Two novel cyclophosphazenes containing oxime groups were prepared from the hexakis(4‐formylphenoxy)cyclotriphosphazene ( 2 ) and hexakis‐(4‐acetylphenoxy)cyclotriphosphazene ( 7 ). The reactions of these oximes with acetyl chloride, chloroacetyl chloride, methyl iodide, propyl chloride, mono‐ chloroacetone, and 1,4‐dichlorobutane were studied. Hexasubstituted compounds were obtained from the reactions of hexakis(4‐[(hydroxyimino)methyl]phenoxy)cyclotriphosphazene ( 3 ) with acetyl chloride ( 4 ) and chloroacetyl chloride ( 5 ); however, tetrasubstituted product was obtained from methyl iodide ( 6 ). Tetra‐ and trisubstituted products were obtained from the reactions of hexakis(4‐[(1)‐N‐hydroxyethaneimidoyl]phenoxy)cyclotriphosphazene ( 8 ) with acetyl chloride ( 9 ) and chloroacetyl chloride ( 10 ), respectively. All products were obtained in high yields. Pure and defined product could not be obtained from the reaction of 8 with methyl iodide, and could not be also obtained from the reactions of 3 and 8 with propyl chloride, monochloroacetone, and 1,4‐dichlorobuthane. A method to prepare zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles with a covalently bonded poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) shell by surface initiated atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) was reported. First, the initiator for ATRP was covalently bonded onto the surface of zinc oxide nanoparticles through our novel method. Firstly, the surface of ZnO nanoparticle was treated with 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane, a silane coupling agent, and then this functionalization nanoparticle was reacted with α-chloro phenyl acetyl chloride to prepare atom transfer radical polymerization macroinitiator. The metal-catalyzed radical polymerization of MMA with ZnOmacroinitiator was performed using a copper catalyst system to give the ZnO-based nanoparticles hybrids linking PMMA segments (poly (methyl methacrylate)/zinc oxide nanocomposite). These hybrid nanoparticles had an exceptionally good dispersability in organic solvents and were subjected to detailed characterization using FTIR, TEM and TGA and DSC analyzed.  相似文献

A series of novel (1‐acetyl‐5‐aryl‐4,5‐dihydro)‐1H‐pyrazole substituted pyridine derivatives and poly substituted [2,3′‐bipyridine]‐5‐carbonitrile derivatives were synthesized from 3,5‐diacetyl‐2,6‐dimethylpyridine. The structures of two typical 3,5‐bis[1‐acetyl‐5‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazol‐3‐yl]‐2,6‐dimethylpyridines [ 3b(1) and 3b(2) ] were confirmed by X‐ray diffraction analysis. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This study describes a new and advantageous procedure for the synthesis of alkanesulfonyl chlorides ( 2 ) by the reaction of alkyl thiocyanates ( 1 ) with sulfuryl chloride in a mixture of acetic acid and water. A combination of nanocatalyst and green chemical route (mechanochemistry) was used to generate a series of substituted 1,1‐bis(2‐phenyl‐3‐indolyl)ethylene derivatives ( 4a–e ) that were synthesized by reacting various 2‐arylindoles ( 1a–e ) and acetyl chloride in absolute alcohol with or without ZnO nano as catalyst via two approaches, that is, classical and green solvent‐free route. The use of ZnO nano particles is preferred to absence of catalyst in terms of short reaction time and mild reaction conditions with reusability of the catalyst. All the synthesized compounds were characterized on the basis of their elemental and spectral data (IR, proton magnetic resonance, 13C NMR, and Mass).  相似文献

