4‐Selenophosphoryl‐1,2‐disubstituted imidazoles have been obtained by thermal decomposition of methyl 5‐(diamidoselenophosphoryl)imidazolium chlorides. The position of selenophosphoryl group in the imidazole ring was proved by 1H, 13C NMR spectroscopy, and X‐ray analysis. Previously unknown diamido‐ and dichloro(imidazol‐4‐yl)‐ phosphonites were synthesized, and differences in their reactivity compared to analogous 5‐phosphorylated imidazoles are shown. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. New high yield preparation methods were developed for the pharmaceutically interesting compounds, 1‐benzyl‐, 1‐methyl‐, and 1H‐5‐[(2‐oxo‐2‐phenyl)ethyl]imidazoles 1a‐c , respectively. The title compounds were synthesized by four different methods using various starting materials. Two of the methods involved transformation reactions of the key intermediates, 1‐substituted‐5‐[(2‐nitro‐2‐phenyl)ethenyl]imidazoles 2a‐c and 1‐substituted‐5‐[(2‐nitro‐2‐phenyl)ethyl]imidazoles 3a‐c , while the other two utilized the oxidation of 1‐substituted‐5‐[(2‐hydroxy‐2‐phenyl)ethyl]imidazoles 4a‐c , with chromic oxide, and the umpolung reaction of benzaldehyde followed by a condensation reaction of the umpolung intermediate with imidazolecarboxaldehydes 6a‐c.  相似文献

Infinite chains connected by N—H...N hydrogen bonding form the primary packing motif in two closely related 4‐nitroimidazole derivatives, viz. 5‐bromo‐2‐methyl‐4‐nitro‐1H‐imidazole, C4H4BrN3O2, (I), and 2‐methyl‐4‐nitro‐1H‐imidazole‐5‐carbonitrile, C5H4N4O2, (II). These chains are almost identical, even though in (II) there are two symmetry‐independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. The differences appear in the interactions between the chains; in (I), there are strong C—Br...O halogen bonds, which connect the chains into a two‐dimensional grid, while in (II), the cyano group does not participate in specific interactions and the chains are only loosely connected into a three‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

The benzimidazole ring is an important pharmacophore in contemporary drug discovery. Thus, effort to identifying new compounds containing benzimidazole scaffolds have gained much attention in recent years. In the present study, MCM‐41 type mesoporous silica with large pore (l‐MSN) supported ytterbium was successfully prepared by wet impregnation method. Among rare earth metal salts, ytterbium triflate has already been widely investigated as a catalyst in organic synthesis but less toxic ytterbium oxide has yet to be explored. Relatively high abundance and low cost of ytterbium with respect to many catalytically active metals (e.g. Pd, Au, Ru, Ir, Pt) offer an opportunity to develop sustainable catalysts for organic conversions. The catalyst has been characterized by various techniques including nitrogen adsorption, FT‐IR, TEM, SEM, EDX technique and elemental mapping. The obtained materials exhibit high surface area and a narrow distribution of mesoporosity. The catalytic performance of the Yb@l–MSNs was tested by synthesis of 1,2‐disubstituted benzimidazoles and 2‐substituted benzimidazoles through the coupling of aldehydes with o‐phenylenediamine. The catalyst resulted in excellent yields in short reaction times and the reaction showed tolerance toward both electron‐donating and electron‐withdrawing functional groups at room temperature. A particularly interesting finding was the solvent selectivity of this reaction; namely, 1,2‐disubstituted benzimidazoles generated as major product in water‐ethanol, while the 2‐substituted benzimidazoles was generated exclusively in non‐polar solvents like toluene.  相似文献

