A visible-light-induced Rose bengal catalyzed C3-trifluoroethylation of quinoxalin-2-(1H)-ones is reported. A wide range of quinoxalin-2-(1H)-ones was compatible, which led to the corresponding products in moderate to good yields. A gram-scale reaction proceeded well and afforded an efficient route to prepare C3-trifluoroethylated quinoxalin-2-(1H)-ones.  相似文献

报道了可见光促进张力环烷醇氧化开环后实现喹喔啉酮的C(3)-酮烷基化反应. 室温下, 该反应以张力环醇为潜在的烷基化试剂, 过硫酸钾为氧化剂, 在甲醇与水的混合溶液中, 借助可见光照射实现. 通过该反应, 一系列带有羰基官能团的不同链长的烷基片段被成功地引入到各种取代的喹喔啉酮中, 为喹喔啉酮类化合物的修饰提供了更加绿色、环保和简洁的方法.  相似文献

A sunlight-promoted sulfenylation of quinoxalin-2(1H)-ones using recyclable graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) as a heterogeneous photocatalyst was developed. Using the method, various 3-sulfenylated quinoxalin-2(1H)-ones were obtained in good to excellent yields under an ambient air atmosphere. Moreover, the heterogeneous catalyst can be recycled at least six times without significant loss of activity.  相似文献

A practical and scalable protocol for visible-light-accelerated arylation and alkylation of quinoxalin-2(1H)-ones with hydrazines is reported. In this protocol, a hydrazone-based two-dimensional covalent organic frameworks (2D-COF-1) was employed as the heterogeneous photocatalyst (PC). Due to its excellent photocatalytic properties, good chemical stability and heterogeneous nature, the present method exhibits high efficiency, good functional group tolerance, easy scalability and remarkable catalyst reusability. More importantly, it provides an alternative way that allows rapid access to various C3 arylated or alkylated quinoxalin-2(1H)-ones in a greener and sustainable manner.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

A simple and environmentally benign method is described for the synthesis of 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones by direct cyclocondensation of 2-aminobenzamide with aromatic aldehydes using water as the reaction medium. The parameters such as temperature, substrate molar ratio and reaction time were examined to establish the optimal synthetic process. The present procedure has advantages of low cost, mild reaction conditions, simple workup process, simply purification, excellent yields and no use of catalyst and hazardous organic solvents.  相似文献

3-Hydroxy-3-(2-oxoethyl)-6-phenyl-2,3-dihydropyridazin-4(1H)-ones were obtained by the reaction of methyl 3-oxo-5-phenylfuran-2(3H)-ylideneacetate or 2-[2-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-oxoethylidene]-5-phenylfuran-3(2H)-one with benzoic or p-nitrobenzoic isopropylidenehydrazides. 以芳香醛、芳香酮和尿素为原料,对甲基苯磺酸铝为催化剂,在90oC、无溶剂条件下“一锅法”反应,高效合成了一系列4,6-二芳基-3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮。产品结构通过IR,1H NMR,13C NMR和元素分析进行了表征。该方法具有操作简单、反应时间短、产率高、反应条件温和、不使用任何有机溶剂、催化剂廉价易得且可重复使用等优点,为标题化合物的合成提供了一种简便高效的绿色新途径。  相似文献

喹喔啉酮作为重要的含氮杂环骨架,广泛应用于抗菌化合物、抗肿瘤药物、半导体材料中.因此,开发新方法合成不同官能团化喹喔啉酮以丰富其结构多样性在近年来广受关注.在众多合成方法中,喹喔啉酮的直接C–H官能团化是一类步骤经济性较高、简便高效地构建喹喔啉酮衍生物的重要方法.近年来,光催化、电催化和光电催化技术已发展成为现代有机合成中强有力的绿色合成工具,可以有效利用光能或者电能促进有机化学转化,减少传统有机反应中的高能耗.过去几年,化学工作者在光/电催化喹喔啉酮的直接C–H官能团化反应方面进行了大量研究,开发了系列不同官能团化喹喔啉酮的绿色合成方法.本文系统总结了喹喔啉酮的光/电催化官能团化研究最新进展,重点讨论了光/电催化下自由基历程的喹喔啉酮C–H键直接官能团化反应,反应类型主要包括喹喔啉酮的3-芳基化、3-烷基化、3-氟烷基化、3-烷氧基化、3-酰化、3-氨基化、3-膦酰化、3-巯基化、3-硅烷基化和环化反应等方面,这将有助于理解光/电催化喹喔啉酮官能团化反应.反应在温和条件下可以成功产生各种碳中心或杂原子为中心的自由基,这些自由基进一步与喹喔啉酮的3-位进行加成反应,进而开发出众多有效的方法来合成不同官能团化的喹喔啉酮.这些条件温和的反应方法已经有部分成功应用于合成具有重要生物活性的喹喔啉酮化合物.此外,药物中常见的一些重要官能团,例如三氟甲基和二氟甲基等可以顺利地引入到喹喔啉酮骨架结构,这些研究为喹喔啉酮衍生物的生物活性相关研究奠定了基础.本文还对当前光/电催化喹喔啉酮官能团化反应所面临的挑战和未来发展作了展望和总结,期待在不久的将来,有机合成工作者能基于喹喔啉酮的C–H键直接官能团化开发更多不同类型的新反应.另一方面,需要进一步开发新型的非均相可见光催化剂,实现光催化剂的回收与再利用,进一步降低反应成本,促进其在药物开发、功能材料合成等应用方面的发展.  相似文献

