,S= 1.068,F(000) = 2108,R~a = 0.0833 and wR~b = 0.1591(I 2σ(I)).Furthermore,the behavior of HPDQ with Hg~(2+),Pb~(2+),Co~(2+) and Mn~(2+) in the solution was also investigated,and the result shows after the metal ions were added respectively,the emission of all solutions shows fluorescence quenching and has a red shift compared with that of the HPDQ ligand.  相似文献

Nickel(Ⅱ) complexes Ni(L1)2(1) and Ni(L2)2·CH3CN·H2O(2)(L1Cl = 2-(3-benzyl-2,3-dihydroimidazlo-1-yl)-N-(pyridin-2-yl)acetamide, chloride salt, L2Cl = 2-(3-naphthalene-2-ylmethyl)-2,3-dihydro-imidazlo-1-yl)-N-phenylacetamide, chloride salt) with amide-functionalized imidazolium NHC ligand were synthesized and determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 9.2561(19), b = 15.138(3), c = 20.750(4) , β = 90.216(3)°, V = 2907.3(10) 3 and Z = 4. Complex 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a = 15.5469(16), b = 15.3521(15), c = 31.177(3) , V = 7441.2(13) 3 and Z = 8. They are stable in the air and formed via intermolecular weak interactions, including C–H···π contacts and C–H···O hydrogen bonds. Complex 1 was applied in Suzuki coupling reaction through the investigation of reaction conditions under the optimal choice conditions: 80 ℃, K3PO4, 3% mol catalysts, 6% mol PPh3 and toluene as solvent system could afford 96% yield in 5 h.  相似文献

Three cyclohexyltin complexes of N-(3,5-dibromosalicylidene)valine(H_2L), Cy_3Sn(HL)(1), Cy_2SnL(2), and Cy2 SnL ·Cy_3Sn Cl(3)(Cy = cyclohexyl), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and ~1H and ~(13) C NMR spectra. The crystal structures of 2 and 3 have been determined. Complex 2 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 21.250(8), b = 10.837(4), c = 23.050(8) ?, b = 93.193(9)°, V = 5300(3) ?~3, Z = 8, D_c = 1.659 g/cm~3, m = 4.004 mm~(-1), F(000) = 2624, R = 0.0471 and wR = 0.1015. Complex 3 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21 with a = 10.3452(10), b = 18.7665(18), c = 12.1483(12) ?, b = 103.374(2)°, V = 2294.5(4) ?3, Z = 2, D_c = 1.542 g/cm~3, m = 2.923 mm~(-1), F(000) = 1072, R = 0.0428 and wR = 0.0936. Complex 2 has a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry with the axial locations occupied by one carboxylate oxygen and a phenolic oxygen of the ligand, and 3 reveals that the two tin atoms are joined via the carbonyl atom of the ligand to form a mixed organotin binuclear complex. Bioassay results show that 1 and 2 have good in vitro antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli.  相似文献

A series of five N,N-disubstituted acylguanidines R~1C(O)N=C[N(H)R~2]NR_2~3(R~1=Mes or Ph; R~2=Ar??or Ar?; R~3=Cy, Bn, iPr, or Et)(Mes=2,4,6-Me_3C_6H_2, Ar??=2,6-iPr_2C_6H_3, Ar?=2,6-Me_2C_6H_3) was synthesized from the reactions of parent acylthioureas with respective secondary amines. According to structutral characterization by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, the rough reduction of the steric hindrance of R substitutents of R~1 C(O)N=C[N(H)R~2]NR_2~3(also abbreviated as R~1-R~2-R~3 for comparison purposes) led to the slight enlongation of N(1)–C(1) bond lengthes and small decrease of N(1)–C(1)–N(3) bond angles from Mes–Ar??–Cy(1) to Ph–Ar??–Bn(2), Ph–Ar??–iPr(3) and Ph–Ar?–Cy(4). At the same time, the N(1)–H(1)···O(1) intramolecular hydrogen bonds were observed in these cases. When R~3=Et, an interesting compound Ph-Ar?-Et(5) was obtained with the formation of intermolecular hydrogen bonds instead. 1 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P2_(1/n) with a=9.6488(3), b=28.5318(8), c=11.9155(3) ?, b=91.439(2)o, V=3279.27(16) ?~3, and Z=4. 2 belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a=9.6759(7), b=10.8613(8), c=15.7642(12) ?, a=70.429(3), b=79.257(4), g=69.052(4)o, V=1453.63(19) ?~3 and Z=2. 3 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P2_(1/c) with a=11.1393(4), b=13.0643(4), c=17.6600(6) ?, b=101.866(2)o, V=2515.09(15) ?~3 and Z=4. 4 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a=17.8466(3), b=13.6126(2), c=21.6710(4) ?, b=90.7310(10)o, V=4992.72(14) ?~3 and Z=8. 5 is of orthorhombic system, space group P2_12_12_1 with a=10.5555(2), b=11.8913(2), c=14.9558(4) ?, V=1877.23(5) ?~3 and Z=4.  相似文献