1,2‐Diaza‐3‐silacyclopent‐5‐ene – Synthesis and Reactions The dilithium salt of bis(tert‐butyl‐trimethylsilylmethylen)ketazine ( 1 ) forms an imine‐enamine salt. 1 reacts with halosilanes in a molar ratio of 1:1 to give 1,2‐diaza‐3‐silacyclopent‐5‐enes. Me3SiCH=CCMe3 [N(SiR,R′)‐N=C‐C]HSiMe3 ( 2 ‐ 7 ). ( 2 : R,R′ = Cl; 3 : R = CH3, R′ = Ph; 4 : R = F, R′ = CMe3; 5 : R = F, R′ = Ph; 6 : R = F, R′ = N(SiMe3)2; 7 : R = F, R′ = N(CMe3)SiMe3). In the reaction of 1 with tetrafluorosilane the spirocyclus 8 is isolated. The five‐membered ring compounds 2 ‐ 7 and compound 9 substituted on the silicon‐fluoro‐ and (tert‐butyltrimethylsilyl) are acid at the C(4)‐atom and therefore can be lithiated. Experiments to prepare lithium salts of 4 with MeLi, n‐BuLi and PhLi gave LiF and the substitution‐products 10 ‐ 12 . 9 forms a lithium salt which reacts with ClSiMe3 to give LiCl and the SiMe3 ring system ( 13 ) substituted at the C(4)‐atom. The ring compounds 3 ‐ 7 and 10 ‐ 12 form isomers, the formation is discussed. Results of the crystal structure and analyses of 8 , 10 , 12 , and 13 are presented.  相似文献

Seven new 5,7‐disubstituted oxine derivatives have been synthesized via a Mannich reaction between a sec. amine (e.g. piperidine, pyrrolidine, morpholine, or dibenzylamine,) and 5‐cyano or 5‐azidomethyl‐8‐hydroxyquinoline, which were respectively obtained by nucleophilic displacement of 5‐chloromethyl‐8‐hydroxyquinoline by cyanide or azide anions. In all cases, a single product was isolated in medium to fair yield and characterized on the basis of 1H and 13C‐NMR, MS and IR spectrometric data. The X‐ray structure of the product obtained from 5‐cyanomethyl‐8‐hydroxyquinoline and piperidine is also reported.  相似文献

A relatively short and efficient method for the utilization of 4,6‐dichloro‐2‐methylthio‐5‐nitropyrimidine ( 1 ) in the synthesis of the poly substituted pyrrolo[3,2‐d]pyrimidin‐7‐one 5‐oxides ( 6a ‐g) is reported. Some new 4‐substituted 6‐chloro‐2‐methylthio‐5‐nitropyrimidines ( 2a‐e ) were prepared by reaction of 4,6‐dichloro‐2‐methylthio‐5‐nitropyrimidine ( 1 ) with amines. 4‐Substituted 2‐methylthio‐5‐nitro‐6‐phenylethynylpyrimidines ( 3a‐e ), obtained from 4‐substituted 6‐chloro‐2‐methylthio‐5‐nitropyrimidines ( 2a‐e ) via palladium‐catalyzed Sonagashira coupling reaction with 1‐phenylacetylene, underwent smooth cyclization reaction in boiling 2‐propanol in the presence of catalytic amount of pyridine to give 4‐substituted 2‐methylthio‐6‐phenyl‐7H‐pyrrolo[3,2‐d]pyrimidin‐7‐one 5‐oxides ( 4a‐e ). The methylthio group of the latter compounds can be easily and selectively oxidized by m‐chloroperbenzoic acid and replaced with different amines.  相似文献

As a continuation of our studies on bicyclic heterocycles with benzodiazepine receptor affinity, derivatives with a 5:5 bicyclic skeleton, namely imidazo[2,1‐b]thiazoles, imidazo[2,1‐b]imidazoles and pyrrolo[1,2‐c]imidazoles were prepared. The compounds possessed an aromatic substituent with different spatial arrangement and distance to the bicyclic skeleton. X‐ray structure analysis was performed for Z‐2‐(4‐chlorobenzylidene)‐5,5‐diphenyl‐2,3,5,6‐tetrahydroimidazo[2,1‐b]imidazoline‐3,6‐dione ( 6a ) and 5‐amino‐6‐cyano‐7‐phenyl‐1‐oxo‐3‐thioxo‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrrolo[1,2‐c]imidazole ( 20a ). In contrast to the previously described arylideneimidazo[2,1‐b]thiazepinones the smaller heterocyclic ring systems investigated in this study were devoid of meaningful benzodiazepine receptor affinity as well as anti‐convulsant activity.  相似文献

