A poly(amic acid) (PAA) solution in xylene was prepared for electrospinning in order to fabricate fibers. However, jet breaking occurred at the point of the occurrence of whipping instability, resulting in forming micro-particles. This was an exceptional jet behavior compared with the general electro-spraying process that occurs directly from the surface of the polymer droplet. It is important to understand the mechanism of electrospinning and the instability of PAA in order to form fibers for mat deposition. Thus, the behavior of the jet breaking was clearly observed by a high-speed camera and the dynamic behavior of the jet was explored by an image analysis technique. Furthermore, polyacrylonitrile (PAN) was added to the PAA/xylene solution with various concentrations to change the elongation viscosity. Uniform diameter fibers were obtained by increasing the content of PAN to the level that the drag force between the polymer chains increased enough to overcome the drawing force. As a result the optimum content ratio of the PAA/PAN mixed solution to obtain the desired fiber spinning and deposition was determined as being 5:5.  相似文献

Composite films of different molecular weight poly(phenylene sulfide) (PPS) and three types of carbon fibers (Pitch, PAN, and Rayon-based fibers) have been studied by optical microscopy and wide-angle X-ray diffraction. Transcrystallization of growing spherulites on carbon fibers is found under all thermal conditions of growth on Rayon and Pitch-based carbon fibers for all types of matrices. For composite films with PAN carbon fibers transcrystallization of growing spherulites is not uniform and sometimes is not found at all. Existence of b axial orientation of twisted lamellae for transcrystalline zone of PPS is demonstrated by X-ray diffraction technique and compared with orientation of the stretched sample. The new induction time quantitative approach is applied to the transcrystalline growth of PPS spherulites on the surface of carbon fibers. The interfacial free energy difference for fiber/crystallite and heterogeneities/ crystallite systems in the melt that is defined from growth and nucleation studies are calculated and compared. The relative tendency for a polymer to crystallize at the fiber surface rather than in the bulk is demonstrated.  相似文献

通过全谱拟合法对碳纤维制备过程中不同阶段纤维的XRD谱图进行处理,得到不同阶段纤维的微观结构参数,研究了聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维制备过程中晶态结构的演变.全谱拟合法基于晶体衍射的严格物理理论,拟合目标为整个衍射谱,并不是个别衍射峰,所得结果具有更高的可信度.研究结果表明:PAN原丝中的高分子链沿纤维轴高度取向,表观晶粒尺寸为6.5 nm左右;经过预氧化处理,纤维中的有序结构遭到破坏,表观晶粒尺寸锐减.纤维中逐渐形成梯形结构并沿纤维轴取向,从而形成新的有序结构;经过碳化处理后,环状梯形结构转变为碳的层状结 关键词: 碳纤维 晶体结构 XRD 全谱拟合法  相似文献

Ultrafine poly(m‐phenylene isophthalamide) (PMIA) fibers from PMIA solution in an ionic liquid via dry‐jet‐wet electrospinning technology are described. The morphology of the fibers with and without treatment in a coagulation water bath in the dry‐jet‐wet‐electrosinning process was observed by scanning electrical microscopy (SEM) and a high resolution optical microscope. The crystal structure of the fibers was analyzed by wide angle X‐ray diffraction (WAXD). The differences of morphologies and properties between the ultrafine fibers obtained by the electrospinning process and fibers from conventional wet‐spinning technology are discussed. The thermal properties of the ultrafine PMIA fibers were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).  相似文献

通过光学与电学测量,对大气压氩气中运行的单针喷枪和针-板喷枪的放电特性进行了研究。结果表明两种喷枪产生等离子体的长度和截面积都随着外加电压峰值(Up)的增大而增大。相同Up下针-板喷枪等离子体截面积比单针喷枪大。相同Up下针-板喷枪放电的外加电压比单针喷枪的低。通过采集两种喷枪放电的发射光谱,对其等离子体的电子温度和振动温度进行了比较。结果发现两种喷枪的电子温度和振动温度均随着Up的增大而增大,且相同电压下针-板喷枪的温度高于单针喷枪。研究结果对大气压等离子体喷枪的工业应用具有重要价值。  相似文献

Different concentrations of electrospun nanofibers of poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF)/polyacrylonitrile (PAN) blends were prepared. The surface morphology of the nanofibers was studied by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Atomic force microscopy (AFM) was used to study the surface roughness. The change in the functional groups of PVDF after blending with PAN was investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR). The wettability was examined to characterize the surface morphology of the blends. The effect of PAN content on the blend fiber was also studied for UV-vis absorption spectra before and after exposure to UV radiation.  相似文献