Three new metal-organic complexes, namely [Zn(POA)2(H2O)2](1), [Zn(POA)2(H2O)2]·2H2O(2) and [Zn(POA)2]n(3), have been synthesized by organic ligand 2-carboxylic acid-4-nitropyridine-1-oxide(POA) and zinc(Ⅱ) ions. The structures of complexes 1~3 are characterized by single-crystal X-ray analysis, XRD powder diffraction analysis, infrared spectroscopy and thermal stability analysis method. Complex 1 belongs to monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 22.8215(15), b = 7.5613(16), c = 10.048(3) ?, β = 109.47°, V = 1634.7(6) ?~3, Z = 4, F(000) = 944, Dc = 1.900 g/cm^3, C(12)H(10)N4O(12)Zn, Mr = 467.61 and μ = 1.584 mm-1. The whole molecule presents "V" shape. Complex 2 is a centrosymmetric structure in triclinic system with space group P1: a = 7.4728(5), b = 7.6825(6), c = 8.5184(6) ?, α = 65.975(2), β = 79.87(2), γ = 89.855(2)°, V = 4384.1(5) ?~3, Z = 1, F(000) = 256, Dc = 1.908 g/cm^3, C(12)H(14)N4O(14)Zn, Mr = 503.64 and μ = 1.492 mm-1. Complex 3 is a one-dimensional chain structure belonging to monoclinic system and space group P21/c with a = 4.9456(6), b = 12.5322(14), c = 11.2514(13) ?, β = 97.313(11)°, V = 6916.8(14) ?~3, Z = 2, F(000) = 432, Dc = 2.072 g/cm^3, C(12)H6N4O(10)Zn, Mr = 431.58, and μ = 1.852 mm-1. In three complexes, six oxygen atoms from the surrounding coordination atoms form a ZnO6 distorted octahedral coordination geometry around the zinc ions. Meanwhile, fluorescent properties of the three complexes were investigated at room temperature. The fluorescence spectroscopic analysis demonstrated that the ligand POA shows red-shift after coordinating with the zinc(Ⅱ) ions.  相似文献

Two high coordination crystals were obtained by the interaction of Ce~(3+) and Nd~(3+) with polypyridyl quinoxaline ligand 2,3,6,7,10,11-hexakis(2-pyridyl)dipyrazino[2,3-f:20,30-h]quinoxaline(HPDQ), and they were characterized. Complex 1 exhibits a 0 dimensional three-nuclear structure, with the three Ce(Ⅲ) atoms being ten-, eleven- and twelve-coordinated. Complex 2 is a 0 dimensional dual-core structure and the Nd(Ⅲ) atom is ten-coordinated. Complex 1 is of monoclinic system, space group P2/c with a = 16.850(3), b = 16.617(3), c = 24.017(5) ?, β = 100.94(3)o, V = 6602(2) ?~3, Z = 4, S = 1.062, F(000) = 3372, R = 0.0504 and wR = 0.1463(I 2σ(I)). Complex 2 adopts a monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 25.795(5), b = 20.166(4), c = 13.059(3) ?, β = 112.29(3)°, V = 6286(2) ?~3, Z = 4, S = 1.004, F(000) = 2664, R = 0.0663 and wR = 0.1821(I 2σ(I)). Furthermore, the behaviors of HPDQ with Ce~(3+) and Nd~(3+) in the solution are also investigated. After the Ce~(3+) is added, the ultraviolet absorption of the solution is enhanced with a red shift compared with that of the HPDQ ligand. While after adding Nd~(3+), the ultraviolet absorption of the solution is weakened, and it has a red shift which is the same as Ce~(3+). However, after the respective addition of metal ions, the emission of all solutions is quenched and has a red shift compared with that of the HPDQ ligand.  相似文献

