Ionic liquid azides from azidoethyl, alkyl, and alkenyl substituted derivatives of 1,2,4- and 1,2,3-amino-triazoles were prepared and examined for the first time to investigate their structural and physical properties. All reported salts possess melting points below 100 degrees C. The unique character of these newly discovered ionic liquid azides is based upon the fact that these molecules are not simple protonated salts like previously reported substituted hydrazinium azides. The presence of quaternary nitrogen confers both thermal stability and negligible volatility.  相似文献

Convenient and environmentally benign procedures have been reported for the synthesis of 1,4,5-trisubstituted-1,2,3-triazoles by the reaction of aryl azides with active methylene compounds in ionic liquid [bmim]BF4 in the presence of l-proline as a catalyst and also in task-specific basic ionic liquid [bmim]OH. The methodologies defined herein avoid the severe conditions as posed by earlier existing methods and proved to be efficient in terms of good yields, operational simplicity, easy workup and short reaction time.  相似文献

Abstract

We have been carrying out systematic studies on the preparation and properties of tellurium halide and pseudohalide compounds with a focus on tellurium azides. We were successful in the synthesis of various tellurium azides of both covalent and ionic nature. Several tellurium(IV) azides, tellurium(II) azides, and the first tellurium(VI) azides can be prepared in reasonable amounts. The first structural information of selenium azides is obtained for covalent and ionic derivatives, and spectroscopic data for the existence of selenium(iv) polyazides.  相似文献

用ab initio, MINDO/3, MNDO和DV-Xa等量子化学方法计算研究了一些分子型和离子型(碱金属)叠氮化物及相应氯化物的平衡构型和电子结构。结构表明: 在分子型叠氮化物中叠氮根的电负性较氯小、与氮相当; 而在离子型金属叠氮化物中,叠氮根的电负性和氯相当或较氯稍大。将计算所得正则离域分子轨道进行定域化处理, 发现产生这种电负性差异的主要原因是上述两类叠氮化物中N2的成键状况不同, 本文对此进行了较为细致的分析。  相似文献

Fourier transform infrared studies in hypergolic ignition of ionic liquids   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
A class of room-temperature ionic liquids (RTILs) that exhibit hypergolic activity toward fuming nitric acid is reported. Fast ignition of dicyanamide ionic liquids when mixed with nitric acid is contrasted with the reactivity of the ionic liquid azides, which show high reactivity with nitric acid, but do not ignite. The reactivity of other potential salt fuels is assessed here. Rapid-scan, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy of the preignition phase indicates the evolution of N 2O from both the dicyanamide and azide RTILs. Evidence for the evolution of CO 2 and isocyanic acid (HNCO) with similar temporal behavior to N 2O from reaction of the dicyanamide ionic liquids with nitric acid is presented. Evolution of HN 3 is detected from the azides. No evolution of HCN from the dicyanamide reactions was detected. From the FTIR observations, biuret reaction tests, and initial ab initio calculations, a mechanism is proposed for the formation of N 2O, CO 2, and HNCO from the dicyanamide reactions during preignition.  相似文献

在绿色溶剂离子液体中,经纳米铜催化叠氮化合物和炔烃反应合成了10个1,2,3-三氮唑化合物,其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR和MS(ESI)确证。研究了催化剂、原料摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对产率的影响。结果表明:以1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐为溶剂,n(叠氮苯) :n(苯乙炔)=1.0 :1.2,于60 ℃反应1 h,收率高达95%。  相似文献

The synthesis of ammine metal azides is achieved through a simple route in liquid ammonia solution. Azides of silver, sodium, manganese, and zinc were obtained as ammine complexes from liquid ammonia and the solid compounds were characterized. The NH3 solutions were investigated by means of NMR spectroscopy as well. The triamminesilver(I) azide as well as the unusual tetraamminesilver(I) and pentaamminesodium(I) azides are presented. The structures of the hexaamminemanganese(II) and hexaamminezinc(II) azides, which crystallize with four ammonia molecules of solvation, are elucidated. From these compounds the binary azides Mn(N3)2 and Zn(N3)2 were obtained by (careful) heating.  相似文献

