(4R,5R)-3,4-Dimethyl-5-phenyl-1,3,2-oxazaboroline (1a) derived from pseudoephedrine and (4R,5S)-1,3,4-trimethyl-5-phenyl-1,3,2-diazaboroline (1d) derived from ephedrine have been prepared from the corresponding 1,3-heterazolin-2-one. Hydrolysis of 1d afforded the 1-methyl-3-(methylamine)-2-phenyl-propylamine 5. The structures were established from 1H, 13C and 11B NMR data. The X-ray diffraction analysis of (4R,5S)-(+)-3,4-dimethyl-5-phenyl-1-hydro-1,3-diazolidine-2-one (4e) was performed. Isomeric N-monoborane adducts of the 1,3,2-diazaboroline 1d were prepared, and their structures were deduced from the NMR data.  相似文献

A series of cis-bis{5-[(E)-2-(aryl)-1-diazenyl]quinolinolato}dibenzyltin(IV) complexes have been synthesized by reacting sodium salts of 5-[(E)-2-(aryl)-1-diazenyl]quinolin-8-ol (LH) and dibenzyltin dichloride. These complexes have been characterized by 1H, 13C, 119Sn NMR, ESI-MS in solution and by IR and 119mSn Mössbauer, 117Sn CP-MAS NMR spectroscopy in solid state. In addition, the structures of three of the dibenzyltin(IV) complexes, viz., Bz2Sn(L2)2 (2), Bz2Sn(L3)2 (3), and Bz2Sn(L5)2 (5) (L = 5-[(E)-2-(aryl)-1-diazenyl]quinolin-8-ol: aryl = 4′-methylphenyl- (L2H), 4′-methoxylphenyl- (L3H) and 4′-bromophenyl- (L5H)) were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In general, the complexes were found to adopt a distorted cis-octahedral arrangement around the tin atom in both solution and solid state.  相似文献

A new series of compounds,1-aryl-3-(3,4-dihydro-2H-chromen-5-yl) ureas,have been synthesized and their structures were confirmed by FAB-MS and ~1H NMR.The preliminary pharmacological screening showed that these compounds inhibited TNF-αproduction in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated THP-1 cells.  相似文献

Two new ligands of the coumarin type have been synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C NMR, IR and MS. The crystal and molecular structures of ligand 2, determined by the X-ray diffraction method, are presented. With copper(II) these ligands create solid complexes of the type CuLCl2, where L is 5-(2-hydroxybenzoyl)-3-methyl-1-(2-pyridinyl)pyrazol-4-carboxylic acid methyl ester (2) or 3-methyl-1-(2-pyridinyl)-1H-chromene[4,3-c]pyrazol-4-on (3). The new copper(II) complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis and solid state FT-IR. The protonation constants of ligands 2 and 3 have been determined in 5% v/v 1,4-dioxane–water solution (25 °C). The coordination modes in the complexes with copper(II) are discussed for 2 on the basis of potentiometric and UV–Vis data.  相似文献

In this paper 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction has been studied. An efficient synthesis of 4′-[3-methyl-5-thioxo-1H-1,2,4-triazol-4(5H)-yl]-2′,5′-diphenyl-2′,4′-dihydro spiro(indolin-3,3′[1,2,4]triazol)-2-one derivatives using triethylamine in MeCN at room temperature is reported. The structures of the obtained compounds were confirmed by means of elemental analysis, MS and spectral (IR, 1H, and 13C NMR) methods.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of spiro compounds via two different pathways from the reactions of isatins, 3-phenylisoxazol-5(4H)-one (3-ethylisoxazol-5(4H)-one), and pyrazol-5-amine (6-aminopyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione) were reported. The catalyst Amberlyst-15 could be easy recycled and reused for many time without any appreciable loss in catalytic activity. The new type spiro compounds were gained through the ring-opening of isatins process. The structures of spiro[indoline-3,4′-isoxazolo[5,4-b]pyrazolo[4,3-e]pyridin]-2-one, spiro[isoxazolo[5,4-b]quino line-4,5′-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine]-2′,4′,6′(1′H,3′H,7′H)-trione, and spiro[indoline-3,4′-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine]-2,6′(5′H)-dione were successfully confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HRMS, and X-ray crystal diffraction analysis.  相似文献

A series of cis-bis{5-[(E)-2-(aryl)-1-diazenyl]quinolinolato}diphenyltin(IV) complexes have been synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C, 119Sn NMR, ESI-MS, IR and 119mSn Mössbauer spectroscopic techniques in combination with elemental analysis. The structures of a ligand L6H (i.e., 5-[(E)-2-(4-ethoxyphenyl)-1-diazenyl]quinolin-8-ol) and three diphenyltin(IV) complexes, viz., Ph2Sn(L1)2 · (CH3)2CO (1), Ph2Sn(L4)2 (4) and Ph2Sn(L5)2 (5) (L = 5-[(E)-2-(aryl)-1-diazenyl]quinolin-8-ol: aryl = phenyl - (L1H); 4′-methylphenyl - (L4H) and 4′-bromophenyl - (L5H)) were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. In general, the complexes were found to adopt a distorted cis-octahedral arrangement around the tin atom. These complexes retain their solid-state structure in non-coordinating solvent as evidenced by 119Sn NMR spectroscopic results. The in vitro cytotoxicity of 1 is reported and compared with Ph2Sn(Ox)2 (Ox = deprotonated quinolin-8-ol) against seven well characterized human tumor cell lines.  相似文献

