Infrared and Raman spectra were obtained for tetraphenylarsonium oxotetrachlorochromate(V), [AsPh4][CrOCl4]. Equilibrium geometry and vibrational frequencies for the anion, CrOCl4?, were studied employing Density Functional Theory (DFT) methods. A comparative theoretical study was performed in order to determine the best level of theory and basis set to reproduce the experimental structure parameters and vibrational frequencies. Such frequencies served as a basis for the calculation of the scaled quantum mechanical (SQM) force field for the anion. The obtained results were compared with those obtained previously for the VOCl4? anion.  相似文献

The complex doublet potential energy surface of the CH(2)NO(2) system is investigated at the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) and QCISD(T)/6-311G(d,p) (single-point) levels to explore the possible reaction mechanism of the triplet CH(2) radical with NO(2). Forty minimum isomers and 92 transition states are located. For the most relevant reaction pathways, the high-level QCISD(T)/6-311 + G(2df,2p) calculations are performed at the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) geometries to accurately determine the energetics. It is found that the top attack of the (3)CH(2) radical at the N-atom of NO(2) first forms the branched open-chain H(2)CNO(2) a with no barrier followed by ring closure to give the three-membered ring isomer cC(H(2))ON-O b that will almost barrierlessly dissociate to product P(1) H(2)CO + NO. The lesser followed competitive channel is the 1,3-H-shift of a to isomer HCN(O)OH c, which will take subsequent cis-trans conversion and dissociation to P(2) OH + HCNO. The direct O-extrusion of a to product P(3) (3)O + H(2)CNO is even much less feasible. Because the intermediates and transition states involved in the above three channels are all lower than the reactants in energy, the title reaction is expected to be rapid, as is consistent with the measured large rate constant at room temperature. Formation of the other very low-lying dissociation products such as NH(2) + CO(2), OH + HNCO and H(2)O + NCO seems unlikely due to kinetic hindrance. Moreover, the (3)CH(2) attack at the end-O of NO(2) is a barrier-consumed process, and thus may only be of significance at very high temperatures. The reaction of the singlet CH(2) with NO(2) is also briefly discussed. Our calculated results may assist in future laboratory identification of the products of the title reaction.  相似文献

The single crystal X‐ray structure determinations are reported for [Ph4As][Au(N3)4] ( 1 ) and Ph3PAuN3 ( 2 ). Compound 1 is an ionic species with a “windmill” shaped anion. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c, a = 18.396(2), b = 6.2492(4), c = 23.555(2) Å; β = 107.98(1)°, Z = 4, R1(all data) = 0.0227, wR2 = 0.0374. The lattice parameters of compound 2 , which crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121, are a = 10.9252(1), b = 11.5642(1), c = 13.0993(1) Å; Z = 4, R1(all data) = 0.0176, wR = 0.0334. The experimentally obtained X‐ray data and vibrational frequencies of both compounds were compared with those calculated at B3LYP/LANL2DZ and B3LYP/SDD level of theory and for 1 also at the MP2/SDD level.  相似文献

The electronic structures and absorption spectra of one- and two-dimensional charge transfer (CT) molecules based on para-nitroaniline (pNA) and 1,3-diamino-4,6-dinitro- benzene (DADB) have been studied theoretically via semi-empirical and ab initio methods. It is found that the behaviors of optical absorption are strongly influenced by the dimension of CT. Different from the well-known one-dimensional CT molecule of pNA, which shows one intense absorption related to the π  π* CT transition, two-dimensional CT molecule of DADB exhibits more absorption peaks associated with various low-lying CT transitions in near ultraviolet range. In addition, the relative orientations of transition dipole moment and ground state dipole moment in one- and two-dimensional charge transfer molecules were also discussed.  相似文献

Density functional calculations are reported for complexes of general formula [(carbene)RhClL(2)] featuring model phosphino- and aminocarbenes. Both the cis and trans isomers of the rhodium(I) eta(1)-complexes (1-9) were investigated, and the influence of the rhodium co-ligands (L=ethylene, phosphine, or carbon monoxide) was evaluated. In the case of phosphinocarbenes and carbon monoxide as a ligand, a somewhat unusual coordination mode was observed, in which a significant intramolecular Cl-->C(carbene) interaction is present. The propensity of phosphino- and aminocarbenes to behave as four electron donors was also investigated both structurally and energetically on the related eta(2)-complexes 10-18. These results as a whole emphasize the structural versatility of phosphino- compared with aminocarbene complexes.  相似文献

