Using three accurate potential energy surfaces of the 3A″, 3A′, and 1A′ states constructed recently, we present a quasi-classical trajectory (QCT) calculation for O + HCl (v = 0, j = 0)  OH + Cl reaction at the collision energies (E col) of 14.0–20.0 kcal/mol. The three angular distribution functions—P(qr ) P(\theta_{r} ) , P(jr ) P(\varphi_{r} ) , and P(qr ,jr ) P(\theta_{r} ,\varphi_{r} ) , together with the four commonly used polarization-dependent differential cross-sections, \frac2ps \fracds00 dwt , \frac2ps \fracds20 dwt , \frac2ps \fracds22 + dwt , \textand \frac2ps \fracds21 - dwt {\frac{2\pi }{\sigma }}\,{\frac{{d\sigma_{00} }}{{d\omega_{t} }}},\,{\frac{2\pi }{\sigma }}\,{\frac{{d\sigma_{20} }}{{d\omega_{t} }}},\,{\frac{2\pi }{\sigma }}\,{\frac{{d\sigma_{22 + } }}{{d\omega_{t} }}},\,{\text{and}}\,{\frac{2\pi }{\sigma }}\,{\frac{{d\sigma_{21 - } }}{{d\omega_{t} }}} are exhibited to get an insight into the alignment and the orientation of the product OH radical. There is a similar behavior of the tendency scattering direction for the two triplet electronic states (3A″ and 3A′)—backward scattering dominates, however, forward scattering prevails for the case of 1A′ state. Also, obvious differences have been found in the stereo-dynamical information, which reveals the influences of the potential energy surface and the collision energy. The degrees of polarization and the influence of the collision energy on the stereo-dynamics characters of the title reaction are both demonstrated in the order of 3A′ > 3A″ > 1A′.  相似文献

Translational and rotational invariance of functionals lead to hierarchies of equations between successive derivatives. These hierarchies allow alternating series expansions of some density functionals in terms of functional derivatives and charge density. Translational and rotational invariance also give rise to integrodifferential equations that link derivatives of all orders. From the minimal properties of the kinetic energy functional Ts[ρ] and the functional F[ρ] = minΨ→ρ <Ψ|T + Vee|Ψ>, it follows that $int dˆ3 r dˆ3 rˆprimef({bold r}) {delˆ2 T―s[rho]}over{delrho({bold r})delrho({bold rˆprime})}f({bold rˆprime}) geq 0hspace{1cm}hbox{and}hspace{1cm}int dˆ3 r dˆ3 rˆprimef({bold r}) {delˆ2 F[rho]}over{delrho({bold r})delrho({bold rˆprime})}f({bold rˆprime}) geq 0$ for all ∫ d3 r d3 f′ f(r) = 0. This property combined with constraints on functionals due to translational invariance lead to inequalities satisfied by first derivatives of selected density functionals. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Metallosurfactant complexes of the type trans- [Co(DH)2(HA)X], where DH = Dimethyl glyoxime, HA = Hexadecyl amine and X = Cl, Br, I, N3 , NO2 or SCN, were synthesized and characterized by physico-chemical and spectroscopic methods. In addition, the single crystal X-ray structure of the ionic complex trans-[Co(DH)2(HA)2][Co(DH)2(I)2)] is presented. The critical micelle concentration values of the complexes in ethanol were obtained by measuring the absorption at 290 nm. Specific conductivity data (at 303–313 K) served for the evaluation of the thermodynamics of micellization ) \left( {\Updelta G^{0}_{{{\text{m}}}}, \Updelta H^{0}_{{{\text{m}}}}, \Updelta S^{0}_{\text{m}} } \right) . Steady-state photolysis, cyclic voltammetry and biological activities of the complexes were studied. The compounds were tested for antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