A series of 2-(2-chloroquinolin-3-yl)-5-((aryl)benzylidene)-3-(4-oxo-2-phenylquinazolin-3(4H)-yl)thiazolidin-4-ones (V)1–12 have been synthesized. In order to establish optimization of different parameters of chemical transformation, that is the reaction pathway for each step and reaction conditions in the each step, in the present paper, different solvents and catalysts were used. The structures of the synthesized compounds were assigned on the basis of elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectral data. All the newly synthesized compounds were screened against various strains of bacteria and fungi.  相似文献

Five new S-3α-acetoxy-5β-lithocholic acid methyl ester-substituted derivatives of 2-thiouracil and 6-methyl-2-thiouracil have been prepared. 5-Morpholino-methyl-2-thiouracil, 5-piperidinomethyl-2-thiouracil, and 5-(4-methylpiperidino)methyl-2-thiouracil have been obtained via the Mannich reaction between 6-methyl-2-thiouracil, paraformaldehyde, and the cyclic secondary amines morpholine, piperidine, or 4-methylpiperidine in ethanol. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by spectral (1H NMR, 13C NMR, and FT-IR) analyses and mass spectrometry. Estimation of the pharmacotherapeutic potential has been accomplished for the synthesized compounds on the basis of Prediction of Activity Spectra for Substances (PASS).  相似文献

The reactions of salicylaldehyde and benzoic aldehyde with 5-(2-aminophenyl)-3-pyridyl-1H-1,2,4-triazoles were studied. The reaction products are 5-phenyl-2-pyridyl-5,6-dihydro[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]quinazolines. The structures of the synthesized compounds were determined by IR spectroscopy and 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The luminescence properties of solutions and solid samples were studied.  相似文献

The structures of two saponins, thyonosides A and B, isolated from the holothurian Thyone aurea collected in Namibia, were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR (1H, 13C, 1H-1H COSY, 1H-1H J-resolved, TOCSY, HMQC, HMBC and NOESY). The two compounds have the same aglycon but different oligosaccharidic chains. Thyonoside A has a 3-O-methyl-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-6-O-sodium sulphate-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)-4-O-sodium sulphate-β-d-xylopyranosyl chain, and thyonoside B a 3-O-methyl-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)-4-O-sodium sulphate-β-d-xylopyranosyl chain. The holostane-type aglycon features an endocyclic double bond at position 7-8, a double bond at position 25-26 and a β-acetoxy group at C16.  相似文献

Two diastereomeric furanones, (4S,5S)-5-(4′-methyl-3′-pentenyl)-4-hydroxy-5-methyldihydrofuran-2-one 1 and (4S,5R)-5-(4′-methyl-3′-pentenyl)-4-hydroxy-5-methyldihydrofuran-2-one 2 were isolated for the first time from the shrub Mutisia friesiana. The relative stereochemistries of 1 and 2 were ascertained from NOESY NMR data and confirmed by a combination of molecular modeling (molecular mechanics and ab initio molecular orbital calculations) and NMR data. Comparison between experimental and calculated 1H–1H vicinal coupling constants revealed that both furanones exist in an equilibrium of two stable conformers of the five-membered ring. Application of Mosher's method suggests that both diastereomeric furanones have the same (S)-configuration at C-(4) and are epimers at C-(5). Furanones 1 and 2 showed antifungal activity against the pathogenic fungus Cladosporium cucumerinum.  相似文献

Four novel metal(II) complexes, Ni(L)2, Co(L)2, Cu(L)2, and Zn(L)2 (L = 5-(2-(1,5-dimethyl-3-oxo-2-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)hydrazono)-1,3-diethyl-2-thioxo-dihydropyrimidine-4,6(1H,5H)-dione), were synthesized using the procedure of diazotization, coupling and metallization. Their structures were identified by elemental analyses, 1H NMR, ESI-MS and FT-IR spectra. The effect of different central metal(II) ions on absorption bands of the metal(II) complexes was researched. The thermal properties of the metal(II) complexes were investigated by thermogravimetry (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Furthermore, the thermodynamic parameters, such as activation energy (E*), enthalpy (?H*), entropy (?S*) and free energy of the decomposition (?G*) are calculated from the TG curves applying Coats–Redfern method. The results show that the metal(II) complexes have suitable electronic absorption spectra with blue-violet light absorption at about 350–450 nm, high thermal stability with sharp thermal decomposition thresholds.  相似文献

