In this paper, some groups Ext A^s.t (Zp, Zp) with specialized s and t are first computed by the May spectrM sequence. Then we make use of the Adams spectral sequence to prove the existence of a new nontrivial family of filtration s+5 in the stable homotopy groups of spheres πpnq+(s+3)pq+(s+1)q-5S which is represented (up to a nonzero scalar) by β+2bohh∈ExtA^s+5,P^nq+(n+3)pq+(n+1)q+s(Zp, Zp) in the Adams spectral sequence, where p ≥ 5 is a prime number, n ≥3, 0≤ s 〈 p - 3, q = 2(p - 1).  相似文献

Assuming that 0 < α p < N, p, q ∈(1,∞), we construct a class of functions in the Besov space such that the Hausdorff dimension of their singular set is equal to N − α p. We show that these functions are maximally singular, that is, the Hausdorff dimension of the singular set of any other Besov function in is ≦ N − α p. Another hybrid conjugate gradient algorithm is subject to analysis. The parameter β k is computed as a convex combination of (Hestenes-Stiefel) and (Dai-Yuan) algorithms, i.e. . The parameter θ k in the convex combination is computed in such a way so that the direction corresponding to the conjugate gradient algorithm to be the Newton direction and the pair (s k , y k ) to satisfy the quasi-Newton equation , where and . The algorithm uses the standard Wolfe line search conditions. Numerical comparisons with conjugate gradient algorithms show that this hybrid computational scheme outperforms the Hestenes-Stiefel and the Dai-Yuan conjugate gradient algorithms as well as the hybrid conjugate gradient algorithms of Dai and Yuan. A set of 750 unconstrained optimization problems are used, some of them from the CUTE library.   相似文献

Abstract Let A be the mod p Steenrod algebra and S the sphere spectrum localized at p, where p is an odd prime. In 2001 Lin detected a new family in the stable homotopy of spheres which is represented by (b0hn-h1bn-1)∈ ExtA^3,(p^n+p)q(Zp,Zp) in the Adams spectral sequence. At the same time, he proved that i.(hlhn) ∈ExtA^2,(p^n+P)q(H^*M, Zp) is a permanent cycle in the Adams spectral sequence and converges to a nontrivial element ξn∈π(p^n+p)q-2M. In this paper, with Lin's results, we make use of the Adams spectral sequence and the May spectral sequence to detect a new nontrivial family of homotopy elements jj′j^-γsi^-i′ξn in the stable homotopy groups of spheres. The new one is of degree p^nq + sp^2q + spq + (s - 2)q + s - 6 and is represented up to a nonzero scalar by hlhnγ-s in the E2^s+2,*-term of the Adams spectral sequence, where p ≥ 7, q = 2(p - 1), n ≥ 4 and 3 ≤ s 〈 p.  相似文献

Let H be a Hilbert space and A, B: HH two maximal monotone operators. In this paper, we investigate the properties of the following proximal type algorithm:
where (λ n ) is a sequence of positive steps. Algorithm may be viewed as the discretized equation of a nonlinear oscillator subject to friction. We prove that, if 0 ∈ int (A(0)) (condition of dry friction), then the sequence (x n ) generated by is strongly convergent and its limit x satisfies 0 ∈ A(0) + B(x ). We show that, under a general condition, the limit x is achieved in a finite number of iterations. When this condition is not satisfied, we prove in a rather large setting that the convergence rate is at least geometrical.  相似文献

Abstract With Littlewood–Paley analysis, Peetre and Triebel classified, systematically, almost all the usual function spaces into two classes of spaces: Besov spaces and Triebel–Lizorkin spaces ; but the structure of dual spaces of is very different from that of Besov spaces or that of Triebel–Lizorkin spaces, and their structure cannot be analysed easily in the Littlewood–Paley analysis. Our main goal is to characterize in tent spaces with wavelets. By the way, some applications are given: (i) Triebel–Lizorkin spaces for p = ∞ defined by Littlewood–Paley analysis cannot serve as the dual spaces of Triebel–Lizorkin spaces for p = 1; (ii) Some inclusion relations among these above spaces and some relations among and L 1 are studied.
