Organolanthanide chloride complexes [(CH3OCH2CH2C5H4)2Ln(μ-Cl)]2 (Ln = La, Pr, Ho and Y) react with excess NaH in THF at 45°C to give the dimeric hydride complexes [(CH3OCH2CH2C5H4)2Ln(μ-H)]2, which have been characterized by IR, 1H NMR, MS and XPS spectroscopy, elemental analyses and X-ray crystallography. [(CH3OCH2CH2C5H4)2Y(μ-H)]2 crystallizes from THF/n-hexane at −30°C, in the triclinic space group P1 with a = 8.795(2) Å, b = 11.040(1) Å, c = 16.602(2) Å, = 93.73(1)°, β = 91.82(1)°, γ = 94.21(1)°, Dc = 1.393 gcm−3 for Z = 2 dimers. However, crystals of [(CH3OCH2CH2C5H4)2Ho(μ-OH)]2 were obtained by recrystallization of holmium hydride in THF/n-hexane at −30°C, in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with a = 11.217(2) Å, b = 15.865(7) Å, c = 17.608(4) Å, Dc = 1.816 gcm−3 for Z = 4 dimers. In the complexes of yttrium and holmium, each Ln atom of the dimers is coordinated by two substituted cyclopentadienyl ligands, one oxygen atom and two hydrogen atoms (for the Y atom) or two hydroxyl groups (for the Ho atom) to form a distorted trigonal bipyramid if the C(η5)-bonded cyclopentadienyl is regarded as occupying a single polyhedral vertex.  相似文献

2,3,4-triphenyl-1-oxa-4-azabutadine (C20H15NO) has been studied by X-ray analysis and AM1 molecular orbital methods. It crystallises in the triclinic space group P-1 with a=9.414(3), b=10.479(3), c=8.385(2) Å, =103.31(3)°, β=97.10(3)°, γ=74.09(1)°, V=772.5(4) Å3, Z=2, Dc=1.227 gcm−3, and μ(MoK)=0.075 mm−1 and F000=300. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R=0.043 for 2672 reflections [I>2σ(I)]. The conformational analysis of the title compound were investigated by semi-empirical quantum mechanical AM1 calculations. The minimum conformation energies were calculated as a function of the three torsion angles θ1(O(1)C(7)C(8)N(1)), θ2(C(8)N(1)C(15)C(16)) and θ3(C(14)C(9)C(8)N(1)). The results are compared with the X-ray results. C=O and C=N groups are twisted about each other by 95.5(2)°.  相似文献

The compound [RU332- -ampy)(μ3η12-PhC=CHPh)(CO)6(PPh3)2] (1) (ampy = 2-amino-6-methylpyridinate) has been prepared by reaction of [RU3(η-H)(μ32- ampy) (μ,η12-PhC=CHPh)(CO)7(PPh3)] with triphenylphosphine at room temperature. However, the reaction of [RU3(μ-H)(μ3, η2 -ampy)(CO)7(PPh3)2] with diphenylacetylene requires a higher temperature (110°C) and does not give complex 1 but the phenyl derivative [RU332-ampy)(μ,η 12 -PhC=CHPh)(μ,-PPh2)(Ph)(CO)5(PPh3)] (2). The thermolysis of complex 1 (110°C) also gives complex 2 quantitatively. Both 1 and 2 have been characterized by0 X-ray diffraction methods. Complex 1 is a catalyst precursor for the homogeneous hydrogenation of diphenylacetylene to a mixture of cis- and trans -stilbene under mild conditions (80°C, 1 atm. of H2), although progressive deactivation of the catalytic species is observed. The dihydride [RU3(μ-H)232-ampy)(μ,η12- PhC=CHPh)(CO)5(PPh3)2] (3), which has been characterized spectroscopically, is an intermediate in the catalytic hydrogenation reaction.  相似文献

The molecular structure of 4,4′-sulfanidyl-bis-thiophenol (C12H10S3) has been determined by gas electron diffraction. Assuming identical geometry and D2h local symmetry for ---SC6H4S--- moieties, the following bond lengths (rg) and bond angles were obtained: C---H = 1.101 ± 0.005, S---H = 1.388 ± 0.019, (C---C)mean = 1.400 ± 0.003, (S---C)mean = 1.778 ± 0.004 Å, Car---S---Car = 103.5 ± 1.3, C---C(S)---C = 120.4 ± 0.3, C(H)---C(H)---H = 119.1 ± 0.9 and C---S---H = 94.6 ± 3.1°. Two ratational forms were found to reproduce the experimental data, characterized by dihedral angles of the benzene rings with respect to the CarSCar plane; 1 = 67.8 ± 2.0°, 2 = 4.5 ± 7.2°, and 1 = 69.4 ± 2.0δ, 2 = −26.6 ± 7.1°. Identical signs of 1 and 2 indicate that the two benzene rings are rotated in the same direction about the respective Scentral---C axes.  相似文献