A series of 2-(5-methyl-3-(4-chloro/trifluoromethylphenyl)isoxazol-4-yl)-5-arylamino-1,3,4-oxadiazoles were synthesized from 4-chloro/trifluoromethyl benzaldehyde, ethyl acetoacetate, hydroxylamine hydrochloride, hydrazine hydrate, and aryl isocyanate by multi-step reactions. The structures of the target compounds were elucidated by IR, 1H NMR, MS, and elemental analysis. All these compounds were tested for in vitro antifungal activities against Botrytis cinerea and Rhizoctonia cerealis by the mycelium growth rate method, and the results indicated that some compounds displayed high antifungal activity against Botrytis cinerea.  相似文献

All compounds were characterized by their 1H, 13C, IR and MS data, and in some cases also by 15N NMR data. In the presence of ethanol, the starting compounds rearrange in boiling acetic acid to give ethyl 2-(2,3-dihydro-2-thioxo-1H-imidazol-4-yl)phenylcarbamates. All compounds were characterized by their 1H, 13C, IR and MS spectra and some of them also by 15N NMR data. The reaction of Re(CO)5Cl with the chelating ligand N,N′-bis(benzophenone)-1,2-diiminoethane (bz2en) afforded the neutral fac-[Re(CO)3(bz2en)Cl]. The subsequent reaction with AgOCOCF3 gave fac-[Re(CO)3(bz2en)OCOCF3]. Their pseudooctahedral fac structures have been established by FTIR, UV–Vis, 1H, 13C NMR and have been confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. The electrochemical behaviour of the investigated complexes has been studied by cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

Reactions of potassium β-{[(E)-1-(2-hydroxyaryl)alkylidene]amino}propionates (L1HK-L3HK) and potassium β-{[(2Z)-(3-hydroxy-1-methyl-2- butenylidene)]amino}propionate (L4HK) with R3SnCl (R = Ph and nBu) and nBu2SnCl2 yielded complexes of composition Ph3SnL1H (1), Ph3SnL2H (2), Ph3SnL4H (3), nBu3SnL1H (4), and {[nBu2Sn(L2H)]2O}2 (5) and {[nBu2Sn(L3H)]2O}2 (6), respectively. These complexes have been characterized by 1H, 13C, 119Sn NMR, ESI-MS, IR and 119mSn Mössbauer spectroscopic techniques in combination with elemental analyses. The crystal structures of 1, 4, 5 and 6 were determined. In the solid state, compound 1 is a one-dimensional polymer built from SnPh3 moieties bridged by single carboxylate ligands, but two alternating modes of bridging are present along the polymeric chain. Compound 4 is also a one-dimensional polymer built from SnBu3 moieties bridged by the two carboxylate O-atoms of a single ligand, but only one mode of bridging is present. Di-n-butyltin compounds 5 and 6 are centrosymmetric tetranuclear bis(dicarboxylatotetrabutyldistannoxane) complexes containing a planar Sn4O2 core in which two μ3-oxo O-atoms connect an Sn2O2 ring to two exocyclic Sn-atoms. The four carboxylate ligands display two different modes of coordination where both modes involve bridging of two Sn-atoms. The solution structures were predicted by 119Sn NMR spectroscopy. The in vitro cytotoxic activity of compound 5 against WIDR, M19 MEL, A498, IGROV, H226, MCF7 and EVSA-T human tumor cell lines is reported.  相似文献

Three new pendant arm Schiff-base macrocyclic complexes, [CdLn]2+ (n = 5, 6, 7), have been prepared via cyclocondensation of 2,6-diacetylpyridine with three different branched hexaamines in the presence of Cd(II). The ligands are 15-, 16- and 17-membered pentaaza macrocycles having two 2-aminoethyl pendant arms [L5 = 2,13-dimethyl-6,9-bis(aminoethyl)-3,6,9,12,18-pentaazabicyclo[12.3.1]octadeca-1(18),2,12,14,16-pentaene, L6 = 2,14-dimethyl-6,10-bis(aminoethyl)-3,6,10,13,19-pentaazabicyclo[13.3.1]nonadeca-1(19),2,13,15,17-pentaene and L7 = 2,15-dimethyl-6,11-bis(aminoethyl)-3,6,11,14,20-pentaazabicyclo[14.3.1]eicosa-1(20),2,14,16,18-pentaene]. All complexes were investigated by IR, 1H and 13C NMR, COSY(H,H) and HETCOR(H,C) spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. In the solid state structure of each complex the Cd(II) ion is situated centrally within an approximately planar pentaaza macrocyclic ring, binding to the five nitrogen atoms, and also to the two pendant amines which are located on opposite sides of the macrocyclic plane. ab initio HF-MO calculations using a standard 3-21G* basis set have been used to verify that these similar basic structures correspond to energy minima in the gas phase.  相似文献