采用商业软件ANSYS CFX针对将柯恩达效应应用于燃机涡轮的可行性进行了探索,得到了不同射流总压和射流口高度时的环量控制叶型涡轮叶栅的二维流场和气动性能。结果表明:环量控制涡轮叶栅在射流总压不太高的条件下,就能够达到并超过原型叶栅的性能水平,射流总压的变化直接影响叶栅性能;射流口高度对叶栅性能的影响主要体现在其对射流速度的影响,在射流口较小时比较明显。  相似文献

Jet shape measurements are employed to explore the microscopic evolution mechanisms of parton-medium interaction in ultra-relativistic heavy-ion collisions. In this study, jet shape modifications are quantified in terms of the fragmentation function F(z), relative momentum p_T~(rel), density of charged particles p(r), jet angularity girth, jet momentum dispersion p_T~(disp),and LeS ub for proton-proton(pp) collisions at 0.9, 2.76. 5.02, 7,and 13 TeV, as well as for lead-lead collisions at 2.76 TeV and 5.02 TeV by JEWEL. A differential jet shape parameter Dgirth is proposed and studied at a smaller jet radius r 0.3. The results indicate that the medium has the dominant effect on jet shape modification, which also has a weak dependence on the center-of-mass energy. Jet fragmentation is enhanced significantly at very low z 0.02, and fragmented jet constituents are linearly spread to larger jet-radii for p_T~(rel) 1. The waveform attenuation phenomena is observed in p_T~(rel),girth, and Dgirth distributions. The results obtained for D_(girth) from pp to Pb + Pb, where the wave-like distribution in pp collision is ahead of Pb + Pb collisions at small jetradii, indicates a strong medium effect.  相似文献

Using a novel video opto-mechanical (VOM) device, the effect of stretching speed on the optical and structural properties of polypropylene (PP) fibers during the dynamic stretching process is studied. The objective of the present study is to correlate the optical and mechanical properties of PP fibers with the speed of stretching using the multiple-beam Fizeau fringes system. The skeletonization of the multiple-beam Fizeau fringes are determined automatically by using one-dimension Fourier transform method. The stepper motor is adjusted in order to stretch the fibers continuously with constant and uniform speed until breaking of the fiber. The refractive indices, birefringence, transverse sectional area and the orientation function of PP fibers are studied as a function of the draw ratio at different speeds of stretching. An empirical formula is given to correlate the birefringence of PP fiber and both the draw ratio and the speed of stretching. Stretching process of PP with low speed (slow stretching) is recommended to overcome the necking deformation along the fiber. The VOM device could be used to measure the yield strain. The draw ratio-stretching speed superposition is discussed with some details. Microinterferograms are given for illustration.  相似文献

本文采用紊态扩散模型分析了蒸汽浸没射流凝结过程,通过假设紊流区为单相水轴对称流动,利用自由紊动射流理论得到了紊流区轴向温度的计算公式。根据先前给出的温度特性半宽的实验关联式,得到蒸汽浸没射流引起的紊流区单相水射流的虚源,从而给出了计算紊流区轴向温度的半经验公式。本文中利用无量纲穿透长度确定了紊流区的起点位置,在此紊流区范围内,轴向温度的计算值和实验值吻合得较好,相对误差基本在±5%以内。  相似文献

采用铜片-单匝线圈电极、螺旋缠绕电极和双铜片电极3种结构的放电装置,以氩气作为工作气体,在正弦波激励下获得了大气压等离子体射流。利用电学方法测量了放电电流以及电荷量,并对放电脉冲和放电功率进行了研究;利用发射光谱法对射流的等离子体参量进行了空间分辨测量,并根据ArⅠ 763.5 nm和Ar Ⅰ 772.4 nm的光强计算了电子激发温度。结果发现:在外加电压的正负半周期内,电流脉冲的个数和幅值呈现非对称的变化趋势;随着外加电压的增加,3种结构电极的放电功率从1.7 W逐渐增加到6.0 W;在相同的外加电压情况下,电极面积越小,等离子体射流的长度越长;3种等离子体射流的电子激发温度在1 348.5~3 212.1 K之间,并且随着气体流量的增加,各位置的电子激发温度总体上呈下降趋势,而等离子体的电子密度呈上升趋势。实验结果表明:外加电压对放电功率有一定影响;射流长度与电极面积有关;气体流量对电子激发温度和电子密度的空间分布起重要作用。  相似文献