Radical cations of a heptathienoacene α,β‐substituted with four n‐decyl side groups (D4T7 . +) form exceptionally stable π‐dimer dications already at ambient temperature (Chem. Comm. 2011 , 47, 12622). This extraordinary π‐dimerization process is investigated here with a focus on the ultimate [D4T7 . +]2 π‐dimer dication and yet‐unreported transitory species formed during and after the oxidation. To this end, we use a joint experimental and theoretical approach that combines cyclic voltammetry, in situ spectrochemistry and spectroelectrochemistry, EPR spectroscopy, and DFT calculations. The impact of temperature, thienoacene concentration, and the nature and concentration of counteranions on the π‐dimerization process is also investigated in detail. Two different transitory species were detected in the course of the one‐electron oxidation: 1) a different transient conformation of the ultimate [D4T7 . +]2 π‐dimer dications, the stability of which is strongly affected by the applied experimental conditions, and 2) intermediate [D4T7]2 . + π‐dimer radical cations formed prior to the fully oxidized [D4T7]2 . + π‐dimer dications. Thus, this comprehensive work demonstrates the formation of peculiar supramolecular species of heptathienoacene radical cations, the stability, nature, and structure of which have been successfully analyzed. We therefore believe that this study leads to a deeper fundamental understanding of the mechanism of dimer formation between conjugated aromatic systems.  相似文献

A method based on piecewise direct standardization was developed to directly predict leaf chlorophyll concentrations by correction of near-infrared spectra to construct a robust calibration model. Chinar, camphor, and gingko leaves collected from two growth intervals were evaluated. Spectral pretreatment methods and wavelength selection were investigated. The first derivative combined with stability competitive adaptive reweighted sampling before piecewise direct standardization provided the best performance. Under the optimized parameters, the root mean square error of prediction was significantly reduced by using piecewise direct standardization. This study demonstrates that the calibration model may be used to rapidly characterize chlorophyll concentrations across species and growth intervals.  相似文献

A theoretical study at the semiempirical RHF/PM3(tm) level (tm: transition metal) of the binding nature between a glassy carbon (GC) cluster and a nickel(II) complex (nickel(II) phthalocyanine NiPc, nickel(II) tetrasulphophthalocyanine NiTSPc) was performed. Three types of interactions for GC?NiPc (NiTSPc) were studied: (a) through an oxo (O) bridge, (b) through an hydroxo (OH) bridge, and (c) non-bridge. One layer (NiPc, NiTSPc) and two layers (NiPc?NiPc) of complex were considered. The binding energy calculated showed that in both cases NiPc and NiTSPc, the oxo structures are more stable than the hydroxo ones, and than the non-bridge systems. Charge analysis (NAO) predicted that GC gained more electrons in an oxo structure than in the analogues hydroxo. The theoretical results showed an agreement with the experimental data available, an oxo binding between GC and a nickel complex (NiPc, NiTSPc) in aqueous alkaline solutions is formed.  相似文献

The geometries of a 13 mer of a DNA double helix (5′‐GCGTAC A CATGCG‐3′) were determined by molecular dynamics simulations using a Cornell et al. empirical force field. The bases in the central base pair (shown in bold) were replaced (one or both) by a series of hydrophobic base analogues (phenyl, biphenyl, phenylnaphathalene, phenylanthracene and phenylphenanthrene). Due to the large fluctuations of the systems, an average geometry could not be determined. The interaction energies of the Model A, which consisted of three central steps of a duplex without a sugar phosphate backbone, taken from molecular dynamics simulations (geometry sampled every 1 ps), were calculated by the self‐consistent charge density functional based tight‐binding (SCC‐DFTB‐D) method and were subsequently averaged. The higher the stability of the systems the higher the aromaticity of the base analogues. To estimate the desolvation energy of the duplex, the COSMO continuum solvent model was used and the calculations were provided on a larger model, Model B (the three central steps of the duplex with a sugar phosphate backbone neutralised by H atoms), taken from molecular dynamics simulations (geometry sampled every 200 ps) and subsequently averaged. The selectivity of the base analogue pairs was ascertained (Model B) by including the desolvation energy and the interaction energy of both strands, as determined by the SCC‐DFTB‐D method. The highest selectivity was found for a phenylphenanthrene. Replacing the nucleic acid bases with a base analogue leads to structural changes of the central pair. Only with the smallest base analogues (phenyl) does the central base pair stay planar. When passing to larger base analogues the central base pair is usually stacked.  相似文献