Hexakis(2‐formylphenoxy)cyclotri‐phosphazene ( 2 ) was obtained from the reaction of hexachlorocylotriphosphazene ( 1 ) with 2‐hydroxy‐benzaldehyde. Hexakis(2‐[(hydroxyimino)methyl]‐phenoxy)cyclotriphosphazene (3) was synthesized from the reaction of 2 with hydroxlaminehydrochloride in pyridine. Hexasubstituted compounds 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 , and 10 were obtained from the reactions of 3 with methyl iodide, ethyl bromide, allyl bromide, propanoyl chloride, benzoyl chloride, and 4‐methoxybenzoyl chloride, respectively. Disubstituted product 7 was obtained from the reaction of 3 with chloroacetyl chloride. Pure and defined products could not be obtained from the reaction of 3 with acetyl chloride, benzyl chloride, and 2‐chlorobenzoyl chloride. Covalent surface functionalization of synthesized ZnO nanoparticles (NP)s with ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) was successfully carried out. Modified ZnO‐EDTA NPs as a viable and inexpensive filler were incorporated into poly(vinyl chloride) PVC matrix after their chemical modification to investigate the agglomeration behavior. All prepared materials including modified NPs and PVC/ZnO‐EDTA nanocomposites (NC)s were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, X‐ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Fabricated PVC/ZnO‐EDTA NCs were reported to have high transparency and improved mechanical properties compared with PVC. Modified ZnO and the fabricated NCs were shown to exhibit excellent antibacterial activity against two bacteria species: Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The obtained NCs could be considered as self‐extinguishing materials on the basis of the LOI values. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A series of 4‐aryl‐5‐phenylimino‐3‐S‐(hepta‐O‐acetyl lactosyl)‐1,2,4‐thiadiazolines have been synthesized by the interaction of S‐(hepta‐O‐acetyl lactosyl)‐1‐arylisothiocarbamides and S‐chloro‐N‐phenyl isothiocarbamoyl chloride. The title compounds were characterized on the basis of elemental analysis and IR, NMR, mass spectral studies. The title compounds exhibited comparable antimicrobial activities against pathogens such as E. coli, S. aureus, P. vulgaris, S. typhi, A. niger, and Candida guilliermondii. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. p‐Toluoyl 9‐triptycyl diselenide ( 9 ) was prepared by reaction of Se‐9‐triptycyl triptycene‐9‐selenoseleninate ( 7 ) with p‐toluenecarboselenoic acid ( 8 ) and by reaction of triptycene‐9‐selenenoselenolate salt with p‐toluoyl chloride. Acetyl 9‐triptycyl diselenide ( 13 ) was prepared by reaction of triptycene‐9‐selenenoselenolate salt with acetyl chloride. Hydrolysis of the two diselenides, 9 and 13 , provided triptycene‐9‐selenol ( 10 ) and di‐9‐triptycyl triselenide ( 12 ), suggesting the generation of triptycene‐9‐selenenoselenoic acid ( 3 ). © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Poly(amino‐amide) particles were prepared by reacting 4,4′‐diphenyldicarbonyl chloride and 3,3′‐diaminobenzidine using a precipitation polymerization method with ultrasonic irradiation. The resulting particles had a narrow size distribution with an average diameter of 334 nm and showed excellent dispersion stability in water. The particles obtained were then modified with silane coupling agents (GPES) by reacting the amino groups of the poly(amino‐amide) particles with the epoxide rings of the GPES molecules in N,N‐dimethylformamide or N‐methylpyrrolidone using di‐n‐butyltin dilaurate as a catalyst. The amount of GPES covalently bonded to the poly(amino‐amide) particles was found to depend strongly on the reaction solvent and catalyst used. The resulting particles showed a narrow size distribution and the connections among the particles were not observed. On the other hand, the particles before and after modification showed different thermal properties and dispersion stability in water. The GPES‐modified aromatic polyamide particles were then complexed with ZnO particles with an average diameter of about 20 nm in aqueous acetic acid solution. It was found that the surface of the aromatic polyamide particles was covered with ZnO particles via hydrolysis reaction. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. First-order solvolysis rate constants are reported for solvolyses of acetyl chloride in methanol and MeOD, and in binary aqueous mixtures with acetone, acetonitrile, ethanol, methanol, and trifluoroethanol at 0 degrees C. Product selectivities (S = [MeCOOR]/[MeCOOH] x [water]/[alcohol]) are reported for solvolyses in ethanol/ and methanol/water at 0 degrees C. Solvolyses of acetyl chloride show a high sensitivity to changes in solvent ionizing power, consistent with C-Cl bond cleavage. As the solvent is varied from pure ethanol (or methanol) to water, S values and rate-rate profiles show no evidence for the change in reaction channel observed for solvolyses of benzoyl and trimethylacetyl chlorides. However, using rate ratios in 40% ethanol/water and 97% trifluoroethanol/water (solvents of similar ionizing power but different nucleophilicities) to compare sensitivities to nucleophilic attack, solvolyses of acetyl chloride are over 20-fold more sensitive to nucleophilic attack than benzoyl chloride. The solvent isotope effect of 1.29 (MeOH/MeOD) for acetyl chloride is similar to that for p-methoxybenzoyl chloride (1.22) and is lower than for benzoyl chloride (1.55). Second-order rate constants for aminolyses of acetyl chloride with m-nitroaniline in methanol at 0 degrees C show that acetyl chloride behaves similarly to p-methoxybenzoyl chloride, whereas benzoyl chloride is 40-fold more sensitive to the added amine. The results indicate mechanistic differences between solvolyses of acetyl and benzoyl chlorides, and an S(N)2 mechanism is proposed for solvolyses and aminolyses by m-nitroaniline of acetyl chloride (i.e. these reactions are probably not carbonyl additions, but a strong sensitivity to nucleophilic attack accounts for their high rates).  相似文献