<正>The C-Br bond of 2-bromothiophene was successfully cleavaged by tetrakis(trimethylphosphine)cobalt(0). Penta-coordinate cobalt(II) bromide complex 1 (α-C_4H_3S)CoBr(PMe_3)_3 as C-Br bond activation product was obtained. The molecular and crystal structures of complex 1 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 belongs to the orthorhombic crystal system, space group Pnma with a = 20.428(4) , b =11.036(2) , c = 9.201(2), V = 2074.3(7)~3, Z = 4, D_c = 1.442 g/cm~3, μ = 0.401 mm~(-1), F(000) = 924 and T = 273 K. A 2D coordination polymer, [Co(NPA)(H_2 O)_2]_n(1, H_2 NPA = 3-nitrophthalic acid), has been synthesized by solvothermal method and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, FT-IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis and powder X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic space group Pbca with a = 7.2261(2), b = 14.6450(5), c = 19.6671(7) ?, V = 2081.31(11) ?~3, Z = 8, C_8 H_7 CoNO_8, M_r = 304.08, D_c = 1.941 mg/m~3, μ = 1.686 mm~(-1), S = 1.054, F(000) = 1224, the final R = 0.0248 and wR = 0.0603 for 1834 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). The crystal structural analysis demonstrates that the Co(Ⅱ) ions in 1 are linked by single and double μ_2-1,3-bridging carboxylate bridges, forming a 2D layer structure. A nutritional fortifier N-(1-(phenylacetyl)-L-prolyl) glycine ethyl ester(4) was successfully synthesized through two synthetic schemes and characterized by IR, ~1H-NMR, ~(13)C-NMR, elemental analysis and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The intermediate N-phenylacetyl-L-proline(2) was synthesized by the solid-liquid reaction of L-proline and phenylacetyl chloride directly. Compound 2(C13 H15 NO3, Mr = 233.26) belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group P212121 with a = 8.9468(3), b = 9.3190(3), c = 14.0453(4) ?, V = 1171.03(6) ?3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.323 g/cm3, μ = 0.773 mm-1, F(000) = 496.0, the final R = 0.0313 and wR = 0.0797 for all data. Compound 4(C17 H22 N2 O4, Mr = 318.36) is of orthorhombic system, space group P212121 with a = 6.5831(2), b = 8.5536(2), c = 28.9138(9) ?, V = 1628.11(8) ?3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.299 g/cm3, μ = 0.763 mm-1, F(000) = 680.0, the final R = 0.0353 and wR = 0.0816 for all data.  相似文献

A new one-dimensional(1D) polymer, [Zn(HMIDC)(bpy)]_n·2n H_2O(1, H_3MIDC = 2-methyl-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid, bpy = 2,2?-bipyridine), has been solvothermally synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, UV-vis spectrum and fluorescence measurements. Complex 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a = 14.404(3), b = 8.6900(17), c = 26.570(5) ?, V = 3325.8(11) ?~3, Dc = 1.700 g/cm~3, M_r = 425.70, Z = 8, F(000) = 1744, μ = 1.522 mm~(-1), the final R = 0.0421 and w R = 0.1018. The Zn(Ⅱ) ion is six-coordinated by O and N atoms from one HMIDC ligand, two O atoms from another HMIDC ligand and two N atoms from the bpy ligand. The HMIDC anion, which acts as a tetradentate ligand, chelates two Zn ions to form a one-dimensional(1D) zigzag chain structure. We analyzed the electronic structure and orbital energies of complex 1 by DFT methods, and the results are consistent with the UV-vis spectrum. And we also discussed the luminescent mechanism of complex 1 in detail.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers called [Ni(L)_2]_n(1) and [Ni(2,2?-bpy)_22(H_2O)]n (2)(HL = 4-benzoimidazol-1-yl-methyl benzoic acid, 2,2?-bpy = 2,2?-dipyridine) were synthesized by solvothermal reaction simultaneously and characterized by elemental analyses, thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray powder diffraction, IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P2_1/c with a = 14.673(3), b = 10.773(2), c = 16.566(3) ?, V = 2559.2(8) ?~3, Z = 4 and F(000) = 1160. 2 also crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 15.404(3), b = 12.652(3), c = 6.5362(13) ?, V = 1246.2(5) ?~3, Z = 4 and F(000) = 712. The bridging L ligand connects the Ni~Ⅱ cations into a 2D network in complex 1, while 2 shows a 1D structure formed through the two O atoms of SO_4~(2-) ions connecting the molecule. The catalytic properties indicate that complex 1 shows good catalytic activities for the cyanosilylation of 4-chlorobenzaldehyde. In addition, fluorescence property of complex 1 which quenches the excitation intensity in solid state was investigated at room temperature.  相似文献

A new molecular clip based on diethoxycarbonyl glycoluril 5: C42H36N6O6 , has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic, space group Pbca with a=12.7639(5), b=16.9727(7),c=34.2069(14) , V=7410.5(5)3 , Z=8, Dc=1.292 g/cm3 , μ(MoKα)=0.088 mm-1 , F(000)=3024, the final R=0.0655 and wR=0.1566 for 5123 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). The crystal structural analysis shows that intermolecular c-H…O and C-H…N hydrogen bonds stabilized the whole crystal structure. The binding study by fluorescence spectroscope titration showed that the title molecule can selectively recognize Fe3+ with fluorescence quenching.  相似文献