Indium(III) chloride forms in water with potassium 1,2‐dithiooxalate (dto) and potassium 1,2‐dithiosquarate (dtsq) stable coordination compounds. Due to the higher bridging ability of the 1,2‐dithiooxalate ligand in all cases only thiooxalate bridged binuclear complexes were found. From 1,2‐dithioquadratate with an identical donor atom set mononuclear trischelates could be isolated. Five crystalline complexes, (BzlMe3N)4[(dto)2In(dto)In(dto)2] ( 1 ), (BzlPh3P)4[(dto)2In(dto)In(dto)2] ( 2 ), (BzlMe3N)3[In(dtsq)3] ( 3 ), (Bu4N)3[In(dtsq)3] ( 4 ) and (Ph4P)[In(dtsq)2(DMF)2] ( 5 ), have been isolated and characterized by X‐ray analyses. Due to the type of the complex and the cations involved these compounds crystallize in different space groups with the following parameters: 1 , monoclinic in P21/c with a = 14.4035(5) Å, b = 10.8141(5) Å, c = 23.3698(9) Å, β = 124.664(2)°, and Z = 2; 2 , triclinic in P with a = 11.3872(7) Å, b = 13.6669(9) Å, c = 17.4296(10) Å, α = 88.883(5)°, β = 96.763(1)°, γ = 74.587(5)°, and Z = 1; 3 , hexagonal in R3 with a = 20.6501(16) Å, b = 20.6501(16) Å, c = 19.0706(13) Å and Z = 6; 4 , monoclinic in P21/c with a = 22.7650(15) Å, b = 20.4656(10) Å, c = 14.4770(9) Å, β = 101.095(5)°, and Z = 4; 5 , triclinic in P with a = 9.2227(6) Å, b = 15.3876(9) Å, c = 15.5298(9) Å, α = 110.526(1)°, β = 100.138(1)°, γ = 101.003(1)°, and Z = 2.  相似文献

In the title compound, (η5‐2,5‐di­methyl­pyrrolyl)[(7,8,9,10,11‐η)‐7‐methyl‐7,8‐dicarba‐nido‐undecaborato]­cobalt(III), [3‐Co{η5‐[2,5‐(CH3)2‐NC4H2]}‐1‐CH3‐1,2‐C2B9H10] or [Co(C3H13B9)(C6H8N)], the CoIII atom is sandwiched between the pentagonal faces of the pyrrolyl and dicarbollide ligands, resulting in a neutral mol­ecule. A series of 2,5‐disubstituted 1,3,5‐dithiazine derivatives were synthesized as potential analogues of the potent dopamine uptake inhibitor GBR 12909. The lipophilic character of the 1,3,5‐dithiazine derivatives were experimentally (log P) and computationally (clog P) determined. The in vitro binding affinities of the 2,5‐disubstituted 1,3,5‐dithiazine derivatives at the dopamine transporter were determined to be much less potent than the binding affinity of GBR 12909 due to steric and electronic effects inherent to the 1,3,5‐dithiazine ring system. The X‐ray crystal structure of 2‐(2‐[bis(4‐fluorophenyl)methoxy]ethyl)‐5‐(3‐phenylpropyl)‐1,3,5‐dithiazine (7) revealed that the 5‐(3‐phenylpropyl) group is in a pseudo‐axial orientation and syn to the 2‐ethoxybenzhydryl moiety.  相似文献

We provide a seminal example of the utility of the 1,2‐azaborine motif as a 4C+1N+1B synthon in organic synthesis. Specifically, conditions for the practically scalable photoisomerization of 1,2‐azaborine in a flow reactor are reported that furnish aminoborylated cyclobutane derivatives. The C?B bonds could also be functionalized to furnish a diverse set of highly substituted cyclobutanes.  相似文献

Disubstituted 1,2,4‐oxadiazoles have been synthesized in good yields and good purity in one pot procedure by reaction of aromatic nitriles, hydroxylamine hydrochloride and sodium carbonate in ethylene glycol under heating at 195°C. The structures of different 1,2,4‐oxadiazoles obtained were confirmed by 1H, 13C NMR and mass spectroscopy.  相似文献

An interesting case of `halogen‐bonding‐promoted' crystal structure architecture is presented. The two title compounds, C8H8Br2O2 and C8H8I2O2, have almost indistinguishable molecular structures but very different spatial organization, and this is mainly due to differences in the halogen‐bonding interactions in which the different species present, i.e. Br and I, take part. The dibromo structure exhibits a π‐bonded columnar array involving all four independent molecules in the asymmetric unit, with intercolumnar interactions governed by C—Br...Br—C links and with no C—Br...O/N interactions present. In the diiodo structure, instead, the C—I...O synthon prevails, defining linear chains, in turn interlinked by C—I...I—C interactions.  相似文献
