Mixing the malonate (mal), 4,4′‐bipyridine, UO2(CH3COO)2 · 2H2O in different solvent condition gets two compounds (bpy)2(H2bpy)[UO2(mal)2(μ‐H2O)] · 8H2O (1) and (H2bpy)[UO2(mal)2] · 2H2O (2) . Both complexes contain seven‐coordinated pentagonal bipyramidal uranium center. Crystal 1 is mononuclear structure and crystal 2 contains dinuclear [(UO2)2(mal)2(μ2‐mal)2]4‐ subunit. Particularly, Crystal 2 forms the twodimensional supramolecular topology by hydrogen bonds. The sheet constructs from two sorts of chamber, of which the larger one has two water molecular guests. An exploration of the mixed‐ligand system under hydrothermal condition, has led to the isolation of a 3‐D novel framework {[Cu2(mp)L2)(H2O)2]·6H2O}n ( 1 ) (mp = benzene‐1,2,4,5‐ tetracarboxylate tetraanion, L = 4‐(5‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1,3,4‐thiadiazol‐2yl)pyridine). Single‐crystal X‐ray analyses reveal that it crystallizes in the triclinic space group P‐1, a = 8.807(4) Å, b =11.139(6) Å, c = 11.291(5) Å, α=75.337(7), β = 73.584(5), γ= 66.795(5)°. The CuII ions are linked into an extended 2‐D grid net via mp molecules. Further these layers are united together through the bridging L to form a 3‐D structure, which exhibits a new 4‐connected topological network. (© 2008 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. The new compounds Rb8[Ce(O2)(CO3)3]2 · 12 H2O (1) and Cs8[Ce(O2)(CO3)3]2 · 10 H2O (2) were obtained from the reaction of hydrogen peroxide and Ce(III) in saturated alkali carbonate solutions. The crystal structures and the unit cell parameters of (1) triclinic, P‐1 with a = 8.973(2) Å, b = 10.815(2) Å, c = 11.130(3) Å, α = 66.992(2)°, β = 68.337(2)°, γ = 74.639(2)°, VEZ = 914.7(4) Å3, Z = 2, and (2) orthorhombic, Pbca, a = 19.3840(16) Å, b = 18.528(2) Å, c = 10.487(3) Å, VEZ = 3766.4(13) Å3, Z = 8, were determined. Both compounds contain the bis‐µ‐peroxo‐hexacarbonatodicerate(IV)‐ion, [(CO3)3Ce(O2)2Ce(CO3)3]8‐. IR and Raman spectra were measured and discussed. (© 2008 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. Two new complexes {[Pb(L1)(DMSO)2(H2O)]·DMF}n (1, L1 = 2,2′-dihydroxy-l,l′-dinaphthyl-3,3′-dicarboxylate) and {[Pb(L2)(DMS O)·DMSO}n (2, L2 = 2,2′-dimethoxy-l,l′-dinaphthyl-3,3′-dicarboxylate) have been synthesized under mild conditions and structurally characterized. Crystal structural analysis reveals that complex 1 adopts a 1D infinite chain structure which forms 2D sheet by hydrogen bonds interactions. Complex 2 possesses a 2D sheet structure, which was further assembled into a 3D supramolecular network through the π-π weak interactions. IR spectra indicates the carboxyl group coordinates with the Pb2+ ion. TGA shows that complex 2 is highly thermally stable up to 120°C.  相似文献

A new compound of dioxomolybdenum(VI)—[MoO2(L)(H2O)] · H2O, where L 2? = 2-[N-(hydroxynaphtylidene)amino]propan-1,2,3-triol)—is synthesized. Its structure is determined by X-ray diffraction. The Mo atom has an octahedral coordination formed by two oxo ligands located cis with respect to one another, two O atoms and the N atom of the tridentate bis(chelate) L 2? ligand, and the O atom of a water molecule. The crystallization water molecule is connected with two complex molecules by O-H…O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A novel complex, namely [RuII(PPh3)(CO)(H)(Hbpdc)]·2MeOH ( 1 ) (H2bpdc = 2,2′‐bipyridyl‐5,5′‐dicarboxylic acid), has been synthesized from the reaction of H2bpdc with [RuII(PPh3)3(CO)(H)2] in methanol under mild condition and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, ESI mass spectrometry, and single crystal X‐ray diffraction. The structure shows that the complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell parameters a = 11.8984(13) Å, b = 16.5180(18) Å, c = 25.5322(19) Å, β = 115.302(4)°, V = 4536.6(8) Å3, Z = 4. This compound features a 1‐D supramolecular chain constructed via hydrogen bonds. Its photophysical properties have been investigated in MeOH solution and in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

