The reactions of the tris-dialkylamino phosphines (Et2N)3P and (nPr2N)3P, and the pyrrolidinyl substituted phosphines (C4H8N)3P and tBuP(NC4H8)2, with I2 and (Ph2Se2I2)2, have been reported. The reactions with diiodine lead to the formation of [R3PI]I adducts, which are essentially ionic, but show a tendency to display long, soft-soft, II interactions in the solid state. The crystal structures of [(Et2N)3PI]I, (1), [(nPr2N)3PI]I, (2), and [(C4H8N)3PI]I, (3), have all been determined, and display II interactions varying between 3.5170(6) and 3.6389(14) A. The analogous reactions with (Ph2Se2I2)2 lead to the formation of phenylseleno-phosphonium salts, [R3PSePh]I. The structures of [(C4H8N)3PSePh]I, (6) and [(C4H8N)2tBuPSePh] I, (7), have been determined and do not display any soft-soft interactions between the selenium and iodine atoms. All of the phosphonium salts represent examples of structures containing tris-dialkylamino phosphine fragments which show no special nitrogen atom, i.e. all three nitrogen atoms are planar. This type of arrangement is usually observed when a C3 symmetric conformation is observed, (which is the case for 1 and 2), but not for the (C4H8N)3P adducts 3 and 6, where the conformation is closer to Cs, although the nitrogen atoms are still essentially planar. The P-N bonds in all the compounds reported herein are short, ranging between 1.599(12) A and 1.643(12) A, and are consistent with the previously reported short P-N bonds in phosphonium salts featuring tris-dialkylamino substituted phosphines.  相似文献

The group 2 complexes [(Me(3)Si)(i-Pr(2)P)N](2)M(THF)(x) (M = Mg, x = 1; M = Ca/Sr, x = 2) as well as an unusual dimagnesium complex {[(Me(3)Si)(i-Pr(2)P)N](3)Mg}Mg(n-C(4)H(9)) have been prepared and characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Each complex was shown to react with CO(2) under extremely mild conditions (15 min, 1 atm, room temperature) to give the isocyanate (i-Pr)(2)P-N═C═O. The independent syntheses of (i-Pr)(2)P-N═C═O and the carbodiimide dimer [(i-Pr)(2)PNCNP(i-Pr)(2)](2) are also reported.  相似文献

The synthesis and the crystal and molecular structure of N(CH(2)CH(2)NMe)(3)P=CH(2) is reported. The P-N(ax) distance is rather long in N(CH(2)CH(2)NMe)(3)P=CH(2). The ylide N(CH(2)CH(2)NMe)(3)P=CH(2) proved to be a stronger proton acceptor than proazaphosphatrane N(CH(2)CH(2)NMe)(3)P, since it was shown to deprotonate N(CH(2)CH(2)NMe)(3)PH(+). The extremely strong basicity of the ylide is in accordance with its low ionization energy (6.3 eV), which is the lowest in the presently investigated series N(CH(2)CH(2)NMe)(3)P=E (E: CH(2), NH, lone pair, O and S), and to the best of our knowledge it is the smallest value observed for a non-conjugated phosphorus ylide. Computations reveal the existence of two bond strech isomers, and the stabilization of the phosphorus centered cation by electron donation from the equatorial and the axial nitrogens. Similar stabilizing effects operate in the case of protonation of E. A fine balance of these different interactions determines the P-N(ax) distance, which is thus very sensitive to the level of the theory applied. According to the quantum mechanical calculations, methyl substitution at the equatorial nitrogens flattens the pyramidality of this atom, increasing its electron donor capability. As a consequence, the PN(ax) distance in the short-transannular bonded protonated systems and the radical cations is longer by about 0.5 A in the N(eq)(Me) than in the N(eq)(H) systems. Accordingly, isodesmic reaction energies show that a stabilization of about 25 and 10 kcal/mol is attributable to the formation of the transannular bond in case of N(eq)(H) and the experimentally realizable N(eq)(Me) species, respectively.  相似文献