Ketene generated from acetyl chloride or chloroacetyl chloride adds on indolyl Schiff's base double bond to afford 1‐butyl‐3‐substituted‐4‐(2‐aryl‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐2‐azetidinones in THF. The reaction proceeds stereospecifically via concerted trans [2+2] cycloaddition. The synthesized compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses and spectral data (IR, PMR, and mass). In this article, a series of O‐2‐[2‐(2‐methoxyethoxy)ethoxy]acetyl celluloses with different degree of substitution (DS) values was synthesized by a homogeneous reaction of cellulose with 2‐[2‐(2‐methoxyethoxy)ethoxy]acetyl chloride in a 10% (w/w) dimethylacetamide/lithium chloride solution, combined with pyridine as the acid acceptor. The total DS values of the derivatives in anhydroglucose units was determined by 1H and 13C NMR spectra, and ranged from 0.4 to 3.0, depending on the amount of acid chloride in the reaction. The effects of the total DS values and the O‐2‐[2‐(2‐methoxyethoxy)ethoxy]acetyl substituent distribution on the solubility of the derivatives were investigated. The lowest limit of the DS value for water‐soluble O‐2‐[2‐(2‐methoxyethoxy)ethoxy]acetyl cellulose was approximately 0.5, which is lower than that of methylcellulose. The amphiphilic derivatives with higher DS values than 1.7 exhibited a good solubility in both water and organic solvents, such as dimethyl sulfoxide, tetrahydrofuran, and chloroform. Sol‐gel transition in aqueous solution was observed for the amphiphilic derivatives with a higher DS value than 1.7; the precipitation temperature (Tp) decreased as the DS value increased, showing that the derivatives are highly temperature sensitive. The thermal properties of the fully substituted derivative were measured using polarized microscopy, DSC, and X‐ray diffraction; and are discussed in terms of phase transition of the sample derivatives. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 在1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐(AMIMCl)离子液体中进行了纤维素的均相乙酰化. 酯化剂为乙酸酐和乙酰氯以及加入或不加入催化剂吡啶. 用滴定法确定了产物的取代度(DS), 根据13C NMR考察了产物的取代度分布. 结果表明: 酰氯酰化的反应速度比酸酐快; 吡啶能加快乙酸酐的酯化反应, 但减慢酰氯的反应; 使用乙酸酐/吡啶酯化时所得产物具有特殊的取代度分布, 即DSC-2>> DS C-3.  相似文献