Herein, a new application of an ionic liquid containing copper (I), ([Cu(Im12)2]CuCl2), is introduced. This ionic liquid was used as an efficient catalyst for the click cyclization between organic azides and terminal alkynes in various solvents. Then, the mixture of [bmim]BF4/[Cu(Im12)2]CuCl2 was used as a green catalytic medium for the multicomponent click synthesis of 1,4-disubstituted-1H-1,2,3-triazoles from α-halo ketones. The reactions were performed efficiently in this mixture and excellent yields were obtained in all cases. This catalytic reaction medium was recycled five times without significant loss of activity.  相似文献

(1,2,3-Triazol-4-yl)methyl-3-amino-5,10-dihydro-5,10-dioxo-1H-pyrazolo[1,2-b]phthalazine-2-carboxylate derivatives were synthesized by a four-component, one-pot condensation reaction of benzaldehyde derivatives, an active methylene compound (prop-2-ynyl-2-cyanoacetate), azides, and phthalhydrazide in the presence of Cu(OAc)2/sodium ascorbate as catalysts and 1-methyl-1H-imidazolium trifluoroacetate ([Hmim]TFA) as an ionic liquid medium in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

A comparative first-principles study of the structural and optical properties of the alkali metal azides has been performed with density functional theory within the generalized gradient approximation. The crystal structures of the alkali azides compare well with experimental data. Their ionic character is manifested by the closeness of their internitrogen distances to the calculated N-N bond length for the free azide ion. An analysis of electronic structure, charge transfer, and bond order shows that the alkali azides are all wide-gap insulators and ionic compounds. The energy band and density of states for lithium azide and alpha-sodium azide are very similar, while these for potassium azide, alpha-rubidium azide, and alpha-cesium azide are alike, but some modifications are observed with the increment of alkali metals' electropositivity. These changes are closely related to the differences of the crystal structures. The general shapes of the real and imaginary parts of the dielectric function, adsorption coefficient, and electron energy-loss spectra are quite similar. The peaks originate from the electron transitions from the alkali metal s and p states to the conduction band. Our calculated optical properties for the alkali azides are found to be in good agreement with available experimental data. The absorption spectra of the alkali azides show a number of absorption peaks, which are believed to be associated with different exciton states, in the fundamental absorption region. In general, the electron energy-loss spectra have two plasma frequencies.  相似文献

A new efficient method has been reported for the synthesis of azides by direct azidation of alcohols with TMSN3 in presence of recyclable task specific ionic liquid (TSIL) [bmim]ZnCl3 as a catalyst in DCM at room temperature. Ionic liquid [bmim]ZnCl3 was synthesized under solvent free conditions and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS. The Lewis acidity of catalyst was also examined using IR spectroscopy. The main features of this new methodology are high yields of products, recyclability of catalyst, scalability of reaction to gram scale and short reaction time.  相似文献

Poly(ethylene glycol) dicationic ionic liquid‐based MnCl42? was prepared by nucleophilic substitution of poly(ethylene glycol) dichloride with methylimidazole followed by reaction with MnCl2. The structural properties of the catalyst were systematically investigated using Fourier transform infrared, UV–visible and Raman spectra and thermogravimetric analysis. The application of this catalyst allows the synthesis of a variety of benzyl thiocyanates and azides in high yield under reflux conditions in water. The main advantages of this method are its easy nature, rapidity, environmental benignity and high yields.  相似文献

A critical survey of synthetic approaches to vinyl azides is presented, focusing especially on stereo- and regiochemical problems. The com bined procedure of azidohalogenation of olefins followed by dehydrohalogenation, leads to regiospecific and, in the case of ionic additions, also to stereospecific formation of vinyl azides. Nucleophilic substitutions by azide ions on activated olefinic halides result in β-azidovinyl ketones, esters, nitriles, etc., and proceed predominantly with retention of configuration about the C?C bond. The known synthetic methods leading to α-azidovinyl ketones and esters give rise to the thermodynamically more stable trans-vinyl azides.  相似文献