In the easily accessible salt [(H5O2)(db24c8)]2[Pd2I6(I2)], iodine molecules are catenated in linear anionic chains [I2PdI2PdI2I–I]2– which are separated by bulky cations consisting of two (H5O2)+ cations sequestered in dibenzo‐24‐crown‐8 (db24c8) molecules. The new compound is obtained as black single crystals (triclinic, P1, a = 1001.8(2), b = 1185.8(2), c = 1503.7(3) pm, α = 102.97(1), β = 107.65(1), γ = 90.85(1)°, V = 1652.3(5) 106·pm3, Z = 1) from a moist 1:1 dichloromethane/ethanol solution of PdCl2, iodine and db24c8. Single crystals of the compound K2[(UO2)4(O)2(OH)2(C2O4)(CH3COO)2(H2O)2]·2H2O (I) are synthesized, and their structure is investigated using X-ray diffraction. Crystals of compound I belong to the triclinic system with the unit cell parameters a = 7.6777(6) ?, b = 7.9149(7) ?, c = 10.8729(9) ?, α = 72.379(2)°, β = 86.430(3)°, γ = 87.635(2)°, V = 628.33(9) ?3, space group P , Z = 1, and R 1 = 0.0323. The main structural units of the crystals are [(UO2)4(O)2(OH)2(C2O4)(CH3COO)2(H2O)2]2− chains, which belong to the crystal-chemical group A 4 M 23 M 22 K 02 B 201 M 21 (A = UO22+, M 3 = O2−, M 2 = OH, K 02 = C2O42−, B 01 = CH3COO, M 1 = H2O) of the uranyl complexes. The chains are formed by linking the centrosymmetric tetramers of the composition (UO2)4(O)2(OH)2(CH3COO)2(H2O)2 via tetradentate bridging oxalate ions. The uranium-containing groups are joined into a three-dimensional framework through the electrostatic interaction with potassium cations and a system of hydrogen bonds, which are formed with the participation of atoms involved in the composition of the water molecules, hydroxide ions, and uranyl ions. The compound [UO2(NO3)2(H2O)2] · 2C12H18O was synthesized and studied by IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The structure consists of the neutral island groups [UO2(NO3)2(H2O)2], which belong to the crystal-chemical group AB 01 2 M 1 2 (A = UO2 2+, B 01 = NO3, M 1 = H2O) of uranyl complexes, and 1-adamantyl methyl ketone molecules. The characteristic features of the association of the complexes [UO2(NO3)2(H2O)2] and 1-adamantyl methyl ketone molecules in the crystal structure via hydrogen bonds are considered with the use of Voronoi-Dirichlet polyhedra.  相似文献

Malonate-thiocyanate complex (NH4)3[UO2(C3H2O4)2(NCS)] · 2H2O is synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system: a = 13.9983(4) Å, b = 8.1947(2) Å, c = 16.4678(4) Å, β = 100.846(1)°, space group Cc, Z = 4, and R = 0.0158. The main structural units of the crystal are mononuclear [UO2(C3H2O4)2(NCS)]3? groups belonging to the AB 2 01 M 1 crystal chemical group of uranyl complexes (A = UO 2 2+ , B 01 = C3H2O 4 2? , M 1 = NCS?). Discrete uranium-containing groups are connected by electrostatic interactions with ammonium ions and by hydrogen bonds. Some specific structural features of crystals containing [UO2(L)2(NCS)]3? complexes, where L is the oxalate or malonate ion, are discussed.  相似文献

The synthesis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction study of Cs[UO2(SeO4)(OH)] · 1.5H2O (I) and Cs[UO2(SeO4)(OH)] · H2O (II) are performed. Compound I crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system, a = 7.2142(2) Å, b = 14.4942(4) Å, c = 8.9270(3) Å, β = 112.706(1)°, space group P21/m, Z = 4, and R = 0.0222. Compound II is monoclinic, a = 8.4549(2) Å, b = 11.5358(3) Å, c = 9.5565(2) Å, β = 113.273(1)°, space group P21/c, Z = 4, and R = 0.0219. The main structural units of crystals I and II are [UO2(SeO4)(OH)]? layers which belong to the AT 3 M 2 crystal chemical group of uranyl complexes (A = UO 2 2+ , T 3 = SeO4 2?, and M 2 = OH?). In structure I, johannite-like layers are found. Structure II is a topological isomer of I. The two structures differ in the number of U(VI) atoms bound to the central atom by all bridging ligands.  相似文献

The crystal structure of Ca[Ni(HEdta)(H2O)]2 · 4H2O (HEdta 3?is a protonated anion of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) is determined. The unit-cell parameters are as follows: a = 7.706(1), b = 14.923(9), and c = 26.570(5) Å; V = 3055.6(2.4) Å3; Z = 8; and space group Pbcn. Crystals are shaped as tetragonal prisms and colored green, which is not characteristic of this class of compounds. The structure is built of Ca2+ cations, octahedral [Ni(HEdta)(H2O)]? complex anions, and crystallization water molecules. In the complex anion, one of the acetate branches is free of coordination, whereas the remaining three branches coordinate the central atom forming glycinate metallocycles. The structure is based on sandwich layers, which are formed by networks of flat tetragonal Ca[Ni(HEdta)(H2O)]4(H2O)2 fragments adjoining one another by vertices.  相似文献