In the OSF(4)/Me(2)NSiMe(3) system besides the long known Me(2)NS(O)F(3) only the trisubstituted derivative is isolated as (Me(2)N)(3)SO(+)Me(3)SiF(2)(-) (3). Similar to (Me(2)N)(3)S(+)Me(3)SiF(2)(-) compound 3 is an excellent fluoride ion donor. With AsF(5) and HF the corresponding hexafluoroarsenate (Me(2)N)(3)SO(+)AsF(6)(-) (4) and the hydrogen bifluoride (Me(2)N)(3)SO(+)HF(2)(-) (5) are formed in almost quantitative yield. X-ray structure determinations of 3-5 surprisingly showed two different types of structures for the cation. In 3 and 5 this cation has C(3) symmetry, while in the hexafluoroarsenate 4 a (Me(2)N)(3)S(+)-like structure with C(s)() symmetry is determined. The experimental results for (Me(2)N)(3)SO(+) and (Me(2)N)(3)S(+) are compared with theoretical calculations for these cations and their isoelectronic neutral counterparts, the phosphorus amides (Me(2)N)(3)PO and (Me(2)N)(3)P, respectively.  相似文献

The reaction of the bis(amino)cyclodiphosph(III)azane, cis-{(tBuNH)(2)(PNtBu)(2)}, with AlMe(3), AlClMe(2), AlCl(2)Me, and AlCl(3) is reported. The less Lewis acidic compound AlMe(3) forms the adduct cis-[(tBuNH)(2)(PNtBu){P.(AlMe(3))NtBu}] (1), in which the aluminum atom is exclusively coordinated to one phosphorus atom. At elevated temperatures AlMe(3) undergoes migratory exchange between the two phosphorus atoms, but no methane elimination is observed. By using the more Lewis acidic compound AlClMe(2) the P-coordinated compound cis-[(tBuNH)(2)(PNtBu){P(AlClMe(2))NtBu}] (2) can be obtained at low temperatures. Compound 2 rearranges irreversibly to a product in which the AlClMe(2) group is coordinated by one exo-cyclic nitrogen atom. A concomitant 1,2-H shift from this nitrogen atom onto the phosphorus atom is observed. The N-coordinated rearrangement product slowly decomposes via a P-N bond cleavage in solution. Reaction of the even more Lewis acidic compounds AlCl(2)Me and AlCl(3) finally led to stable adducts, cis-[(tBuNH)(PNtBu)(tBuNAlCl(2)Me){P(H)NtBu}] (3), and cis-[(tBuNH)(PNtBu)(tBuNAlCl(3)){P(H)NtBu}] (4), in which the aluminum atoms are N-coordinated by a tBuN=PH unit.  相似文献

The reaction of PCl3 with SnCl2 in THF solution, followed by treatment with dpp-BIAN (dpp = 2,6-i-Pr2C6H3), affords the phosphenium complex [(dpp-BIAN)P][SnCl5.THF]. The 31P chemical shift (delta 232.5) and the metrical parameters from a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study indicate that the oxidation state of phosphorus in this compound is +3. A similar conclusion was reached regarding the phosphorus oxidation state in [(dpp-BIAN)P][I3], which was prepared via the reaction of dpp-BIAN with PI3 in CH2Cl2 solution. The arsenium salt [(dpp-BIAN)As][SnCl5.THF] was prepared by treatment of AsCl3 with SnCl2 in THF solution, followed by the addition of dpp-BIAN. The X-ray crystal structure of this salt was determined, and the pattern of bond distances and angles indicates that arsenic is present in the +3 oxidation state.  相似文献

The reaction of the unsymmetric bisphosphanyl urea ligand P(OC(6)H(3)Bu(t)(2)-2,4)(2)N(Me)C(O)N(Me)PPh(2) with [Pd(cod)Cl(2)] (cod = 1,5-cyclooctadiene) results in the chiral palladacycle (R,S)(A2)-[Pd(kappa(2)-P,P-[P(OC(6)H(3)Bu(t)(2)-2,4)(2)N(Me)C(O)N(Me)PPh(2)]Cl(2)]. The chirality of the title compound is caused by the tilting of the central, six-membered PdP(2)N(2)C ring along one of the two P-N vectors and comprises two chiral planes and one chiral axis.  相似文献

