The phase behavior and some physicochemical properties of homopolymers (HP) and hydrophobically modified (HMP) polymers, as well as of polyelectrolytes (PE) and proteins (PR), in the presence of aqueous surfactants, or their mixtures, are discussed. Mixing the above components gives rise to the formation of organized phases, whose properties are controlled by polymer and/or surfactant content, temperature, pH, and ionic strength. Depending on the nature, concentration, and net charge of both solutes, molecular solutions, polymer-surfactant complexes, adsorption onto micelles and vesicles, gels, liquid crystalline phases, and precipitates are observed. Such rich polymorphic behavior is the result of a complex balance between electrostatic, excluded volume, van der Waals, and other contributions to overall system stability. It is also modulated by the molecular details and architecture of both the polymer and the surfactant. Different experimental methods allow investigation of the above systems and getting information on the nature of polymer-surfactant interactions (PSI). Surface adsorption and thermodynamic methods, together with investigation of the phase diagrams, give information on the forces controlling PSI and on the existence of different phases. Conductivity, QELS and viscosity allow estimating the size and shape of polymer-surfactant (protein-surfactant) complexes. Optical microscopy, cryo-TEM, AFM, NMR, fluorescence, and relaxation methods give more information on the above systems. Use of the above mixtures in controlling gelation, surface covering, preparing dielectric layers, and drug release is suggested.  相似文献

Biodegradable and antimicrobial waterborne polyurethane dispersions (PUDs) and their casted solid films have recently emerged as important alternatives to their solvent-based and non-biodegradable counterparts for various applications due to their versatility, health, and environmental friendliness. The nanoscale morphology of the PUDs, dispersion stability, and the thermomechanical properties of the solid films obtained from the solvent cast process are strongly dependent on several important parameters, such as the preparation method, polyols, diisocyanates, solid content, chain extension, and temperature. The biodegradability, biocompatibility, antimicrobial properties and biomedical applications can be tailored based on the nature of the polyols, polarity, as well as structure and concentration of the internal surfactants (anionic or cationic). This review article provides an important quantitative experimental basis and structure evolution for the development and synthesis of biodegradable waterborne PUDs and their solid films, with prescribed macromolecular properties and new functions, with the aim of understanding the relationships between polymer structure, properties, and performance. The review article will also summarize the important variables that control the thermomechanical properties and biodegradation kinetics, as well as antimicrobial and biocompatibility behaviors of aqueous PUDs and their films, for certain industrial and biomedical applications.  相似文献

Tissue engineering scaffolds should provide a suitable porous structure and proper mechanical strength, which is beneficial for the delivery of growth factor and regulation of cells. In this study, the open‐porous polycaprolactone (PCL)/poly (lactic acid) (PLA) tissue engineering scaffolds with suitable porous scale were fabricated using different ratios of PCL/PLA blends. At the same time, the relationship of foaming process, morphology, and mechanical behavior in the optimized batch microcellular foaming process were studied based on the single‐factor experiment method. The porous structures and mechanical strength of the scaffolds were optimized by adjusting foaming parameters, including the temperature, pressure, and CO2 dissolution time. The results indicated that the foaming parameters influence the cell morphology, further determine the mechanical behavior of PCL/PLA blends. When the PCL content is high, with the increase of temperature and time, the cell diameter and the elastic modulus increased, and the tensile strength and elastic modulus increased with the increase of the average cell size, and decreased as the increase of the cell density. While when the PLA content was high, the cell diameter showed the same trend, and the tensile strength and elastic modulus were higher, and the elongation at break was lower, and tensile strength and elastic modulus decreased with the increase of the average cell size and increased with the increase of cell density. This work successfully fabricated optimized porous PCL/PLA scaffolds with excellent suitable mechanical properties, pore sizes, and high interconnectivity, indicating the effectiveness of modulating the batch foaming process parameters.  相似文献

