SCF and CI calculations were carried out on the ground1A state of HN3. The equilibrium geometry and vibration frequencies were computed. The results point to a planar structure (groupC s) but to a non-linear (170 °) N-N-N conformation. The calculated vibration frequencies are in fair agreement with experimental assignments.The dissociation path of the molecule to NH and N2 products was investigated and compared to the isoelectronic reaction of diazomethane. The dissociation energy of hydrazoic acid is estimated to be about –8 kcal/mole, with a potential barrier to dissociation of about 30 kcal/mole.Boursier IRSIA  相似文献

The magnitude of the -effects on13C chemical shifts was studied as function of theN-substitution [Me, Et, Bu, CH2C6H5, CH2CH2C6H5, Pri, But, Bus, c-C6H11, CH(CH3)C6H5, But, or Ph] for several benzylamines,o-aminomethylphenols and 3,4-dihydro-2H-1,3-benzoxazines. A correlation between the c-values and the steric substituent constants (E s ) of theN-substituents proved useful in characterizing the variation of the -effects along with the conformational factors. The diastereospecificity of the -effects is discussed for purposes of configurational assignments.For part 2, see Ref. 1. N,N-DicyclohexylpiperazineN,N-dioxide octahydrate, C16H46N2O10,M r=426.55, monoclinic, space groupC2/m (No. 12),a=12.961(4),b=11.533(4),c=7.907(1) Å, =98.37(2)o,V=1169.3(6) Å3,Z=2. The structure was solved by the direct method and refined toR=0.045 for 1192 observed MoK reflections. TheN,N-dioxide molecule occupies a site of symmetry 2/m. The piperazine ring takes the chair form with the two N–O bonds oriented axially in atrans configuration. Hydrogen bonding between the water molecules, as well as between theN-oxide groups and water molecules, gives rise to a puckered layer composed of edge-sharing four-membered, five-membered, six-membered, and eight-membered rings. Adjacent layers are cross-linked by theN,N-dicyclohexylpiperazine moieties lying between them, thereby generating a sandwich structure consolidated by covalent and hydrogen bonding. The ab initio MP2 method is used with the LANL2DZ basis to calculate the mercury chloride ,-complex with two acetylene molecules (1) and various isomeric forms of mercury di()-vinyl chloride -complexes (2): cis-cis (2A), cis-trans (2B), and trans-trans (2C). The ,-complex is the most stable form of all those considered; the difference between 1 and 2A is 24.9 kcal/mole. A relation between the total energies (kcal/mole) for isomeric forms 2 is established to be 2A (0) < 2B (0.98) < 2C (1.58). Complex 1 is shown to be transformed into 2A via the intermediate formation of 3, which is a hybrid form of the complex (,-complex of mercury chloride with two acetylene molecules). The structures of the transition states for the transformations of 1 into 3 (structure 4) and of 3 into 2A (structure 5) and the corresponding transition activation energies are determined. The interaction of 2A, 2B, and 2C with the Cl- anion as a model nucleophile is considered. It is shown that the resulting anions (6A, 6B, 6C) have a planar structure with the relative stability increasing in the series 6A<6B<6C.  相似文献

Two new -complexes of copper(I) halides with the 1,3-diallylbenzimidazolium cation, [C7H5N2(C3H5)2]+[Cu2Cl1.40Br1.60] and [C7H5N2(C3H5)2]+[Cu2Br3], have been synthesized and structurally defined (space group P2 1/c for both; a = 22.094(6), b = 9.272(8), c = 9.22(1) , = 118.26(4)° and a = 22.267(5), b = 9.311(3), c = 9.263(2) , = 117.51(2)°). The mutual effects of chlorine–bromine substitution and the efficiency of -interactions are discussed based on XRD data for these two compounds and for the compounds [C7H5N2(C3H5)2]+[Cu2Cl3] and [C7H5N2(C3H5)2]+[Cu2Cl0.67Br2.33] studied previously.  相似文献