Chemical state analyses of heat-treated polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibers with a spatial resolution of 200 nm have been performed using scanning transmission X-ray microscopy (STXM) at a third generation synchrotron radiation facility. Near-edge X-ray absorption fine structure (NEXAFS) spectra and chemical state images have been obtained on the cross-sectioned fiber specimens. A clear `core–rim' structure has been observed in the heat-treated fibers. The spectral characteristics show that the fiber has less nitrile group in the core region, suggesting that, contrary to the model widely believed, the conversion of the nitrile to other chemical species proceeds faster in the core of the fibers.  相似文献

 为研究射流冲击载荷对结构的作用效果,从理论和数值角度研究了射流的载荷特性,以舱段模型实验为研究对象,建立了射流计算模型,结合实验数据,对射流冲击问题进行了分析。结果表明,射流冲击能够造成结构强烈的局部响应,某些情况下,射流冲击载荷引起的结构响应甚至比冲击波载荷引起的响应更大。因此,中近场水下爆炸实验需要考虑射流的影响。建立的射流模型能够较好地反映射流冲击的载荷特性,为水下爆炸实验分析提供了一种新的手段。  相似文献

介绍了一种结构简单、 制作方便的微米量级大气压等离子体射流。这种微等离子体射流由直流电源驱动,可在多种工作气体(如Ar,He,N2等)中实现大气压放电,产生高电流密度的辉光放电。为了确定微等离子射流产生的激发物种成分,测量了以Ar和N2为工作气体的等离子体发射光谱。利用发射光谱相对强度比值法测量了氩气微等离子体射流的电子激发温度。实验显示,其电子激发温度约为3 000 K,这远低于大气压等离子体炬的电子激发温度。利用N2的二正带发射光谱得到微等离子体的振动温度约为2 500 K;利用其电学参数估算电子密度在1013cm-3量级。利用此微等离子体射流进行了普通打印纸表面处理的应用实验。结果显示,这种微等离子体射流能够明显的提高普通打印纸的亲水性。  相似文献

The concept of the free-vortex aerodynamic windows(FADW) is one of the best effective methods taking the place of the conventional beam output crystal windows of high power laser. An experimental model of the supersonic free-vortex aerodynamic window has been designed and made in our latest study. This paper studies the aero-optical phenomena of the FADW′s supersonic jet to study the laser optical quality degradation caused by the free-vortex jet, and to find out the relation of output laser beam quality through the FADW to the structure of the FADW′s supersonic jet. First it studies the beam quality using the methods of far-field beam profile measurement and lateral shearing interferometry, and then it uses the principle of matrix-optics interpreting the large-scale phase distortion in detail. At last the structure of FADW′s jet has been studied by means of shadowgraphy.  相似文献

本文对两同心旋转圆柱间隙形成的流场以及处于流场中的纤维运动和取向进行了数值研究. 在贴体坐标网格下求解了流场控制方程, 得到了流场中的速度、压力等物理量. 研究了两同心圆柱同速反向旋转以及仅内层圆柱旋转这两种情况下的纤维运动和取向状态. 得到了处于这两种情况下的纤维在流场中从静止到开始运动和取向直至最终达到稳定状态的动态详细过程. 结果表明, 当两个圆柱同速反向旋转时, 纤维运动与取向也相应的呈现两层结构; 而仅内圆柱旋转时, 纤维运动与取向呈单层结构. 在两种情况下, 纤维均沿流线方向运动和取向. 讨论了纤维长径比对纤维取向的影响, 结果表明随着纤维长径比的增加, 纤维沿流线取向的取向度逐渐增强.  相似文献

研究了在欧拉-拉格朗日系统上的jet辛算法.证明了第二作者在1998年给出的一个离散的欧拉-拉格朗日(DEL)方程存在一个离散形式的几何结构,它沿着解是不变的,这个结构可以通过对离散的作用量函数求导得到.由此,可以给出此格式的jet辛性质.利用这个结构证明了与此DEL方程相关的离散Nother定理.最后,给出了一个欧拉-拉格朗日方程上的jet辛差分格式的数值算例,并与其它的差分格式进行了比较.  相似文献

In this work, sized polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-based carbon fibers were chemically modified with nitric acid and maleic anhydride (MA) in order to improve the interaction between carbon fiber surface and polyimide matrix. Bismaleimide (BMI) was selected as a model compound of polyimide to react with modified carbon fiber. The surface characteristic changing after modification and surface reaction was investigated by element analysis (EA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). The results indicated that the modification of carbon fiber surface with MA might follow the Diels Alder reaction mechanism. In the surface reaction between modified fibers and BMI, among the various surface functional groups, the hydroxyl group provided from phenolic hydroxyl group and bridged structure on carbon fiber may be the most effective group reacted with imide structure. The results may shed some light on the design of the appropriate surface structure, which could react with polyimide, and the manufacture of the carbon fiber-reinforced polyimide matrix composites.  相似文献