谱峰的检测分析在色谱技术研究中具有十分重要的作用,但在色谱数据采集、传输的过程中,不同程度的噪声干扰给谱峰检测带来了极大的困难。目前传统的谱峰检测算法普遍通过基底扣除的方式对谱峰的形态进行预定义,将谱峰分为单峰、重叠峰等多个种类。针对不同种类的谱峰采用不同的检测方法,这就导致了传统的谱峰检测算法具有高复杂度、低自动化程度以及容易失真等缺点。因此,该文从另一个角度出发提出了一种新型的谱峰检测算法。该算法取消基底扣除以及谱峰分类这一步骤,直接在源数据曲线的基础上进行谱峰检测,主要分为离散差分、趋势累积以及遍历寻峰3个步骤。首先通过信号量表征数据升降趋势;然后进行数据趋势累积,根据累积总和定位谱峰,采用三点定位的方式,即峰起点、极值点和峰终点描述一个谱峰的位置;最后根据遍历排序的方式进行谱峰的筛选。此外,通过谱峰扣除的方式得到曲线基底部分。采用C语言设计编写了算法程序,并对多个动态比表面积分析仪测定的色谱图进行了检测分析,结果显示使用该算法可以精准区分谱峰部分与基底部分,受数据曲线毛刺、震荡等噪声干扰很小,谱峰的三点定位十分准确,且不受其复杂形态的影响,具有很强的普适性。与其他算法相比,该算法定位准确,结构清晰,具有较好的稳定性以及可靠性。该文报道了无基底扣除以及趋势累积等新型谱峰检测思想在吸脱附色谱曲线中的应用,证明了其在吸脱附色谱峰检测中的有效性和良好的应用前景。  相似文献

The structures of the acid sites in the channels and intersections of H-, Li-, and Na-ZSM-5 (ZSM = zeolite socony mobil) and their interactions with pyridine molecule have been computed by using three corresponding models containing 22 tetrahedral sites. The calculated adsorption energies of pyridine in the intersection regions of H-, Li-, and Na-ZSM-5 are 197.0, 172.5, and 122.3 kJ/mol, respectively, in good agreement with the respective experimental values of 200 +/- 5, 155-195, and 120 kJ/mol, while those in the straight and sinusoidal channels are much smaller (157.9 and 127.6, 152.2 and 149.4, and 150.4 and 109.9 kJ/mol, respectively). These indicate that the most probable adsorption site for pyridine in ZSM-5 is the acidic site located in the intersection region. The structural parameters of the adsorption complexes show that the acidic proton in the three models of H-ZSM-5 has been transferred to the nitrogen of pyridine, while in alkali cation-exchanged ZSM-5, the coordination of the alkali cation to the nitrogen atom of pyridine dominates the overall interaction. In addition, the adsorption complexes were further stabilized by the long-range electrostatic interaction between the positively charged pyridine hydrogen atoms and the negatively charged lattice oxygen atoms of the zeolite framework. In the intersection regions of H-, Li-, and Na-ZSM-5, the coordination energy of the charge-compensating cation to the pyridine nitrogen amounts to 58, 60, and 68% of the total adsorption energy, respectively, while another 42, 40, and 32%, respectively, is due to long-range electrostatic interactions. This indicates that the zeolite lattice framework surrounding the adsorption site has important contributions to the adsorption energy of the pyridine molecule.  相似文献

双酚类化合物作为一类内分泌干扰物广泛存在于环境介质中,经过多种途径迁移至人体后,可对人体产生内分泌毒性、细胞毒性、基因毒性、生殖毒性、二噁英毒性和神经毒性,已被加拿大政府风险评估识别为进一步优先控制名录。随着环境领域对双酚类化合物的广泛关注,相关研究工作逐渐向水、沉积物、灰尘和生物样品等多介质开拓。但是,由于不同环境样品在基质复杂性和污染物浓度水平等方面存在显著差异,开发提取效率高、净化选择性好、普适性强、操作简单、高通量的提取和净化方法,有助于实现环境介质中双酚类化合物的高灵敏、批量检测。近年来,新型前处理技术发展迅速,尤其是固相萃取技术,在双酚类化合物提取与净化方面取得了长足的发展,不仅在一定程度上克服了传统提取净化方法存在的耗时、耗力和耗溶剂等不足,而且为新型污染物分析提供了更多的技术支持。该文简述了典型双酚类化合物的理化性质、用途用量和环境危害,重点围绕新型固相萃取吸附剂开发和固相萃取模式转变两个方面,总结了固相萃取在双酚类化合物提取净化方法方面取得的进展。商品化固相萃取产品普适性强,在环境监测领域应用范围较广,适用于双酚类化合物的产品种类有限;新型吸附剂研发聚焦吸附容量(如介孔硅材料、碳纳米材料、金属-有机框架材料、环糊精)和选择性(如分子印迹聚合物和混合模式离子交换聚合物)两个方面,种类多样化可满足不同检测需求;越来越多的高灵敏分析仪器不断推向市场,为适应新的发展形势,固相萃取模式正逐渐向微型化、自动化、简易化等方向发展,如QuEChERS、固相微萃取、磁固相萃取等。  相似文献