The theory of the polarographic catalytic currents (mechanism CE) has been developed for the system: Ni2+-L-Xp− where L: pyridine (Py), nicotinamide (NA), N,N-diethylnicotinamide (DEN), nicotine (NC) and Xp−: NO 3, AcO, HPO2− 4 . The theory is based on the kinetic parallel heterogeneous catalytic reactions:

with the use of Langmuir’s adsorbed isotherm. The kinetic equations obtained for average and instantaneous currents allowed to determine the Langmuir’s parameters (NA<DEN<NC), kinetic parameters and the contribution of reactions 1a and b to the summary catalytic currents. The k h value rises with the increase of the NiX2−p stability constant. The correlation k hk h was explained by the additional effect of the field electrode through Xp−. These effects base the reaction 1b instead of accepted early alternative reaction of the ligand exchange. In spite of the fact that k hk h, the contribution of the reaction 1a in the summary catalytic current attained more than 60% (Py, DEN) due to the influence of the ψ0 potential. Dilute solutions of polystyrene (molecular weight 1 × 105?2 × 107) in a mixed solvent of 90% carbon tetrachloride-10% methanol were filtered through track-etched porous mica membranes. The reflection coefficient σ, defined as the fraction of polymer held back by the membrane, was measured as a function of polymer size rs, pore radius ro, and solvent flow rate q through each pore. Polymer size was characterized by the Stokes-Einstein radius, as determined from diffusion coefficients measured by quasielastic light scattering, and chain relaxation times τ were estimated from measured intrinsic viscosities. In the case of chains whose unperturbed radius was smaller than the pore, σ depended on the ratio rs/ro in the manner predicted by a hard-sphere theory, as long as \documentclass{article}\pagestyle{empty}\begin{document}$ \dot \gamma \tau < < 1 $\end{document}, where \documentclass{article}\pagestyle{empty}\begin{document}$ \dot \gamma $\end{document} is the mean rate of strain of solvent at the pore entrance. However, when the polymer chains exceeded the pore in size, σ depended on flow rate and decreased from almost unity, at small q, toward zero at high q. The relationship between σ and q was nearly independent of polymer and pore size, consistent with a theory based on scaling concepts of how polymer chains deform at the entrance of a pore, but the reduction in σ as q increased was very gradual and did not exhibit the sharp transition predicted by the theory. We were able to empirically correlate all the data for σ when rs > ro by a single similarity variable \documentclass{article}\pagestyle{empty}\begin{document}$ \theta = {{({{r_s} \mathord{\left/ {\vphantom {{r_s} {r_0}}} \right. \kern-\nulldelimiterspace} {r_0}})} \mathord{\left/ {\vphantom {{({{r_s} \mathord{\left/ {\vphantom {{r_s} {r_0}}} \right. \kern-\nulldelimiterspace} {r_0}})} {(\dot \gamma \tau)^n}}} \right. \kern-\nulldelimiterspace} {(\dot \gamma \tau)^n}} \sim ({{r_s} \mathord{\left/ {\vphantom {{r_s} {r_0}}} \right. \kern-\nulldelimiterspace} {r_0}})^{1 - 3n} q^{- n} $\end{document}; a least-squares fit gave n = 0.33, showing that σ is insensitive to polymer size for large chains.  相似文献

The derivative of the associated Legendre function of the first kind of integer degree with respect to its order, , is studied. After deriving and investigating general formulas for μ arbitrary complex, a detailed discussion of , where m is a non-negative integer, is carried out. The results are applied to obtain several explicit expressions for the associated Legendre function of the second kind of integer degree and order, . In particular, we arrive at formulas which generalize to the case of (0 ≤ mn) the well-known Christoffel’s representation of the Legendre function of the second kind, Q n (z). The derivatives and , all with m > n, are also evaluated.  相似文献

