The reaction of [AuTl(C(6)Cl(5))(2)](n) with bipy at different molar ratios, solvents or crystallisation conditions affords a series of two- and three-dimensional luminescent complexes, [AuTl(C(6)Cl(5))(2)(bipy)(0.5)](n), [AuTl(C(6)Cl(5))(2)(bipy)](n), [[Tl(bipy)][Tl(bipy)(0.5)(THF)][Au(C(6)Cl(5))(2)](2)](n), [[Tl(bipy)][Tl(bipy)(0.5)(THF)][Au(C(6)Cl(5))(2)](2)xTHF](n) and [[AuTl(C(6)Cl(5))(2)(bipy)]x0.5toluene](n)(bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine; THF = tetrahydrofuran) all of them containing polymeric chains formed via unsupported Au...Tl interactions and bridging bipyridine ligands.  相似文献

The complex [[Ir(mu-Pz)(CNBu(t))(2)](2)] (1) undergoes double protonation reactions with HCl and with HO(2)CCF(3) to give the neutral dihydride complexes [[Ir(mu-Pz)(H)(X)(CNBu(t))(2)](2)] (X = Cl, eta(1)-O(2)CCF(3)), in which the hydride ligands were located trans to the X groups and in the boat of the complexes, both in the solid state and in solution. The complex [[Ir(mu-Pz)(H)(Cl)(CNBu(t))(2)](2)] evolves in solution to the cationic complex [[Ir(mu-Pz)(H)(CNBu(t))(2)](2)(mu-Cl)]Cl. Removal of the anionic chloride by reaction with methyltriflate allows the isolation of the triflate salt [[Ir(mu-Pz)(H)(CNBu(t))(2)](2)(mu-Cl)]OTf. This complex undergoes a metathesis reaction of hydride by chloride in CDCl(3) under exposure to the direct sunlight to give the complex [[Ir(mu-Pz)(Cl)(CNBu(t))(2)](2)(mu-Cl)]OTf. Protonation of both metal centers in [[Ir(mu-Pz)(CO)(2)](2)] with HCl occurs at low temperature, but eventually the mononuclear compound [IrCl(HPz)(CO)(2)] is isolated. The related complex [[Ir(mu-Pz)(CO)(P[OPh](3))](2)] reacts with HCl and with HO(2)CCF(3) to give the neutral Ir(III)/Ir(III) complexes [[Ir(mu-Pz)(H)(X)(CO)(P[OPh](3))](2)], respectively. Both reactions were found to take place stepwise, allowing the isolation of the intermediate monohydrides. They are of different natures, i.e., the metal-metal-bonded Ir(II)/Ir(II) compound [(P[OPh](3))(CO)(Cl)Ir(mu-Pz)(2)Ir(H)(CO)(P[OPh](3))] and the mixed-valence Ir(I)/Ir(III) complex [(P[OPh](3))(CO)Ir(mu-Pz)(2)Ir(H)(eta(1)-O(2)CCF(3))(CO)(P[OPh](3))].  相似文献

Tetrahedral FeCl[N(SiMe(3))(2)](2)(THF) (2), prepared from FeCl(3) and 2 equiv of Na[N(SiMe(3))(2)] in THF, is a useful ferric starting material for the synthesis of weak-field iron-imide (Fe-NR) clusters. Protonolysis of 2 with aniline yields azobenzene and [Fe(2)(mu-Cl)(3)(THF)(6)](2)[Fe(3)(mu-NPh)(4)Cl(4)] (3), a salt composed of two diferrous monocations and a trinuclear dianion with a formal 2 Fe(III)/1 Fe(IV) oxidation state. Treatment of 2 with LiCl, which gives the adduct [FeCl(2)(N(SiMe(3))(2))(2)](-) (isolated as the [Li(TMEDA)(2)](+) salt), suppresses arylamine oxidation/iron reduction chemistry during protonolysis. Thus, under appropriate conditions, the reaction of 1:1 2/LiCl with arylamine provides a practical route to the following Fe-NR clusters: [Li(2)(THF)(7)][Fe(3)(mu-NPh)(4)Cl(4)] (5a), which contains the same Fe-NR cluster found in 3; [Li(THF)(4)](2)[Fe(3)(mu-N-p-Tol)(4)Cl(4)] (5b); [Li(DME)(3)](2)[Fe(2)(mu-NPh)(2)Cl(4)] (6a); [Li(2)(THF)(7)][Fe(2)(mu-NMes)(2)Cl(4)] (6c). [Li(DME)(3)](2)[Fe(4)(mu(3)-NPh)(4)Cl(4)] (7), a trace product in the synthesis of 5a and 6a, forms readily as the sole Fe-NR complex upon reduction of these lower nuclearity clusters. Products were characterized by X-ray crystallographic analysis, by electronic absorption, (1)H NMR, and M?ssbauer spectroscopies, and by cyclic voltammetry. The structures of the Fe-NR complexes derive from tetrahedral iron centers, edge-fused by imide bridges into linear arrays (5a,b; 6a,c) or the condensed heterocubane geometry (7), and are homologous to fundamental iron-sulfur (Fe-S) cluster motifs. The analogy to Fe-S chemistry also encompasses parallels between Fe-mediated redox transformations of nitrogen and sulfur ligands and reductive core conversions of linear dinuclear and trinuclear clusters to heterocubane species and is reinforced by other recent examples of iron- and cobalt-imide cluster chemistry. The correspondence of nitrogen and sulfur chemistry at iron is intriguing in the context of speculative Fe-mediated mechanisms for biological nitrogen fixation.  相似文献

