聚乙烯唑啉作用下甲烷水合物分解的分子动力学模拟   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用分子动力学模拟系统研究了不同质量浓度下(1.25%、2.50%、6.06%)聚乙烯唑啉(PEtO)对甲烷水合物的分解作用. 模拟体系为甲烷水合物2′2′2的超胞和聚合物对接体系. 模拟发现水分子间氢键构架的水合物笼型结构在PEtO的作用下出现扭曲, 最终导致水合物笼型结构完全坍塌. 通过氧原子径向分布函数、均方位移以及扩散系数比较不同浓度PEtO的作用, 证实在一定浓度范围内, PEtO的浓度越高, 其水合物分解作用越强. 此外, PEtO 具有一定的可生物降解性. PEtO 对水合物的作用为: PEtO 吸附在水合物表面, 其中的酰胺基(N―C=O)与成笼的水分子形成氢键, 破坏邻近的笼形结构, 令水合物分解; PEtO不断分解表面的水合物, 直到水合物笼完全分解.  相似文献

4,4′-二(硬脂酰胺基)-二苯甲烷(BSAPM)在LiClO4/碳酸丙烯酯(PC)中能形成超分子有机凝胶。用循环伏安法研究了包埋在凝胶中的二茂铁的氧化还原行为。结果表明,有机凝胶内的二茂铁仍具有氧化还原活性,其氧化还原行为是受扩散控制的单电子可逆转移过程。与溶液相比,最低化凝胶浓度下凝胶中二茂铁和二茂铁离子的扩散系数分别从5.62×10-6cm2/s和6.47×10-6cm2/s下降为3.32×10-6cm2/s和4.41×10-6cm2/s,且随凝胶因子浓度的增加,凝胶中二茂铁和二茂铁离子的扩散系数降低。  相似文献

甲烷水合物导热系数是甲烷水合物勘探、开采、储运以及其他应用过程中一个十分重要的物理参数.我们采用平衡分子动力学(EMD)方法Green-Kubo理论计算温度203.15~263.15K、压力范围3~100MPa、晶穴占有率为0~1的sI甲烷水合物的导热系数,采用的水分子模型包括TIP4P、TIP4P-Ew、TIP4P-FQ、TIP4P/2005、TIP4P/Ice.研究了主客体分子、外界温压条件等对甲烷水合物导热性能的影响.研究结果显示甲烷水合物的低导热性能由主体分子构建的sI笼型结构决定,而客体分子进入笼型结构后,使得笼型结构导热性能增强,同时进入笼型结构的客体分子越多,甲烷水合物导热性能越强.研究结果还显示在高温区域(T〉TDebye/3)内不同温度作用下,所有sI水合物具有相似的导热规律.压力对导热系数有一定影响,尤其是在较高压力条件下,压力越高,导热系数越大.而在不同温度和不同压力作用过程中,密度的改变对导热系数的增大或减小几乎没有影响.  相似文献

以Winmopac7软件中AM1量子化学半经验分子轨道方法计算苯酚、邻苯二酚、间苯二酚、对苯二酚和邻苯三酚的水合物的结构参数,利用多元线性回归方法研究了以上5种酚的扩散系数与其分子结构参数之间的关系.结果表明,4种苯酚衍生物的扩散系数与分子的电子能量(Ee),分子的总偶极矩(μT),分子的体积(Vm)有较好的相关性.其回归方程为DT=1.155×10-5+3.675×109 Ee+4.734×10-7μT-9.28×10-3 Vm,R2=0.999 2 SD=1.428×10-7利用此方程预测邻苯三酚的扩散系数为(2.045±0.143)×10-6 cm2/s.此结果表明,AM1量子化学半经验分子轨道方法在对酚类化合物的扩散系数的研究和预测上具有可适用性,此方法也为其他有机化合物在水溶液中的扩散系数的研究和预测提供了新思路和新方法.  相似文献

以高磺化度的侧链型磺化聚芳醚酮(S-SPAEK)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料,通过溶液共混的方法在120℃下制备了PVA含量不同的S-SPAEK/PVA交联膜.红外光谱图表明S-SPAEK聚合物中的磺酸基团与PVA中的羟基反应生成酯键而形成共价交联.通过对交联膜的性能测试发现PVA的引入明显降低了膜的甲醇渗透系数,改善了膜的溶胀性,提高了膜的保水能力.S-SPAEK/PVA(85/15)交联膜水的脱附系数从S-SPAEK的3.1×10-8 cm2/s降低到2.9×10-9 cm2/s.在25℃和60℃时S-SPAEK/PVA(85/15)交联膜的甲醇渗透系数分别为2.6×10-7cm2/s和3.9×10-7cm2/s,明显低于相同温度下的纯S-SPAEK膜的8.1×10-7cm2/s与14.5×10-7cm2/s,而其质子传导率虽然有所下降,但是在25℃和80℃时分别达到了0.055 S/cm和0.083 S/cm,能够满足直接甲醇燃料电池(DMFCs)对质子交换膜的要求,有望在DMFCs中得到应用.  相似文献

