The title complex, [Co(C12H8FN2O)3]·3H2O, has been synthesized for the first time. The complex comprises three bidentate ligands containing the pyridine‐2‐carboxamide stem. The distorted octahedral coordination around the Co atom is formed via the pyridine (py) N atom and the deprotonated amide N atom of each ligand, with the three pyridine rings in a meridional arrangement. For each ligand, the pyridine ring and the carbonyl group are nearly coplanar, with torsion angles in the range 0.4 (3)–4.8 (4)°. The Co—Npy distances [1.9258 (16)–1.9656 (17) Å] are shorter than the corresponding Co—Namide distances [1.9372 (17)–1.9873 (15) Å]. In addition, the Co—Npy distances are closely related to the magnitudes of the chelate angles, a shorter Co—Npy distance corresponding to a larger angle. Five intermolecular hydrogen bonds, involving carbonyl O atoms of the ligands and lattice water molecules, lead to the formation of a mesh structure.  相似文献

The compound N,N′,N′′‐tricyclohexylphosphorothioic triamide, C18H36N3PS or P(S)[NHC6H11]3, (I), crystallizes in the space group Pnma with the molecule lying across a mirror plane; one N atom lies on the mirror plane, whereas the bond‐angle sum at the other N atom has a deviation of some 8° from the ideal value of 360° for a planar configuration. The orientation of the atoms attached to this nonplanar N atom corresponds to an anti orientation of the corresponding lone electron pair (LEP) with respect to the P=S group. The P=S bond length of 1.9785 (6) Å is within the expected range for compounds with a P(S)[N]3 skeleton; however, it is in the region of the longest bond lengths found for analogous structures. This may be due to the involvement of the P=S group in N—H...S=P hydrogen bonds. In O,O′‐diethyl (2‐phenylhydrazin‐1‐yl)thiophosphonate, C10H17N2O2PS or P(S)[OC2H5]2[NHNHC6H5], (II), the bond‐angle sum at the N atom attached to the phenyl ring is 345.1°, whereas, for the N atom bonded to the P atom, a practically planar environment is observed, with a bond‐angle sum of 359.1°. A Cambridge Structural Database [CSD; Allen (2002). Acta Cryst. B 58 , 380–388] analysis shows a shift of the maximum population of P=S bond lengths in compounds with a P(S)[O]2[N] skeleton to the shorter bond lengths relative to compounds with a P(S)[N]3 skeleton. The influence of this difference on the collective tendencies of N...S distances in N—H...S hydrogen bonds for structures with P(S)[N]3 and P(S)[O]2[N] segments were studied through a CSD analysis.  相似文献

The title complex, C17H9N5·C6H4S4, contains π‐deficient bis(dinitrile) and TTF molecules stacked alternately in columns along the a‐axis direction; the interplanar angle between the TTF molecule and the isoindolinyl C4N[C(CN)2]2 moiety is 1.21 (4)°. The N‐allyl moiety in the TCPI molecule is oriented at an angle of 87.10 (10)° with respect to the five‐membered C4N ring, and the four C[triple‐bond]N bond lengths range from 1.134 (3) to 1.142 (3) Å, with C—C[triple‐bond]N angles in the range 174.3 (3)–176.9 (2)°. In the TTF system, the S—C bond lengths are 1.726 (3)–1.740 (3) and 1.751 (2)–1.763 (2) Å for the external S—C(H) and internal S—C(S) bonds, respectively.  相似文献

Molecules of the title compound, alternatively called (R,R)‐N,N′‐bis(3‐methoxysalicylidene)‐trans‐cyclohexane‐1,2‐diamine, C22H26N2O4, contain two intramolecular O—H⃛N hydrogen bonds and adopt a conformation with approximate twofold rotational symmetry. The molecules are linked by three C—H⃛O hydrogen bonds [H⃛O = 2.45–2.55 Å, C⃛O = 3.329 (2)–3.398 (2) Å and C—H⃛O = 142–172°] into a continuous framework.  相似文献