The iminophosphine-phosphazene [P(III)-P(V)] heterocyclic adduct [IPr·PN(PCl(2)N)(2)] was prepared via reduction of the cyclic phosphazene [Cl(2)PN](3) in the presence of the carbene donor IPr {IPr = [(HCNDipp)(2)C:], where Dipp = 2,6-(i)Pr(2)C(6)H(3)}. By contrast, the treatment of [Cl(2)PN](3) with the N-heterocyclic olefin IPr═CH(2) yielded the olefin-grafted phosphazene ring [(IPr═CH)P(Cl)N(PCl(2)N)(2)].  相似文献

Reaction of tris(2-hydroxy-3,5-dimethylbenzyl)amine (6) with phosphorus reagents led to the formation of the phosphoramidate, N[CH2(Me2C6H2)O]2PO (1), the phosphate N[CH2(Me2C6H2)O]2[CH2(Me2C6H2)OH]P(O)(OPh) (2), the phosphonium salts N[CH2(Me2C6H2)O]3PMe+I- (3A) and N[CH2(Me2C6H2)O]3PMe+I3- (3B), and the phosphonates N[CH2(Me2C6H2)O]2[CH2(Me2C6H2)OH]P(O)Me (4) and N[CH2(Me2C6H2)O]2[CH2(Me2C6H2)OSiMe3]P(O)Me (5). X-ray analysis provided molecular structures for all of the compounds. The solid-state structural representations were supported in solution by an analysis of the NCH2 proton NMR patterns. The structures of 3A and 3B show the presence of phosphatranes with weak P-N donor interactions. These represent the first phosphatranes containing all six-membered rings. Variable temperature analysis of the 1H NMR spectra of 3A indicates fluxional behavior whereby a racemic mixture of the chiral phosphonium salt rapidly intraconverts at room temperature. The activation energy for the enantiomeric conversion of the clockwise and anticlockwise orientations of the propeller-like phosphatrane is 11.2 kcal/mol, which is compared to that of the isoelectronic silatrane N[CH2(Me2C6H2)O]3SiMe (E), 10.3 kcal/mol.  相似文献

The reactivity of (eta(3)-allyl)palladium chloro dimers [(1-R-eta(3)-C(3)H(4))PdCl](2) (R = H or Me) towards a sterically hindered diphosphazane ligand [EtN{P(OR)(2)}(2)] (R = C(6)H(3)(Pr(i))(2)-2,6), has been investigated under different reaction conditions. When the reaction is carried out using NH(4)PF(6) as the halide scavenger, the cationic complex [(1-R-eta(3)-C(3)H(4))Pd{EtN(P(OR)(2))(2)}]PF(6) (R = H or Me) is formed as the sole product. In the absence of NH(4)PF(6), the initially formed cationic complex, [(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))Pd{EtN(P(OR)(2))(2)}]Cl, is transformed into a mixture of chloro bridged complexes over a period of 4 days. The dinuclear complexes, [(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))Pd(2)(mu-Cl)(2){P(O)(OR)(2)}{P(OR)(2)(NHEt)}] and [Pd(mu-Cl){P(O)(OR)(2)}{P(OR)(2)(NHEt)}](2) are formed by P-N bond hydrolysis, whereas the octa-palladium complex [(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))(2-Cl-eta(3)-C(3)H(4))Pd(4)(mu-Cl)(4)(mu-EtN{P(OR)(2)}(2))](2), is formed as a result of nucleophilic substitution by a chloride ligand at the central carbon of an allyl fragment. The reaction of [EtN{P(OR)(2)}(2)] with [(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))PdCl](2) in the presence of K(2)CO(3) yields a stable dinuclear (eta(3)-allyl)palladium(I) diphosphazane complex, [(eta(3)-C(3)H(5))[mu-EtN{P(OR)(2)}(2)Pd(2)Cl] which contains a coordinatively unsaturated T-shaped palladium center. This complex exhibits high catalytic activity and high TON's in the catalytic hydrophenylation of norbornene.  相似文献