乙硫醇在MFI和MOR沸石中扩散行为的分子动力学模拟   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
采用分子动力学方法模拟计算了乙硫醇分子在MFI和MOR两种拓扑结构沸石中的动力学性质,比较了乙硫醇不同负载量和沸石晶格原子刚性和柔性两种状态下乙硫醇分子在沸石孔道中扩散系数的大小。模拟结果表明,对于这两种沸石,负载量增加,扩散系数减小。对于MFI沸石,在刚性和柔性沸石结构的情况下,扩散系数分别为3×10-10m2/s和4×10-9m2/s;对于MOR沸石,在刚性和柔性结构的情况下,扩散系数分别为2×10-7m2/s和3×10-8m2/s。对于MFI沸石,柔性结构下的扩散系数比刚性结构下的扩散系数要大,而对于MOR却呈现出相反的行为。对比这两种沸石,MOR中的扩散系数要比MFI沸石中大,这是因为乙硫醇分子在MOR12元环中扩散更易进行所致。相互作用能的计算结果表明,MFI中交叉型和直型孔道活性位相近,MOR孔道中12元环与4元环孔道相差较大。  相似文献

研究了冷冻/解冻法制备的不同浓度(5wt%~25wt%)聚乙烯醇(PVA)水凝胶的结构和流变行为之间的关系.由XRD确定了凝胶中PVA的结晶度和晶粒尺寸.用应力流变仪研究了凝胶的流变行为,包括动态模量和蠕变等.在频率为1Hz和低应力的条件下,测量了凝胶的储能模量和损耗模量.在该试验条件下,PVA水凝胶的形变是完全可以回复的.低频率区和低应变区的储能模量随浓度增加而变大,但当浓度超过20wt%时,储能模量增加速率明显降低.由PVA水凝胶在1Hz时的储能模量和结晶度的数据,理论分析得到了形成PVA水凝胶的最低PVA浓度和最小结晶度.当PVA浓度低于15wt%时,储能模量主要由PVA的微晶控制,分子链间的氢键影响很小.通过低应变区储能模量的数值计算出了凝胶网孔尺寸的结构参数.同时对不同温度下PVA水凝胶的储能模量数据进行了标度分析.PVA水凝胶的蠕变行为显示,随浓度提高,凝胶的蠕变黏弹性由线性向非线性转变.  相似文献

用Hartree-Fock SCF和密度泛函(BLYP,B3LYP,MPW1PW91)方法对以结构-Ⅰ为单元的甲烷水合物进行了分子间势能的理论研究.该结构单元为正十二面体,其中包括20个水分子,甲烷分子在其中心.采用从头算HF/6-31G(d,p)对甲烷分子进行几何优化,采用ST2模型对水分子作几何优化.水-水间氢键势能Ehb(l)和水-甲烷间范德华势能Evdw(l)作为边长l的函数进行计算,计算时固定水和甲烷分子的几何形状.所有计算中均使用6-31G(d,p)基组.基组重叠误差(BSSE)经校正其上限和下限为水-水氢键能加以确定.由B3LYP经基组重叠误差(BSSE)校正得到的O—O距离为RO—O=0.280 nm,C—O距离RC—O=0.392 nm,比其他方法更接近实验值的0.282和0.395 nm.结果表明,在天然气水合物结构-Ⅰ中水-水分子对的氢键能(30~36 kJ/mol)大于水的二聚体(H2O)2氢键能(-22.6±2.9)kJ/mol,亦大于六角形冰的(-21.7±0.5)kJ/mol,十二面体结构为一稳定单元.以上分子间相互作用势能的结果为得出Lennard-Jones和Kihara势能参数提供了坚实的基础,此参数对分子动力学模拟天然气水合物是非常有用的.  相似文献

在pH 7.0的磷酸氢二钠-磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液中,四羧基铁酞菁(FeTCPc)能催化过氧化氢氧化L-酪氨酸,形成荧光二聚体,据此提出了荧光光度法测定水中过氧化氢的方法。在激发波长(λex)320nm与发射波长(λem)410nm处,反应体系的ΔF(F-F0)与过氧化氢的浓度在7.6×10-7~2.7×10-5 mol.L-1之间呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s/k)为5.2×10-8 mol.L-1。以此方法对两种水样进行分析,测得回收率在96.5%~96.9%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在1.0%~2.8%之间。  相似文献