The study elementarily investigated the effect of the cathode structure on the electrochemical performance of anode-supported solid oxide fuel cells. Four single cells were fabricated with different cathode structures, and the total cathode thickness was 15, 55, 85, and 85 μm for cell-A, cell-B, cell-C, and cell-D, respectively. The cell-A, cell-B, and cell-D included only one cathode layer, which was fabricated by ( \textLa0.74 \textBi0.10 \textSr0.16 )\textMnO3 - d \left( {{\text{La}}_{0.74} {\text{Bi}}_{0.10} {\text{Sr}}_{0.16} } \right){\text{MnO}}_{{3 - \delta }} (LBSM) electrode material. The cathode of the cell-C was composed of a ( \textLa0.74 \textBi0.10 \textSr0.16 )\textMnO3 - d - ( \textBi0.7 \textEr0.3 \textO1.5 ) \left( {{\text{La}}_{0.74} {\text{Bi}}_{0.10} {\text{Sr}}_{0.16} } \right){\text{MnO}}_{{3 - \delta }} - \left( {{\text{Bi}}_{0.7} {\text{Er}}_{0.3} {\text{O}}_{1.5} } \right) (LBSM–ESB) cathode functional layer and a LBSM cathode layer. Different cathode structures leaded to dissimilar polarization character for the four cells. At 750°C, the total polarization resistance (R p) of the cell-A was 1.11, 0.41 and 0.53 Ω cm2 at the current of 0, 400, and 800 mA, respectively, and that of the cell-B was 1.10, 0.39, and 0.23 Ω cm2 at the current of 0, 400, and 800 mA, respectively. For cell-C and cell-D, their polarization character was similar to that of the cell-B and R p also decreased with the increase of the current. The maximum power density was 0.81, 1.01, 0.79, and 0.43 W cm−2 at 750°C for cell-D, cell-C, cell-B, and cell-A, respectively. The results demonstrated that cathode structures evidently influenced the electrochemical performance of anode-supported solid oxide fuel cells.  相似文献

Using the tripodal ligand N-(carbamoylmethyl)-iminodiacetatic acid (H2ADA), a two dimensional AgI coordination polymer [Ag(HADA)] n (1) and a mononuclear complex [CrIII(ADA)2](H2O)(H3O) (2) have been isolated. Using 2 as a precursor, a novel 3D heterometallic compound (3) was obtained. In 1 the singly deprotonated HADA ligand adopts a novel asymmetrical η1124-tetradentate coordination mode while in 3 four different coordination modes of ADA2− are observed. The solid-state fluorescence spectrum of 1 shows a maximum at 615 nm whereas no fluorescence emission band was observed for free H2ADA. The enthalpies of dissolution of 1,2,3-triazole nitrate in water were measured using a RD496-2000 Calvet microcalorimeter at four different temperatures under atmospheric pressure. Differential enthalpies (Δdif H) and molar enthalpies (Δdiss H) of dissolution were determined. The corresponding kinetic equations that describe the dissolution rate at the four experimental temperatures are \fracdadt / s - 1 = 10 - 3.75( 1 - a)0.96\frac{d\alpha}{dt} / \mathrm{s}^{ - 1} =10^{ - 3.75}( 1 - \alpha)^{0.96} (T=298.15 K), \fracdadt /s - 1 = 10 - 3.73( 1 - a)1.00\frac{d\alpha}{dt} /\mathrm{s}^{ - 1} = 10^{ - 3.73}( 1 - \alpha)^{1.00} (T=303.15 K), \fracdadt / s - 1 = 10 - 3.72( 1 - a)0.98\frac{d\alpha}{dt} / \mathrm{s}^{ - 1} = 10^{ - 3.72}( 1 - \alpha)^{0.98} (T=308.15 K) and \fracdadt / s - 1 = 10 - 3.71( 1 -a)0.97\frac{d\alpha}{dt} / \mathrm{s}^{ - 1} = 10^{ - 3.71}( 1 -\alpha)^{0.97} (T=313.15 K). The determined values of the activation energy E and pre-exponential factor A for the dissolution process are 5.01 kJ⋅mol−1 and 10−2.87 s−1, respectively.  相似文献

