We consider a mixed-type equation whose order degenerates along the line of change of type. For this equation we study the unique solvability of a nonlocal problem with the Saigo operators in the boundary condition. We prove the uniqueness theorem under certain conditions (stated as inequalities) on known functions. To prove the existence of solution to the problem, we equivalently reduce it to a singular integral equation with the Cauchy kernel. We establish a condition ensuring the existence of a regularizer which reduces the obtained equation to a Fredholm equation of the second kind, whose unique solvability follows from that of the problem.  相似文献

本文研究了奇异积分方程在反边值问题中的应用问题.利用圆周上的自然积分方程及其反演公式,把Laplace方程的边值反问题转化为一对超奇异积分方程和弱奇异积分方程的组合,通过选取三角插值近似奇异积分的计算并构造相应的配置格式,并使用Tikhonov正则化方法求解所得到的线性方程组.数值实验表明了该方法的有效性.  相似文献

We are concerned with the inverse problem for an eikonal equation of determining the speed function using observations of the arrival time on a fixed surface. This is formulated as an optimisation problem for a quadratic functional with the state equation being the eikonal equation coupled to the so-called Soner boundary condition. The state equation is discretised by a suitable finite difference scheme for which we obtain existence, uniqueness and an error bound. We set up an approximate optimisation problem and show that a subsequence of the discrete mimina converges to a solution of the continuous optimisation problem as the mesh size goes to zero. The derivative of the discrete functional is calculated with the help of an adjoint equation which can be solved efficiently by using fast marching techniques. Finally we describe some numerical results.  相似文献

For a partial differential equation with the Caputo fractional derivative with respect to one of two independent variables, we solve the Dirichlet problem in a rectangular domain. The considered equation becomes the Laplace equation if the order of the fractional derivative is equal to 2. By using a method based on the completeness of the system of eigenfunctions of the Sturm-Liouville problem, we prove the uniqueness of the solution.  相似文献

We consider a problem for a quasilinear hyperbolic equation with a nonlocal condition that contains a retarded argument. By reducing this problem to a nonlinear integrofunctional equation, we prove the existence and uniqueness theorem for its solution. We pose an inverse problem of finding a solution-dependent coefficient of the equation on the basis of additional information on the solution; the information is given at a fixed point in space and is a function of time. We prove the uniqueness theorem for the solution of the inverse problem. The proof is based on the derivation and analysis of an integro-functional equation for the difference of two solutions of the inverse problem.  相似文献

We consider an inverse heat conduction problem with variable coefficient on an annulus domain. In many practice applications, we cannot know the initial temperature during heat process, therefore we consider a non-characteristic Cauchy problem for the heat equation. The method of fundamental solutions is applied to solve this problem. Due to ill-posedness of this problem, we first discretize the problem and then regularize it in the form of discrete equation. Numerical tests are conducted for showing the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

We study an evolution problem on small motions of the ideal rotating relaxing fluid in bounded domains. We begin from the problem posing. Then we reduce the problem to a second-order integrodifferential equation in a Hilbert space. We consider a dynamically-consistent analytical model of a 3D topographic vortex. The model is governed by equations derived from the classical problem of the axisymmetric Taylor–Couette flow. Using linear expansions, these equations can be reduced to a differential sixth-order equation with variable coefficients. For this differential equation, we formulate a boundary value problem, which has a number of issues for numerical solving. To avoid these issues and find the eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of the boundary value problem, we suggest a modification of the invariant imbedding method (the Riccati equation method). In this paper, we show that such a modification is necessary since the boundary conditions possess singular matrices, which sufficiently complicate the derivation of the Riccati equation. We suggest algebraic manipulations, which permit the initial problem to be reduced to a problem with regular boundary conditions. Also, we propose a method for obtaining a numerical solution of the matrix Riccati equation by means of recurrence relations, which allow us to obtain a matrizer converging to the required eigenfunction. The suggested method is tested by calculating the corresponding eigenvalues and eigenfunctions, and then, by constructing fluid particle trajectories on the basis of the eigenfunctions.  相似文献

In this paper, we find the approximate solution of a second order nonlinear partial differential equation on a simple connected region inR 2. We transfer this problem to a new problem of second order nonlinear partial differential equation on a rectangle. Then, we transformed the later one to an equivalent optimization problem. Then we consider the optimization problem as a distributed parameter system with artificial controls. Finally, by using the theory of measure, we obtain the approximate solution of the original problem. In this paper also the global error inL 1 is controlled.  相似文献