The new complex, cis‐β‐[Cr(2,2,3‐tet)(N3)2]Br (2,2,3‐tet = 1,4,7,11‐tetraazaundecane), was prepared and its structure was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The chromium(III) atom is in a distorted octahedral environment coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of 2,2,3‐tet and two azido ligands in a cis‐β arrangement, with bent Cr–N3 linkages at the coordinating azide nitrogen atoms. The mean Cr–N(2,2,3‐tet) and Cr–N(azide) bond lengths are 2.084(5) and 2.021(5) Å, respectively. The crystal structure is stabilized by ionic interactions, supported by N–H ··· N(azide) and N–H ··· Br hydrogen bonds. The IR and electronic spectroscopic properties are also discussed.  相似文献

The structure of novel phosphorus‐containing N‐vinylazoles prepared by action of phosphorus pentachloride has been studied by multinuclear 1H, 13C, 15N, 31P and two‐dimensional (2D) NMR spectroscopy. N‐vinyl‐substituted 1,2‐diazoles and 1,2,3‐triazoles have undergone phosphorylation, exclusively, on double bond. N‐vinylazoles‐based hexa‐coordinated phosphorus compounds have been synthesized for the first time. 31P NMR spectroscopy provides the most convenient and unambiguous method for the investigation of EZ‐isomeric structures of phosphorylated enamines. In the title molecular complex, [Cu4Cl6O(2‐EtTz)4], where 2‐EtTz is 2‐ethyltetrazole (C3H6N4), the central O atom is located on the symmetry site and is tetrahedrally coordinated to four Cu atoms, with Cu—O distances of 1.8966 (4) Å. A very slight distortion of Cu4O from a regular tetrahedron is observed [two Cu—O—Cu angles are 108.76 (3)° and four others are 109.828 (13)°]. Each Cu atom is connected to three others via the Cl atoms, forming a slightly distorted Cl octahedron around the O atom, with O⋯Cl distances of 2.9265 (7) Å for Cl atoms lying on the twofold axis and 2.9441 (13) Å for those in general positions. The Cu atom has a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal environment, with three Cl atoms in the equatorial plane, and with the N atom of the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligand and the μ4‐O atom in axial positions. The Cu atom is displaced out of the equatorial plane by ca 0.91 Å towards the coordinated N atom of the 2‐ethyltetrazole ligand.  相似文献

The reaction between dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates and NH heterocyclic compounds in the presence of triethyl phosphite leads to stable phosphorus ylide derivatives in good yields. The X‐ray crystallographic data and theoretical study show that there is a resonance between two bonds of C19P1 and C191O191 in phosphorus ylide 4d . This compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group (Pca21), with unit cell parameters a = 17.3699(3) Å, b = 13.5500(2) Å, c = 18.4627(3) Å, α = 90°, β = 90°, γ = 90°, Z = 8, and V = 4345.4(12) Å3. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐nicotinato‐κ2N:O], [Ag(C6H4NO2)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom is tetracoordinated by two N atoms from the di‐2‐pyridylamine (BPA) ligand [Ag—N = 2.3785 (18) and 2.3298 (18) Å] and by one N atom and one carboxylate O atom from nicotinate ligands [Ag—N = 2.2827 (15) Å and Ag—O = 2.3636 (14) Å]. Bridging by nicotinate N and O atoms generates a polymeric chain structure, which extends along [100]. The carboxyl O atom not bonded to the Ag atom takes part in an intrachain C—H⋯O hydrogen bond, further stabilizing the chain. Pairs of chains are linked by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate ribbons. There are no π–π interactions in this complex. In catena‐poly[[(di‐2‐pyridylamine‐κ2N,N′)silver(I)]‐μ‐2,6‐dihydroxybenzoato‐κ2O1:O2], [Ag(C7H5O4)(C10H9N3)]n, the AgI atom has a distorted tetrahedral coordination, with three strong bonds to two pyridine N atoms from the BPA ligand [Ag—N = 2.286 (5) and 2.320 (5) Å] and to one carboxylate O atom from the 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligand [Ag—O = 2.222 (4) Å]; the fourth, weaker, Ag‐atom coordination is to one of the phenol O atoms [Ag⋯O = 2.703 (4) Å] of an adjacent moiety, and this interaction generates a polymeric chain along [100]. Pairs of chains are linked about inversion centers by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to form ribbons, within which there are π–π interactions. The ribbons are linked about inversion centers by pairs of C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds and additional π–π interactions between inversion‐related pairs of 2,6‐dihydroxybenzoate ligands to generate a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