Two ternary europium chalcogenides, Eu_(1-x)Ga_2Te_4(x ≈ 0.19)(1) and EuY_2Se_4(2), have been synthesized by a facile solid-state route using boron as the reducing reagent. Eu_(1-x)Ga_2Te_4 crystallizes in the tetragonal space group I4/mcm with a = 8.2880(9), c = 6.7439(12) ?, V = 463.24(13) ?~3, and Z = 2. EuY_2Se_4 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnma with a = 12.4726(16), b = 4.1204(6), c = 14.849(2) ?, V = 763.11(19) ?~3, and Z = 4. Eu_(1-x)Ga_2Te_4 belongs to the Tl Se-type 3D closed structure, while EuY_2Se_4 adopts the CaFe_2O_4-type 3D channel structure. The optical band gap of Eu_(1-x)Ga_2Te_4 is determined to be 0.48 eV. Electronic structures of 1 and 2 are calculated using TB-LMTO software.  相似文献

Complex 1 belongs to the monoclinic system, P2_(1/c) space group, with a = 8.8732(4), b = 17.5179(7), c = 17.8123(7) ?, β = 103.1830(10)°, V = 2695.77(19) ?~3 and Z = 2. It features a 2D network constructed by BTC and L ligand. In addition, we analyzed Natural Bond Orbital(NBO) by using the PBE0/LANL2DZ method built in Gaussian 09 Program. The calculation results indicated obvious covalent interactions between the coordinated atoms and Cd(Ⅱ) ion.  相似文献

Two new sliver selenidoantimonates,namely,Ag_3SbSe_3 and Ag_5SbSe_4,were prepared under mid solvothermal conditions and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies.Ag_3SbSe_3 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnma(No.62) with a =8.2414(12),b = 11.4925(17),c = 21.220(3) A,V= 2009.8(5) A~3 and Z= 12.Its structure belongs to the β-Ag_3AsSe_3 type and features a 3D complex network composed of distorted trigonal planar AgSe_3 and tetrahedral AgSe_4 units as well as SbSe_3 trigonal pyramids.Ag_5SbSe_4 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system,nocentrosymmetric space group Cmc2_1(No.36) with a = 8.1148(6),b =12.9829(10),c = 8.7017(7) A,V= 916.76(12) A~3 and Z = 4.Its structure adopts the Ag_5SbS_4 type and features a 3D framework based on trigonal planar AgSe_3 units and SbSe_3 trigonal pyramids.The results of optical absorption spectra and band structure calculations indicate that the title compounds are narrow band-gap semiconductors.  相似文献

[Zn(L)(CH3OH)3](H2L = N-(1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-propenylidene-5-pyrazolone)-salicylidene hydrazide) has been synthesized by the reaction of zinc nitrate and ligand H2 L. The complex crystallizes in orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a = 5.888(15), b = 14.564(14), c = 22.20(2) , V = 5137(8) 3, Z = 8 and F(000) = 2184. The ligand serves as a negative bivalent tridentate chelating agent to coordinate with the central zinc(II) atom. DNA-binding was studied by UV-Vis spectral analysis and ethidium bromide(EB) displacement experiments. The results showed that the DNA-binding constant of the complex is 5.1×104 M–1. Antitumor activity of [Zn(L)(CH3OH)3] and the ligand have been investigated by MTT assay, which indicated that the complex has better cytotoxicity to Eca-109 and He La than free ligand.  相似文献

A novel tetrazylphosphonate ligand, namely ethyl 4-(2-ethyl-2H-1,2,3,4-tetrazol-5-yl) benzylphosphonate(Et-L), was designed and successfully achieved from p-cyano benzyl chloride, based on which a zinc coordination polymer(1) with a 2D layer structure has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TGA and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The colorless block crystals of H_2L·H_2O were also obtained under the same hydrothermal conditions, which belongs to monoclinic system, space group P2_1/c with a = 13.3141(7), b = 5.1650(3), c = 21.9839(18) ?, β = 115.307(5)°, V = 1366.69(15) ?~3, Z = 4, D_c = 1.391 mg/cm~(-3), Mr = 349.58, F(000) = 600, R = 0.0748 and wR = 0.1917 for 2392 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). The colorless block crystals of complex 1([Zn(L)(H_2O)]_n) also belong to monoclinic system, space group P2_1/c with a = 22.7464(10), b = 6.0430(3), c = 9.7704(4) ?, β = 92.525(4)°, V = 1341.70(10) ?~3, Z = 4, D_c = 1.731 mg/cm_(-3), M_r = 349.58, F(000) = 712, R = 0.0596 and wR = 0.1688 for 2357 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). Only the oxygen atoms of phosphonic group are coordinated with the metal zinc probably because the hydrogen atom of tetrazole has been substituted by ethyl group. Photoluminescence properties of the complex are also investigated.  相似文献