Two new transition metal complexes of [M(OH2)(HDPA)2]·3H2O (M=Mn(1); M=Co(2)) (H2DPA, 2,6-pyridine-dicarboxylic acid) have been prepared at room temperature from the reaction of MCl2·6H2O (M=Mn or Co) and H2DPA in the mixed solvent of H2O and EtOH in the presence of piperazine, and were characterized by X-ray analysis, elemental analysis. X-ray analysis reveals that the coordination geometries of Mn2+ and Co2+ are of octahedron and severely distorted square-based pyramid, respectively. The structure of three complexes of bivalent metals (cobalt, nickel, and cadmium) with anions of benzoic (HL 1) and 2-(acetylamino)-5-nitrobenzoic (HL 2) acids, namely, [Co21 (H2O)2(μ-C4H4N2)] n (I), [NiL2(H2O)5]L2 · 2H2O (II), and [Cd(μ-L 2)2(H2O)2] n · 2nH2O (III), is determined. In chainlike structure I, cobalt atoms are connected by bridging pyrazine molecules; structure II contains isolated complexes. In structure III, centrosymmetric (CdOCO)2 cycles and polymeric ribbons are formed due to the coordination of the carboxylate group of the L 2 ligand to two cadmium atoms.  相似文献

The different complexation methods of a proton transfer compound, (phenH)2(pydc) (phen=1,10‐phenanthroline; pydcH2= pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid), are discussed and formation of [Sn(pydc)(phen)(OH)2]·3H2O ( 1 ), {[Sb(pydc)(phen)]2O}·2DMSO·4H2O( 2 ) and [(Tl(pydcH)]n ( 3 ) complexes are reported. The characterization was performed using IR spectroscopy and X‐ray diffraction. The structures of Sn(IV) and Sb(III) complexes show that both cationic and anionic fragments of the starting proton transfer compound have been involved in the complexation. Whereas the structure of Tl(I) complex demonstrates that only the anionic fragment of (phenH)2(pydc) is contributed to the complexation. The complexes 1‐3 show a variety of structural features including mononuclear, binuclear and polymeric structures. In compounds ( 1 ), ( 2 ) and ( 3 ) a large number of hydrogen bonds are observed. A novel mononuclear zinc(II) complex [ZnL(DMSO)] (1) with chelating bisoxime ligand 4,4′‐dinitro‐2,2′‐[ethylenedioxybis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenol (H2L) was synthesized and structurally characterized by X‐ray crystallography. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P‐1, with unit cell parameters a = 8.9730(16), b = 11.9080(18), c = 20.701(2) Å, α = 103.893(3), β = 101.975(3), γ = 90.029(2) and Z = 4. The Zinc(II) ion is five‐coordinated by four N2O2 donor atoms of L2‐ and one oxygen atom from DMSO molecule. Two new Co(II) coordination polymers, [Co(Hnbta)(bth)]n ( 1 ) and {[Co3(nbta)2(bth)3(H2O)]·H2O}n ( 2 ), (H3nbta = 5‐nitro‐1,2,3‐benzenetricarboxylic acid and bth = 1,6‐bis(1,2,4‐triazole‐1‐yl)hexane), have been synthesized under different pH values through hydrothermal reactions. Both complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and single‐crystal X‐ray crystallography. Complex 1 exhibits a 3D polythreaded network based on 4‐connected sql 2D layer. Complex 2 has a (4,4,5)‐connected trinodal 3D pillar‐layered network with a (42·64)2(42·67·8)2(64·82) topology. Magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that complexes 1 and 2 show weak antiferromagnetic interactions between the adjacent Co(II) ions.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer, [Ni(dppz)(oba)(H2O)]·0.5H2O (dppz = dipyrido[3,2‐a:2′,3′‐c]phenazine and oba = 4,4′‐oxy(bisbenzoate)) has been synthesized through hydrothermal method and characterized by IR, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 23.163(5), b = 18.211(4), c = 14.460(3) Å, α = γ = 90°, β = 100.45(3)°, V = 5998(2) Å3, Z = 2. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.0866 (wR2 = 0.1836). The crystal structures of [Mn(Heida)(Phen)]2 · 7H2O (I) and [Mn2(Edta)(Phen)] · 4H2O (II) are studied by X-ray diffraction [R 1 = 0.0375 (0.0283) and wR 2 = 0.0954 (0.0662) for 5449 (3176) observed reflections in I (II), respectively]. Structure I contains mononuclear mixed-ligand complexes [Mn(Heida)(Phen)] and [Mn(Heida)(Phen)(H2O)]. In structure II, the [Mn(Edta)]2− anionic complexes and the [Mn(Phen)(H2O)2]2+ cationic complexes are linked by the bridging carboxyl groups into the tetramers with C 2 symmetry. An exploration of the cobalt‐tartrate system under hydrothermal conditions, has led to the isolation of crystalline framework {Co2(H2tar)2]·2H2O}n ( 1 ) (H2tar = tartrate dianion). Single‐crystal X‐ray analyses reveal that it crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P21212. a = 11.0924(11) Å, b = 7.8517(8) Å, c = 9.0171(9) Å, β = 90°. A dinuclear CoII unit is formed via two different coordinated tartrate molecules. Further these units are united together through two bridging carboxylate groups of hexa‐coordinated H2tar ligands to form a 2D grid layer, which exhibits a typical (6,3) topological network.