A mild, efficient, and high-yielding method for the synthesis of 2-aryl-2,3-dihydroquinolin-4(1H)-ones from their corresponding 2-amino chalcones using silica chloride (SiO2Cl) under solvent-free conditions is described. We discovered that α-chymotrypsin has a promiscuous ability to catalyze the cyclocondensation of aromatic and aliphatic aldehydes with 2-aminobenzamides to afford the corresponding 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-ones successfully in high yields (90%-98%) under alcohol solvent. The catalytic activity of α-chymotrypsin was evaluated through investigating the temperature, the enzyme loading and the ratio of substrates in the enzyme-catalyzed reactions. The present method proves to be efficient and environmentally friendly in terms of short reaction time, high yield, green catalyst and the clean products obtained without further purification processes.  相似文献

Borax in the presence of a very small amount of 5 M sulfuric acid efficiently catalyses the three-component condensation of an aldehyde, β-ketoester, and urea or thiourea to afford the corresponding 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones or 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-thiones in good to excellent yields under solvent-free conditions at 80 °C. Compared with the classical Biginelli reaction conditions, this new method has the advantage of excellent yield, short reaction time (1–2 h), easy workup, and no use of volatile organic solvent.  相似文献

Summary.  N,N-Disubstituted 5-arylmethylidene-2-aminothiazol-4(5H)-ones reacted with diethyl malonate, ethyl benzoylacetate, acetylacetone, or cyclopentadiene in refluxing toluene and in presence of powdered sodium to give the respective 5-arylmethylidene-2′-amino-2,5′-bithiazolylidene-4,4′-dione derivatives in moderate yields. 5-Benzylidene-2-morpholin-4-yl-2-thiazol-4(5H)-one reacted with malononitrile in toluene and in presence of powdered sodium under mild conditions to afford the 1:1 adduct, benzylmalononitrile, and 2-morpholin-4-yl-2-thiazol-4(5H)-one. However, similar treatment of 5-(4-methoxyphenylmethylidene)-2-morpholin-4-yl-2-thiazol-4(5H)-one with malononitrile yielded the 2,5′-bithiazolylidene-4,4′-dione derivative together with 4-methoxyphenylmethylidene malononitrile. Treatment of 5-benzylidene- and 5-(4-methoxyphenylmethylidene)-2-morpholin-4-yl-2-thiazol-4(5H)-ones with 3-phenyl-4-oxo-2-thioxo-1,3-thiazolidine in refluxing toluene and in presence of powdered sodium produced 5-arylmethylidene-3-phenyl-4-oxo-2-thioxo-1,3-thiazolidines in good yields. New 2-[2-(3,5-dimethylphenoxy)ethyl]thio derivatives of pyrimidin-4(3H)-one containing various substituents at positions 5 and 6 of the pyrimidine ring were synthesized. It was shown that alkylation of 2-thiouracils with 1-bromo-2-(3,5-dimethylphenoxy)ethane in DMF takes place exclusively at the sulfur atom. The obtained 6-benzyl and 6-(2,6-difluorobenzyl) derivatives have clearly defined virus-inhibiting properties with respect to type 1 human immunodeficiency virus in vitro and suppress its reproduction by 50% at concentrations of 1.3 and 11.2 mM respectively.  相似文献

为发展绿色化学,减少化学反应中有毒害溶剂的使用,本文以高温水为溶剂,在未使用任何有机溶剂及催化剂的条件下,以2-氨基苯甲酰胺与醛为底物,成功合成了2,3-二氢喹唑啉-4(1H)-酮衍生物。研究了反应温度、反应时间及芳环上取代基对反应的影响。在摩尔比1∶1、温度为130℃、反应时间1h的优化条件下,收率为32. 4%~85. 7%。  相似文献
