The interaction of NO and NO+CO mixtures with Fe2O3 has been studied by IR spectroscopy. The conclusion has been made that adsorption bands in the region of 1200–1700 cm–1 belong to nitrite-nitrate structures, the band at 1810 cm–1 characterizes catalytically active particles of NO adsorbed on reduced surface sites, Fe2+, the bands at 2210 and 2240 cm–1 are due to vibrations of gaseous N2O.

Summary Photoacoustic spectra of hexachlorobenzene adsorbed on SiO2 powders of different particle sizes were investigated. A comparison of the measured PA spectra with the calculated optical absorption lengths led to the conclusion that only absorption bands for which is much larger than the particle size, i.e. in the case of carrier transparency, appear in the PA spectrum. This indicates that the particle diameter determines the thickness of the sample. Compared to their solution spectra the PA spectra of HCB on the silica carriers do not show a red shift of the various absorption bands as was claimed in the literature. 用真空镀膜法在Au电极上沉积SnO2薄膜,在HAuCl4和H2PtCl4的混合溶液中利用直接还原法,将Au-Pt双金属纳米颗粒组装在SnO2 / Au电极上,得到Au-Pt / SnO2 / Au复合电极。采用SEM、TEM、XPS及CV曲线测定对Au-Pt / SnO2 / Au复合电极进行了表征。结果表明:复合电极上双金属纳米颗粒分布均匀,粒子粒径约为25 nm左右。SnO2作为修饰层以配位键与双金属纳米粒子结合。Au-Pt / SnO2 / Au复合电极具有良好对甲醇氧化的电化学性能。  相似文献

由简单的水热法合成了一种可高效降解有机染料的氧缺陷型Sn O2纳米颗粒新型光催化剂,用X射线衍射、透射电镜、高分辨透射电镜和紫外-可见分光光度计等手段对其结构及性能进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的催化剂的禁带宽度最小可达2.90e V,可实现对可见光的有效吸收利用,对甲基橙的降解反应具有很高的光催化活性。将该催化剂(1g/L)分散在10mg/L的甲基橙溶液中,可见光照射下,40min内甲基橙的降解率达99%以上。由于该催化剂具有合成方法简单、高效、成本低和反应条件温和等特点,为有效解决有机染料对环境的污染问题提供了一条新的途径。  相似文献

We report the surface-enhanced Raman spectra of ethylene and acetylene adsorbed on colloidal silver particles formed by gas aggregation and isolated at low temperatures in solid adsorbate/argon matrices. The spectra of both molecules exhibit modes which are normally Raman-forbidden. Excitation with several visible laser frequencies indicated that the degree of enhancement increased towards the blue.  相似文献

Studies of the IR spectra of surface species produced via NO adsorption on selectively photoreduced V/SiO2 catalysts indicate that at low coverages NO is adsorbed on V3+ ions to form strongly bonded mononitrosyl species V3+...... NO. With increasing NO coverage, V3+ is oxidized to V4+, which is accompanied by the appearance of gaseous N2O and weak adsorption of NO on V4+.

Single-crystalline Ga-doped SnO2 nanowires and SnO2:Ga2O3 heterogeneous microcombs were synthesized by a simple one-step thermal evaporation and condensation method. They were characterized by means of X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and selected-area electron diffraction (SAED). FE-SEM images showed that the products consisted of nanowires and microcombs that represent a novel morphology. XRD, SAED and EDS indicated that they were single-crystalline tetragonal SnO2. The influence of experimental conditions on the morphologies of the products is discussed. The morphology of the product showed a ribbon-like stem and nanoribbon array aligned evenly along one or both side of the nanoribbon. It was found that many Ga2O3 nanoparticles deposited on the surface of the microcombs. The major core nanoribbon grew mainly along the 110 direction and the self-organized branching nanoribbons grew epitaxially along 1110 or 1110 orientation from the (110) plane of the stem. A growth process was proposed for interpreting the growth of these remarkable SnO2:Ga2O3 heterogeneous microcombs. Due to the heavy doping of Ga, the emission peak in photoluminescence spectra has red-shifted as well as broadened significantly.  相似文献

Two types of paramagnetic defects in X-irradiated KClO4 and KBrO4 crystals, one of which was previously assigned to the species ClO4 and BrO4, are shown to have properties characteristic of weakly bound complexes of composition [XO2,O2] and [XO2,2O2], X = Cl, Br. The bond between XO2 and O2 is well represented in terms of an isotropic exchange interaction.  相似文献