By interaction of MoX(3)(THF)(3) with [Cat]X in THF, the salts [Cat][MoX(4)(THF)(2)] have been synthesized [X = I, Cat = PPh(4), NBu(4), NPr(4), (Ph(3)P)(2)N; X = Br, Cat = NBu(4), PPh(4) (Ph(3)P)(2)N]. Mixed-halide species [MoX(3)Y(THF)(2)](-) (X, Y = Cl, Br, I) have also been generated in solution and investigated by (1)H-NMR. When the tetraiodo, tetrabromo, and mixed bromoiodo salts are dissolved in CH(2)Cl(2), clean loss of all coordinated THF is observed by (1)H-NMR. On the other hand, [MoCl(4)(THF)(2)](-) loses only 1.5 THF/Mo. The salts [Cat](3)[Mo(3)X(12)] (X = Br, I) have been isolated from [Cat][MoX(4)(THF)(2)] or by running the reaction between MoX(3)(THF)(3) and [Cat]X directly in CH(2)Cl(2). The crystal structure of [PPh(4)](3)[Mo(3)I(12)] exhibits a linear face-sharing trioctahedron for the trianion: triclinic, space group P&onemacr;; a = 11.385(2), b = 12.697(3), c = 16.849(2) ?; alpha = 76.65(2), beta = 71.967(12), gamma = 84.56(2) degrees; Z = 1; 431 parameters and 3957 data with I > 2sigma(I). The metal-metal distance is 3.258(2) ?. Structural and magnetic data are consistent with the presence of a metal-metal sigma bond order of (1)/(2) and with the remaining 7 electrons being located in 7 substantially nonbonding orbitals. The ground state of the molecule is predicted to be subject to a Jahn-Teller distortion, which is experimentally apparent from the nature of the thermal ellipsoid of the central Mo atom. The [Mo(3)X(12)](3)(-) ions reacts with phosphines (PMe(3), dppe) to form products of lower nuclearity by rupture of the bridging Mo-X bonds.  相似文献

The unique structure of [(tBuN)(2)PK]( infinity ) (2) (containing [(tBuN)(2)P](-) monoanions) is in stark contrast to the previously reported Li(+) analogue [[[tBuNP(mu-NtBu)](2)](2)]Li(4) (1) (containing the dimeric [[tBuNP(mu-NtBu)](2)](2-) ion). DFT and (31)P NMR spectroscopic studies reveal that the formation of the monoanion arrangements are most thermodyamically favored for Li, Na, and K, 1 being the product of kinetic control and 2 being the product of thermodynamic control.  相似文献