Self-diffusion coefficients of oxygen in both polycrystalline and single crystal 2MgO·TiO2 have been measured at an ambient oxygen pressure of about 40 mm Hg over the temperature range 1080–1450°C. A convenient method to estimate the volume diffusion coefficient, D1, of this polycrystal in which the relative magnitude in Dg (grain boundary diffusion coefficient) with respect to D1 falls between two extremes, i.e., Dg = D1 and Dg D1, is newly proposed, and its plausibility is examined by comparing the resultant D1 with that of single crystal 2MgO·TiO2. Not only the magnitude but also the temperature dependence of the “apparent” diffusivity of these polycrystalline particles considerably varied with their particle size. The reason for this semiquantitatively interpreted in terms of the relative magnitude of Dg with respect to D1.  相似文献

Irradiation of the 30-electron Mo25-C5Me5)2(CO)4 and Re2(CO)10 in toluene solution (containing H2O) afforded (in 1–2% yields) a novel triangular metal cluster, (η5-C5Me5)3Mo3(CO)42-H)(η3-O) (1), which was characterized by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. Compound 1, of pseudo Cs-m symmetry, has a triangulo-Mo33-O) core with composite Mo---H---Mo and Mo---Mo electron-pair bonds along one unusually short edge (2.660(1) Å) and Mo--- electron-pair bonds along the other two edges (2.916(1) and 2.917(1) Å). The edge-bridged hydride ligand, which displays a characteristic high-field proton NMR resonance at δ −17.79 ppm, was not found from the crystallographic determination but was located via a quantitative potential-energy-minimization method. This procedure unambiguously established that the optimized hydrogen position, which corresponds to a distinct coordination site with identical Mo---H distances of 1.85 Å, is the only one that can be sterically occupied by a metal-bound hydride ligand. This 46-electron species is the first electron-deficient trimolybdenum cluster containing a monoprotonated Mo---Mo double bond; its existence is attributed to ligand overcrowding due to the bulky pentamethylcyclopentadienyl rings. Carnosine (β-alanyl-L-histidine) is a biologically active molecule involved in muscular metabolism. It crystallises in the C; space group with a = 24.725 Å b = 5,427 Å c = 8,004 Å β = 100,2° (Z = 4)

In the crystal, acid and basic groups are engaged in hydrogen bonds whose strength is evaluated through IR frequencies. Molecular conformation in the solid state is defined by τ1 = /t-177° τ2 = −38° φ = −96° ψ = +131° χ1 = 181° χ21 = 62°

NMR study of carnosine in aqueous solution indicates that rotation about CH2-CH2 is free and that the other angles take the following values: Ø −150° or −90° and X1 = 165° or 315°. Infrared and Raman spectra suggest that τ2 undergoes small changes when going from crystal to solution while ψ is close to +150°.  相似文献

Treatment of CpZrCl3 with 3-methylbutenyl-Grignard reagent yields thermally labile tris(1,1-dimethylallyl) ZrCp (6), which is slowly decomposed (5d) at −15°C to give (η-cyclopentadienyl)(η3-1,1-dimethylallyl)(η4-isoprene)zirconium (7), which is thermally unstable; with a half-live of 43 h at 20°C it rearranges to the η3-1,2-dimethylallyl isomer and an (isoprene) zirconium hydride is proposed as the intermediate for this hydrogen-migration reaction.  相似文献

1H NMR spectra of binuclear metallocene hydride complexes, (η5 : η5-C10H8)(C5H5)2M2(μ-H)2 (M = Nb, 20°C and Ti, (−60 to +25°C), were studied. The Nb complex is diamagnetic and gives a high resolution spectrum. The coordination of bridging hydride H atoms provides Nb atoms with complete 18 electron configuration. In its ground state, the Ti complex is also diamagnetic (the spectrum at −60°C agrees to that) in spite of only 17 electron configuration of each Ti atom. However, the population of the excited triplet state in the case of the Ti complex is appreciable at temperatures higher than −30°C, the proton resonance lines being shifted downfield and significantly broadened as compared with the spectrum at −60°C.  相似文献