A novel reverse microemulsion method was used to prepare SnO2/MgO and SnO2/CaO catalysts. It was found that both the catalysts were active for the reaction of catalytic oxidation of dimethyl ether (DME) in the temperature range of 275 to 300℃. SnO2/CaO catalyst exhibits much higher activity than SnO2/MgO. On SnO2/CaO catalyst, DME conversion of 21.8% was obtained at 300℃, while selectivities to methyl formate (MF) and dimethoxyethane (DMET) of 19.1% and 59.0% respectively were obtained at 275℃.  相似文献

采用表面反应改性法制备了SnO2-SiO2(SnSIO)表面复合物载体,用等体积浸渍法制备了SnSiO担载的Cu-Ni双金属催化剂,借助BFT,XRD,TPR,IR和微反等技术研究了SnSiO及其负载的Ni,Cu双金属催化剂的表面构造,化学吸附及CO2加氢反应性能,结果表明:SnSiO是SnO2单分子层价联于SiO2表面的复合氧化物,仍保持类似SiO2载体的孔结构和比表面;SnO2引入SiO2表面后可以有效地促进CuO,NiO的还原,还原后成为负载在SnSiO载体表面的Cu-Ni合金,CO2在负载型Cu-Ni合金表面Cu或表面Ni位 发生化学吸附,形成线式和剪式吸附;CO2在催化剂上的加氢反应产物主要是CH3OH,CH4,CO和H2O,生成CH3OH的选择性与催化剂组成及反应条件密切相关,Cu-Ni催化剂,在0.5MPa,170度,H2。CO2(mol/mol)为3 的条件下,CH3OH的选择性达到84.6%。  相似文献

The vibrational spectra of CO2 and CO3 adsorbed on Ag(110) was studied with high-resolution electron energy-loss spectroscopy (EELS). CO2 does not adsorb on the clean surface at 100 K. EELS results show that preadsorbed atomic oxygen can induce adsorption and reaction with CO2 to form a stable surface carbonate as well as a molecular CO2 binding state at 100 K. The latter desorbs at 130 K while CO3 decomposes to CO2(g) and O(a) at 480 K as shown by both EELS and thermal desorption. The vibrational spectrum of CO2(a) bears remarkable similarities with CO2 gas; both the strong asymmetric stretch at 2350 cm? and the Fermi resonance are seen. EELS measurements performed as a function of annealing temperature indicate that the carbonate species binds with one oxygen down and the other two up with respect to the surface. Additionally, an irreversible conversion between this form and that with two oxygens down does not occur.  相似文献

ZnO/TiO2/SnO2 mixture was prepared by mixing its component solid oxides ZnO, TiO2 and SnO2 in the molar ratio of 4?1?1, followed by calcining the solid mixture at 200-1300 °C. The products and solid-state reaction process during the calcinations were characterized with powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis DRS) and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller measurement of specific surface area. Neither solid-state reaction nor change of crystal phase composition took place among the ZnO, TiO2 and SnO2 powders on the calcinations up to 600 °C. However, formation of the inverse spinel Zn2TiO4 and Zn2SnO4 was detected at 700-900 and 1100-1200 °C, respectively. Further increase of the calcination temperature enabled the mixture to form a single-phase solid solution Zn2Ti0.5Sn0.5O4 with an inverse spinel structure in the space group of . The ZnO/TiO2/SnO2 mixture was photocatalytically active for the degradation of methyl orange in water; its photocatalytic mass activity was 16.4 times that of SnO2, 2.0 times that of TiO2, and 0.92 times that of ZnO after calcination at 500 °C for 2 h. But, the mass activity of the mixture decreased with increasing the calcination temperature at above 700 °C because of the formation of the photoinactive Zn2TiO4, Zn2SnO4 and Zn2Ti0.5Sn0.5O4. The sample became completely inert for the photocatalysis after prolonged calcination at 1300 °C (42 h), since all of the active component oxides were reacted to form the solid solution Zn2Ti0.5Sn0.5O4 with no photocatalytic activity.  相似文献

Oxygen enriched with 17O has been used to investigate the nature of oxygen species adsorbed on oxides. The variations in the hyperfine constants of O?2, small (<3%) for MgO and ZnO, are due to different adsorption sites. They become large (>15%) for supported molybdenum due to the different spin densities on the two nuclei showing that O?2 probably adsorbed at an angle to the surface.  相似文献