A series of new (silylamino)phosphines that contain sterically bulky silyl groups on nitrogen were prepared by deprotonation/substitution reactions of the hindered disilylamines t-BuR(2)Si(Me(3)Si)NH (1, R = Me; 2, R = Ph) and (Et(3)Si)(2)NH (3). Sequential treatment of the N-lithio derivatives of 1-3 with PCl(3) or PhPCl(2) and MeLi gave the corresponding (silylamino)phosphines t-BuR(2)Si(Me(3)Si)NP(R')Me (5, R = Me, R' = Ph; 6, R = Ph, R' = Me) and (Et(3)Si)(2)NP(R)Me (11, R = Me; 12, R = Ph) in high yields. Two of the P-chloro intermediates t-BuR(2)Si(Me(3)Si)NP(Ph)Cl (7, R = Ph; 9, R = Me) were also isolated and fully characterized. Hydrolysis of 7 afforded the crystalline PH-substituted aminophosphine oxide t-BuPh(2)SiN(H)P(Ph)(=O)H (10). Thermal decomposition of 7 occurred with elimination of Me(3)SiCl and formation of a novel P(2)N(2) four-membered ring system (36) that contains both P(III) and P(V) centers. Reactions of the N-lithio derivatives of amines 1 and 2 with phosphorus trihalides afforded the thermally stable -PF(2) derivatives t-BuR(2)Si(Me(3)Si)NPF(2) (13, R = Me; 14, R = Ph) and the unstable -PCl(2) analogue 17 (R = Ph). Reduction (using LiAlH(4)) of the SiPh-substituted dihalophosphines 14 and 17 gave the unstable parent phosphine t-BuPh(2)Si(Me(3)Si)NPH(2) (15). The P-organo-substituted (silylamino)phosphines underwent oxidative bromination to afford high yields of the corresponding N-silyl-P-bromophosphoranimines t-BuR(2)SiN=P(R')(Me)Br (18, R = R' = Me; 19, R = Me, R' = Ph; 20, R = Ph, R' = Me) and Et(3)SiN=P(R)(Me)Br (23, R = Me; 24, R = Ph). Subsequent treatment of these reactive PBr compounds with lithium trifluoroethoxide or phenoxide produced the corresponding PO derivatives t-BuR(2)SiN=P(R')(Me)OR' ' (25 and 26, R' ' = CH(2)CF(3); 28-30, R' ' = Ph) and Et(3)SiN=P(R)(Me)OR' (31 and 33, R' = CH(2)CF(3); 32 and 34, R = Ph), respectively. Many of the new compounds containing the bulky tert-butyldiphenylsilyl group, t-BuPh(2)Si, were solids that gave crystals suitable for X-ray diffraction studies. Consequently, the crystal structures of three (silylamino)phosphines (6, 7, and 14), one (silylamino)phosphine oxide (10), one N-silylphosphoranimine (30), and the cyclic compound 36 were determined. Among the (silylamino)phosphines, the P-N bond distances [6, N-PMe(2), 1.725(3) A; 7, N-P(Ph)Cl, 1.68(1) A, 14, N-PF(2), 1.652(4) A] decreased significantly as the electron-withdrawing nature of the phosphorus substituents increased. The N-silylphosphoranimine t-BuPh(2)SiN=PMe(2)OPh (30), which is a model system for poly(phosphazene) precursors, had a much shorter P=N distance of 1.512(6) A and a wide Si-N-P bond angle of 166.4(3) degrees. A similar P=N bond distance [1.514(7) A] and Si-N-P angle [169.9(6) degrees ] were observed for the exocyclic P=N-Si linkage in the ring compound 36, while the phosphine oxide 10 had P-N and P=O distances of 1.637(4) and 1.496(3) A, respectively, and a Si-N-P angle of 134.3(2) degrees.  相似文献