A structural study of internal (endo) and external (exo) coordination to cofacial binuclear complexes is reported.Cu2(NBA)2(NBAH2=3,3'-[2,7-naphthalenediylbis(methylene)]-bis(2,4-pentanedione)) is large enough to accommodate 2-methylpyrazine as an intramolecularly coordinated guest molecule Cu2(NBA)2((2Mepyz))4CH2Cl2Cu2C53H58N2O8Cl8, orthorhombic, space group Pnma (No. 62); a = 22.4674(11); b = 22.230(2); c = 11.4520(6) Å V = 5719.6(6) Å3 (at 100 K); Z = 4; R = 0.058; R w = 0.167 for 344 parameters and 5339 reflections with I > 2(I). The Cu2(NBA)2(-(2-Mepyz)) molecules possess crystallographic m symmetry, with the CuCu vector (CuCu' 7.4801(8) Å) perpendicular to the mirror plane; this requires disorder in the 2-Mepyz guests. The two ``Cu(acac)2' moieties (acacH = 2,4-pentanedione) are not quite parallel (dihedral angle between (acac)2 planes = 3.93(7)circ), forming a slightly wider opening on the side of the methyl group in the 2-Mepyz guest. On the other hand, the cavity in Cu2(XBA)2 (XBAH2 = 3,3'-[1,3-phenylenebis(methylene)]-bis(2,4-pentanedione)) is smaller, so that CH3CN must bind externally.Cu2(XBA)2(CH3CN)21.5CH3CNH2O,Cu2C43H52.5N3.5O9, monoclinic, space group P21/c (No. 14); a = 11.7361(16); b = 14.197(3); c = 13.299(3) Å; = 92.22(2)^; V = 2214.3(7) Å3 (at 100 K); Z = 2; R = 0.044; R w = 0.124 for 275 parameters and 4983 reflections with I > 2 (I). This structure contains centrosymmetric Cu2(XBA)2 units (CuCu' 4.8302(12) Å) with externally coordinated CH3CN ligands. The crystal packing in Cu2(NBA)2((2Mepyz))4CH2Cl2,which contains close contacts between layers of Cu2(NBA)2(-(2-Mepyz)) moieties, is also similar to that in three other crystalline host–guest adducts M2(NBA)2(-G). Cu2(XBA)2(CH3CN)21.5CH3-CNH2O does not contain similar layers of molecules, presumably because the adduct molecules do not have the same type of exposed flat surfaces.  相似文献

Intercalation of ,-alkanediamines, NH2(CH2) n NH2 (n = 3–10), into layered aluminium dihydrogen triphosphate dihydrate, AlH2(P3(O10... 2H2O, was investigated by XRD, DTA-TG, elemental analysis, and solid-state 31P, 13C and 27Al NMR. ,-Alkanediamines are intercalated to form a monomolecular layer in the interlayer region, in which the alkanediamines incline at 57 ± 5° to the phosphate layers, whereas n-alkylamines form a bilayer structure with the same inclination angle. Two amino groups in an ,-alkanediamine molecule bridge the layered sheets of phosphates.  相似文献

Configuration interaction (CI) studies of ground, n *, * * electronically excited states are reported for pyridine N-oxide. The transition energy to the lowest * excited 1 B 2 state is calculated at 4.35 eV, compared to the experimental spectrum range of 3.67–4.0 eV. This state lies below the lowest n * excited 1 A 2 state calculated at 4.81 eV above the ground state. The only experimentally reported triplet state at 2.92 eV above the ground state is predicted to be the 3 A 1 (*) state. The calculated energy lies at 3.27 eV. Numerous other high-lying singlet states as well as the triplet states have also been calculated. The intramolecular charge transfer character of the ground and the excited states have been studied in terms of the calculated dipole moment and other physical properties.  相似文献

Summary Synthesis and X-ray structure analysis of N-acetyl-,-diethylglycine-N-methylamide [CH3-Co-NH-C(C2H5)2-CO-NHCH3] are described. The compound was obtained from the corresponding N-acetyl derivative [CH3-CO-NH-C(C2H5)2-COOH] through the mixed anhydride procedure. It crystallizes as monohydrate (C9H18N2O2·H2O) in space group P21/c,a=7.139(1),b=11.823(2),c=15.778(3) Å, =122.23(1)°,V=1126.53 Å3,D m=1.20 Mgm–3 (room temperature),R=0.046 for 1523 reflections. The crystal packing is dominated by two strong hydrogen bonds between the water molecule and two carbonyl oxygen atoms and two weak H-bonds to two amide-N-atoms of symmetry-equivalent molecules. The molecular conformation is closer to a 310-helix then ana-helix.