Treatment of [[Ti(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))(micro-NH)](3)(micro(3)-N)] (1) with the imido complexes [Ti(NAr)Cl(2)(py)(3)] (Ar=2,4,6-C(6)H(2)Me(3)) and [Ti(NtBu)Cl(2)(py)(3)] in toluene affords the single azatitanocubanes [[Cl(2)(ArN)Ti]( micro(3)-NH)(3)[Ti(3)(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))(3)(micro(3)-N)]].(C(7)H(8)) (2.C(7)H(8)) and [[Cl(2)Ti](micro(3)-N)(2)(micro(3)-NH)[Ti(3)(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))(3)(micro(3)-N)]] (3), respectively. Similar reactions of complex 1 with the niobium and tantalum imido derivatives [[M(NtBu)(NHtBu)Cl(2)(NH(2)tBu)](2)] (M=Nb, Ta) in toluene give the single azaheterometallocubanes [[Cl(2)(tBuN)M](micro(3)-N)(micro(3)-NH)(2)[Ti(3)(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))(3)(micro(3)-N)]] (M=Nb (4), Ta (5)), both complexes react with 2,4,6-trimethylaniline to yield the analogous species [[Cl(2)(ArN)M](micro(3)-N)(micro(3)-NH)(2)[Ti(3)(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))(3)(micro(3)-N)]].(C(7)H(8)) (Ar=2,4,6-C(6)H(2)Me(3), M=Nb (6.C(7)H(8)), Ta (7.C(7)H(8))). Also the azaheterodicubanes [M[micro(3)-N)(2)(micro(3)-NH)](2)[Ti(3)(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))(3)(micro(3)-N)](2)].2C(7)H(8) [M=Ti (8.2C(7)H(8)), Zr (9.2C(7)H(8))], and [M[(micro(3)-N)(5)(micro(3)-NH)][Ti(3)(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))(3)(micro(3)-N)](2)].2 C(7)H(8) (Nb (10.2C(7)H(8)), Ta (11.2C(7)H(8))) were prepared from 1 and the homoleptic dimethylamido complex [M(NMe(2))(x)] (x=4, M=Ti, Zr; x=5, M=Nb, Ta) in toluene at 150 degrees C. X-ray crystal structure determinations were performed for 6 and 10, which revealed a cube- and double-cube-type core, respectively. For complexes 2 and 4-7 we observed and studied by DNMR a rotation or trigonal-twist of the organometallic ligands [[Ti(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))(micro-NH)](3)(micro(3)-N)] (1) and [(micro(3)-N)(micro(3)-NH)(2)[Ti(3)(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))(3)(micro(3)-N)]](1-). Density functional theory calculations were carried out on model complexes of 2, 3, and 8 to establish and understand their structures.  相似文献

A series of uranyl aryloxide complexes has been prepared via metathesis reactions between [UO(2)Cl(2)(THF)(2)](2) and di-ortho-substituted phenoxides. Reaction of 4 equiv of KO-2,6-(t)()Bu(2)C(6)H(3) with [UO(2)Cl(2)(THF)(2)](2) in THF produces the dark red uranyl compound, UO(2)(O-2,6-(t)()Bu(2)C(6)H(3))(2)(THF)(2).THF, 1. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of 1 reveals a monomer in which the uranium is coordinated in a pseudooctahedral fashion by two apical oxo groups, two cis-aryloxides, and two THF ligands. A similar product is prepared by reaction of KO-2,6-Ph(2)C(6)H(3) with [UO(2)Cl(2)(THF)(2)](2) in THF. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of this compound reveals it to be the trans-monomer UO(2)(O-2,6-Ph(2)C(6)H(3))(2)(THF)(2), 2. Dimeric structures result from the reactions of [UO(2)Cl(2)(THF)(2)](2) with less sterically imposing aryloxide salts, KO-2,6-Cl(2)C(6)H(3) or KO-2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses of [UO(2)(O-2,6-Cl(2)C(6)H(3))(2)(THF)(2)](2), 3, and [UO(2)Cl(O-2,6-Me(2)C(6)H(3))(THF)(2)](2), 4, reveal similar structures in which each U atom is coordinated by seven ligands in a pseudopentagonal bipyramidal fashion. Coordinated to each uranium are two apical oxo groups and five equatorial ligands (3, one terminal phenoxide, two bridging phenoxides, and two nonadjacent terminal THF ligands; 4, one terminal chloride, two bridging phenoxides, and two nonadjacent terminal THF ligands). Apparently, the phenoxide ligand steric features exert a greater influence on the solid-state structures than the electronic properties of the substituents. Emission spectroscopy has been utilized to investigate the molecularity and electronic structure of these compounds. For example, luminescence spectra taken at liquid nitrogen temperature allow for a determination of the dependence of the molecular aggregation of 3 on the molecular concentration. Electronic and vibrational spectroscopic measurements have been analyzed to examine trends in emission energies and stretching frequencies. However, comparison of the data for compounds 1-4 reveals that the innate electron-donating capacity of phenoxide ligands is only subtly manifest in either the electronic or vibrational energy distributions within these molecules.  相似文献