The structure, energetics, and vibrational spectra of the (HXeCN)2 dimer were investigated at the CCSD(T), MP2 and B3LYP levels. Such properties of the (HXeCN)3 trimer and (HXeCN)4 tetramer were investigated at the B3LYP level. The dimer, trimer, and tetramer were predicted to have a C2h, C2v, and D2d structure, respectively. In all of these oligomers, the N?Xe intermonomeric interaction is the most important one for holding the monomers together. Included with the ZPVE and BSSE, the stabilization energy of the dimer is 12.36 kcal/mol at the CCSD(T) level, while those of the dimer, trimer, and tetramer are 10.42, 18.23, and 31.34 kcal/mol, respectively, at the B3LYP level. At the B3LYP level, with respect to those of the isolated monomer, the C-Xe and Xe-H asymmetric stretching frequencies are shifted by -11.2 and +128.0 cm(-1) for the dimer, -51.6, +220.7 and -11.5, +96.6 cm(-1) for the trimer, and -14.1 and +201.8 cm(-1) for the tetramer.  相似文献

建立了一种对纺织品中可吸附有机卤化物(AOX)的超声提取-高温燃烧吸收-离子色谱定量检测分析新方法。该方法采用超声方式提取纺织品中的AOX,提取液加入活性炭进行振荡吸附,并用酸性硝酸钠溶液对无机卤化物进行去除。采用程序升温的氧化燃烧方式对吸附AOX的活性炭进行裂解、燃烧及气化,其产生的卤化氢等气体随载气进入吸收液并完全转化为无机卤素阴离子,采用离子色谱分离测定,外标法定量。实验优化了超声提取时间、活性炭用量、燃烧气及其流量、燃烧升温程序、吸收液和吸收方式等前处理条件,并对离子色谱的仪器分析条件如色谱柱、柱温及淋洗液流速等进行优化。结果表明,氟、氯、溴、碘4种卤素离子的标准溶液在0.02~10 mg/L范围内呈线性关系,线性相关系数(R^(2))均在0.999以上;AOX测定的方法定量限为0.10~0.50 mg/kg。以棉、毛和涤纶3种不同种类的阴性纺织样品作为样品基质,选取典型的有机卤化物进行加标,在低、中、高3个加标水平下测得AOX的平均回收率为82.3%~98.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)为2.0%~5.7%,表明方法具有良好的回收率和精密度。将该方法应用于实际纺织样品的测定,检出了不同含量的AOX,且重复性好。研究建立的方法通过采用活性炭的振荡吸附、程序升温的高温氧化燃烧方式和多孔吸收瓶的二级吸收方法,提高了AOX转化为无机卤素的回收率;同时利用离子色谱仪器选择性好、灵敏度高的特点成功地一次性分离检测4种AOX,且无杂质离子的干扰。该方法简单、准确、可靠,满足国内外法规和标准对纺织品中AOX的限量要求,适用于纺织品中AOX的分析测定。  相似文献

A simple, rapid, and high-sensitivity assay was developed to detect the multiresidue of organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) in the environment and food. Two separate generic haptens (Hapten A and B) with same O,O-dimethyl phosphorothioate group and aromatic ring and different spacer arms were synthesized and conjugated to bovine serum albumin (BSA) for immunogens and to ovalbumin (OVA) for coating antigens to study the effect of hapten and coating antigen heterology on immunoassay sensitivity. A broad-spectrum monoclonal antibody (MAb) was produced and a competitive ELISA developed using Hapten B-BSA as the immunogen and Hapten A-OVA as the coating antigen for the multiresidue determination of OPs, including parathionmethyl, fenitrothion, fenthion, chlorthion, and fenchlorphos. Several assay conditions, including organic solvent, pH, ionic strength, and incubation time, were studied sequentially to optimize the immunoassay. Using the optimal assay, 50% inhibition concentration values were estimated to be 34.5, 47.5, 79.8, 125.2, and 373.1 ng/mL for parathionmethyl, fenitrothion, fenthion, chlorthion, and fenchlorphos, respectively. The results indicated that the MAb showed specificity to all the above five OPs, and the assay could be developed for multiresidue determinations.  相似文献

As the most important skeletal component in plants, the polysaccharide cellulose is an almost inexhaustible polymeric raw material with fascinating structure and properties. Formed by the repeated connection of D-glucose building blocks, the highly functionalized, linear stiff-chain homopolymer is characterized by its hydrophilicity, chirality, biodegradability, broad chemical modifying capacity, and its formation of versatile semicrystalline fiber morphologies. In view of the considerable increase in interdisciplinary cellulose research and product development over the past decade worldwide, this paper assembles the current knowledge in the structure and chemistry of cellulose, and in the development of innovative cellulose esters and ethers for coatings, films, membranes, building materials, drilling techniques, pharmaceuticals, and foodstuffs. New frontiers, including environmentally friendly cellulose fiber technologies, bacterial cellulose biomaterials, and in-vitro syntheses of cellulose are highlighted together with future aims, strategies, and perspectives of cellulose research and its applications.  相似文献