Interaction of copper(II) salts with 2,2′-dipyridylamine (1), N-cyclohexylmethyl-2,2′-dipyridylamine (2), di-2-pyridylaminomethylbenzene (3), 1,2-bis(di-2-pyridylaminomethyl)-benzene (4), 1,3-bis(di-2-pyridylaminomethyl)benzene (5), 1,4-bis(di-2-pyridylaminomethyl)benzene (6), 1,3,5-tris(di-2-pyridylaminomethyl)benzene (7) and 1,2,4,5-tetrakis(di-2-pyridylaminomethyl)benzene (8) has yielded the following complexes: [Cu(2)(μ-Cl)Cl]2, [Cu(3)(μ-Cl)Cl]2 · H2O, [Cu2(4)(NO3)4], [Cu2(5)(NO3)4] · 2CH3OH, [Cu2(6)(CH3OH)2(NO3)4], [Cu4(8)](NO3)4] · 4H2O while complexation of palladium(II) with 1, 4, 5 and 6 gave [Pd(1)2](PF6)2 · 2CH3OH, [Pd2(4)Cl4], [Pd2(4)(OAc)4], [Pd2(5)Cl4], [Pd2(6)Cl4] and [Pd2(6)(OAc)4] · CH2Cl2, respectively. X-ray structures of [Cu(2)(μ-Cl)Cl]2, [Cu(3)(μ-Cl)Cl]2 · 2C2H5OH, [Cu2(6)(CH3OH)2(NO3)4], [Pd(1)2](PF6)2 · 2CH3OH, [Pd2(4)(OAc)4] · 4H2O and [Pd2(6)(OAc)4] · 2CH2Cl2 are reported. In part, the inherent flexibility of the respective ligands has resulted in the adoption of a diverse range of coordination geometries and lattice arrangements, with the structures of [Pd2(4)(OAc)4· 4H2O and [Pd2(6)(OAc)4] · 2CH2Cl2, incorporating the isomeric ligands 4 and 6, showing some common features. Liquid–liquid (H2O/CHCl3) extraction experiments involving copper(II) and 13, 5, 7and 8 show that the degree of extraction depends markedly on the number of dpa-subunits (and concomitant lipophilicity) of the ligand employed with the tetrakis-dpa derivative 8 acting as the most efficient extractant of the six ligand systems investigated.  相似文献

在气相模型、极化连续模型、超分子模型和超分子-极化连续模型的基础上,采用量子化学团簇模型密度泛函理论方法,在B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p)基组水平下系统地开展了以下研究:优化得到Al(H2O)63+水交换反应的反应物、过渡态和产物构型,采用MP2方法在相同基组水平下计算得到相应的单点能,考虑零点振动能、热力学校正项和熵等参数的影响,计算得到Al(H2O)63+水交换反应的Gibbs自由能变和反应速率常数kex.计算结果表明:GP-SM//MP2-PCM和GP-SM-PCM//MP2-PCM模型得到的kex相近,并且与文献值相符,说明GP-SM//MP2-PCM模型可以充分考虑真实溶剂效应和主体溶剂效应,适用于Al(H3O)63+体系水交换反应的模拟.  相似文献

We report a theoretical study on two gas-phase hydrogen-bonded complexes formed between ozone and hydroxyl radical that have relevance to atmospheric chemistry. This study was carried out by using CASSCF, CASPT2, QCISD, and CCSD(T) theoretical approaches in conjunction with the 6-311+G(2df,2p) and aug-cc-pVTZ basis sets. Both complexes have a planar structure and differ from each other in the orientation of the electronic density of the unpaired electron associated with the HO radical moiety. Our calculations predict their stabilities to be 0.87 and 0.67 kcal mol(-1), respectively, at 0 K and show the importance of anharmonic effects in computing the red shift of the HO stretch originating from the hydrogen-bonding interaction. We also report two transition states involving the movement of the HO moiety on the potential energy surfaces of these hydrogen-bonded complexes.  相似文献