Zusammenfassung Es wird über Synthese und die röntgenographische Strukturbestimmung von N-Acetyl-,-diethylglycin-N-methyl-amid [CH3-CO-NH-C(C2H5)2-CO-NH-CH3] berichtet. Die Verbindung wurde unter Anwendung der Methode der gemischten Anhydride aus dem entsprechenden N-Acetylderivat [CH3-CO-NH-C(C2H5)2-COOH] erhalten. Sie kristallisiert als Monohydrat (C9H18N2O2·H2O) in der Raumgruppe P21/c mita=7.139(1),b=11.823(2),c=15.778(3) Å, =122.23(1)°,V=1126.53 Å3,D m=1.20 Mgm–3,D x=1.204 Mgm–3 (Raumtemperatur).R=0.046 für 1523 Reflexe. Die Kristallpackung ist dominiert durch zwei starke H-Brücken vom Wassermolekül zu zwei Carbonylsauerstoffatomen sowie zwei schwachen H-Brücken zu zwei Amid-N-atomen symmetrieequivalenter Moleküle. Die Konformation des Peptidgerüstes ist näher einer 310 als einera-Helix.

The partition coefficient of -phenylalkanols [C6H5(CH2)mpOH, m p =3–6] between water and micelles of sodium deoxycholate (NaDC) has been determined by a differential spectroscopic method at 25°C. The linear dependence of thestandard free energy change of transfer calculated from the partition coefficient on the alkyl chain length of the alkanols (m p 4) yields the standard free energy change per methylene group [Go(CH2)]. Go(CH2) value for the present system, –3.21 kJ-mol –1 is larger in magnitude than that for sodium dodecylsulfate (SDS)--phenylalkanol system, –2.40 kJ-mol –1 . The result indicates that the alkyl chain of -phenylalkanols has higher affinity to NaDC micelles than to SDS micelles although the molecular structure of NaDC is more rigid and bulkier than that of SDS and the aggregation number of micelles of the former is much smaller than that of micelles of the latter. On the basis of the linear relation between the effect of added -phenylalkanols on the critical micelle concentration of NaDC (–dCcmc/dCa) and the partition coefficient, it is found that the degree of ionization of NaDC micelles is not influenced by solubilization of -phenylalkanols into the micelles.  相似文献

Four copper(II) complexes of betaines, [Cu2(BET)4Cl2][Cu(BET)2Cl2]Cl2 (2), [Cu2(pyBET)4Cl2]3[CuCl4]2Cl2 (3), [Cu, (pyBET)4 (H2O)2] (NO3)4 · 2H2O (4), and [Cu2(ppBET)4(H2O)2](ClO4)4 · 4H2O (5), (BET = Me3N+CH2COO; pyBET = C5H5N+CH2COO; ppBET=C5H5N+CH2CH2COO), have been prepared and characterized by X-ray crystallography. These complexes all contain dimeric [Cu2 (carboxylato-O,O)4L2] structures [basal Cu-O=1.955(4) 1.991(2), Cu Cu=2.602(1) 2.759(1) Å] with the apical ligand L=Cl in (2) and (3) [Cu-Cl=2.415(1) 2.436(3) Å] and L = H2O in (4) and (5) [Cu-OH2=2.158(4) 2.192(3) Å]; also present are a discrete [Cu(BET)2Cl2] molecule with a compressed tetrahedral CuO2Cl2 chromophore involving two unidentate carboxylate ligands [Cu-O=1.916(2), Cu-Cl=2.254(1) Å] in (2), and a discrete C3v [CuCl4]2– anion in (3). Generally the intradimer Cu Cu distance may be correlated to the electronic repulsion of the metal-ligand bonds in the CuO4L chromophore, as well as the steric interaction between the carboxylate moieties and the apical ligand.  相似文献

The infrared and electronic excitation spectra of a series of new nickel(II) chelates containing an-diimine (or nitrogenous base, enR) and the anion of a-dione (1,3-ketoenol or 1,3-ketoester,H) were obtained in the solid state and in solution. The composition and the overall structure of the new chelates in the solid state depends on ligand concentration, the substituents within the-dionato moiety and the counterion present. The IR and electronic excitation spectra of [Ni(enR)2 ]NO3 and [Ni(enR)(O2NO)] indicate, in conjunction with other physicochemical measurements, bidentate coordination of the ligands, while the spectral shifts reveal replacement of the (O,O)nitrato group by basic solvents. The existence of the nickel(II) in an octahedral environment is confirmed by an X-ray structure analysis of [Ni(dpamH)2acac]NO3 · CH3OH (monoclinic, space groupP2l/n, a=17.296(1),b=7.462(1),c=21.604(3) å,=95.65(1),Z=4, R=0.0534,Rw=0.0600), where dpamH denotes the 2,2-dipyridylamine.  相似文献