The dilithiated boraamidinate complexes [Li(2)[PhB(NDipp)(2)](THF)(3)] (7a) (Dipp = 2,6-diisopropylphenyl) and [Li(2)[PhB(NDipp)(N(t)Bu)](OEt(2))(2)] (7b), prepared by reaction of PhB[N(H)Dipp][N(H)R'] (6a, R' = Dipp; 6b, R' = (t)Bu) with 2 equiv of (n)BuLi, are shown by X-ray crystallography to have monomeric structures with two terminal and one bridging THF ligands (7a) or two terminal OEt(2) ligands (7b). The derivative 7a is used to prepare the spirocyclic group 13 derivative [Li(OEt(2))(4)][In[PhB(NDipp)(2)](2)] (8a) that is shown by an X-ray structural analysis to be a solvent-separated ion pair. The monoamino derivative PhBCl[N(H)Dipp] (9a), obtained by the reaction of PhBCl(2) with 2 equiv of DippNH(2), serves as a precursor for the synthesis of the four-membered BNCN ring [[R'N(H)](Ph)B(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)C(n)Bu] (10a, R' = Dipp). The X-ray structures of 6a, 9a, and 10a have been determined. The related derivative 10b (R' = (t)Bu) was synthesized by the reaction of [Cl(Ph)B(mu-N(t)Bu)(2)C(n)Bu] with Li[N(H)(t)Bu] and characterized by (1)H, (11)B, and (13)C NMR spectra. In contrast to 10a and 10b, NMR spectroscopic data indicate that the derivatives [[DippN(H)](Ph)B(NR')(2)CR(NR')] (11a: R =( t)Bu, R' = Cy; 11b: R = (n)Bu, R' = Dipp) adopt acyclic structures with three-coordinate boron atoms. Monolithiation of 10a produces the novel hybrid boraamidinate/amidinate (bamam) ligand [Li[DippN]PhB(N(t)Bu)C(n)Bu(N(t)Bu)] (12a).  相似文献

The coordination behavior of [[CpMo(CO)(2)}(2)(mu,eta(2)-Sb(2))] (1; Cp = cyclopentadiene) toward Cu(I) was investigated. Its reaction with CuX (X = Br, Cl, and I) produced oligomers or polymers of the general formula [[CpMo(CO)(2)](2)(mu,eta(2)-Sb(2))(mu-CuX)](n). While 2 (X = Cl, n = 2) and 3 (X = Br, n = 2) proved to be halogen-bridged dimers in both solution and solid state, the molecules of 4 (X = I, n = infinity) self-assembled in the crystal forming a linear polymer with a Cu-I skeleton supported by Sb-Cu bonds. The reaction of 1 with Cu[GaCl(4)] resulted in the formation of the ionic complex [[CpMo(CO)(2)](2)(mu,eta(2)-Sb(2))](4)Cu(2)[GaCl(4)](2) (5). Its dication contains four [[CpMo(CO)(2)](2)(mu,eta(2)-Sb(2))] ligands arranged around a Cu-Cu dumbbell. All new compounds were characterized using IR, electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, (1)H NMR, elemental analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The ligand was oxidized by both silver(I) and copper(II), and a cyclovoltammetric study revealed that 1 suffered irreversible reduction and oxidation in a dichloromethane solution at -2.04 and 0.10 V, respectively, versus ferrocene.  相似文献