The crystal structures of pharmaceutical product mesalazine (marketed also under different proprietary names as Salofalk, Asacol, Asacolitin, and Claversal) and its hydrochloride are reported. In the crystal mesalazine is in zwitterion form as 5-ammoniosalicylate (1) whereas mesalazine hydrochloride crystallizes in an ionized form as 5-ammoniosalicylium chloride (2). Compound 1 (C7H7O3N) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 3.769(1) Å, b = 7.353(2) Å, c = 23.475(5) Å, β = 94.38(2)°, V = 648.7(8) Å3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.568 g cm−3 and μ(MoK) = 1.2 cm−1. Compound 2 (C7H8O3NCl) crystallizes in the triclinic space group P with a = 4.4839(2) Å, b = 5.7936(2) Å, c = 15.6819(5) Å, = 81.329(3)°, β = 88.026(3)°, γ = 79.317(4)°, V = 395.74(3) Å3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.591 g cm−3 and μ(CuK) = 40.8 cm−1. The crystal structures were solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.041 for 1 and 0.028 for 2, using 607 and 1374 observed reflections, respectively. The configuration of both molecules, with the ortho hydroxyl to a carboxyl group, favours the intramolecular hydrogen bonds. Very complex systems of intermolecular hydrogen bonds were observed in both crystal packings. They are discussed in terms of graph-set notation. The mesalazine crystal structure is characterized by two-dimensional network of hydrogen bonds in the ab plane. The crystal structure pattern of mesalazine hydrochloride is a three-dimensional network significantly supported by N+---HCl interactions.  相似文献

The highly neutralized ethylenediaminetetraacetate (EDTA) titrant (95–99% as Y4− anion) precipitates with Ag+ cations to form the Ag4Y species, in aqueous medium, which is well characterized from conductometric titration, thermal analysis and potentiometric titration of the silver content of the solid. The precipitate dissolves in excess Y4− to form a complex, AgY3−. Equilibrium studies at 25°C and ionic strength 0.50 M (NaNO3) have shown from solubility and potentiometric measurements that the formation constant (95% confidence level) β1 = (1.93 ± 0.07) × 105 M−1 and the solubility products are KS0 = [Ag +]4[Y4−] = (9.0 ± 0.4) × 10−18 M5 and KS1 = [Ag +]3[AgY3−] = (1.74 ± 0.08) × 10−12 M4. The presence of Na+, rather than ionic strength, markedly affects the equilibrium; the data at ionic strength 0.10 M are: β1 = (1.19 ± 0.03) × 106 M−1, KS0 = (1.6 ± 0.4) × 10−19 M5 and KS1 = (1.9 ± 0.5) × 10−13 M4; at ionic strength tending to zero; β1 = (1.82 ± 0.05) × 107 M−1, KS0 = (2.6 ± 0.8) × 10−22 M5 and KS1 = (5 ± 1) × 10−15 M4. The intrinsic solubility is 2.03 mM silver (I) in 0.50 M NaNO3. Well-defined potentiometric titration curves can be taken in the range 1–2 mM with the Ag indicator electrode. Thermal analysis revealed from differential scanning calorimetry a sharp exothermic peak at 142°C; thermal gravimetry/differential thermal gravimetry has shown mass loss due to silver formation and a brown residue, a water-soluble polymeric acid (decomposition range 135–157°C), tending to pure silver at 600°C, consistent with the original Ag4Y salt.  相似文献

Crystal data: C48H52Cd2N8O22V4 (1), triclinic. a=10.3366(10), b=11.320(3), c=13.268(3) Å, =103.888(17)°, β=92.256(15)°, γ=107.444(14)°, Z=1; C72H131N12Ni2O29.5V4 (2), triclinic. a=12.305(3), b=13.172(6), c=15.133(4), =79.05(3)°, β=76.09(2)°, γ=74.66(3)°, Z=1. Data were collected on a Siemens P4 four-circle diffractometer at 293 K in the range 1.59° <θ<26.02° and 2.01°<θ<25.01° using the ω-scan technique, respectively. The structure of 1 consists of a [V4O12]4− cluster covalently attached to two {Cd(phen)2}2+ fragments, in which the [V4O12]4− cluster adopts a chair-like configuration. In the structure of 2, the [V4O12]4− cluster is isolated. And the complex formed a layer structure via hydrogen bonds between the [V4O12]4− unit and crystallization water molecules.  相似文献