The title compound, C7H8FO6PS·H2O, contains both phosphonic and sulfonic acid functionalities. An extensive network of O—H?O hydrogen bonds is present in the crystal structure. The three acidic protons are associated with the phosphonate group. Two protons experience typical hydrogen‐bond contacts with the sulfonate‐O atoms, while the third has a longer covalent bond of 1.05 (3) Å to the phosphonate‐O atom and a short hydrogen‐bond contact of 1.38 (3) Å to the water O atom (all O—H?O angles are in the range 162–175°). The sulfonate group is positioned so that one S—O bond is nearly coplanar with the phenyl ring [torsion angle O—S—C—C ?8.6 (2)°]. The phosphonate group is oriented approximately perpendicular to the ring [torsion angle P—C—C—C 99.2 (2)°] with one P—O bond anti to the benzyl C—C bond. The molecules pack in layers in the bc plane with the water molecules in between adjacent pairs of inverted layers.  相似文献

The title compound, [CoCl2(C5H5N)2(C12H6N2O2)]·2C5H5N, is a neutral CoII complex with two chloride anions coordinated in a cis fashion, two pyridine ligands in trans positions and a chelating 1,10‐phenanthroline‐5,6‐dione ligand that completes the octahedral coordination geometry. Two pyridine solvent molecules reside in channels (about 7 × 4 Å wide; the closest atom–atom distance within the channel is 10 Å). The three‐dimensional structure supporting these channels is held together by C—H...Cl [3.466 (8)–3.670 (9) Å] and C—H...O [3.014 (9)–3.285 (8) Å] hydrogen bonds, and can be viewed as a CsCl or bcu (body‐centred cubic) net.  相似文献

5‐Trimethylsilylderivatives of 2‐acetylthiophene and ‐furan have been regioselectively prepared by a one‐pot procedure from the corresponding 2‐acetylfuran or 2‐acetylthiophene using lithium N‐methylpiperazide (LNMP)–butyllithium–trimethylchlorosilane–water as the sequence of reagents. The ketones obtained were converted to the corresponding oximes. The structure of 2‐acetyl‐5‐trimethylsilylthiophene oxime (E‐isomer) has been studied by X‐ray diffraction. Formation of centrosymmetric dimers by means of H‐bonds has been observed. The intermolecular hydrogen bond O9? H…N8 length is 2.842(5) Å [H…N8 = 1.87 (6) Å, O9? H…N8 = 157(4)°]. Controlled radical polymerizations of N‐ethylmethylacrylamide (EMA) by atom transfer radical polymerization and reversible addition‐fragmentation chain transfer processes were investigated in detail for the first time, employing complementary characterization techniques including gel permeation chromatography, 1H NMR spectroscopy, and matrix‐assisted laser desorption ionization time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry. In both cases, relatively good control of the polymerization of EMA was achieved, as revealed by the linear evolution of molecular weights with monomer conversions and the low polydispersity of poly(N‐ethylmethylacrylamide) (PEMA). The thermal phase transitions of well‐defined PEMA homopolymers with polydispersities less than 1.2 and degrees of polymerization up to 320 in aqueous solution were determined by temperature‐dependent turbidity measurements. The obtained cloud points (CPs) vary in the range of 58–68 °C, exhibiting inverse molecular weight and polymer concentration dependences. Moreover, the presence of a carboxyl group instead of an alkyl one at the PEMA chain end can elevate its CP by ~3–4 °C. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The Hg atom in the title monomeric complex, dichlorobis(3‐imidazolium‐2‐thiolato‐S)mercury(II), [HgCl2(C3H4N2S)2], is four‐coordinate having an irregular tetrahedral geometry composed of two Cl atoms [Hg—Cl 2.622 (2) and 2.663 (2) Å] and two thione S atoms [Hg—S 2.445 (2) and 2.462 (2) Å]. The monodentate thione ligand adopts a zwitterionic form and exists as the 3‐imidazolium‐2‐thiolate ion. The bond angle S1—Hg—S2 of 130.87 (8)° has the greatest deviation from ideal tetrahedral geometry. Intermolecular hydrogen bonds between two of the four N—H groups and one of the Cl atoms [3.232 (8) and 3.238 (7) Å] stabilize the crystal structure, while the other two N—H groups contribute through the formation of N—H?Cl intramolecular hydrogen bonds with the other Cl atom [3.121 (7) and 3.188 (7) Å].  相似文献