Detailed ab initio studies on the electronic structure and optical properties of the heavy-metal azides have been performed using density functional theory within the generalized gradient approximation. An analysis of band structure, density of states, charge transfer, and bond order shows that the heavy-metal azides are ionic compounds but have covalent character. The valence bands of AgN3 and CuN3 are strongly dominated by Ag- and Cu-d, respectively, but that of TlN3 arises from the contributions of Tl-s and terminal N-p and not from Tl-d. The real and imaginary parts of the dielectric function, adsorption coefficient, and electron energy-loss spectra are calculated and compared with available experimental data.  相似文献

A novel heterogeneous nanocatalyst was fabricated by depositing copper iodide and Fe3O4 nanoparticles on imidazolium‐based ionic liquid‐grafted cellulose and successfully characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, powder X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy, vibrating sample magnetometry and flame atomic absorption spectrometry. It was employed to catalyse the reaction of terminal acetylenes with sulfonyl azides to afford highly reactive sulfonyl ketenimine intermediates which were subsequently trapped by secondary amines to give N ‐sulfonylamidines and N ‐sulfonylacrylamidines under solvent‐free conditions at room temperature. Good to excellent yields, very short reaction times, eco‐friendly processing, easy separation and reusability without significant loss of catalytic activity were found to be the notable features of this synthetic protocol.  相似文献

The structure and characteristic of carbon nanotubes-ionic liquid gel biosensor were studied by voltammetry, microscopy and spectroscopy. Various biomolecules were electrochemically detected with this gel biosensor such as glucose oxidase and NADH. The excellent electrochemical behavior of this gel biosensor might be due to the following three main factors: (1) the inherently perfect electrochemical characteristic of multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs); (2) the better solvent effect and conductivity of ionic liquid as well as the proper interactions between MWNTs and ionic liquid; (3) the proper mixing ratio of MWNTs to ionic liquid. Meanwhile, the interactions between MWNTs and ionic liquid were carefully studied as well. It can be concluded that the non-covalent (π–π) interaction between the imidazole loop of ionic liquid and MWNTs side wall should play an important role. This work gives a further understanding of what results in the high sensitivity and selectivity of such a biosensor to some biomolecules, and provides a simple and easy approach to design new biosensors with various nano-particles and versatile ionic liquid.  相似文献

采用正交实验优化合成了碱性离子液体氢氧化1-丁基-4-二甲氨基吡啶盐, 以其为反应溶剂, 在催化剂DABCO(1,4-二氮杂二环[2.2.2]辛烷)作用下进行了芳香醛与丙烯酸甲酯的Baylis-Hillman 反应研究. 实验结果表明, 在该离子液体的存在下, 芳香醛与丙烯酸甲酯以较快的反应速度和较高产率生成目标化合物. 在此基础上, 进一步研究了水-离子液体复合体系对Baylis-Hillman 反应的影响, 取得了更快的速率及更高的产率.  相似文献

Well‐defined side‐chain liquid crystal azopolymers have been synthesized by click chemistry of poly(propargyl methacrylate) with bifunctional liquid crystalline azides to produce materials with large degrees of functionalization. A polymeric scaffold having pendant alkyne groups was prepared by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) and postfunctionalized by copper(I)‐catalyzed azide‐alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) using homo‐ and heterobifunctional azides. The azides are derivatives of 2,2‐bis(hydroxymethyl)propanoic acid (bis‐MPA) containing photoresponsive azobenzene and/or liquid crystalline biphenyl moieties. The approach is a convenient alternative to increase the density of functional units in side‐chain polymers having moderate polymerization degrees and to modulate the properties of the final material. The article describes the synthesis, characterization, and liquid crystalline properties of the obtained polymers. The effect of the chemical structure and the possible cooperative effects between functional units in the photo‐induction of chirality are also evaluated. Suitably protected carbohydrates were joined together using 1,5-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazolylmethylene (1,5-DTM) linkers. The DTM linker was built by the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reactions of a series of sugar azides with vinyl sulfonylmethylene-modified furanose or pyranose under metal free conditions. Three different biodegradable hydroxylammonium based ionic liquids were studied in water as the reaction media. The N,N-dimethyl ethanolammonium formate-water mixture was found to be the best reaction medium because the reaction time was shortened considerably to generate a dozen new 1,5-DTM-linked disaccharides.  相似文献