The first derivatives of catenated cyclotetraphosphinophosphonium cations, [(PhP)4PPhMe]+ (8a), [(MeP)4PMe2]+ (8b), [(CyP)4PPh2]+ (8d), [(CyP)4PMe2]+ (8e), [(PhP)4PPh2]+ (8f), [(PhP)4PMe2]+ (8g), are synthesized as trifluoromethanesulfonate (triflate, OSO2CF3-) salts through the reaction of cyclopentaphosphines (PhP)5 (4a) or (MeP)5 (4b) with methyl triflate (MeOTf) or by a net phosphenium ion [PR2+, R = Ph, Me; from R2PCl and trimethylsilyltriflate (Me3SiOTf)] insertion into the P-P bond of either cyclotetraphosphine (CyP)4 (3c) or cyclopentaphosphines (PhP)5 (4a) or (MeP)5 (4b). Although more conveniently prepared from 4a, compound 8a[OTf] can also be formed from (PhP)4 (3a) and MeOTf, and derivatives 8f[OTf] and 8g[OTf] are also accessible through reactions of 3a and R2PCl/Me3SiOTf with R = Ph or Me, respectively. A tetrachlorogallate salt of [(PhP)4PPhtBu]+ (8c) has been synthesized by alkylation of 4a with tBuCl/GaCl3. 31P[1H] NMR parameters for all derivatives of 8 have been determined by iterative simulation of experimental data. Derivatives 8a[OTf], 8b[OTf], 8c[GaCl4], 8e[OTf], 8f[OTf], and 8g[OTf] and have been characterized by X-ray crystallography, showing the most favorable all-trans configuration of substituents for the phosphine centers, thus minimizing steric interactions. Each derivative adopts a unique envelope or twist conformation of C1 symmetry. The effective C2 symmetry observed for 8b, d, e, f, and g in solution, signified by their 31P[1H] NMR AA'BB'X spin systems, implies a rapid conformational exchange for derivatives of 8. The core frameworks of the cations in the solid state are viewed as snapshots of different conformational isomers within the solution-phase pseudorotation process.  相似文献

The syntheses of the chloro complexes [Ru(eta5-C5R5)Cl(L)] (R = H, Me; L = phosphinoamine ligand) (1a-d) have been carried out by reaction of [(eta5-C5H5)RuCl(PPh3)2] or {(eta5-C5Me5)RuCl}4 with the corresponding phosphinoamine (R,R)-1,2-bis((diisopropylphosphino)amino)cyclohexane), R,R-dippach, or 1,2-bis(((diisopropylphosphino)amino)ethane), dippae. The chloride abstraction reactions from these compounds lead to different products depending on the starting chlorocomplex and the reaction conditions. Under argon atmosphere, chloride abstraction from [(eta5-C5Me5)RuCl(R,R-dippach)] with NaBAr'4 yields the compound [(eta5-C5Me5)Ru(kappa3P,P'-(R,R)-dippach)][BAr'4] (2b) which exhibits a three-membered ring Ru-N-P by a new coordination form of this phosphinoamine. However, under the same conditions the reaction starting from [(eta5-C5Me5)RuCl(dippae)] yields the unsaturated 16 electron complex [(eta5-C5Me5)Ru(dippae)][BAr'4] (2d). The bonding modes of R,R-dippach and dippae ligands have been analyzed by DFT calculations. The possibility of tridentate P,N,P-coordination of the phosphinoamide ligand to a fragment [(eta5-C5Me5)Ru]+ is always present, but only the presence of a cyclohexane unit in the ligand framework converts this bonding mode in a more favorable option than the usual P,P-coordination. Dinitrogen [(eta5-C5R5)Ru(N2)(L)][BAr'4] (3a-d) and dioxygen complexes [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(O2)(R,R-dippach)][BPh4] (4a) and [(eta5-C5Me5)Ru(O2)(L)][BPh4] (4b,d) have been prepared by chloride abstraction under dinitrogen or dioxygen atmosphere, respectively. The presence of 16 electron [(eta5-C5H5)Ru(R,R-dippach)]+ species in fluorobenzene solutions of the corresponding dinitrogen or dioxygen complexes in conjunction with the presence of [BAr'4]- gave in some cases a small fraction of [Ru(eta5-C5H5)(eta6-C6H5F)][BAr'4] (5a), which has been isolated and characterized by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The five polyhalides [(Ph)(3)PBr][Br(7)], [(Bz)(Ph)(3)P](2)[Br(8)], [(n-Bu)(3)MeN](2)[Br(20)], [C(4)MPyr](2)[Br(20)] ([C(4)MPyr] = N-butyl-N-methylpyrrolidinium), and [(Ph)(3)PCl](2)[Cl(2)I(14)] were prepared by the reaction of dibromine and iodine monochloride in ionic liquids. The compounds [(Ph)(3)PBr][Br(7)] and [(Bz)(Ph)(3)P](2)[Br(8)] contain discrete pyramidal [Br(7)](-) and Z-shaped [Br(8)](2-) polybromide anions. [(n-Bu)(3)MeN](2)[Br(20)] and [C(4)MPyr](2)[Br(20)] exhibit new infinite two- and three-dimensional polybromide networks and contain the highest percentage of dibromine ever observed in a compound. [(Ph)(3)PCl](2)[Cl(2)I(14)] also consists of a three-dimensional network and is the first example of an infinite polyiodine chloride. All compounds were obtained from ionic liquids as the solvent that, on the one hand, guarantees for a high stability against strongly oxidizing Br(2) and ICl and that, on the other hand, reduces the high volatility of the molecular halogens.  相似文献