Based on the two‐dimensional stationary Oseen equation we consider the problem to determine the shape of a cylindrical obstacle immersed in a fluid flow from a knowledge of the fluid velocity on some arc outside the obstacle. First, we obtain a uniqueness result for this ill‐posed and non‐linear inverse problem. Then, for the approximate solution we propose a regularized Newton iteration scheme based on a boundary integral equation of the first kind. For a foundation of Newton‐type methods we establish the Fréchet differentiability of the solution to the Dirichlet problem for the Oseen equation with respect to the boundary and investigate the injectivity of the linearized mapping. In this article, we focus on investigating the Kundu-type equation with zero boundary condition at infinity. Based on the analytical and symmetric properties of eigenfunctions and spectral matrix of its Lax pair, a Riemann-Hilbert problem for the initial value problem of the Kundu-type equation is constructed. Further through solving the regular and nonregular Riemann-Hilbert problem, a kind of general N-soliton solution of the Kundu-type equation are presented. As special cases of this result, the N-soliton solution of the Kaup-Newell equation, Chen-Lee-Liu equation, and Gerjikov-Ivanov equation can be obtained respectively by choosing different parameters.  相似文献

The paper is concerned with optimal control problem for a non-linear parabolic equation with non-homogenous boundary condition and quadratic cost. The control is acting in a nonlinear equation. We derive some results on the existence of optimal controls. Then we treat optimal control problem by Galerkin method and we prove the convergence of optimal values for approximated control problems to the one for the original problem. We examine an inverse problem of determining the right-hand side (the source function) in a parabolic equation from integral overdetermination data. By a solution to a parabolic equation we mean a weak solution, and the right-hand side in this equation can be a distribution of a certain class. Under some conditions on the data of the problem, we demonstrate that this inverse problem is well posed and, in particular, some stability estimates hold.  相似文献

In this paper, we solve the Cauchy problem for an inhomogeneous Helmholtz-type equation with homogeneous Dirichlet and Neumann boundary condition. The proposed problem is ill-posed. Up to now, most investigations on this topic focus on very specific cases, and with Dirichlet boundary condition. Recently, we solve this problem in 2D for an inhomogeneous modified Helmholtz equation (2012). This work is a continuous expansion of our previous results. Herein we introduce a general filter regularization (GFR) method, and then from the GFR we deduce two concrete filters, which are a foundation to implement a numerical procedure. In addition, we develop a numerical model for solving this problem in three dimensional region. The proposed filter method has been verified by numerical experiments.  相似文献

For a parabolic-hyperbolic equation, we study the three-dimensional analog of the Tricomi problem with a noncharacteritic plane on which the type of the equation changes. The uniqueness of the solution to the problem is proved by the method of a priori estimates, and the existence of a solution is reduced to the existence of a solution to a Volterra integral equation of the second kind.  相似文献

In this paper, we first design a time optimal control problem for the heat equation with sampled-data controls, and then use it to approximate a time optimal control problem for the heat equation with distributed controls.The study of such a time optimal sampled-data control problem is not easy, because it may have infinitely many optimal controls. We find connections among this problem, a minimal norm sampled-data control problem and a minimization problem, and obtain some properties on these problems. Based on these, we not only build up error estimates for optimal time and optimal controls between the time optimal sampled-data control problem and the time optimal distributed control problem, in terms of the sampling period, but we also prove that such estimates are optimal in some sense.  相似文献

For the Gellerstedt equation, we study a problem with shift in a domain whose elliptic part is an infinite half-strip. By using generalized fractional differentiation operators, we specify a linear combination that relates the value of the solution on characteristics of the equation with the value of the solution and its derivative on the parabolic degeneration line. The problem related to controlled potential experiments in electrochemistry is studied. Ion transport is regarded as the superposition of diffusion and migration. Modelling of the experiment leads to a problem for a nonlinear parabolic equation with additional condition. Driven by the needs of theoretical analysis, from the point of view a inverse coefficient problem, we analyze the monotonicity of input-output mappings in inverse coefficient and source problems for this parabolic equation. Additionally, we extend the nonlinear parabolic equation to a more general case. Under some proper conditions, we investigate the existence of quasisolution of the generalized nonlinear parabolic equation.  相似文献
