平方损失下屏蔽数据并联系统的经验贝叶斯分析

在部件寿命服从逆威布尔分布时,研究了屏蔽数据两部件并联系统的可靠性分析问题.基于截尾样本,将经典统计方法和贝叶斯理论相结合,推导出模型参数及系统可靠性指标的经验贝叶斯估计,最后给出数值模拟.     

屏蔽系统寿命数据的统计分析综述(英文)

系统竞争失效数据在工程应用中广泛存在.屏蔽数据作为它的一种特殊数据形式在工程中有着重要的作用.本文首先介绍了屏蔽数据的形式及其与常规竞争失效数据的区别,然后对串联系统或并联系统,阐述了两种分析屏蔽数据的方法(极大似然法和贝叶斯方法),最后用这两种方法分析了一个实际例子.     

无失效数据的贝叶斯统计分析

本给出一类先验分布下基于失效数据的失效概率的贝叶斯和多层贝叶斯估计,证明了保序性,最后对一个无失效数据的应用例子进行了可靠性统计分析。     

广义Pareto模型统计推断及其应用

广义Pareto分布能很好地拟合数据分布的尾部,广泛地应用于金融市场的风险管理、风险经营问题的研究。利用概率加权矩法得到了三参数广义Pareto模型的参数估计式,给出了阈值的选取方法和风险值的计算公式;利用计算机模拟,计算得出了KS检验统计量的临界值。     

Statistical Analysis of Series System for Masked Data under Successive Censored Life Test

In this paper, considering series system of masked data under simple successive censored and multiple successive censored life test, the likelihood function and maximum likelihood estimate are respectively proposed for series system composed of two units under two kinds of situations. One is the series system composed of two units with constant failure rate, and the other is the series system composed of two units with linear failure rate through the origin. The approximate interval estimates of parameters are given by using the method of likelihood ratio. Besides, the examples show the feasibility of the methods through Monte-Carlo simulations.     

急性髓细胞白血病基因筛选模型的贝叶斯分析

基因表达数据蕴含着大量的生物信息,在生物基因信息研究中,筛选表达水平发生显著变化的差异基因是认识疾病形成机理和辅助靶点药物研究的关键问题.根据急性髓细胞白血病(AML)的基因表达数据,构造基因均值差序列,建立贝叶斯分层混合模型,并为模型的参数赋予具有基因生物特征的先验信息.采用马尔可夫链蒙特卡洛(MCMC)算法对模型参数进行估计,并筛选出急性髓细胞白血病差异表达基因.在实际数据分析中,从美国生物信息中心(NCBI)的高通量基因表达数据库中获取急性髓细胞白血病基因数据集,从经过非特异滤波预处理的14688个急性髓细胞白血病基因中筛选出711个差异表达基因,差异表达基因数仅占急性髓细胞白血病基因总数的4.84%,这一结果与基因差异表达的生物学原理相吻合.     

逐步增加Ⅱ型截尾下Pareto分布的Bayes估计

基于逐步增加的Ⅱ型截尾样本,当Pareto分布的尺度参数已知时,分别在平方损失和LINEX损失下讨论了其形状参数和可靠性指标(失效率和可靠度)的Bayes估计,并用Monte-Carlo方法对估计结果的MSE,进行了模拟比较.结果表明了在LINEX损失下的估计结果更有效.     

治愈率模型在屏蔽数据可靠性分析中的应用研究

针对传统方法中的不足,在引入标准治愈率模型的基础上,提出在屏蔽数据可靠性分析中应用一种扩展的治愈率模型的建模方法;分析证明了利用该方法进行建模分析时仅需对模型作较少的前提假设,在信息不足的情况下能够识别出伴随变量对系统寿命分布的影响,进而有效提高模型估计的稳健性.通过运用基于Gibbs抽样的MCMC方法动态模拟出相关参数后验分布的马尔可夫链,给出随机截尾条件下模型参数的贝叶斯估计;实例分析的结果,证明了该模型在可靠性应用中的直观性与有效性.     

二项-广义Pareto复合极值分布模型的统计推断

极值理论主要研究小概率、大影响的极端事件.当前,复合极值分布已经广泛应用于水文、气象、地震、保险、金融等领域.本文以极值类型定理和PBDH定理为理论依据,构建了二项-广义Pareto复合极值分布模型;使用概率加权矩方法,对所建立的复合模型推导参数估计式;利用计算机模拟,得到了Kolmogorov-Smirnov(简称KS)检验统计量的临界值.     

指数分布场合下无失效数据的统计分析

由于产品的可靠性愈来愈高，所以在可靠性寿命试验中，“无失效数据”的现象也愈来愈多．本文根据指数分布的无记忆性，给出可靠度的先验分布，进而在无失效数据的情况下，得到了平均寿命的Bayes估计。     

屏蔽数据下指数分布两部件串联系统多变点模型的贝叶斯估计

通过引入潜在变量得到了截尾情形屏蔽数据下指数分布两部件串联系统交点模型较简单的似然函数.利用Gibbs抽样与Metropolis-Hastings算法相结合的MCMC方法对各参数进行了抽样.基于Gibbs样本对参数进行估计.随机模拟的结果表明估计的精度较高.     

Bayesian Estimation and Statistical Analysis of Risk Measurements

The Bayesian model are established for the VaR and related risk measurements. The relationship between VaR and other risk measurements including expect shortfall, tail condition expectation and conditional value at risk are discussed. Furthermore, the Bayesian estimates and Bayesian predictors of these risk measurement are derived. Thirdly, the consistency and asymptotic normality in the exponential risk model are proved. Finally, the numerical simulation method is used to verify the convergence rate under different sample sizes.

统计决策与贝叶斯分析是一门多学科相交叉的边缘课程,具有很强的应用性.本文在对北美一流院校相关课程教学特点的描述和对比分析的基础上,结合我校理工科院校的特色,从教学内容、教学方法和实践教学三个方面系统阐述了我校在该课程教学和课程建设中的几点体会.     

Statistical Inference for the Parameter of Pareto Distribution Based on Progressively Typ e-I Interval Censored Sample

In this paper, the estimation of parameters based on a progressively typeI interval censored sample from a Pareto distribution is studied. Different methods of estimation are discussed, which include mid-point approximation estimator, the maximum likelihood estimator and moment estimator. The estimation procedures are discussed in details and compared via Monte Carlo simulations in terms of their biases.

??In this paper, we concern with the estimation problem for the Pareto distribution based on progressive Type-II interval censoring with random removals. We discuss the maximum likelihood estimation of the model parameters. Then, we show the consistency and asymptotic normality of maximum likelihood estimators based on progressive Type-II interval censored sample.

本文导出了Weibull分布基于恒加寿命试验数据的近似无偏估计和近似区间估计，利用模拟方法说明所给方法的有效性。     

服从Dirichlet分布的成分数据的贝叶斯分析

本文研究了Dirichlet分布总体的参数和其他感光趣的量的贝叶斯估计。在参数的有实际意义的函数上设置均匀的先验分布，对适当变换后的参数用Metropolis算法得到马尔可夫链蒙特卡罗后验样本，由此即得参数和其他感兴趣的量的贝叶斯估计。