The reductive reactivity of lanthanide hydride ligands in the [(C5Me5)2LnH]x complexes (Ln = Sm, La, Y) was examined to see if these hydride ligands would react like the actinide hydrides in [(C5Me5)2AnH2]2 (An = U, Th) and [(C5Me5)2UH]2. Each lanthanide hydride complex reduces PhSSPh to make [(C5Me5)2Ln(mu-SPh)]2 in approximately 90% yield. [(C5Me5)2SmH]2 reduces phenazine and anthracene to make [(C5Me5)2Sm]2(mu-eta(3):eta(3)-C12H8N2) and [(C5Me5)2Sm]2(mu-eta(3):eta(3)-C10H14), respectively, but the analogous [(C5Me5)2LaH]x and [(C5Me5)2YH]2 reactions are more complicated. All three lanthanide hydrides reduce C8H8 to make (C5Me5)Ln(C8H8) and (C5Me5)3Ln, a reaction that constitutes another synthetic route to (C5Me5)3Ln complexes. In the reaction of [(C5Me5)2YH]2 with C8H8, two unusual byproducts are obtained. In benzene, a (C5Me5)Y[(eta(5)-C5Me4CH2-C5Me4CH2-eta(3))] complex forms in which two (C5Me5)(1-) rings are linked to make a new type of ansa-allyl-cyclopentadienyl dianion that binds as a pentahapto-trihapto chelate. In cyclohexane, a (C5Me5)2Y(mu-eta(8):eta(1)-C8H7)Y(C5Me5) complex forms in which a (C8H8)(2-) ring is metalated to form a bridging (C8H7)(3-) trianion.  相似文献

Addition of 2 equiv of a sigma-donor ligand (L = pyridine, 4-picoline, or quinoline) to complexes of the type [W(NPh)(eta(4)-arene)(o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4)] (arene = CH3CH2C6H5 (3), CH3CH2CH2C6H5 (4)) gave the W(IV)L2 compounds, [W(NPh)(o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4)(C5H5N)2] (5), [W(NPh)(o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4)(p-C6H7N)2] (6), and [W(NPh)(o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4)(C9H7N)2] (7). Synthesis of compounds 5 and 6 by Na degrees reduction of [W(NPh)(o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4)Cl2] in the presence of 3 equiv of L (L = 5, pyridine or 6, 4-picoline) is also presented. Compounds 5, 6, and 7 display hindered rotation of the donor ligands about the W-N bonds, resulting from a steric interaction with the Me3Si groups of the diamide ligand. The coordinative unsaturation of 5 and 6 has also been explored. Compounds 5 and 6 readily react with either CO and PMe3 to generated the six coordinate complexes [W(NPh)(o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4)(C5H5N)2(CO)] (8a), [W(NPh)(o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4)(C6H7N)2(CO)] (8b), [W(NPh)(o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4)(C5H5N)(PMe3)2] (10a), and [W(NPh)(o-(Me3SiN)2C6H4)(C6H7N)(PMe3)2] (10b), respectively.  相似文献