In the reaction of organic monocationic chlorides or coordinatively saturated metal-ligand complex chlorides with linear, neutral Hg(CN)(2) building blocks, the Lewis-acidic Hg(CN)(2) moieties accept the chloride ligands to form mercury cyanide/chloride double salt anions that in several cases form infinite 1-D and 2-D arrays. Thus, [PPN][Hg(CN)(2)Cl].H(2)O (1), [(n)Bu(4)N][Hg(CN)(2)Cl].0.5 H(2)O (2), and [Ni(terpy)(2)][Hg(CN)(2)Cl](2) (4) contain [Hg(CN)(2)Cl](2)(2-) anionic dimers ([PPN]Cl = bis(triphenylphosphoranylidene)ammonium chloride, [(n)Bu(4)N]Cl = tetrabutylammonium chloride, terpy = 2,2':6',6' '-terpyridine). [Cu(en)(2)][Hg(CN)(2)Cl](2) (5) is composed of alternating 1-D chloride-bridged [Hg(CN)(2)Cl](n)(n-) ladders and cationic columns of [Cu(en)(2)](2+) (en = ethylenediamine). When [Co(en)(3)]Cl(3) is reacted with 3 equiv of Hg(CN)(2), 1-D [[Hg(CN)(2)](2)Cl](n)(n-) ribbons and [Hg(CN)(2)Cl(2)](2-) moieties are formed; both form hydrogen bonds to [Co(en)(3)](3+) cations, yielding [Co(en)(3)][Hg(CN)(2)Cl(2)][[Hg(CN)(2)](2)Cl] (6). In [Co(NH(3))(6)](2)[Hg(CN)(2)](5)Cl(6).2H(2)O (7), [Co(NH(3))(6)](3+) cations and water molecules are sandwiched between chloride-bridged 2-D anionic [[Hg(CN)(2)](5)Cl(6)](n)(6n-) layers, which contain square cavities. The presence (or absence), number, and profile of hydrogen bond donor sites of the transition metal amine ligands were observed to strongly influence the structural motif and dimensionality adopted by the anionic double salt complex anions, while cation shape and cation charge had little effect. (199)Hg chemical shift tensors and (1)J((13)C,(199)Hg) values measured in selected compounds reveal that the NMR properties are dominated by the Hg(CN)(2) moiety, with little influence from the chloride bonding characteristics. delta(iso)((13)CN) values in the isolated dimers are remarkably sensitive to the local geometry.  相似文献

The preparation of divalent Mo complexes of dipyrrolide dianions was carried out by reacting Mo(2)(acetate)(4) with the dipotassium salts of Ph(2)C(2-C(4)H(3)NH)(2) and 2-[1,1-bis(1H-pyrrol-2-yl)ethyl]pyridine. The two reactions respectively afforded the diamagnetic [[Ph(2)C(C(4)H(3)N)(2)](2)Mo(2)(OAc)(2)[K(THF)(3)][K(THF)]].THF (1) and [[(2-C(5)H(4) N)(CH(3))C(2-C(4)H(3)N)(2)]Mo(OAc)[K(THF)]](2).THF (2). Both compounds retained two acetate units in the dimetallic structure. Conversely, the reaction of Me(8)Mo(2)Li(4)(THF)(4) with Et(2)C(2-C(4)H(3)NH)(2) afforded the paramagnetic dimer [[Et(2)C(C(4)H(3)N)(2)](4)Mo(2)Li(2)][Li(THF)(4)](2).0.5THF (3). The paramagnetism is most likely caused by the 45 degree rotation of the two Mo(dipyrrolide) units with respect to each other and which, in turn, is caused by the presence of two lithium cations in the molecular structure.  相似文献

Disulfide-bridged dinuclear ruthenium complexes [[Ru(MeCN)(P(OMe)(3))(2)](2)(mu-X)(mu,eta(2)-S(2))][ZnX(3)(MeCN)] (X = Cl (2), Br (4)), [[Ru(MeCN)(P(OMe)(3))(2)](2)(mu-Cl)(2)(mu,eta(1)-S(2))](CF(3)SO(3)) (5), [[Ru(MeCN)(P(OMe)(3))(2)](2)(mu-Cl)(mu,eta(2)-S(2))](BF(4)) (6), and [[Ru(MeCN)(2)(P(OMe)(3))(2)](2)(mu-Cl)(mu,eta(1)-S(2))](CF(3)SO(3))(3) (7) were synthesized, and the crystal structures of 2 and 4 were determined. Crystal data: 2, triclinic, P1, a = 15.921(4) A, b = 17.484(4) A, c = 8.774(2) A, alpha = 103.14(2) degrees, beta = 102.30(2) degrees, gamma = 109.68(2) degrees, V = 2124(1) A(3), Z = 2, R (R(w)) = 0.055 (0.074); 4, triclinic, P1 a = 15.943(4) A, b = 17.703(4) A, c = 8.883(1) A, alpha = 102.96(2) degrees, beta = 102.02(2) degrees, gamma = 109.10(2) degrees, V = 2198.4(9) A(3), Z = 2, R (R(w)) = 0.048 (0.067). Complexes 2 and 4 were obtained by reduction of the disulfide-bridged ruthenium complexes [[RuX(P(OMe)(3))(2)](2)(mu-X)(2)(mu,eta(1)-S(2))] (X = Cl (1), Br (3)) with zinc, respectively. Complex 5 was synthesized by oxidation of 2 with AgCF(3)SO(3). Through these redox steps, the coordination mode of the disulfide ligand was converted from mu,eta(1) in 1 and 3 to mu,eta(2) in 2 and 4 and further reverted to mu,eta(1) in 5. Electrochemical studies of 6 indicated that similar conversion of the coordination mode occurs also in electrochemical redox reactions.  相似文献