Using the double-network (DN) method, bacterial cellulose/polyacrylamide (BC/PAAm) DN gels able to sustain not only high elongation but also high compression have been synthesized by combining BC gel as the first network with PAAm as the second network in the presence of N,N′-methylene bisacrylamide (MBAA) as a cross-linker. This DN gel was obtained by modifying the monomer concentration of the second network, acrylamide monomer (AAm) and MBAA, and by controlling the water content of the first network, BC gel. The mechanical properties are discussed in term of the swelling degree (q), which is independent of the concentration of AAm and MBAA. It was found that, for BC/PAAm DN gels with the first network formed from BC gel with high q (BC q=120), the tensile and compressive modulus (E) scales with q as E μ q - 2 E \propto q^{ - 2} . The tensile fracture stress, σ F, of this DN gel was almost independent of q, that is s\textF μ q0, \sigma_{\text{F}} \propto q^{0}, but the compressive fracture stress, σ F, scaled with q as E μ q - 2 E \propto q^{ - 2} . Meanwhile, the tensile and compressive fracture strain (ε F) of the gel is almost independent of q, which is caused by AAm concentration change, but linearly increased with q, which is caused by MBAA concentration change. Furthermore, by decreasing the water content of the BC gel prior to polymerization of the second (PAAm) network, a ligament-like tough BC/PAAm DN gel could be obtained with tensile strength of 40 MPa.  相似文献

This buffer standard may be a useful alternative to the saturated potassium hydrogen tartrate buffer.  相似文献

The enthalpies of dissolution in ethyl acetate and acetone of hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane (CL-20) were measured by means of a RD496-2000 Calvet microcalorimeter at 298.15 K, respectively. Empirical formulae for the calculation of the enthalpy of dissolution (Δdiss H), relative partial molar enthalpy (Δdiss H partial), relative apparent molar enthalpy (Δdiss H apparent), and the enthalpy of dilution (Δdil H 1,2) of each process were obtained from the experimental data of the enthalpy of dissolution of CL-20. The corresponding kinetic equations describing the two dissolution processes were \frac\textda\textdt = 1.60 ×10 - 2 (1 - a)0.84 {\frac{{{\text{d}}\alpha }}{{{\text{d}}t}}} = 1.60 \times 10^{ - 2} (1 - \alpha )^{0.84} for dissolution process of CL-20 in ethyl acetate, and \frac\textda\textdt = 2.15 ×10 - 2 (1 - a)0.89 {\frac{{{\text{d}}\alpha }}{{{\text{d}}t}}} = 2.15 \times 10^{ - 2} (1 - \alpha )^{0.89} for dissolution process of CL-20 in acetone.  相似文献

Oxidation of 3-(4-methoxyphenoxy)-1,2-propanediol (MPPD) by bis(hydrogenperiodato) argentate(III) complex anion, [Ag(HIO6)2]5− has been studied in aqueous alkaline medium by use of conventional spectrophotometry. The major oxidation product of MPPD has been identified as 3-(4-methoxyphenoxy)-2-ketone-1-propanol by mass spectrometry. The reaction shows overall second-order kinetics, being first-order in both [Ag(III)] and [MPPD]. The effects of [OH] and periodate concentration on the observed second-order rate constants k′ have been analyzed, and accordingly an empirical expression has been deduced:
where [IO4 ]tot denotes the total concentration of periodate and k a = (0.19 ± 0.04) M−1 s−1, k b = (10.5 ± 0.3) M−2 s−1, and K 1 = (5.0 ± 0.8) × 10−4 M at 25.0 °C and ionic strength of 0.30 M. Activation parameters associated with k a and k b have been calculated. A mechanism is proposed, involving two pre-equilibria, leading to formation of a periodato–Ag(III)–MPPD complex. In the subsequent rate-determining steps, this complex undergoes inner-sphere electron-transfer from the coordinated MPPD molecule to the metal center by two paths: one path is independent of OH, while the other is facilitated by a hydroxide ion.  相似文献