The complexes [Pd(eta2-dmfu)(P-N)] [P-N = 2-(PPh2)C6H4-1-CH=NR, R = C(6)H(4)OMe-4; CHMe2; C6H3Me2-2,6; C6H3(CHMe2)-2,6] react with an excess of BrC6H4R1-4 (R1= CF3; Me) yielding the oxidative addition products [PdBr(C6H4R1-4)(P-N)] at different rates depending on R [C6H4OMe-4 > C6H3(CHMe2)-2,6 > CHMe2 approximately C6H3Me2-2,6] and R1 (CF3> Me). In the presence of K2CO3 and activated olefins (ol = dmfu, fn), the latter compounds react with an excess of 4-R2C6H4B(OH)2 (R2= H, Me, OMe, Cl) to give [Pd(eta2-ol)(P-N)] and the corresponding biaryl through transmetallation and fast reductive elimination. The transmetallation proceeds via a palladium(II) intermediate with an O-bonded boron anion, the formation of which is markedly retarded by increasing the bulkiness of R. The intermediate was isolated for R = CHMe2, R1 = CF3 and R2= H. The boron anion is formulated as a diphenylborinate anion associated with phenylboronic acid and/or as a phenylboronate anion associated with diphenylborinic acid. In general, the oxidative addition proceeds at a lower rate than transmetallation and represents the rate-determining-step in the coupling reaction of aryl bromides with arylboronic acids catalyzed by [Pd(eta2-dmfu)(P-N)].  相似文献

The use of a mild, oxidative chlorination route for the synthesis of linear and cyclic carbophosphazenes is described. For example, chlorination of the linear PNCN chain Ph(2)P-N=C(Ph)-N(SiMe(3))(2) (1) with C(2)Cl(6) led to the clean formation of the previously known 8- and 6-membered rings [Ph(2)PNC(Ph)N](2) (2) and [Ph(2)PNC(Ph)NP(Ph)(2)N] (3), respectively. In a similar fashion, the N-alkyl-substituted PNCN derivatives, Ph(2)P-N=C(Ph)-N((t)Bu)SiMe(3) (4) and Ph(2)P-N=C(Ph)-N(i)Pr(2) (7) were readily converted by C(2)Cl(6) into the halogenated derivatives ClPh(2)P=N-C(Ph)=N(t)Bu (5) and [ClPh(2)P=N=C(Ph)-N(i)Pr(2)]Cl (8), respectively. Protonation of 5 was accomplished using HCl and gave the carbophosphazenium salt [ClPh(2)P=N-C(Ph)=N((t)Bu)H]Cl (6). In addition, the isolation of a rare 8-membered P(2)N(4)C(2) heterocycle [(Cl(3)P=N)ClPNC(Ph)NP(Cl)(2)NC(Ph)N] (9) from the reaction of PCl(5) and Li[PhC(NSiMe(3))(2)] is reported. Treatment of 9 with one equivalent of GaCl(3) led to the discovery of an unusual Lewis acid-induced ring contraction reaction whereby the (PNCN)(2) ring in 9 is converted into the novel 6-membered P(2)N(3)C heterocyclic adduct [(Cl(3)P=N)ClPNP(Cl)(2)NC(Ph)N].GaCl(3) (10) with concomitant release of PhCN. Structural characterization of compounds 1, 5, 6, and 8-10 by single-crystal X-ray diffraction is also provided.  相似文献