The molecular and crystal structure of the nido-6-tungstadecaborane [6,6,6,6-(CO)2(PPh3)2-nido-6-WB9H13] (1) has been determined showing that the tungsten atom is incorporated into the 6-position of a nido 10-vertex (WB9) cage. The tungsten atom has a seven-coordinate capped trigonal prismatic environment and is bonded to two hydrogen and three boron atoms of the {B9H13} cage, in addition to two CO groups and two PPh3 ligands. Variable-temperature (−90°C to +50°C) 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopy of 1 reveals that the exo-polyhedral ligands about the tungsten atom are fluxional with respect to PPh3 site exchange with an activation energy (ΔG‡), at the coalescence temperature (−73°C), of <38 kJ mol−1.  相似文献

Two novel hydrogen maleato (HL) bridged Cu(II) complexes 1[Cu(phen)Cl(HL)2/2] 1 and 1[Cu(phen)(NO3)(HL)2/2] 2 were obtained from reactions of 1,10-phenanthroline, maleic acid with CuCl2·2H2O and Cu(NO3)2·3H2O, respectively, in CH3OH/H2O (1:1 v/v) at pH=2.0 and the crystal structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. Both complexes crystallize isostructurally in the monoclinic space group P21/n with cell dimensions: 1 a=8.639(2) Å, b=15.614(3) Å, c=11.326(2) Å, β=94.67(3)°, Z=4, Dcalc=1.720 g/cm3 and 2 a=8.544(1) Å, b=15.517(2) Å, c=12.160(1) Å, β=90.84(8)°, Z=4, Dcalc=1.734 g/cm3. In both complexes, the square pyramidally coordinated Cu atoms are bridged by hydrogen maleato ligands into 1D chains with the coordinating phen ligands parallel on one side. Interdigitation of the chelating phen ligands of two neighbouring chains via π–π stacking interactions forms supramolecular double chains, which are then arranged in the crystal structures according to pseudo 1D close packing patterns. Both complexes exhibit similar paramagnetic behavior obeying Curie–Weiss laws χm(T−θ)=0.414 cm3 mol−1 K with the Weiss constants θ=−1.45, −1.0 K for 1 and 2, respectively.  相似文献

The crystal structures of propionaldehyde complex (RS,SR)-(η5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(η2-O=CHCH2CH3)]+ PF6 (1b+ PF6s−; monoclinic, P21/c (No. 14), a = 10.166 (1) Å, b = 18.316(1) Å, c = 14.872(2) Å, β = 100.51(1)°, Z = 4) and butyraldehyde complex (RS,SR)-[(η5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(η2-O=CHCH2CH2CH3)]+ PF6 (1c+PF6; monoclinic, P21/a (No. 14), a = 14.851(1) Å, b = 18.623(3) Å, c = 10.026(2) Å, β = 102.95(1)°, Z = 4) have been determined at 22°C and −125°C, respectively. These exhibit C O bond lengths (1.35(1), 1.338(5) Å) that are intermediate between those of propionaldehyde (1.209(4) Å) and 1-propanol (1.41 Å). Other geometric features are analyzed. Reaction of [(η5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(ClCH2Cl)]+ BF4 and pivalaldehyde gives [(η5-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPh3)(η2-O=CHC(CH3)3)]+BF4 (81%), the spectroscopic properties of which establish a π C O binding mode.  相似文献

The neutral nitrogen-bidentate ligand, diphenylbis(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)methane, Ph2CPz′2, can readily be obtained by the reaction of Ph2CCl2 with excess HPz′ in a mixed-solvent system of toluene and triethylamine. It reacts with [Mo(CO)6] in 1,2-dimethoxyethane to give the η2-arene complex, [Mo(Ph2CPz′2)(CO)3] (1). This η2-ligation appears to stabilize the coordination of Ph2CPz′ 2 in forming [Mo(Ph2CPz′2)(CO)2(N2C6H4NO2-p)][BPh4] (2) and [Mo(Ph2CPz′2)(CO)2(N2Ph)] [BF4] (3) from the reaction of 1 with the appropriate diazonium salt but the stabilization seems not strong enough when [Mo{P(OMe)3} 3(CO)3] is formed from the reaction of 1 with P(OMe)3. The solid-state structures of 1 and 3 have been determined by X-ray crystallography: 1-CH2Cl2, monoclinic, P21/n, a = 11.814(3), b = 11.7929(12), c = 19.46 0(6) Å, β = 95.605(24)°, V = 2698.2(11) Å3, Z = 4, Dcalc = 1.530 g/cm3 , R = 0.044, Rw = 0.036 based on 3218 reflections with I > 2σ(I); 2 (3)-1/2 hexane-1/2 CH3OH-1/2 H2O-1 CH2Cl2, monoclinic, C2/c, a = 41.766(10), b = 20.518(4), c = 16.784(3) Å, β = 101.871(18)°, V = 14076(5) Å3, Z = 8, Dcalc = 1.457 g/cm3, R = 0.064, Rw = 0.059 based on 5865 reflections with I > 2σ(I). Two independent cations were found in the asymmetric unit of the crystals of 3. The average distance between the Mo and the two η2-ligated carbon atoms is 2.574 Å in 1 and 2.581 and 2.608 Å in 3. The unfavourable disposition of the η2-phenyl group with respect to the metal centre in 3 and the rigidity of the η2-arene ligation excludes the possibility of any appreciable agostic C---H → Mo interaction.  相似文献

