近些年来,表面等离激元因其具有强局域、亚波长和高场强等特殊的光学性质而备受关注,在化学、生物、通信、纳米能源等各领域得到了广泛的研究.为了更好地控制表面等离激元的激发、传播和辐射,具有能带结构的周期性表面等离激元结构被广泛的研究.本文全面综述了具有等离激元能带的微纳结构、能带的产生机制与其特殊的性质,包括连续谱中的束缚态、波导、全带隙、拓扑等.在此基础上,基于等离激元能带设计所开展的一些应用也予以系统总结.最后,随着新材料的发现,本文还简要介绍了二维材料石墨烯等离激元能带和它的一些应用. 相似文献

为计算有耗色散光子晶体的带隙结构,提出了新的本征值分析方法.该方法借助于量子输运问题中的思想,在本征值方程的推导过程中进行了巧妙的变换,将复杂的非线性本征值问题转化为线性本征值问题:并利用频域有限差分(FDFD)方法直接求解线性本征值方程,最终得到有耗色散光子晶体结构的相关物理参数.与其他方法相比,该方法的最大特点为概念清晰、计算简便,最终节省了计算时间及所需内存量.利用该方法,对介质光子晶体结构进行模拟,结果与传统FDFD方法符合较好,从而验证了方法的有效性.此外,利用所提方法计算了有耗色散光子晶体结构的色散曲线,得到了表面等离子波激发的区域,进一步讨论了损耗对其色散曲线及本征模场的影响.相关结果对色散有耗光子晶体的研究具有一定的理论指导意义. 相似文献

设计了一种三角形复式晶格结构的光子晶体,在该类晶体中,电介质圆柱在空气中的排列存在E偏振和H偏振的光子带隙重叠区,称之为绝对光子带隙;而空气圆孔在电介质中的排列时,虽然E偏振和H偏振均分别存在光子带隙,但不存在绝对光子带隙。同时利用晶体的光子带结构研究了有效长波介电常数,所得结果与静电理论吻合。 相似文献

基于平面波法,本论文对应变引起的二维蜂巢晶格光子晶体的能带结构进行了数值计算。选取的两个方向分别是锯齿型边界(zigzag)方向和扶手椅型边界(armchair)方向,在这两个典型方向上对二维蜂巢晶格进行了正负各20%的单轴应变。由于应变导致的对称性破缺,能带结构会有显著的变化。在沿锯齿型边界方向上,TE模带隙随着晶格被拉伸逐渐减小,TM模带隙在应变量大于16%时消失。对于沿扶手椅型边界方向,TE模带隙在压缩15%以上时逐渐减小,在其他应变量的情况下几乎保持不变;TM模带隙在应变量大于18%时消失。这些结果对于完善应力工程和设计二维光子晶体器件有重要的指导意义。 相似文献

用时域有限差分法(Finite-Different Time-Domain,FDTD)中的电流密度卷积(Current Density Convolution,JEC)算法讨论了一维非磁化等离子体光子晶体的禁带周期特性,分析了非磁化等离子光子晶体的周期结构和等离子体参量对其禁带周期的影响.以微分高斯脉冲为激励源,用电磁波通过非磁化等离子体光子晶体后所得的透射系数来讨论非磁化等离子体光子晶体的禁带周期特性.结果表明,通过改变参量可以获得不同的禁带周期特性. 相似文献

Based on the non-symmetric transmission-line method, the band gap structure of disordered chiral photonic crystals (CPC) has
been investigated. The influence of the chiral parameters, the disorder, the periods and the refractive index on the band
gap structure has been discussed. It is found that the photonic band gap (PBG) in CPC is more obvious than that in the conventional
photonic crystals, and the PBG can be increased by increasing the periods or the contrast of the refractive index of the two
media. It is also found that the existence of disorder will influence the band edge of the PBG, and such influence will increase

Photonic band gap (PBG) in two-dimensional (2D) anisotropic photonic crystal (PC) constructed of rectangular bars has been numerically studied by using Transfer Matrix Method (TMM). The results show that the PBG is bounded by the lower band edge of TE wave and the upper band edge of TM wave. Its width simply increases with increasing of shape parameter . It reaches a maximum value as the structure degenerates into its 1D counterpart, due to the complete overlapping of gaps in TE and TM waves. The anisotropy in PC structure results in the transmission anisotropic property. One can design the PBG structures in different incident directions to match their application demand. 相似文献

片上集成光源是未来光电子系统中光源发展的主要趋势,LED光源作为片上集成光源的主要缺点是其出光效率低,二维光子晶体是提高LED出光效率的有效手段。本工作设计了C波段LED的基本结构及参数,并采用时域有限差分法计算了不同阵列不同占空比的二维光子晶体能带结构,利用禁带理论选取提高C波段LED出光效率的最优二维光子晶体结构参数,结果表明三角排列空气孔二维光子晶体晶格常数a=500 nm且占空比Rp=0.44的光子晶体结构最优。 相似文献

Two-dimensional (2D) photonic crystals (PCs) of a square lattice with dielectric hybrid rods in air are proposed; these PCs consist of a square rod at the center of the unit cell and additional circular rods with their outermost edges against the middle of each side of the lattice unit cell. The band gap structures of PCs can be tailored and optimized by rotating the square rods and adding circular rods to the lattice unit cell. The variation of bands near the complete photonic band gap boundaries, due to some specific modes, is sensitive to certain structural parameters of the system. The results can be understood by analyzing the spatial energy distribution of the electromagnetic fields. Based on such a field analysis, a novel interpretative model is proposed. The PC can be fabricated easily and operated in the microwave region and, hence, should be suitable for applications in new microwave devices. 相似文献