Treatment of [Fe2(mu-pdt)(CO)6] [pdt=S(CH2)3S] with dppe (Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2) in refluxing toluene affords the asymmetric complex [Fe2(mu-pdt)(CO)4(dppe)] (1). Protonation of 1 with HBF4-Et2O in CH2Cl2 gives at room temperature the mu-hydrido derivative [Fe2(mu-pdt)(CO)4(dppe)(mu-H)](BF4) (2). Monitoring the reaction by 1H, 31P, and 13C NMR at low temperature reveals unambiguously that the process of the protonation of 1 implies terminal hydride intermediates.  相似文献

A new tridentate ligand, PYAN, is employed to investigate solvent influences for dioxygen reactivity with [Cu(PYAN)(MeCN)]B(C(6)F(5))(4) (1). Stopped-flow kinetic studies confirm that the adducts [[u(II)(PYAN)]2)(O(2))][B(C(6)F(5))(4)](2) (2(Peroxo)) and [[u(III)(PYAN)]2)(O)(2)][B(C(6)F(5))(4)](2) (2(Oxo)) are in rapid equilibrium. Thermodynamic parameters for the equilibrium between 2(Peroxo) and 2(Oxo) re as follows: THF, deltaH degrees approximately -15.7 kJ/mol, deltaS degrees approximately -83 J/K.mol; acetone, deltaH degrees approximately -15.8 kJ/mol, deltaS degrees approximately -76 J/K.mol. UV-visible absorption and resonance Raman spectroscopic signatures demonstrate that the equilibrium is highly solvent dependent; the mixture is mostly 2(Peroxo) in CH(2)Cl(2), but there are significantly increasing quantities of 2(Oxo) along the series methylene chloride --> diethyl ether --> acetone --> tetrahydrofuran (THF). Copper(II)-N(eq) stretches (239, 243, 244, and 246 cm(-)(1) in CH(2)Cl(2), Et(2)O, acetone, and THF, respectively) are identified for 2(Peroxo), but they are not seen in 2(Oxo), revealing for the first time direct evidence for solvent coordination in the more open 2(Peroxo) structure.  相似文献

Ammonolyses of mono(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl) titanium(IV) derivatives [Ti(eta5-C5Me5)X3] (X = NMe2, Me, Cl) have been carried out in solution to give polynuclear nitrido complexes. Reaction of the tris(dimethylamido) derivative [Ti(eta5-C5Me5)(NMe2)3] with excess of ammonia at 80-100 degrees C gives the cubane complex [[Ti(eta5-C5Me5)]4(mu3-N)4] (1). Treatment of the trimethyl derivative [Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Me3] with NH3 at room temperature leads to the trinuclear imido-nitrido complex [[Ti(eta/5-CsMes)(mu-NH)]3(mu3-N)] (2) via the intermediate [[Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Me]2(mu-NH)2] (3). The analogous reaction of [Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Me3] with 2,4,6-trimethylaniline (ArNH2) gives the dinuclear imido complex [[Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Me])2(mu-NAr)2] (4) which reacts with ammonia to afford [[Ti(eta5-C5Me5)(NH2)]2(mu-NAr)2] (5). Complex 2 has been used, by treatments with the tris(dimethylamido) derivatives [Ti(eta5-C5H5-nRn)(NMe2)3], as precursor of the cubane nitrido systems [[Ti4(eta5-C5Me5)3(eta5-C5H5-nRn)](mu3-N)4] [R = Me n = 5 (1), R = H n = 0 (6), R = SiMe3 n = 1 (7), R = Me n = 1 (8)] via dimethylamine elimination. Reaction of [Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Cl3] or [Ti(eta5-C5Me5)(NMe2)Cl2] with excess of ammonia at room temperature gives the dinuclear complex [[Ti2(eta5-C5Me5)2Cl3(NH3)](mu-N)] (9) where an intramolecular hydrogen bonding and a nonlineal nitrido ligand bridge the "Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Cl(NH3)" and "Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Cl2" moieties. The molecular structures of [[Ti(eta5-C5Me5)Me]2 (mu-NAr)2] (4) and [[Ti2(eta5-C5Me5)2Cl3(NH3)](mu-N)] (9) have been determined by X-ray crystallographic studies. Density functional theory calculations also have been conducted on complex 9 to confirm the existence of an intramolecular N-H...Cl hydrogen bond and to evaluate different aspects of its molecular disposition.  相似文献