The crystal structures of N‐aryl‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydro‐3,3‐dimethyl‐2,4‐quinolinediones bearing methoxy‐ ( 1 ), methyl‐ ( 2 ), and chloro‐ ( 3 ) substituents in 2′‐position of the phenyl ring have been determined by X‐ray crystal structure analysis. The heterocyclic ring in 1–3 adopts an envelope conformation, with the smallest ring puckering in the ortho‐chloro derivative 3 . The N‐aryl ring is almost perpendicular with respect to the quinoline‐2,4‐dione ring. The corresponding dihedral angle values are 83.2(1)°, 80.0(9)°, and 83.4(2)° in 1, 2 and 3 , respectively. The hydrogen bond of C H⋅⋅⋅O type joins the molecules of the ortho‐methoxy derivative 1 into dimers. The supramolecular structure also contains two C H⋅⋅⋅π interactions that link the hydrogen‐bonded dimers into sheets. In ortho‐methyl derivative 2 , one C H⋅⋅⋅π interaction generates infinite chains, whereas two C H⋅⋅⋅O hydrogen bonds and three C H⋅⋅⋅π interactions in the ortho‐chloro derivative 3 form three‐dimensional framework. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In the title compound, C6H16N22+·2C2H4O5P?, the cations lie across centres of inversion; in the anions, two of the H‐atom sites have 0.50 occupancy. The anions are linked by short O—H?O hydrogen bonds [O?O 2.465 (3)–2.612 (3) Å and O—H?O 165–171°] into sheets of alternating R(12) and R(28) rings, both of which are centrosymmetric; the cations lie at the centres of the larger rings linked to the anion sheet by N—H?O hydrogen bonds [N?O 2.642 (2) Å and N—H?O 176°].  相似文献

A doubly hydrophilic triblock copolymer of poly(N,N‐dimethylamino‐2‐ethyl methacrylate)‐b‐Poly(ethylene glycol)‐b‐poly(N,N‐dimethylamino‐2‐ethylmethacrylate) (PDMAEMA‐b‐PEG‐b‐PDMAEMA) with well‐defined structure and narrow molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn = 1.21) was synthesized in aqueous medium via atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of N,N‐dimethylamino‐2‐ethylmethacrylate (DMAEMA) initiated by the PEG macroinitiator. The macroinitiator and triblock copolymer were characterized with 1H NMR and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). Fluorescence spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering (DSL), transmittance measurement, and rheological characterization were applied to investigate pH‐ and temperature‐induced micellization in the dilute solution of 1 mg/mL when pH > 13 and gelation in the concentrated solution of 25 wt % at pH = 14 and temperatures beyond 80 °C. The unimer of Rh = 3.7 ± 0.8 nm coexisted with micelle of Rh = 45.6 ± 6.5 nm at pH 14. Phase separation occurred in dilute aqueous solution of the triblock copolymer of 1 mg/mL at about 50 °C. Large aggregates with Rh = 300–450 nm were formed after phase separation, which became even larger as Rh = 750–1000 nm with increasing temperature. The gelation temperature determined by rheology measurement was about 80 °C at pH 14 for the 25 wt % aqueous solution of the triblock copolymer. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of phosphorus‐containing poly(1,3,4‐oxadiazole‐ester‐imide)s was prepared by polycondensation reaction of an aromatic dianhydride, namely 1,4‐[2‐(6‐oxido‐6H‐dibenz<c,e><1,2>oxaphosphorin‐6‐yl)]‐naphthalene‐bis(trimellitate)dianhydride, with different aromatic diamines containing 1,3,4‐oxadiazole ring. A solution imidization procedure was used to convert quantitatively the poly(amic acid) intermediates to the corresponding polyimides. The chemical structures of the monomers and polymers were confirmed by Fourier transform infrared, 1H NMR and 31P NMR spectroscopy. The polymers were easily soluble in polar solvents such as N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone (NMP), N,N‐dimethylformamide and tetrahydrofuran. They exhibited good thermal properties having the decomposition temperature above 380°C and the glass transition temperature in the range of 201–232°C. Due to the presence of phosphorus the polymers gave high char yield in termogravimetric analysis, hence good flame retardant properties. Optical properties were analyzed in solution by using UV–vis and photoluminescence spectroscopy. Solutions of the polymers in NMP exhibited photoluminescence in the blue region.