研究了合成杀虫剂杀螟丹的关键中间体2-N,N-二甲胺基-1,3-二硫氰基丙烷(有效体)及其异构体1-N,N-二甲胺基-2,3-二硫氰基丙烷(无效体)互变异构反应中溶剂和温度的影响. 采用密度泛函理论B3LYP/6-31G(d)方法研究了其在气相中的反应机理, 确定了相应的过渡态和反应活化能. 量子化学计算结果表明, 反应首先通过分子内亲核取代环化生成吖丙啶鎓盐活性中间体, 硫氰基进攻N-三元环中间体过程中发生了分子内重排转位, 转化为异构体. 采用极化连续(Polarizable continuum model, PCM)模型研究了反应体系在甲苯、氯仿、丙酮、乙醇、甲醇、乙腈和DMSO溶液中的溶剂效应. 结果表明, 该重排反应溶剂化效应非常明显, 极性溶剂有利于过渡态的稳定, 降低反应活化能, 提高反应速率. 理论研究结果与实验观察结果相符, 很好地解释了有关实验现象.  相似文献

Gold(II) complexes are rare, and their application to the catalysis of chemical transformations is underexplored. The reason is their easy oxidation or reduction to more stable gold(III) or gold(I) complexes, respectively. We explored the thermodynamics of the formation of [AuII(L)(X)]+ complexes (L=ligand, X=halogen) from the corresponding gold(III) precursors and investigated their stability and spectral properties in the IR and visible range in the gas phase. The results show that the best ancillary ligands L for stabilizing gaseous [AuII(L)(X)]+ complexes are bidentate and tridentate ligands with nitrogen donor atoms. The electronic structure and spectral properties of the investigated gold(II) complexes were correlated with quantum chemical calculations. The results show that the molecular and electronic structure of the gold(II) complexes as well as their spectroscopic properties are very similar to those of analogous stable copper(II) complexes.  相似文献

New tri-functional ligands of the type R2NCOCH2SCH2CONR2 (where R = iso-propyl, n-butyl or iso-butyl) were prepared and characterized. The coordination chemistry of these ligands with uranyl and lanthanum(III) nitrates was studied by using the IR, 1HNMR and elemental analysis methods. Structures for the compounds [UO2(NO3)2(iPr2NCOCH2SCH2CONiPr2)] [UO2(NO3)2(iBu2NCOCH2SCH2CONiBu2)], [La(NO3)3(iPr2NCOCH2SCH2CONiPr2)2] and [La(NO3)3(iBu2NCOCH2SCH2CONiBu2)2] were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. These structures show that the ligand acts as a bidentate chelating ligand and bonds through both the carbamoyl groups to the uranyl and lanthanum(III) nitrate groups. Solvent extraction studies show that the ligand can extract the uranyl ion from the nitric acid medium but does not show any ability to extract the americium (III) ion.  相似文献

The electronic properties of α‐LixV2O5 (x=0.5 and 1) are investigated using first principle calculations based on density functional theory with local density approximation. Different intercalation sites for Li in the V2O5 lattices are considered, showing different influences on the electronic structures of LixV2O5. The lowest total energy is found when Li is only intercalated along the c axis between two bridging oxygen ions of sequential V2O5 layers. The intercalation of Li into V2O5 does not change the electron transition property of V2O5, which is an indirect band gap semiconductor, but leads to a reduction of vanadium ions and an increase of the Fermi level of LixV2O5 arising from the electron transfer from the Li 2 s orbital to the initially empty conduction band of the V2O5 host.  相似文献

The explanation of the anomeric effect in terms of underlying quantum properties is still controversial almost 70 years after its introduction. Here, we use a method called Relative Energy Gradient (REG), which is able to compute chemical insight with a view to explaining the anomeric effect. REG operates on atomic energy contributions generated by the quantum topological energy decomposition Interacting Quantum Atoms (IQA). Based on the case studies of dimethoxymethane and 2-fluorotetrahydropyran, we show that the anomeric effect is electrostatic in nature rather than governed by hyperconjugation.  相似文献

用INDO系列方法研究C60O的两种结构:一是桥氧加在2个六元环之间的键上为C2v构型;另一个是桥氧加在1个五元环和1个六元环之间的键上为Cs构型。计算表明,从总能量、HOMO-LUMO能级差和光谱性质看,C60O的稳定构型都应是C2v构型,该C2v异构体具有环氧结构(桥C15-C30键长为0.1518nm,键序为0.8744),其电子光谱计算结果与实验值较好地符合。  相似文献