The stable primary phosphine complexes trans-M(PH(2)Mes)(2)Cl(2) (1, M = Pd; 2, M = Pt; Mes = 2,4,6-(t-Bu)(3)C(6)H(2)) were prepared from Pd(PhCN)(2)Cl(2) and K(2)PtCl(4), respectively. Reaction of Pt(COD)Cl(2) (COD = 1,5-cyclooctadiene) with less bulky arylphosphines gives the unstable cis-Pt(PH(2)Ar)(2)Cl(2) (3, Ar = Is = 2,4,6-(i-Pr)(3)C(6)H(2); 4, Ar = Mes = 2,4,6-Me(3)C(6)H(2)). Spontaneous dehydrochlorination of 4 or direct reaction of K(2)PtCl(4) with 2 equiv of PH(2)Mes gives the insoluble primary phosphido-bridged dimer [Pt(PH(2)Mes)(&mgr;-PHMes)Cl](2) (5), which was characterized spectroscopically, including solid-state (31)P NMR studies. The reversible reaction of 5 with PH(2)Mes gives [Pt(PH(2)Mes)(2)(&mgr;-PHMes)](2)[Cl](2) (6), while PEt(3) yields [Pt(PEt(3))(2)(&mgr;-PHMes)](2)[Cl](2) (7), which on recrystallization forms [Pt(PEt(3))(&mgr;-PHMes)Cl](2) (8). Complex 5 and PPh(3) afford [Pt(PPh(3))(&mgr;-PHMes)Cl](2) (9). Addition of 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe) to 5 gives the dicationic [Pt(dppe)(&mgr;-PHMes)](2)[Cl](2) (10-Cl), which was also obtained as the tetrafluoroborate salt 10-BF(4)() by deprotonation of [Pt(dppe)(PH(2)Mes)Cl][BF(4)] (11) with Et(3)N or by reaction of [Pt(dppe)(&mgr;-OH)](2)[BF(4)](2) with 2 equiv of PH(2)Mes. Complexes 8, 9, and 10-Cl.2CH(2)Cl(2).2H(2)O were characterized crystallographically.  相似文献

The stabilization of the P(CF(3))(2)(-) ion by intermediary coordination to the very weak Lewis acid acetone gives access to single crystals of [18-crown-6-K]P(CF(3))(2). The X-ray single crystal analysis exhibits nearly isolated P(CF(3))(2)(-) ions with an unusually short P-C distance of 184(1) pm, which can be explained by negative hyperconjugation and is also found by quantum chemical hybrid DFT calculation. Coordination of the P(CF(3))(2)(-) ion to pentacarbonyl tungsten has only a minor effect on electronic and geometric properties of the P(CF(3))(2) moiety, while a strong increase in thermal stability of the dissolved species is achieved. The hitherto unknown P(C(6)F(5))(2)(-) ion is stabilized by coordination to pentacarbonyl tungsten and isolated as a stable 18-crown-6 potassium salt, [18-crown-6-K][W[P(C(6)F(5))(2)](CO)(5)], which is fully characterized. The tungstate, [W[P(C(6)F(5))(2)](CO)(5)](-), decomposes slowly in solution, while coordination of the phosphorus atom to a second pentacarbonyl tungsten moiety results in an enhanced thermal stability in solution. The single-crystal X-ray analysis of [18-crown-6-K][[W(CO)(5)](2)[mu-P(C(6)F(5))(2)]].THF exhibits a very tight arrangement of the two C(6)F(5) and two W(CO)(5) groups around the central phosphorus atom. NMR spectroscopic investigations of the [[W(CO)(5)](2)[mu-P(C(6)F(5))(2)]](-) ion exhibit a hindered rotation of both the C(6)F(5) and W(CO)(5) groups in solution.  相似文献