This paper presents a review on kaurane diterpenes and their glycoside derivatives, covering aspects of their occurrence, biological activities and the synthesis of these natural products and their analogues. First, it shows and classifies diterpenes, in accordance with the already established structural criteria in the literature. Then, kaurane diterpenes are presented, focusing on their chemical structures, occurrence in the plant kingdom and their main, recently described, biological activities. Moreover, the most significant works, published between 1964 and November 2006, which describe the total synthesis or structural transformations of some kaurane diterpenes, including either semisynthetic and/or microbiological methodologies, are consisely reviewed. At this point, some general considerations on glycosides are introduced, and kaurane glycosides are presented and discussed on the basis of their toxic importance and occurrence in the plant kingdom, having focused on related aspects of their biological activities and the relationships between these activities and the structural factors of their molecules. Finally, the principal methods of glycosidation by enzymatic and chemical processes are both presented, and a few papers on the synthesis of kaurane glycosides are succinctly discussed.  相似文献

Full geometry optimizations were carried out at the HF/6-31G** and B3LYP/6-31G** levels for methylcyclohexane, 2-, 3-, and 4-methyltetrahydropyran, 2-, 3-, and 4-methylpiperidine, 2-, 3-, and 4-methylthiane, 2-, 4-, and 5-methyl-1,3-dioxane, and 2-, 4-, and 5-methyl-1,3-dithiane and also for S-methyl thianium. Constrained geometry optimizations were carried out for methylcyclohexane, 2-methyl-1,3-dioxane, and the axial conformers of 2- and 3-methyltetrahydropyran and 2- and 3-methylpiperidine. The steric repulsion model, which is believed to account for the conformational energies of the cited compounds, was tested by stretching bonds and bending angles so that the axial methyl group is either forced to approach the ring gamma methylenes or get farther away from them. The calculated energies show that the energy costs of these perturbations are not dependent on the distances between the axial methyl group and the ring gamma methylenes and are not dependent on whether the methyl is axial or equatorial. It is shown that, besides the steric repulsion model, the conformational energies of the compounds studied are dictated by hyperconjugative interactions involving mainly the methine hydrogen. The C[bond]C lengths of the axial and equatorial conformers of methylcyclohexane are shown to be related to hyperconjugation.  相似文献

目的:明确造成前列舒通胶囊不同批次间差异的标志性无机元素,并进行安全性评价。方法:采用ICP-MS测定制剂中Al、As、B、Ba、Ca、Cd、Co、Cr、Cu、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Mo、Na、Ni、Pb、Sb、Se、Sn、Sr、Ti、Tl、V、Zn和Hg元素含量并进行数据分析。运用主成分及综合评分结合聚类分析手段,确定制剂的特征性元素;进行元素含量和相关性分析,明确不同批次各元素的差异及元素之间的关系;以多元素含量为指标,绘制无机元素谱图。结果:19批样品中均未检测出Se、Mo、Sn、Sb、Tl和Hg,且Pb、Cd、As、Cu、Hg均符合限量标准,无机元素含量谱图趋势一致。主成分分析提取了4个主成分,确定元素B、K、Al、V、Cr、Ca、Ti、Na、Co和Mn可作为特征元素。主成分得分图将19批样品分为两类,聚类分析及综合评分结果与其一致,两类样品中各元素含量存在差异性。相关性分析中,明确了B与K、Al、Cr正相关,K与Cr、Co正相关,V与Cr、Mn正相关,Mn与Co正相关,Ca、Ti、Na两两正相关。结论:通过分析前列舒通胶囊中无机元素含量,确定了特征元素,为前列舒通胶囊质量全面控制研究提供科学依据。  相似文献

考察了几种特色南药中重金属(Cd,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mn,Ni,Pb,Sr,Zn)的含量状况,并采用形态连续萃取法分析重金属在药材中的形态分布,研究了药材煎煮时药材中重金属的释放及煎煮过程对药材中重金属形态分布的影响。结果表明,几种南药中Cr,Pb,Zn的含量较高,且巴戟天中的重金属总量高于限量标准;原药材中Cr,Cu,Mn,Ni,Pb和Zn主要存在于有机态和残留态,Fe和Sr主要存在于残留态。煎煮使南药中大量重金属迁移到药汤中;药汤中Cu,Mn,Cr,Pb和Zn主要来自于其在药材中的可交换态、碳酸盐结合态和有机态,而药汤中Sr,Ni和Fe不仅包含其非残留态,更多来自于它们的残留态。为减少药汤中重金属,对于Cu,Mn,Cr,Pb和Zn既要控制在药材中的总量,且需降低它们在药材中的非残留态含量;对于Fe,Ni和Sr则主要是控制其在药材中的总量。  相似文献