采用显微激光拉曼光谱对我国在南海神狐海域及祁连山冻土区首次钻获的天然气水合物实物样品进行了详细的研究, 探讨了其笼型结构特征及其气体组成. 结果表明, 南海神狐海域天然气水合物样品是典型的I型结构(sI)水合物, 气体组分主要是甲烷, 占99%以上; 水合物大笼的甲烷占有率大于99%, 小笼为86%, 水合指数为5.99. 祁连山冻土区天然气水合物气体组分相对复杂, 主要成分除甲烷外(70%左右), 还有相当数量的乙烷、丙烷及丁烷等烃类气体, 从拉曼谱图上可初步判断其为II型结构(sII)水合物; 水合物的小、大笼的甲烷占有率的比值(θS/θL)为26.38, 远远大于南海神弧海域水合物的0.87, 这主要是由于祁连山水合物气体组分中的大分子(乙烷、丙烷及丁烷等)优先占据水合物的大笼, 大大减少了大笼中甲烷分子的数量.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The Rh(II)-catalyzed reaction of 2-carbonyl-substituted 2H-azirines with ethyl 2-cyano-2-diazoacetate or 2-diazo-3,3,3-trifluoropropionate provides an easy access to 2H-1,3-oxazines and 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-ones. These compounds can be selectively prepared from the same starting material using temperature as the only varied parameter. The 2-azabuta-1,3-diene intermediate, a common precursor for both heterocyclic products, isomerizes into 2H-1,3-oxazine under kinetic control, while 1H-pyrrol-3(2H)-one is the sole product of the reaction at elevated temperatures. According to DFT-calculations a one-atom oxazine ring contraction involving ring-opening to a 2-azabuta-1,3-diene intermediate, followed by a 1,5- and 1,2-prototropic shift leads to the consecutive formation of imidoylketene and azomethine ylide, which then further undergo cyclization to the pyrrole derivative.  相似文献

Scope of the copper catalyzed/mediated selenium-nitrogen coupling reaction has been studied for the synthesis of isoselenazolones. It is noticed that the 2-chloro, 2-bromo-, and 2-iodo-aryl amides substrates can be exploited in the selenium-nitrogen coupling reaction by employing 25-100 mol % of CuI/1,10-phenanthroline (L) and potassium carbonate as a base in DMF. Furthermore, electron rich 2-chloro-arylamides also underwent selenium-nitrogen coupling reaction to give biologically important selenium-nitrogen heterocycles. Also, copper-catalyzed selenium-nitrogen coupling reaction has been meticulously applied for the synthesis of diaryl diselenides having methoxy, amine, and amide functionality from respective aryl iodides in the presence of stoichiometric amount of succinimide as an external Se-N coupling partner.  相似文献

A series of novel N-methyl morpholine (Nmm) based ionic liquids with 1,2-propanediol group were synthesized and used as catalysts for Knoevenagel condensation at room temperature in water. Under the effect of the catalyst, various aldehydes or aliphatic ketones could react with a wide range of activated methylene compounds well, including malononitrile, alkyl cyanoacetate, cyanoacetamide, β-diketone, barbituric acid, 2-arylacetonitrile and thiazolidinedione. Furthermore, most of the products could be separated just by filtrating and washing with water. Additionally, the catalyst is recyclable and applicable for the large-scale synthesis.  相似文献

A series of polyheterocyclic spirotetrahydrothiophene derivatives were obtained in moderate to excellent yields via a catalyst-free sulfa-Michael/aldol cascade reaction of chalcones 1 and commercially available 1,4-dithiane-2,5-diol 2 under mild conditions. We also present the first asymmetric sulfa-Michael/aldol cascade reaction of chalcones 1 and commercially available 1,4-dithiane-2,5-diol 2 with moderate to good enantioselectivities catalyzed by readily available chiral phase-transfer catalysts (PTCs).  相似文献

Both soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC) inhibitors ODQ 1 and NS2028 2 are synthesized via improved protocols. In the former case treating 3,4-dihydroquinoxalin-2(1H)-one oxime 8, which can be prepared in two steps from 1,2-benzenediamine, with 1,1′-carbonyldiimidazole (CDI) gives the dihydro-ODQ 10 that in the presence of KMnO4 oxidises to give ODQ 1 in an overall yield of 46% starting from 1,2-benzenediamine. In the latter case, the synthesis affords NS2028 2 from 2-amino-4-bromophenol 3 in three steps with an overall yield of 85% and avoids the need for chromatography. Furthermore, Suzuki-Miyaura reaction conditions are described that enable the preparation of 8-aryl and 8-heteroaryl derivatives of NS2028 directly from NS2028 2. Finally, demethylation of the 8-(methoxyphenyl) substituted analogues afforded the 8-(hydroxyphenyl) derivatives 40-42. All new products are fully characterised.  相似文献