Qualitative estimates of possibility of the formation of fullerene 5--complexes have been carried out by the MNDO/PM3 method. It was shown, as exemplified by the C60 cluster, that the introduction of five univalent functional groups R (R = H, Cl, Br) to -positions of a separate pentagon of C60 with the formation of [R5C60] anions results in a pronounced increase in the -electron density on the atoms of this five-membered cycle and more favorable conditions for the formation of -bonds with the 5-ligand. The nature of the interaction between the atoms of the separate cycle in [R5C60] anion and 5-ligand was analyzed by the example of hypothetical sandwich systems R5C60SiCp. Half-sandwich complexes R5C60SiX (X = H, Cl) were also investigated. The local energy minima were found on the potential energy surfaces (PES) of systems R5C60SiCp and R5C60SiX with C5p symmetry. These systems transform barrirlessly into q5-7E-complexes with the angular structure if the symmetry restrictions are removed. The most favorable conditions for 5--complexes of R5C60 to form are realized for R = H. The results obtained were compared to those of semiempirical and nonempirical calculations of bis (cyclopentadienyl) silicon.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Silicon carbonitride films were synthesized by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition using silyl derivatives of asymmetric dimethylhydrazine, (CH3)2HSiNHN(CH3)2 and (CH3)2Si[NHN(CH3)2]2, as molecular precursors. The film material consists of an amorphous matrix with nanocrystalline inclusions. Indexing of synchrotron radiation Xray diffraction patterns suggests that the structure of the nanocrystals is tetragonal with lattice parameters a = 9.6 and c = 6.4. Xray photoelectron spectra indicate that Si—N and C—N sp 3 hybrid bonds are predominant. The absence of G or Dmodes in Raman spectra, which are otherwise typical of structures possessing sp 2 bonding, provides further support for the tetragonal structure of the nanocrystals.  相似文献

Summary In recent biochemical studies it was demonstrated that residue Asp113 of the-adrenoceptor (-AR) is an indispensable amino acid for the binding of-AR antagonists. Earlier fluorescence studies showed that a tryptophan-rich region of the-AR is involved in the binding of propranolol, the prototype-AR antagonist. Bearing these two biochemical findings in mind, we explored the-AR part containing Asp113, for an energetically favorable antagonist binding site. This was done by performing molecular docking studies with the antagonist propranolol and a specific-AR peptide which included, besides Asp113, two possibly relevant tryptophan residues. In the docking calculations, the propranolol molecule was allowed to vary all its internal torsional angles. The receptor peptide was kept in an-helix conformation, while side chains relevant to ligand binding were flexible to enable optimal adaptations to the ligand's binding conformation. By means of force-field calculations the total energy was minimized, consisting of the intramolecular energies of both ligand and receptor peptide, and the intermolecular energy. We found an antagonist binding site, consisting of amino acids Asp113 and Trp109, which enabled energetically favorable interactions with the receptor-binding groups of propranolol. According to these results, binding involves three main interaction points: (i) a reinforced ionic bond; (ii) a hydrogen bond; and (iii) a hydrophobic/charge transfer interaction. The deduced binding site shows a difference in affinity between the levo- and dextrorotatory isomers of propranolol caused by a difference in ability to form a hydrogen bond, which is in conformity with the experimentally observed stereoselectivity. Moreover, it also provides an explanation for the 1-selectivity ofp-phenyl substituted phenoxypropanolamines like betaxolol. Thep-phenyl substituent of betaxolol was shown to be sterically hindered upon binding to the 2-AR peptide, whereas this hindrance is very likely to be much less with the 1-AR peptide. A new compound from the series of alkoxyketoiminates, Cu(II) bis-(2-methoxy-2,6-dimethyl-3-imino-5-heptanonate), has been synthesized and studied by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data for CuO4N2C20H36: a=10.154(1), b=9.921(1), c=11.684(2) , =96.17(1)°, space group P21/c, Z=2, dcalc =1.226 g/cm3, R=0.037. The structure is molecular and built from isolated trans-complexes. The copper atom has a plane square environment of two oxygen atoms (Cu–O 1.93 ) and two nitrogen atoms (Cu–N 1.90 ). The O–Cu–N chelate angle is 91.7°. The complex has an intramolecular hydrogen bond, N–H...O 2.16 , involving the alkoxy oxygen atom. The molecular packing in the crystal is close to that of copper(II) dipivaloylmethanate. The calculated van der Waals intermolecular interaction energies and thermogravimetric characteristics of the complexes are compared.  相似文献