An unprecedented Nd[2,6-[[2,6-(i-Pr)(2)C(6)H(5)]N=C(CH(3))](2)(C(5)H(3)N)]NdI(2)(THF) (1) complex was prepared by oxidizing metallic Nd with I(2) in THF and in the presence of 2,6-[[2,6-(i-Pr)(2)C(6)H(5)]N=C(CH(3))](2)(C(5)H(3)N). The magnetic behavior at variable T clearly indicated that the complex should be regarded as a trivalent Nd atom antiferromagnetically coupled to a radical anion. By using the doubly deprotonated form of the diimino pyridine ligand [[2,6-[[2,6-(i-Pr)(2)C(6)H(5)]N-C=CH(2)](2)(C(5)H(3)N)](2-) (2) the corresponding trivalent complexes [[2,6-[[2,6-(i-Pr)(2)C(6)H(5)]N-C=CH(2)](2)(C(5)H(3)N)]Ln (THF)](mu-Cl)(2)[Li(THF)(2)].0.5 (hexane) [Ln = Nd (3), La (4)] were obtained and characterized. Reduction of these species afforded electron transfer to the ligand system which gave ligand dimerization via C-C bond formation through one of the two ene-amido functions of each molecule. The resulting dinuclear [[([2,6-(i-Pr)(2)C(6)H(5)]N-C=(CH(2)))(C(5)H(3)N)([2,6-(i-Pr)(2)C(6)H(5)]N=CCH(2))]Ln(THF)(2)(mu-Cl)[Li(THF)(3)])(2).2(THF) [Ln = Nd (5), La (6)] were isolated and characterized.  相似文献

The uranyl aryloxide, [UO(2)(OAr)(2)(THF)(2)], and uranyl chloride, [UO(2)Cl(2)(THF)(3)] or [UO(2)Cl(2)(THF)(2)](2) act as pre-catalysts for the ring opening polymerization of propylene oxide and cyclohexene oxide. Coordination of the monomers has been investigated using (1)H EXSY spectroscopy and kinetic and thermodynamic parameters reported. NMR analyses of the polymers suggest a bimetallic mechanism for the polymerization.  相似文献

Reactions of [Tp*Rh(coe)(MeCN)](; Tp*= HB(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)(3); coe = cyclooctene) with one equiv. of the organic disulfides, PhSSPh, TolSSTol (Tol = 4-MeC(6)H(4)), PySSPy (Py = 2-pyridyl), and tetraethylthiuram disulfide in THF at room temperature afforded the mononuclear Rh(III) complexes [Tp*Rh(SPh)(2)(MeCN)](3a), [Tp*Rh(STol)(2)(MeCN)](3b), [Tp*Rh(eta(2)-SPy)(eta(1)-SPy)](6), and [Tp*Rh(eta(2)-S(2)CNEt(2))(eta(1)-S(2)CNEt(2))](7), respectively, via the oxidative addition of the organic disulfides to the Rh(I) center in 1. For the Tp analogue [TpRh(coe)(MeCN)](2, Tp = HB(pyrazol-1-yl)(3)), the reaction with TolSSTol proceeded similarly to give the bis(thiolato) complex [TpRh(STol)(2)(MeCN)](4) as a major product but the dinuclear complex [[TpRh(STol)](2)(micro-STol)(2)](5) was also obtained in low yield. Complex 3 was treated further with the Rh(III) or Ir(III) complexes [(Cp*MCl)(2)(micro-Cl)(2)](Cp*=eta(5)-C(5)Me(5)) in THF at room temperature, yielding the thiolato-bridged dinuclear complexes [Tp*RhCl(micro-SPh)(2)MCp*Cl](8a: M = Rh, 8b: M = Ir). Dirhodium complex [TpRhCl(micro-STol)(2)RhCp*Cl](9) was obtained similarly from 4 and [(Cp*RhCl)(2)(micro-Cl)(2)]. Anion metathesis of 8a proceeds only at the Rh atom with the Cp* ligand to yield [Tp*RhCl(micro-SPh)(2)RhCp*(MeCN)][PF(6)](10), when treated with excess KPF(6) in CH(2)Cl(2)-MeCN. The X-ray analyses have been undertaken to determine the detailed structures of 3b, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8a, 9, and 10.  相似文献