Two series of stable cyanide-bridged linkage isomers, namely [(o-O2C6Cl4)(Ph3P)(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)MnL(NO)(eta-C5Me5)] (XY = CN or NC, L = CNBu(t) or CNXyl) and [(o-O2C6Cl4)L(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)M(CO)(PhC-CPh)Tp'] {M = Mo or W, L = PPh3 or P(OPh)3, Tp' = hydrotris(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)borate} have been synthesised; pairs of isomers are distinguishable by IR spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The molecular structure of [(o-O2C6Cl4)(Ph3P)(OC)2Ru(mu-NC)Mo(CO)(PhC-CPh)Tp'] has the catecholate-bound ruthenium atom cyanide-bridged to a Mo(CO)(PhC[triple band]CPh)Tp' unit in which the alkyne acts as a four-electron donor; the alignment of the alkyne relative to the Mo-CO vector suggests the fragment (CN)Ru(CO)2(PPh3)(o-O2C6Cl4) acts as a pi-acceptor ligand. The complexes [(o-O2C6Cl4)(Ph3P)(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)Mn(NO)L(eta-C5Me5)] undergo three sequential one-electron oxidation processes with the first and third assigned to oxidation of the ruthenium-bound o-O2C6Cl4 ligand; the second corresponds to oxidation of Mn(I) to Mn(n). The complexes [(o-O2C6Cl4)L(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)M(CO)(PhC[triple band]CPh)Tp'] are also first oxidised at the catecholate ligand; the second oxidation, and one-electron reduction, are based on the M(CO)(PhC[triple band]CPh)Tp' fragment. Chemical oxidation of [(o-O,C6Cl4)(Ph3P)(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)MnL(NO)(eta-C5Me5)] with [Fe(eta-C5H4COMe)(eta-C5H5)][BF4], or of [(o-O2C6Cl4)L(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)M(CO)(PhC[triple band]CPh)Tp'] with AgBF4, gave the paramagnetic monocations [(o-O2C6Cl4)(Ph3P)(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)MnL(NO)(eta-C5Me5)]+ and [(o-O2C6Cl4)L(OC)2Ru(mu-XY)M(CO)(PhC[triple band]CPh)Tp']+, the ESR spectra of which are consistent with ruthenium-bound semiquinone ligands. Linkage isomers are distinguishable by the magnitude of the 31P hyperfine coupling constant; complexes with N-bound Ru(o-O2C6Cl4) units also show small hyperfine coupling to the nitrogen atom of the cyanide bridge.  相似文献

A series of (Me3TACN)FeII derivatives with soft coligands have been investigated, where Me3TACN is N,N',N"-trimethyl-1,4,7-triazacyclononane. Treatment of Me3TACN with FeCl2 afforded a compound with the empirical formula (Me3TACN)FeCl2 (1). Compound 1, which is a versatile precursor reagent, was shown by single-crystal X-ray diffraction to be the salt [(Me3TACN)2Fe2Cl3][(Me3TACN)FeCl3], containing isolated [(Me3TACN)2Fe2Cl3]+ and [(Me3TACN)FeCl3]- subunits. Treatment of 1 with NaBPh4 gave the known [(Me3TACN)2Fe2Cl3]BPh4, while the addition of Me3TACN to FeCl4(2-) gave [(Me3TACN)FeCl3]-. Oxygenation of 1 afforded [(Me3TACN)FeCl2]2(mu-O), which was shown crystallographically to be centrosymmetric with a pair of distorted octahedral Fe centers. The Fe-N bond trans to the Fe-O bond is elongated by 02 A relative to the other Fe-N distances. Solutions of 1 and thiolates absorb CO to give [(Me3TACN)Fe(SPh)(CO)2]BPh4 and (Me3TACN)Fe(S2C2H4)(CO) (nu CO = 1896 cm-1). Treatment of 1 with excess CN- afforded [(Me3TACN)Fe(CN)3]-, isolated as its PPh4+ salt 5. Crystallographic and spectroscopic studies show that 5 is low spin with a C3v structure; its Fe-N distances contracted by 023 A relative to those in [(Me3TACN)FeCl3]-. Aqueous solutions of 1 bind CO upon the addition of CN- to produce (Me3TACN)Fe(CN)2(CO) (6) Analogous to 6 is (Me3TACN)Fe(CN)2(CNMe), prepared by methylation of 5. The metastable dicarbonyl [(Me3TACN)FeI(CO)2]I was prepared by treatment of FeI2(CO)4 with Me3TACN and was crystallographically characterized as its BPh4- salt. Values of E1/2 for [(Me3TACN)FeCl3]-, 5, and 6 are -0409, -0640, and 0533 V vs Fc/Fc+, respectively.  相似文献