Ground state non-covalent interactions between a newly designed macrocyclic 1,3,5-trihomo calix[6]arene receptor, designated as 1, and the C60 and C70 fullerenes have been studied in toluene solutions. It was observed that the absorbances of both C60 and C70 solutions increased upon the addition of increasing concentrations of compound 1. Job’s method of continuous variation established 1:1 stoichiometry for these fullerene-1 complexes. The binding constant (K) data reveal that compound 1 binds to C70 more strongly compared to C60, i.e., KC60-1 = 230 dm3·mol-1K_{C60\mbox{-}\boldsymbol{1}} = 230~\mathrm{dm}^{3}{\cdot}\mathrm{mol}^{-1} and KC70-1 = 517 dm3·mol-1K_{C70\mbox{-}\boldsymbol{1}}= 517~\mathrm{dm}^{3}{\cdot}\mathrm{mol}^{-1}. Proton NMR analysis provides very good support for strong binding between C70 and 1. Estimations of the solvent reorganization energy (R S ) suggest that the C70-1 complex is stabilized more than the corresponding C60-1 complex, with RS(C60-1) = -1.970 eVR_{S(C60\mbox{-}\boldsymbol{1})} = -1.970~\mathrm{eV} and RS(C70-1) = -2.300 eVR_{S(C70\mbox{-}\boldsymbol{1})}= -2.300~\mathrm{eV}. Molecular mechanics force field method calculations established that the binding pattern of C70 towards 1 occurs in the side-on rather than end-on orientation, and that the C70-1 complex gains 5.23 kJ⋅mol−1 of extra stabilization energy with this side-on geometrical arrangement.  相似文献

A ternary binuclear complex of dysprosium chloride hexahydrate with m-nitrobenzoic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline, [Dy(m-NBA)3phen]2·4H2O (m-NBA: m-nitrobenzoate; phen: 1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized. The dissolution enthalpies of [2phen·H2O(s)], [6m-HNBA(s)], [2DyCl3·6H2O(s)], and [Dy(m-NBA)3phen]2·4H2O(s) in the calorimetric solvent (VDMSO:VMeOH = 3:2) were determined by the solution–reaction isoperibol calorimeter at 298.15 K to be \Updelta\texts H\textmq \Updelta_{\text{s}} H_{\text{m}}^{\theta } [2phen·H2O(s), 298.15 K] = 21.7367 ± 0.3150 kJ·mol−1, \Updelta\texts H\textmq \Updelta_{\text{s}} H_{\text{m}}^{\theta } [6m-HNBA(s), 298.15 K] = 15.3635 ± 0.2235 kJ·mol−1, \Updelta\texts H\textmq \Updelta_{\text{s}} H_{\text{m}}^{\theta } [2DyCl3·6H2O(s), 298.15 K] = −203.5331 ± 0.2200 kJ·mol−1, and \Updelta\texts H\textmq \Updelta_{\text{s}} H_{\text{m}}^{\theta } [[Dy(m-NBA)3phen]2·4H2O(s), 298.15 K] = 53.5965 ± 0.2367 kJ·mol−1, respectively. The enthalpy change of the reaction was determined to be \Updelta\textr H\textmq = 3 6 9. 4 9 ±0. 5 6   \textkJ·\textmol - 1 . \Updelta_{\text{r}} H_{\text{m}}^{\theta } = 3 6 9. 4 9 \pm 0. 5 6 \;{\text{kJ}}\cdot {\text{mol}}^{ - 1} . A number of thermodynamic parameters viz. apparent molar volumes, ϕ v , partial molar volumes, , transfer volumes, , Falkenhagen coefficients, A, Jones–Dole coefficients, B, free energies per mole of solute, , and per mole of solvent, , molar refraction, R D , and limiting molar conductivity, , have been calculated by using the experimentally measured densities, ρ, viscosities, η, refractive indices, n D , and specific conductivities, κ, data of glycine (0.02–0.10 m) in 0.01 m aqueous sodium dodecyl sulphate, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, and triton X-100 (TX-100) solutions at 298.15, 303.15, 308.15, and 313.15 K. The above calculated parameters were found to be sensitive towards the interactions prevailing in the studied amino acid–surfactant–water systems.