We have investigated the reaction of a series of acyl halides, including acetyl chloride, acetyl bromide, acetyl-d3 chloride, benzoyl chloride, and pivaloyl chloride, on Ge(100)-2x1 with multiple internal reflection infrared (MIR-IR) spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and density functional theory (DFT). Infrared spectra following saturation exposures of acetyl chloride and acetyl bromide to Ge(100)-2x1 at 310 K are nearly identical, both exhibiting strong nu(C=O) stretching peaks near 1685 cm-1 and no vibrational modes in the nu(Ge-H) region. These data provide strong evidence for the presence of a surface-bound acetyl group on Ge(100)-2x1, which results from a C-X dissociation reaction (where X=Cl, Br). For acetyl chloride, DFT calculations predict that the barrier to C-Cl dissociation is only 1 kcal/mol above a chlorine-bound precursor state and is considerably smaller than barriers leading to the [2+2] C=O cycloaddition and alpha-CH dissociation products. In addition to the C-X dissociation product, both infrared and photoelectron results point to the presence of a second structure for acetyl halides where the oxygen of the surface-bound acetyl group donates charge to a nearby surface atom. This interaction is not observed for benzoyl chloride and pivaloyl chloride.  相似文献

Several new macroinitiators and macromerinitiators (macroinimers) were synthesized and evaluated for the bulk polymerization of sytrene at 60°C. Macroinitiators were prepared from the reaction of 4,4′-dicyano-4,4′ azovaleryl chloride ( 1 ) with poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) with a Mω of 400 and with either benzoyl chloride, acetyl chloride, phenyl isocyanate, or poly(ethylene glycol) oleyl ether. Macromer initiators were also prepared from the reaction of 1 with PEG having Mω values of 200, 400, 600, 1000, or 1500 and with 4-vinylbenzyl chloride. The bulk polymerization of styrene by macroinimers gave crosslinked styrene-PEG block copolymers, while the polymerization by macroinitiators gave soluble copolymers. The molecular weights of the styrene-PEG block copolymers obtained with macroinitiators having either oleyl, benzoyl, or phenyl urethane end groups were 22000–29000 g/mol. DSC measurements showed that the crosslinked block copolymers had crystalline PEG units with melting transitions ranging from 11–37°C. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

以H2C2O4·2H2O和Zn(Ac)2·2H2O为前驱体制备纳米ZnO粉体,用透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射光谱表征了其形貌及晶体结构,并将其用于制备纳米ZnO-碳糊电极,采用循环伏安法和微分脉冲伏安法研究了氯化血红素在电极上的电化学行为。 与商品ZnO颗粒-碳糊电极和裸碳糊电极相比,氯化血红素在纳米ZnO-碳糊电极上的还原峰峰电位正移,还原峰峰电流明显增加,表现出明显电催化性能。 实验表明,在pH=9.18磷酸盐缓冲液中,-0.30 V富集30 s后,氯化血红素在-0.440 V处有1个灵敏的还原峰,可用于氯化血红素的电化学分析。 在优化条件下,该还原峰峰电流与氯化血红素浓度在3.1×10-9~3.1×10-7 mol/L内有线性关系,检出限为1.53×10-9 mol/L(S/N=3)。 将该修饰电极用于红桃K生血剂中氯化血红素测定,结果满意。  相似文献

Phosphoroselenoic acid ester and amides containing binaphthoxy moiety were prepared by reacting phosphoroselenoyl chloride with alcohols and secondary amines. The resulting amides underwent fluoride‐ion‐mediated hydrolysis with a THF solution of tetrabutylammonium fluoride to give two types of phosphoroselenoic acid ammonium salts: one with a fluorine atom and another with a binaphthoxy group on the phosphorus atom. The ratio of these products depended on the substituents on the nitrogen atom of the amides. A similar reaction of the ester with tetrabutylammonium fluoride gave two types of ammonium salts. The formation of these products was confirmed by converting them to the corresponding methyl esters. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Abstract

This study reviews ZnO, NiO, and ZnO/NiO nanocomposites thin films deposition using the Spray Pyrolysis Technique (S.P.T). The thin films were deposited onto ordinary glass substrates heated at 500?°C from aqueous solutions of zinc chloride and nickel chloride precursors dissolved in distilled water. The structural, morphological, and optical properties of the ZnO, NiO, and ZnO/NiO thin films have been studied by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopies, and so on. The optical band gaps are 3.3 and 3.5?eV for ZnO and NiO thin films, respectively obtained by UV–Vis spectroscopy. However, the optical band gaps of ZnO/NiO nanocomposites thin films, are noticeable out of the range (3.4–3.64?eV).  相似文献