Fluorescent active host labeled at the upper and lower rims of -cyclodextrin, namely, mono-3A-deoxy-3A-pyrenebutylamido-6X,Y-O-bis-pyrenebutylate-mono-altro--cyclodextrin (-3) has been synthesized as a chemosensor for steroidal guests using fluorescence spectra change upon a guest addition. The -3 shows monomer and excimer fluorescence, which results in an increase of the intensity of monomer and decrease of excimer fluorescence with a host–guest binding in the cyclodextrin cavity. The extent of monomer and excimer fluorescence variations of -3 was used as an indication for the sensing ability for the guests examined. The guest-induced fluorescence changes were measured for 10–7 M solutions of -3. The sensing parameters (Iex/I0ex and Imon/I0mono) were used to describe the sensing ability of -3. The values of Iex/I0ex describe that -3 shows less selectivity for guests than that of mono-3A-deoxy-3A-pyrenebutylamido-6X-O-mono-pyrenebutylate-mono-altro--cyclodextrin (-2), and the values of Imon/I0mono show that -3 shows higher sensitivity and selectivity than that of -2.  相似文献

INDO SCF MO calculations are reported for the complexes (C5H5)M(C7H7) (M = Ti, V and Cr), and for the corresponding V and Cr cations. The results correctly predict1 A 1 ground states for the V+ and the neutral Ti and Cr species, and for the neutral V and Cr+ complexes confirm the2 A 1 ground levels. The formally metald-levels followed theH core sequencee 2<a 1<e 1, and the most important interactions were those between the metale 2 level and the ligand C7H7 -orbitals, and between the metale 1 level and the ligand C5H5 -orbitals. Calculations also satisfactorily reproduced other experimental quantities, and the results indicate that thee 2 ligand interaction becomes more important, and thee 1 ligand interaction less important, with increasing size of the ligand ring.  相似文献

The kinetics of charge-transfer interaction betweenp-toluidine and iodine in methylene chloride was investigated in depth. Thethermal process of formation of theinner complex was found to proceed to an equilibrium. Thephotochemical process follows a different reaction coordinate, going through the formation of an exciplex between the excitedouter complex and the amine ground state. In both cases the same ionic complex (Am 2I+I 3 , whereAm stands forp-toluidine) was detected as the final product.

Zusammenfassung Die Kinetik der Charge-Transfer-Wechselwirkung zwischenp-Toluidin und Jod in Methylenchlorid wurde ausführlich untersucht. Derthermische Prozeß, der zur Bildung desinner-Komplexes führt, geht bis zu einem Gleichgewicht. Derphotochemische Prozeß folgt einer unterschiedlichen Reaktionskoordinate und verläuft über die Bildung eines Exziplexes zwischen dem angeregtenouter-Komplex und dem Amin im Grundzustand. In beiden Fällen wurde derselbe ionische Komplex (Am 2I+I 3 , wobeiAm fürp-Toluidin steht) als Endprodukt festgestellt.

Equilibrium constant (K), enthalpy change (H), and entropy change (S) values have been determined calorimetrically at 25°C in 90%MeOH 10%H2O (v/v) for the interactions of pyridino-18-crown-6 (P18C6) and diketopyridino-18-crown-6 (K2P18C6) with perchlorate salts of ammonium, benzylammonium,-phenylethylammonium,-phenylethylammonium, and-(1-naphthyl)ethyl-ammonium cations. The crystal structure of the complex of P18C6 with benzylammonium perchlorate was determined by X-ray crystallography. The1H 1D and 2D NMR spectra of some of these complexes were used to elucidate their structural features in solution. The logK values for the interaction of the ammonium cations with P18C6 are larger than those with K2P18C6, probably due to the higher degree of structural flexibility of P18C6.