The structure of cyclopentadienyl(duroquinone)cobalt dihydrate, (C5H5)Co-[(CH3)4C6O2]·2H2O, has been determined by three-dimensional X-ray analysis. The crystal structure consists of discrete cyclopentadienyl(duroquinone)cobalt molecules linked together by a complex network of hydrogen bonds between water molecules and duroquinone oxygen atoms. Each (C5H5)Co[(CH3)4C6O2] molecule consists of a cobalt atom sandwiched between a cyclopentadienyl ring and a duroquinone ring. A detailed comparison of the molecular parameters of this complex with those of closely related complexes is given. Crystallographic evidence that the metal---duroquinone interaction in cyclopentadienyl(duroquinone)cobalt dihydrate is considerably stronger than that in the electronically-equivalent 1,5-cyclooctadiene(duroquinone)nickel complex is given not only by the metal---C(olefin) distances being 0.12 Å (av) shorter in the duroquinone---cobalt complex [viz., 2.104(8) Å vs. 2.222(7) Å] but also by the much greater C2v-type distortion of the duroquinone ring from the planar D2h configuration in free duroquinone. The compound crystallizes with two formula species in a triclinic unit cell of symmetry P and reduced cell dimensions á = 8.60 Å, b = 9.00 Å, c = 10.15 Å, = 87° 34′, β = 84° 10′, γ = 73° 44′. Least-squares refinement yielded final unweighted and weighted discrepancy factors of R1 = 10.8% and R2 = 12.0%, respectively, for 2481 independent diffraction maxima collected photographically.  相似文献

The geometric structure of (CF3S)2C=C(SCF3)2 in the vapour phase was determined by electron diffraction. The molecule possesses D2 symmetry with the S---CF3 bonds oriented perpendicular to the ethene plane, in alternating directions up-down-up-down. The following skeletal geometric parameters were obtained (ra distances and angles, experimental uncertainties are 3σ values): C=C = 1.34Å (ass.), C(sp2---S = 1.761(5)Å, S---C(sp3) = 1.832(5)Å, S---C---C = 119.6(4)°, C---S---C = 100.6(13)°, and ø(C=C---S---C) = 90.9(11)°. The gas phase conformation differs considerably from the crystal structure, where the molecule possesses Ci symmetry and the CF3 groups, which are bonded to cis-standing sulfur atoms, lie on the same side of the ethene plane with dihedral angles ø(C=C---S---C) of 117° and 127°.  相似文献

A series of γ-Al2O3 samples modified with various contents of sulfate (0–15 wt.%) and calcined at different temperatures (350–750 °C) were prepared by an impregnation method and physically admixed with CuO–ZnO–Al2O3 methanol synthesis catalyst to form hybrid catalysts. The direct synthesis of dimethyl ether (DME) from syngas was carried out over the prepared hybrid catalysts under pressurized fixed-bed continuous flow conditions. The results revealed that the catalytic activity of SO42−/γ-Al2O3 for methanol dehydration increased significantly when the content of sulfate increased to 10 wt.%, resulting in the increase in both DME selectivity and CO conversion. However, when the content of sulfate of SO42−/γ-Al2O3 was further increased to 15 wt.%, the activity for methanol dehydration was increased, and the selectivity for DME decreased slightly as reflected in the increased formation of byproducts like hydrocarbons and CO2. On the other hand, when the calcination temperature of SO42−/γ-Al2O3 increased from 350 °C to 550 °C, both the CO conversion and the DME selectivity increased gradually, accompanied with the decreased formation of CO2. Nevertheless, a further increase in calcination temperature to 750 °C remarkably decreased the catalytic activity of SO42−/γ-Al2O3 for methanol dehydration, resulting in the significant decline in both DME selectivity and CO conversion. The hybrid catalyst containing the SO42−/γ-Al2O3 with 10 wt.% sulfate and calcined at 550 °C exhibited the highest selectivity and yield for the synthesis of DME.  相似文献