Graphene aerogels with unique properties, such as ultralow density, super-elasticity, high specific surface area, and excellent thermal stability, have undergone great progress in the past decades. Especially, super-elastic graphene aerogels provide a highly attention-catching platform for developing advanced energy devices, pressure sensors, contaminates adsorbents, and electromagnetic wave shielding and absorption materials, and so forth. In this review, we begin with the introduction and discussion of various fabrication techniques and compare their advantages and disadvantages, focusing on the template-free assembly process and template-assisted assembly process. Then, we summarize the factors influencing the compressibility and elasticity of graphene aerogels, including intrinsic properties of building blocks, constituent materials, and structure design, and their wide applications. At the end, we discuss the current challenges and future prospects of this field.  相似文献

本研究分析MRI测量胫骨结节-股骨滑车凹间距(tibial tuberosity-trocholear distance,TT-TG)、髌骨高度(patellar height,PH)、股骨滑车沟角(sulcus angle,SA)、滑车沟深度(sulcus depth,SD),与一次性髌骨外侧脱位(transient lateral patellar dislocation,TLPD)患者诊断及分型的关系。将2018年1月~2019年2月我院收治的50例TLPD患者作为观察组,50例膝关节正常者作为对照组。采用1.5 T MRI测量受试者TT-TG、PH、SA、SD水平,分析各指标单独应用及联合应用的诊断价值,并探讨其与临床分型的关系。结果显示,观察组TT-TG、PH、SA水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组SD水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);TT-TG、PH、SA及SD指标的联合应用可明显提高TLPD诊断的敏感度、特异度及准确度(P<0.05),且联合应用时AUC面积明显大于各指标单独应用,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);随着患者Dejour分型恶化,患者TT-TG、PH及SA水平均明显升高,SD水平随之明显降低(P<0.05);TT-TG、PH、SA及SD是影响TLPD患者临床分型的独立性影响因素(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,采用1.5 T MRI对TLPD患者的TT-TG、PH、SA、SD进行测量可有效提高临床诊断价值,且TT-TG、PH、SA、SD是影响患者临床分型的独立性影响因素。  相似文献

Fructus Corni (FC), as a promising Chinese medicinal herb, has aroused considerable interest. Generally, FC needs to be processed according to the limited standard policy in China before clinical application, while the investigations on the specific processing methods (such as wine steaming or high-pressure wine steaming) are unclear. A comprehensive metabolomics strategy based on integrated non-targeted metabolomics and targeted glycomics in this paper was implemented to investigate the influences of the different processing technologies such as steaming, wine steaming, high-pressure steaming, high-pressure wine steaming, wine immersion, and wine stir-frying on FC, respectively. UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS was employed for identifying and distinguishing the secondary metabolites. A total of 85 components were identified in all groups. The results of PCA score plots showed that the crude and processed samples had a complete separation, and wine steamed and high-pressure wine steamed samples could be a category, indicating that the two processed products had a similar quality. Multiple chromatography including HPLC (C18)-PDA, HPLC (NH2)-ELSD, and HPGPC-ELSD was used for determining the molecular weight distributions, the monosaccharide compositions of polysaccharides, and the contents of free monosaccharides and oligosaccharides. The results indicated that the content and composition of saccharides were different in crude and different processed FC. The polysaccharides were composed of fucose, arabinose, galactose, glucose, galacturonic acid, mannose and rhamnose, and the free monosaccharides were composed of fucose, arabinose, galactose, glucose, mannose, rhamnose and fructose in all FC samples. The PCA score plots of the glycomics indicated that the crude and high-pressure wine steamed FC could be a category, showing that the two groups had similar chemical compositions. Ultimately, the simulation processing experiments indicated that the transformation of morroniside, polysaccharides, oligosaccharides, fructose, and glucose to 5-HMF through the reactions of dehydration and deglycosylation was the potential mechanism of enhancing the effects by processing. Conclusionly, the saccharides should be investigated as thoroughly as the secondary metabolites, and the high-pressure wine steamed FC could be an alternative to wine steamed FC.  相似文献
